Abstract

This study explores the pattern of determining/distributing the inheritance of Gono Gini assets among the citizens of the city of Bandar Lampung. The aim is to reveal what factors contribute to the emergence of the different patterns in determining and distributing inheritance among the community members. This research is empirical, using a qualitative analysis approach. The data were obtained through observations and interviews with some religious and community leaders in the city whom were selected based on the purposive sampling technique. This study finds out the fact that the diversity of determining/distributing patterns of gono gini assets among residents of the city of Bandar Lampung is mainly influenced by, among other things, the heterogeneity of the population consisting of various ethnicities, cultural backgrounds, traditions, habits, and tendencies in understandings cultural norms, law and religion.

Abstract

This study examines Islamic concepts of 'Iddah (waiting period for a divorced wife) and how the Feminists view it. The aim is to comprehend the different perspectives and try to put the problem in the right position. This research is purely library research using a socio-philosophical approach. Data were obtained from literature, books, and available documents. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that in Islamic teachings 'iddah is intended to determine the status of the womb, whether pregnant or not, to avoid mixing the lineage of the expecting baby. This is different from the view of the feminists who think that the provision regarding 'iddah is a product of a patriarchal culture that marginalizes women as it only applies to women, and not to men. This feminist view is based on the spirit of equality before the law which demands equal rights and obligations. The view, however, needs to be reviewed as the provision of 'iddah does not necessarily mean ignoring the principle of equality between men and women. Men and women by nature are created with different physical and emotional characters according to their respective roles. Even if such a view is applied, new problems will arise and damage the order of human culture universally

Abstract

Pernikhan adalah sesuatu yang disyariatkan dalam Islam. Pemahaman terhadap pernikahan tersebut kemudian berkembang di berbagai Negara. Hukum Islam yang kemudian bergandengan dengan positif sama-sama mengatur tentang pernikahan. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimanakah konsep nikah misyār yang marak terjadi pada masyarakat dan Bagaimana problematika nikah misyār dalam pandangan UUP dan KHI. Penelitian ini bersifat desktiptif analitis. Simpilan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa nikah misyār merupakan pernikahan berlandaskan akad syariat Islam yang telah memenuhi syarat dan rukun nikah. Nikah misyār tetap eksis dalam kehidpan bermasyarakat lengkap dengan berbagai dinamikanya.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi dasar kepada masyarakat di Lampung tentang pentingnya pendidikan di Era Society 5.0. Urgensi dalam kegiatan ini yaitu masih banyak masyarakat yang belum mengetahui tentang pentingnya pendidikan. Peran akademisi dalam kegiatan ini memberikan informasi tentang pendidikan dan berkeinginan untuk sosialisasikan pengetahuan dan menumbuhkan kesadaran pentingnya pendidikan. Dalam kegiatan ini menggunakan metode yang meliputi beberapa tahapan yakni perencanaan, pelaksanan dan evaluasi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 21 September 2023 secara dalam jaringan (daring) atau online melalui aplikasi Google Meet disampaikan  dengan  metode ceramah dan diskusi bersama setelah dilakukan ceramah.  Peserta dalam kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat di provinsi Lampung berjumlah 31 peserta yang terdiri dari pria dan wanita. Adapun kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama satu hari. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu mampu memberikan tambahan pengetahuan bagi Masyarakat Lampung tentang pentingnya pendidikan di era Society 5.0.

Abstract

Mosque waqf plays a strategic role in the social and spiritual development of Muslim communities in Indonesia. However, the implementation of mosque waqf pledges still faces various obstacles, such as low legality, waqf literacy, and suboptimal asset management. This study aims to analyze the problems and strategies of mosque waqf pledges in Indonesia through a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis involving mosque administrators, nazirs, and KUA officials. The research findings show that the main obstacles in the waqf pledge process include low understanding of legal procedures, administrative complexity, and lack of public awareness. The research also identified several effective strategies, such as strengthening the role of the KUA, community education, and simplification of procedures. The implications of this research emphasize the need for improved policies and practical guidelines so that legal certainty and optimal management of mosque waqf assets in Indonesia can be ensured.

Abstract

Industri kuliner merupakan sektor yang berkembang pesat di Indonesia, mencakup berbagai jenis usaha makanan mulai dari warung makan tradisional hingga restoran mewah. Untuk saat ini, ada industri kuliner yang disebut kuliner halal merujuk pada sektor ekonomi yang terlibat dalam produksi, penyediaan, dan konsumsi makanan dan minuman yang memenuhi syariah Islam. Tujuan penelitian ini, untuk melihat strategi marketing mix usaha kuliner Seafood Brother Lampung yang berlokasi di kota Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi survei di tempat, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis strategi bauran pemasaran 7P dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data diperoleh dari dua jenis data yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Data primer ialah data yang diperoleh dari pihak pelaku usaha kuliner yakni Seafood Brother Lampung. Sedangkan data sekunder yaitu, data yang didapatkan berasal dari referensi pustaka dari jurnal, website, dan sumber lainnya. Hasil penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa dengan menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang baik dan matang yaitu strategi 7P marketing mix dapat mengoptimalkan pengembangan usaha kuliner Seafood Brother Lampung yang dikelola oleh Rizky Wahyudi selaku owner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang sudah dilakukan dalam penilitian ini, disimpulkan bahwa usaha kuliner Seafood Brother Lampung dalam strategi pemasarannya menerapkan strategi bauran pemasaran 7P sehingga usaha kuliner Seafood Brother Lampung mampu untuk bersaing dengan usaha lainnya yang ada di kota Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

IntroductionPrevious studies have analyzed the application of digital marketing in the hotel industry during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, research on digital marketing in the context of the hotel industry with an Islamic approach is still limited.ObjectivesThis study discusses the implementation of digital marketing in a sharia hotel as response to the Covid-19 pandemic. MethodThis study used a qualitative approach with a case study at Grand Kutilang Syariah Hotel Bandar Lampung. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, and data analysis was carried out using inductive technique.ResultsThe Grand Kutilang Sharia Hotel, as part of tourism and hospitality industry in Lampung Province, employed digital marketing strategies to maintain business continuity during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. The implementation of digital marketing in The Grand Kutilang Sharia Hotel during the Covid-19 pandemic, involves optimizing the use of social media platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok. This implementation aligns with Sharia business principles.ImplicationsThis study shows the importance of adopting technological advancement in sharia hotel industry. Sharia hotels should take advantage of technological developments to maintain their business.Originality/NoveltyThis study contributes to the literature regarding sharia hotel marketing strategies in facing the crisis.

Abstract

The aim of article analyzing the role of sharia insurance in strengthening economic growth. Analyzing the role of sharia insurance in strengthening economic growth is the goal of this study. This study uses a qualitative type of research. The approach used by the researcher is a literature study approach model. Data collection uses literature studies such as books, scientific journals, and written reports related to sharia insurance and economic growth. The results of this study show that Sharia Insurance plays an important role in strengthening economic growth. Sharia insurance plays an important role in increasing investment, improving the community's economy, as a source of financing for development, and can divert financial risks caused by unexpected events or disasters. Abstract

Peer-to-peer (P2P) lending is a financial platform that connects lenders directly with borrowers without going through traditional financial intermediaries. Sharia P2P lending applies sharia principles in its transactions. Even though sharia P2P lending in Indonesia has increased in recent years, regulatory and legal challenges still hamper its growth. This research aims to analyze the regulatory and legal challenges faced by Sharia P2P lending in Indonesia and provide policy recommendations to overcome them. This research uses qualitative methods by conducting a literature review of sharia P2P lending regulations in Indonesia and in-depth interviews with regulators, sharia P2P lending practitioners, and academics. The research results show that the main challenges faced are regulatory uncertainty, the need for a Sharia legal framework for P2P lending, and the regulator's lack of understanding of the Sharia-based P2P lending business model. The proposed policy recommendations include establishing a comprehensive and integrated Sharia P2P lending regulatory framework, preparing legally binding Sharia fatwas, and increasing regulators' literacy and understanding of the digital Sharia financial sector. The policy implications of this research can provide input for regulators and practitioners in developing a healthy and sustainable Sharia P2P lending ecosystem in Indonesia.

Abstract

The tax collection system in Indonesia to the self-assessment system, Problems that occur, Tax payers, tend to manipulate the calculation of the taxes they pay so that the tax status is nil. The problems of this research are: 1) How is the implementation of article 13 paragraph (2) Law Number 28 of 2007 concerning General Provisions and Tax Procedures at the Tax Service Office in Bandar Lampung City? 2) What is the Analysis of Sharia Economic Law on the Implementation of Article 13 paragraph (2) of Law Number 28 of 2007 Concerning General Provisions and Tax Procedures At the Tax Service Office in Bandar Lampung City? The method used is qualitative. including the type of field research, after reporting the SPT, the checks and if the calculation results are found that are not appropriate, then the status of underpayment, the office will issue an Underpaid Tax Assessment Letter, Then the Taxpayer pays the deficiency, plus a fine of 2% for 24 months. The concluded that implemented properly and according to Islamic law the administrative sanctions given are a form of giving a deterrent effect to obey and correct mistake, as long as there is no injustice then it is permissible.
