Abstract

Diskominfo Kabupaten Bogor is a institution that organizes Government affairs in the field of Communication and Information Technology. The field of E-Government Implementation is one of the divisions in Diskominfo Kabupaten Bogor which has the authority assist the Head of institution in the drafting and implementing policies, so that it need to have good IT governance. From the results of the interviews, there were found problems in IT governance, such as not having SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), lack of HR (Human Resources) with a bachelor's background in IT, HR knowledge is lack, maintenance of IT infrastructure is lack, absence of risk management. This research determine the result maturity IT governance in Diskominfo Kabupaten Bogor using COBIT4.1 framework which focuses on Plan and Organize (PO) and Acquire and Implement (AI). The results of research, found that the maturity level for the PO domain is 1.90 and the AI ​​domain is 1.71. To increase the maturity level value as expected, recommendations were made that could be applied to the Diskominfo Kabupaten Bogor. Some of the recommendations such as making SOP documents, giving sosialisation to human resources to support existing IT processes, making technology standards that are used as guidelines to establish the direction technology and maintenance of IT infrastructure, and documenting risk management that might occur.

Abstract

PT. PLN Persero (Pembangkit Listrik Negara) is an agency of a State-Owned Enterprise that conduct electricity supply business for public interest in an amount and adequate quality and fosters profits and implements Government assignments in the field of electricity in order to support development by applying the principles of Limited Liability Company. PT. PLN (Persero) Kantor Pusat utilizing information technology in supporting its operational activities to be interconnected between IT Fields under the auspices of the STI Division that can support the Company's business processes value to services from the Company's business processes. However, in the implementation there are still problems, namely the use of a supporting document hasn't been maximized which has resulted in the implementation didn't running well or being hampered which makes human resources less understanding of the use of the system and management of information system development management in the Information Technology and Systems Division. From these constraints it's necessary to evaluate information technology management using the framework COBIT 5 domain MEA (Monitoring, Evaluate, and Assess)on PT. PLN (Persero) Pusat. The results of average Capability Level measurement study reach to Level 2 Managed Process and have a GAP average of 1.

Abstract

CV. Profile Image Studio is a company that focus in the website development, mobile applications, digital business, and online campaigns. The products produced are expected to support the customer's business processes that are running. The product is also expected to be carried out according to the time and costs set. But in the work there are several problems, among others, the change in needs and the existence of product defects after being given to customers. This study aims to assess the level of capability in the process of making products on CV. Image Studio Profile uses Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Development 1.3. This study uses qualitative methods by collecting data through the interview process and document tracking. The research stages use the Standard Appraisal CMMI Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) class C. Capability level assessment is carried out on the six process areas contained in the CMMI product roadmap. The six area processes include requirements development, requirements management, technical solutions, process and product quality assurance, configuration management and verification. Based on the results of the assessment, it was found that only the area technical solution process was performed at one stage, while the five other area processes were at the zero level / incomplete. From the results of the assessment, an analysis is then carried out containing a solution for the company to increase the capability level of each area process

Abstract

Dinkominfo of Bojonegoro Regency is a government institution that focuses of Information and techonology (IT) sector. There are two divisions in the sector, namely E-Government services and Communication IT field. The utilization The utilization of IT, nowadays, is essential in government area. For a good IT utilization, well-arranged IT governance is needed, as for the utilization of IT is able to reach the implementation of Dinkominfo in line with its vision, mission, goals, and business process. Based on the interviews, Dinkominfo of Bojonegoro Regency has several problems, such as its on-going IT investments have not been in accordance with the benefits obtained, application and operational maintenance, and IT utilization does not have specific planning. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out the maturity level of IT governance at Dinkominfo of Bojonegoro Regency with framework of COBIT 4.1 PO (Plan and Organise) and AI (Acquire and Implement) domains. The results of the research conducted, can be known the average value of Maturity Level in each domain, the PO domain process is 1.60 and the AI domain process is 1.28. In order to increase the maturity level value of the current maturity level with the expected maturity level. Several recommendations were given that could increase the maturity level value of the current maturity level with the expected maturity level. Examples of recommendations are generated such as defining and documenting related risk management at the time of implementing IT and training IT resources at Dinkominfo of Bojonegoro Regency.

Abstract

PT Tirta Investama (AQUA) Pandaan has several problems in the production process that occurred in 2017 and 2018. There are 4 problems in 2017 due to the negligence of work carried out by employees, and 1 problem caused because the work was not carried out according to the standards set. And in 2018 there were 3 problems caused by human negligence. Every problem is input into the Behavior Safety Analysis (BSA) system. The first step taken in this research is to model existing business processes using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN). Furthermore, each activity contained in the business process is analyzed using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method so that the problems in each activity can be analyzed in depth. After obtaining the results of analysis using Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), then look for the root cause of each activity using Root Cause Analysis (RCA). The use of RCA is expected to help companies in improving the production process so as to reduce existing problems. The results of this study are found to be the main factor causing problems during the production process, namely negligence of workers who do not comply with regulations. Because this is the main factor causing the problem, it is recommended to add features to the Behavior Safety Analysis (BSA) system. The added feature is the Person Involved feature, the number of negligence features, and the cause category features. So that the company is easy to carry out further evaluation on every problem that occurs and makes it easier to find out employees who often make mistakes.

Abstract

CV. Kajeye Food is a company that originated from a home company engaged in the production of fruit processing, especially chips and fruit sweets with the brand SoKressH is in Malang. In the production process, there are several things that the company needs to consider, such as the efficiency of raw materials and workers used. There are some mistakes that occur as in the process of raw material processing, the quality of the raw materials ordered is sometimes not in accordance with the company's preset standards. In addition there is a problem that the absence of regular machine maintenance routine/scheduling, cleaning and checking of the machine is done when it is needed to cause unexpected engine damage and resulting production process Stalled. Therefore, evaluation of business processes in progress using the Quality Evaluation Framework (QEF) aimed at evaluating the quality of business processes is objective, quantitative and by fact. As well as the Failure Mode And Effect Analyst (FMEA) method to evaluate and search for root problems to find out which problems have higher levels of urgency. And identify the problems that have been defined in the QEF and FMEA methods using the Fishbone method. Abstract

PT Merdeka Grafika Indonesia is manufaturing company focusing in processing raw materials into good, known as producing. This company is specialized in printing and receives orders to print posters, newspapers, magazines, calenders, and tabloids. The process itself comprises of pre-printing, printing producing, dan finishing process. During the long duration of producing, many obstacles and failures is to be faced by this company. Obstacles and product fail happened because of defining custumer needs is not effective, machine downtime and data differences occur in stock information. All these times, the company is only focused to recreate a better version to any failure products and unaware enough to understand any failure in the producing activities. Because of that, evaluation considering the current unning business process needs to be conducted using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Quality Evaluation Framework (QEF). The FMEA is usually helpful in order to understand any failures in the producing activity. On the other hands, the QEF is specifically a mean to understand any gaps between the targets and QEF calculations in the current company position. Both results are then multiplied, then searches to find the stem of the problem are conducted to figure out the cause of the root of the problem.

Abstract

CV. Utomo Sakti (Astro Cloud) is a software development company. In carrying out the project CV. Utomo Sakti (Astro Cloud) does not have a scientific method of estimating costs and time, and still use guessing method and experiences. In this study uses 4 project from CV. Utomo Sakti (Cloud Astro) in 2018 to become its object which is 2 is profile/portal website, and 2 of them is management information system type of project. From the calculating of the cost and time estimation result with Use case point method, then compared with the result of estimated cost and time from CV. Utomo Sakti (Cloud Astro) to find the average value of Percent error. For the work duration, it result a value 50.06% longer for the website, and 43.11% faster for the management information system. And then for project cost estimation result a value 8.33% more expensive for websites, and 33.33% more expensive for management information systems. After that, project schedulling is desribed by Gantt chart based on Work Breakdown Structure. The result of this study can later be considered for CV. Utomo Sakti (Astro Cloud) in estimating the cost of software projects.

Abstract

For the Indonesian economy, considerable development is supported by the development of application-based or online transportation. One of the developing online transportation services is PT. XYZ. PT. XYZ has actually been established since 2011, however this company jut hit the spotlight since the investment (or installation or instalment) of the application on iOS and Android in 2015. The problems that constrained or hindered the driver often occurred to other users as well. The application requires a measurement of the level of end-user satisfaction to understand the application user satisfaction. This study aims to find out about the satisfaction of end-user of PT. XYZ online motorcycle taxi driver application using the EUCS method. This method measures satisfaction by comparing user ratings with existing systems. This method is used because it is in accordance with the problems that exist in the end user of the PT.XYZ Driver application to make benchmarks on the dimensions that exist in the End User Computing User Satisfaction (EUCS) method. Dimensions used are content (content), accuracy (accuracy), format (form), ease of use (easy to use) and timeliness (timeliness).The results of the analysis using the EUCS method of the user of the PT XYZ driver application, obtained or suggested two EUCS variables to be improved, namely the accuracy and timeliness variable.

Abstract

Bali Kencana Bakery is a manufacturing company specifically in bread production, the products that are produced include bread often found in a canteen, mini markets, and a few supermarkets in Denpasar city. As a manufacturing company, the main process of this company is production, other than production, there are many other supporting processes such as procurement of raw materials, receiving orders and complaints, packaging, and so forth. However, in reality, not all of the processes go as planned, there are a few problems that can cause financial loss, working overtime, and other problems that can hinder the company from achieving the target. Indications of problems generally occur in the business functions of production and packaging. Based on the problems mentioned, this study is done to determine the root cause of the problem. Starting from mapping out the main business function and supported by using Value Chain Analysis (VCA). Further, the business function that needs to be evaluated will be modeled into a business process through Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN). This study uses Quality Evaluation Framework (QEF) to evaluate after finding the discrepant Quality Factor, a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) will be used to determine the root cause of the Factor. The results from using the RCA will help the company in administering changes to reduce loss and working hours. There are five (5) quality factor codes that have been found to be problematic from this study and the category of manpower and machine as the most contributor to the occured problems.
