Abstract

Purpose: A deep understanding of the factors influencing purchasing helps companies become more responsive, effective, and successful in marketing their products or services. This study aims to assess the impact of product quality on purchasing decisions involving the brand image factor in 3-second Fashion Surabaya. Design/methodology/approach: The research method employed a quantitative approach with the participation of 100 respondents. Structural equation model analysis was used as the analytical technique. Findings: The study results indicate that product quality influences the purchasing decisions for 3-second Fashion products. In other words, the better the product quality, the higher the consumer's decision to make a purchase. The research findings also show that brand image has an impact on purchasing decisions for 3-second Fashion products. In other words, the better the brand image, the higher the consumer's decision to make a purchase. This study also reveals that brand image serves as an intervening variable that mediates the relationship between product quality and purchasing decisions for 3-second Fashion Surabaya products. Research limitations/implications: This research focuses on the influence of product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions without considering other variables that may play a role in the purchasing process. Practical implications: Understanding the influence of product quality on purchasing decisions through the brand image in 3second Fashion Surabaya has several practical implications that can aid decision-making at the managerial and marketing levels. Practitioners and business managers can take specific steps to enhance the performance and competitiveness of the company. Originality/value: This research provides a new and original contribution, particularly regarding the relationship between product quality, brand image, and purchase decisions in the field of fashion retail. Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of risk perception, relative advantage perception, and cost perception on the interest of micro-entrepreneurs in using peer-to-peer lending in Surabaya City. This study employs a quantitative approach to test established hypotheses. The population in this study consists of micro-business actors who have received loans or utilized Fintech Peer-to-Peer lending in Surabaya City, the population size of which is unknown. The determination of the sample size uses the Cochran formula and obtained a figure of 97 respondents, rounded up to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of partial hypothesis testing found that the variable of risk perception has no effect on user interest, while the perception of relative advantage has a significant and unidirectional (positive) effect on user interest. Cost perception has a significant and unidirectional (positive) effect on user interest. Simultaneous hypothesis testing found that the variables of risk perception, relative advantage perception, and cost perception have a significant effect on user interest in Fintech Peer To Peer Lending among micro-entrepreneurs in Surabaya City. The Adjusted R Square figure is .764 or 76.4% which indicates that the role of the independent variables of risk perception, relative advantage perception, and cost perception is 76.4% on the interest in using fintech Peer To Peer Lending, and the remaining 23.6% is influenced by other factors outside this research model, therefore similar research activities in the future can examine the role of other independent variables. This research was conducted only in the city of Surabaya, so the results cannot be generalized or applied. It is hoped that further research will be conducted in a broader area, covering all regions of the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

Sampah merupakan sumber masalah dalam kehidupan kita sehari-hari baik di daerah perkotaan maupun pinggiran perkotaan. Keterbatasan pembuangan sampah menimbulkan bencana sendiri apabila tidak bisa dilakukan pengelolaan yang baik atau didaur ulang untuk kebutuhan kehidupan lainnya. Proses daur ulang bisa menjadi peluang bisnis masyarakat sekitar maupun Industri skala UMKM. Salah satu bagian sampah yang bisa didaur ulang adalah plastik. Plastik merupakan material yang sulit diuraikan didalam tanah. Di beberapa kota besa Di beberapa kota besar, permasalahan pemilahan plastik dilakukan oleh Bank Sampah yang dibentuk sesuai tingkat kesadaran masyarakatnya seperti Bank Sampah Bhakti Pertiwi di bawah naungan Bumdes Tamansera Tambaksawah di Kota Sidoarjo.. Permasalahan ini akan menimbulkan bencana bagi umat manusia. Tujuan penelitian ini ini untuk memproses limbah plastik menjadi produk paving yang ramah lingkungan dengan mutu yang bisa menerima beban ringan seperti sebagai jalan setapak. Metodologi yang dilakukan dalam pembuatan paving plastik adalah mengumpulkan tutup botol plastik yang termasuk kategori plastik HDPE. Langkah selanjutnya dilakukan pembakaran menggunakan media kompor berenergi gas LPG. Setelah plastik mendidih dan mencair, plastik hasil pembakaran dimasukkan ke media cetak paving dan setelah cetakan penuh dilakukan perendaman di air untuk melepaskan paving plastik dari cetakan. Dari hasil pengujian material ini dihasilkan mutu tekan yang baik sehingga bisa dijadikan salah satu cara menyelesaikan permasalahan sampah plastik dan produk ekonomis yang dihasilkan bisa menjadi bagian bisnis umkm masyarakat sekitarnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh literasi keuangan, inklusi keuangan terhadap kinerja usaha mikro kecil dan menengah melalui financial selft effecacy sebagai variable intervening di kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Populasi dalam penenlitian ini adalah pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah di wilayah kota Surabaya. Jumlah sampel sebesar 100, pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner.Teknik analisa data menggunakan SEM – PLS. Literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap financial self efficacy pelaku UMKM di Kota Surabaya, hal ini berarti semakin tinggi literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan maka semakin tingggi pula tingkat kepercayaan diri pelaku UMKM dalam mengelola keuangannya. Literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan pelaku UMKM di kota Surabaya, hal ini menunjukkan semakin tinggi literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan maka semakin tinggi kenerja keuangan pelaku UMKM di kota Surabaya. Financial selft efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan pelaku UMKM di kota Surabaya, hal ini dapat diartikan semakin tinggi keyakinan diri dalam mengelola keuangan maka semakin meningkat pula kinerja keuangan pelaku UMKM di kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini hanya dilakukan di wilayah kota Surabaya, oleh karena itu untuk penelitian selanjutnya cakupan wilayah penelitian agar diperluas mencakup seluruh kawasan di Negara Republik Indonesia
