Abstract

Analisis kerawanan pangan menggunakan References Based Analysis (RBA).

Abstract

Abstract

The rapid and widespread growth of the organic food market is considered to become one of the largest growing markets in the food industry. The main objective of this research is to investigate and evaluate the effect of multidimensional consumer perceived value on customer satisfaction and purchase intention in the context of organic food. The data collection was carried out with 234 Indonesian consumers of organic food. The multidimensional consumer perceived value has been formed by 4 dimensions which include functional value, economic value, emotional value, and social value. consumer perceived value is considered to influence customer satisfaction and purchase intention. structural equation modeling (SEM-AMOS) was used to analyze the relationship between them. The result indicates that the consumer perceived value positively influences customer satisfaction and purchase intention. The consumer perceived value has no strong direct influence on purchase intention.  Hence, the involvement of customer satisfaction is able to be a full mediator between the customer perceived value and purchase intention. This research contributes to reflecting consumer preferences of organic food in Indonesia as a developing country which is assessed by consumer perceived value, customer satisfaction, and purchase intention.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on the agricultural sector, both in terms of trade, prices, and the decline in farmers' income levels. Amid the COVID-19 outbreak, food security is something that the government must pay attention to so that there is no food crisis. If farmer households have not realized food security, it won't be easy to create food security at higher levels such as the village, district, provincial, and national levels. This study aims to analyze food security based on EAR and SFE values and determine the effect of socioeconomic factors on household resilience. Determination of the research location was determined purposively, and the number of samples was taken by cluster sampling. The analytical method uses the Jonnson and Toole model to determine household food security and multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of socioeconomic factors on EAR. The results of the food security analysis show that 51.7% of households with energy consumption >80% and expenditure of 60% are categorized as food vulnerable. The results of the analysis of socio-economic factors that can affect EAR are income, number of dependents in the family, length of education of housewives, and age of the head of the family with a confidence level of 80%. The analysis results show that most shallot farming households are in a food-insecure state.

Abstract

The Forest Management Program with the Community (PHBM) is a program that provides an opportunity for communities living around forests to participate in managing forests by planting seasonal crops with the concept of agroforestry. However, there are any threats to agricultural sustainability in the form of critical land, pest attacks, institutional functions that are not running well, and non-optimal usage of technology. This study aims to examine the sustainability of farming on Perhutani land which is assessed from the five dimensions of sustainability: ecology, economic, social, institutional, and technology. The data collected by distribute the questionnaires to respondents. Respondents in consist of 67 people in total who divided into 60 farmers, and seven stakeholders. Data analysis used the MDS (Multidimensional Scaling) method and leverage analysis to see the attributes that affect sustainability. The results of the study have a sustainability index value of 53.778%, it is categorized as Sufficiently Sustainable in terms of institutional dimensions about (67.119%), ecology dimensions (61.119%), and economic dimensions (58.332%). Meanwhile, the social dimension (44.597%) and the technology dimension (37.727%) are less sustainable. The leverage analysis shows 25 sensitive attributes that affect the sustainability of farming on Perhutani's land in each dimension.
