Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) The Effect of Competence, Discipline, and Compensation on the Performance of Digital Population Identity (IKD) Service Officers at the Palembang City Population and Civil Registration Service Office. 2) The Effect of Competence on the Performance of Digital Population Identity Service Officers (IKD) of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Palembang City. 3) The Effect of Discipline on the Performance of Digital Population Identity Service Officers (IKD) of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Palembang City. 4) The Effect of Compensation on the Performance of Digital Population Identity Service Officers (IKD) of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Palembang City. This type of research is Associative. The variables used by researchers include Competence, Discipline, Compensation, and Performance. The population of this study consisted of all employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office in Palembang City, and the sample size in the study was 101 employees. The sampling technique used was Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The data used in this study were primary data with a questionnaire data collection method. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, as implemented in the SPSS Program Application. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Competence, Discipline, and Compensation significantly influence the performance of Digital Population Identity (IKD) Service Officers at the Palembang City Population and Civil Registration Office. 2) Competence significantly influences the performance of Digital Population Identity (IKD) Service Officers at the Palembang City Population and Civil Registration Office. 3) Discipline significantly influences the performance of Digital Population Identity (IKD) Service Officers at the Palembang City Population and Civil Registration Office. 4) Compensation significantly influences the performance of Digital Population Identity (IKD) Service Officers at the Palembang City Population and Civil Registration Office

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajran Geoghraphical Inquiry terhadap kemampuan berpikir analitis siswa pada materi hidrosfer di kelas X MA Al-Kautsar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode quasi eksperimen desain non equivalent control grup design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X yang terdiri dari empat kelas. Penarikan sampel ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dimana siswa kelas X-A untuk kelas eksperimen dengan perlakuan menggunakan model pembelajaran Geoghraphical Inquiry dan siswa kelas X-B untuk kelas kontrol dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan statistik parametrik dengan uji beda (uji t) dan uji N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran Geoghraphical Inquiry pada kelas eksperimen memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir analitis siswa pada materi hidrosfer. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji independent sample test kelas eksperimen dan kontrol, tidak ada perbedaan saat pretest (t-hitung t-tabel /0,432 2,0117), dan ada perbedaan signifikan pada posttest (t-hitung t-tabel /4,929 2,0117). Berdasarkan uji paired sample test, baik di kelas eksperimen maupun di kelas kontrol terdapat perbedaan nilai antara pretest dan postest (t-hitung t-tabel 19,762 2,0117 pada kelas eksperimen dan 7,359 2,0117 pada kelas kontrol) yang menunjukkan bahwa kedua perlakuaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir analitis. Namun, pengaruh yang lebih besar ditunjukkan pada kelas eksperimen dengan rata rata N-Gain skor 69,34 (kategori sedang), dibandingkan rata-rata N-Gain skor kelas kontrol sebesar 17,04 (kategori rendah).

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kerusakan lingkungan hidup akibat membuang sampah menurut hukum Islam dan hukum Positif (Studi di Desa Bhakti Idaman Kecamatan Mendahara Tengah) mengangkat isu serius tentang perilaku masyarakat yang membuang sampah ke sungai. Aktivitas ini mengakibatkan penumpukan sampah dan pencemaran, yang merusak ekosistem sungai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas beberapa hal: pertama, perspektif hukum Islam dan hukum positif terkait kerusakan lingkungan di Desa Bhakti Idaman; kedua, perbandingan pandangan kedua hukum mengenai isu ini; ketiga, langkah-langkah yang bisa diambil untuk mengatasi kerusakan lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tindakan membuang sampah di sungai dilarang dalam hukum Islam, dan pelakunya dapat dikenai hukuman Ta’zir yang ditentukan oleh hakim. Selain itu, hukum Islam dan hukum positif memiliki kesamaan dalam prinsip menjaga kelestarian lingkungan dan melarang tindakan yang merusak. Upaya penanganan kerusakan lingkungan dapat dimulai dengan kesadaran individu untuk mengurangi, mendaur ulang, dan menggunakan kembali sampah. Melalui langkah-langkah ini, diharapkan kesadaran ma-syarakat terhadap pentingnya lingkungan dapat meningkat

Abstract

This study aims to develop mathematical literacy problems based on the ethnomathematics of Acehnese culture. This study is motivated by the lack of resources relevant to local culture, which has hindered Acehnese mathematics teachers from implementing ethnomathematics in their classrooms. Ethnomathematics is regarded as an effective approach to enhance students’ mathematical literacy. Moreover, the integration of culture into mathematics learning has also become part of a government program in response to the low mathematical literacy performance of Indonesian students in the Program for International Student Assessment (PISA). This developmental research employed the Thiagarajan Four-D model, comprising Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate. However, this study focused only on the first three phases. The define phase entails a systematic needs analysis encompassing curriculum, student characteristics, and conceptual aspects. The design phase produces a preliminary prototype of mathematical literacy problems contextualized in Acehnese culture. The develop phase involves expert validation and iterative evaluation through one-to-one evaluations, small-group trials, and classroom field testing, with revisions incorporated to enhance validity, reliability, and pedagogical relevance. This study involved 41 students from a senior high school in Aceh and five validators. Data were gathered from validation and practicality questionnaires, interviews, and tests. Data were then analyzed descriptively. The result revealed that 19 out of 20 problems were valid. The problems were also considered practical and potentially effective for implementation in mathematics classrooms. The development of these problems provides a useful resource for mathematics teachers in Aceh. The study result suggests that ethnomathematics problems are beneficial in improving students’ mathematical literacy. The value of culture embedded in the mathematical problems raises students’ awareness and understanding of their local culture. These findings suggest that integrating local culture into mathematics instruction can help teachers design meaningful learning experiences that enhance both mathematical understanding and cultural awareness.   Keywords: acehnese culture, developmental research, ethnomathematics, mathematical literacy problem, mathematics learning.
