Abstract

The increasing use of social media in society, especially among teenagers, shows significant technological advances. The easier access to the Internet and social networks, the negative impacts of globalization especially afflict many young people who exhibit violent, pragmatic, desperate, selfish, and hopeless behavior. The cyberspace industry creates a young generation that is passive, does not think critically, is negatively reconciled, and is not creative. Positive campaigns on social media and active participation of the younger generation in sharing positive experiences and stories about their homeland can be a catalyst for building a positive atmosphere in the digital realm. In writing this article, the author used two methods, namely, interviews and literature studies. In the interview method, the author interviewed several sources to find out their knowledge and opinions about the national vision. Then by using the literature study method, the author sources his data through books, and other scientific articles related to the national vision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyoroti pengaruh budaya Sunda terhadap implementasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kebijakan publik di Jawa Barat. Sebagai dasar negara, Pancasila memiliki nilai-nilai yang relevan dalam menghadapi tantangan globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi. Namun, penerapannya sering dipengaruhi oleh keberagaman budaya lokal. Budaya Sunda yang berkembang di Jawa Barat dan Banten mengedepankan nilai gotong royong, musyawarah, dan kesederhanaan—yang sejalan dengan prinsip Pancasila.Menggunakan metode literature review, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai sumber terkait budaya Sunda, nilai Pancasila, dan kebijakan publik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa meskipun nilai-nilai budaya Sunda mulai diakomodasi dalam kebijakan publik, implementasinya masih terbatas pada aspek simbolik, seperti pakaian adat dan ornamen khas. Beberapa program seperti "Desa Mandiri" dan Musrenbang sudah mencerminkan nilai gotong royong dan musyawarah mufakat sebagaimana dalam budaya Sunda dan Pancasila.

Abstract

Pancasila should serve as guiding principle for the Indonesian people, with its meaning understood from an early age. The noble values embedded in Pancasila play a crucial role in shaping the nation's character and morals, and in filtering external cultural influences, including technological advancements. Especially in the era of globalisation, it is important to ensure that the nation's young generation is able to filter the information they receive using the values of Pancasila. In this case, the author observed 4th grade students at SDN Harapan 2 in Bandung City, West Java, through a qualitative-descriptive research method analysed using inductive techniques. This research aims to determine the level of understanding and problems faced by students in understanding Pancasila at the school. The method of implementation included a short presentation accompanied by a game-based question and answer session to keep the children enthusiastic during the presentation. The result of this research is that the students have sufficient understanding of the state symbol, the points of Pancasila, and its implementation in daily life. However, the author found several problems that need further research related to students' knowledge of the national anthem and indications of verbal bullying that are often carried out by students

Abstract

The rise of bullying cases that occur in Indonesia and the many cases of children dropping out of school are the reasons researchers take the topic of the importance of compulsory education for children in Indonesia as a prevention of bullying. Using a qualitative method with an in-depth approach through interviews, observation and counseling conducted to 40 elementary school students in the Bandung area. In-depth interviews were conducted with students who experienced bullying and 2 teachers as guardians of students. Researchers get the results of children in the school already know the meaning of bullying but sadly there are still children who are victims of bullying, some victims get bullying because of physical limitations. After conducting counseling, there was a significant change, including students knowing the importance of avoiding bullying.

Abstract

Character education is an integral part of early childhood education, especially in introducing the values of Pancasila. This study utilizes a qualitative approach to explore the use of education as a medium for introducing and implementing Pancasila values ​​in first-grade children. The research method involves participatory observation, interviews, and content analysis of educational materials presented to the children. The research findings indicate that the qualitative approach provides insights into how children internalize Pancasila values ​​through various educational activities. The results also highlight the importance of interaction between teachers and students in the learning process, where teachers act as facilitators to reinforce understanding and application of Pancasila values ​​in children's daily lives. The implications of this research emphasize the need for a holistic and child-centered approach in designing effective character education programs that consider the needs and characteristics of individual children.

Abstract

The implementation of the rule of law and the national constitution play an important role in building strong and sustainable national resilience. This research aims to provide an in-depth understanding to the younger generation about the crucial role of the rule of law and the national constitution in building a solid state foundation. The method used was a qualitative approach and in-depth interviews with 18 student respondents to understand their views on the rule of law and the national constitution. The interview results show that the younger generation realizes the importance of knowledge about the rule of law and the national constitution in preventing corruptive behavior, fighting for justice, and protecting individual rights. The implementation of the rule of law and the national constitution is key in building strong national resilience, so a solid understanding of these legal principles is crucial for the younger generation as future leaders. With a strong legal awareness, the younger generation is expected to become agents of change that strengthen national resilience through active participation and advocacy for the principles of democracy and human rights.

Abstract

This paper aims to reveal the paradigm in fostering public awareness in democracy, the extent and form of plurality and democracy of Indonesian society in the future. Discusses the concept of the Sila Kerakyatan as the basis for the Indonesian political system led by wisdom in deliberation and representation, and its implications for the level of voter participation in the electoral process. The method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach that provides an overview of problem solving based on critical analysis and the author's interpretation, based on literature that the author gets from various sources and references. The findings obtained Growing public awareness in instilling democratic values, can be done by (a) Opening a democratic class this program aims to introduce, foster habituation to democracy. Education of democratic awareness from an early age can and must continue to be carried out by various groups, the essence of democracy at the individual level is internalized, so efforts to uphold democracy in structural and cultural currents can be realized. (b) Organizing character education, building a democratic society is a necessity that must be carried out by a country that adheres to a democratic system. Democracy is not understood as a way of managing government but as democratization.

Abstract

The background of this research is to know Pancasila awareness in maintaining national identity. The purpose of this research is to increase awareness of Pancasila in society in the era of globalization. The method used in this research is literature review. From the results of the theoretical study it was found that Pancasila awareness is important in maintaining national identity. In short, Pancasila awareness plays an important role in maintaining national identity. By understanding and practicing Pancasila values, people can strengthen unity, preserve local culture and traditions, strengthen social solidarity and overcome the challenges of globalization. As an effort to maintain national identity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the problems faced by teachers in dealing with students with special needs and how to overcome these problems that have been carried out by previous researchers. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method referring to PRISMA (Prefered Reporting Item for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis) to examine documents from Google Scholar between 2010 and 2024 related to teacher problems in dealing with students with special needs. Documents were obtained using the Publish or Perish journal search application with the keyword teacher problems in dealing with children with special needs. From the search results, 200 journal articles were obtained. From 200 journal articles, 10 articles were selected that were in accordance with the problems of teachers in dealing with students with special needs. The results of the journal analysis found that the problems faced by many teachers are the first difficulty in preparing lesson plans. Teachers have difficulty designing lesson plans due to lack of training in designing lesson plans, secondly teachers have difficulty in choosing the right learning methods because of the changing moods of students with disabilities.Third lack of media and infrastructure to support learning for students with disabilities. Finally, there is a lack of cooperation between teachers, parents, schools, communities and the government in supporting the implementation of learning for children with disabilities in inclusive schools.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of progressivism in overcoming the problems of teachers in dealing with students with special needs in inclusive schools. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method referring to PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Item for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis) to examine documents from Google Scholar between 2010 and 2024 related to the application of the philosophy of progressivism in education and also related to the problems of teachers in dealing with children with special needs (ABK).Searching for journal articles using Publish or Perish with the keyword philosophy of progressivism in learning students with special needs. Then we also conducted a search on Publish or Perish related to the problems of teachers facing children with special needs with the keywords teacher problems facing students with special needs. From these two journal searches, it turns out that the principles of the philosophy of progressivism, which prioritize aspects of contextual and student-centered learning, can overcome teachers' problems in dealing with students with disabilities related to lesson plans, learning methods and media and infrastructure.
