Abstract

The impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic has resulted in changes in lifestyle and activities. This is also felt by entrepreneurs who are members of Depok Creative Woman and partners in the Community Service Program. The problems faced by partners are how to use information technology and Google Drive, which can be used to create and store documents that can be accessed and edited online together in WFH situations, how to create and distribute questionnaires that can be used online, what are the security factors that need to be considered in the use of information technology online, as well as how to use information technology in offline internet conditions. This activity aims to provide training on organizing documents to support the effectiveness of WFH activities for partners. The activity plan begins with the identification of partner problems. Next, the activity team is coordinated to find solutions to problems and assignments by team members. Implementation of activities utilizes the video conference Zoom application to explain and practice partners how to utilize information technology related to organizing documents to support the effectiveness of WFH activities. Based on the results of 18 respondents, it is known that 100% of respondents stated that training on uploading documents to Google Drive was beneficial for small and medium businesses/business activities.

Abstract

Java Island contributes 57.05% to the Indonesian economy, with the logistics sector as one of the main contributors (13.96%) through transportation and warehousing. However, this sector faces challenges in the form of high logistics costs. Logistics performance, as measured by the Logistics Performance Index (LPI), shows a downward trend in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the influence of integration, agility, robustness, resilience, and sustainability supply chain on supply chain performance. Using a hypothesis testing approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through the AMOS program, primary data were collected from 289 logistics sector employees in Java Island using the technique of purposive sampling. The results of the study show a positive influence of supply chain integration on agility, resilience, resilience, and sustainability. Agility affects supply chain resilience and performance, while resilience also affects supply chain performance. However, there was no positive influence of resilience on resilience, resilience on performance, or integration on performance through resilience. Sustainability has the strongest influence on supply chain performance (0.834) compared to other factors. This study is limited to the logistics industry in Java Island, and it is recommended that similar studies be conducted in other sectors or regions to broaden insights. This study contributes to the supply chain literature and provides practical implications for logistics companies.

Abstract

Getting a fully digital infrastructure set up for fisheries has become difficult, yet so has understanding how to develop the infrastructure to improve both sustainability and operability. Fish products are especially troubling because they are so perishable. Coordinating the large number of small fishing businesses (which are the main focus of this paper) is troublesome and causes a lack of ability to trace products throughout the supply chain, and a whole host of other inefficiencies. In an attempt to better understand the challenges of technology integration in small-scale fisheries, this paper presents several case studies of how artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, and enterprise resource planning tools have been implemented in fisheries supply chains. In line with the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis) methodology, the review captures the state of technology in the field by reviewing 111 articles published in the last five years via a systematic search of Scopus and the Web of Science. The bibliometric tool in R was used to process the bibliographic data and ensure a systematic review of the published works. From this analysis, it was found that AI and machine learning tools were primarily used for demand and supply forecasting, whereas blockchain was used to ensure traceability and transparency in the supply chain. ERP tools were used to integrate the logistics, financial, and inventory management systems. While these tools have been implemented, there still appear to be significant barriers to integrating these technologies in a digital ecosystem. The barriers to implementation include high costs, very little digital infrastructure, and a complete unwillingness to adopt the technologies. The review indicates that the use of technology needs to be integrated, and the best way to improve small-scale fisheries is through the use of technology that is flexible, scalable, and can be easily integrated. These solutions lay the groundwork for better sustainable fisheries management. Further down the line, research can focus on creating interconnected systems that make it possible to implement affordable traceability and data-sharing systems, as well as provide real-time decision support across the various stages of the fisheries value chain.

Abstract

A sustainable competitive advantage refers to a combination of characteristics and capabilities that allow a business to fulfill customer needs more effectively than its competitors. It encompasses elements that enable a company to produce goods or services of superior quality or at a lower cost than others. These advantages help businesses achieve higher sales or profit margins in the market. This literature review aims to examine and identify various factors contributing to the development of sustainable competitive advantage in the creative industry, a topic that has gained significant importance and widespread attention. This research employs a systematic literature review (SLR) approach to investigate these factors in the context of creative industries. Using the SLR approach and the PRISMA framework, this research identified, evaluated, and synthesized 27 relevant articles from the Scopus and IEEE Xplore databases, published between 2014 and 2024. These articles contain results about the factors and problems that can influence sustainable competitive advantage in creative industries with relevant fields, such as social, economic, and technical. A total of 19 factors were found that influence sustainable competitive advantage.  All these factors are important, but production quality, environmental friendliness, finance, innovation, consumer behavior, and human resources are the most prominent. This meta-analysis provides valuable insights and serves as a foundation for advancing efforts to promote the implementation of competitive advantage practices.
