Abstract

Tujuan dari penyelenggaraan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk: (1) Meningkatkan kemampua para pengelola SMK dalam merencanakan  program pemasaran dan penelusuran para tamatannya; (2) Meningkatakan  kemampua para pengelola SMK dalam mengorganisasikan,menggerakkan dan mengarahkan segal a potensi yang dimilikinya untu melaksanakan kegiatan pemasaran dan penelusuran tamatannya; dan (3) meningkatkan kemampuan para pengelola SM dalam mengembangkan administrasi pendukung pelaksanaan program pemasaran dan penelusuran tamatannya.Adapun langkah-langkah dalam rangka pemecahan masalah yang telah dirumuskan adalah: (1) Tahap Persiapan, yakr melakukan koordinasi dengan Kepala Bidang Dikmenjur, Kanwil Depdikbut Propinsi DIY; (2) Tahap Presentasi, yakr penyelenggaraan pelatihan dengan ceramah dan diskusi secara klasikal; (3) Tahap Implementasi; yaitu pemberian tuga kepada peserta pelatihan untuk menyusun program, struktur organisasi dan perangkat teknis administrasi pendukung untu melaksanakan  proram pemasaran  dan penelusuran  tamatannya di masing-masingSMK  yang dikelolanya;  dan (4) Tahap Evaluas yaitu pelaksanaan penilaian terhadap hasil pengerjaan tugas yang dilakukan oleh Tim PPM bersama dengan Kepala Bidan Dikrnenjur  dan para pengawas SMK.Dengan telah selesainya pelaksanaan kegiatan Pelatihan Manajemen Pemasaran dan Penelusuran Tamatan SMK, mak para pengelola BKK di SMK telah dapat meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam : (1) Menyusun struktur organisasi, deskrips tugas, program kerja kegiatan pemasaran dan penelusuran tamatan pada masing-masing SMK yang dikelolanya; dan ( menentukan teknis atau mekanisme pelaksanaan kegiatan pemasaran dan penelusuran tamatan yang disesuaikan denga kondisi dan potensi sumber daya yang dimiliki oleh masing-rnasing  SMK. Sementara itu, pelaksanaan kegiatan PPM ini daps terselenggara  dengan lancar karena adanya kerjasama dan dukungan  dari Kabid Dikmenjur  dan para pengawas SMK, partisipas aktif dari para peserta pelatihan serta adanya komitmen yang tinggi dari para pengeloJa BKK di SMK untuk meningkatka kualitas pelaksanaan kegiatan pemasaran dan penelusuran tamatannya secara sungguh-sungguh.

Abstract

The Triple Helix Model (THM) of innovation has gained significant attention as a policymaking framework to enhance innovation and promote economic growth. This aligns with the principles of Outcome-Based Education (OBE), which focuses on clearly defined skills and knowledge that individuals are expected to acquire. This study aims to: (1) identify the THM model suitable for Indonesia and Malaysia; (2) describe the current level of THM implementation; (3) assess the THM ecosystem's needs from the perspectives of government, industry, and universities; (4) evaluate the role of the government in THM implementation; (5) assess the industry's role in THM; and (6) analyze the universities' role in THM. The research uses document analysis and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) involving lecturers, officials, and government personnel. Thematic analysis was applied to data from the document review and FGDs. A four-point Likert-scale questionnaire, based on the roles of key stakeholders in THM, was used, with data analyzed descriptively by Mean and Standard Deviation. The findings reveal that: (1) the Balanced Triple Helix Model (BTM) is the preferred model for both Indonesia and Malaysia; (2) the government, industry, and universities in both countries classify the BTM implementation as average; (3) the supporting ecosystem for BTM implementation is also classified as average; and (4) the roles of government, industry, and universities in both countries are classified as average in BTM implementation.Keywords: government, industry, OBE curriculum, Triple-helix model, university

Abstract

A high-quality test has a balanced level of difficulty and can be completed by the respondent with their level of abilities. This study analyzed the test instrument used to measure students' mathematics abilities in the semester final exam on System of Linear Equations in Two-Variables. The purposive sampling technique was applied to select the respondent students (N=195). The test items were twenty multiple-choice questions. The researchers performed the data analysis using Rasch model Item Response Theory (IRT) approach with the QUEST program. The analysis revealed that the twenty items’ validity matched the Rasch model with a range of INFIT MNSQ values between 0.89 – 1.17. Items on the final semester exam can be used based on the estimated OUTFIT t-value less than equal to 2.00. The OUTFIT t analysis obtained nineteen qualified items and one unqualified item.

Abstract

Evaluation of learning in traditional “pesantren” was rarely conducted systematically, resulting in a gap between their rich conventional practices and the need for structured evaluation instruments. Most pesantren rely on inherited kitab based on learning systems without written instructional designs, which makes it difficult to measure the effectiveness of learning objectively. This study developed the learning Islamic Boarding Evaluation Model (LIB-E Model), an evaluation framework based on the characteristics of traditional pesantren. The model had three main components: input, process and output. The method was a mixed-methods approach that adopted the Borg & Gall and Plomp development models. Data were collected through interviews, observations, questionnaires, and expert judgment. The results and findings confirmed that the LIB-E Model was both valid and reliable, with a loading factor ≥ 0.30 and Cronbach’s Alpha ≥ 0.70. The model test has a fit value that Chi Square (x2) < 2xdf, p-value > 0.05, RMSEA < 0.08. The quality is considered highly effective by practitioners and users within pesantren environments. This model was proven to be practical, efficient, and capable of providing comprehensive evaluation information, offering a contextual solution to the limitations of conventional evaluation models of learning in Islamic boarding “pesantren”.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine: (1) the understanding of FT UNY lecturers on MODIKAR PEKASI; (2) practical application of MODIKAR PEKASI in teaching vocational theory courses at FT UNY; and (3) the effectiveness of the theoretical application of MODIKAR PEKASI in integrating character values in group teaching of vocational theory courses at the FT UNY. The data were collected using descriptive quantitative methods with the type of survey research through questionnaire, with a lecturer who teaches vocational theory courses at the FT UNY as respondents. Quantitative data analysis used descriptive statistics, while qualitative data used thematic analysis. The results showed: (1) the lecturers' understanding of MODIKAR PEKASI was in the "very understanding" category with a value of XÌ… = 3.35; (2) the practicality of MODIKAR PEKASI including the "easy to implement" model with a value of XÌ… = 3.16; (3) the effectiveness of the PEKASI MODIKAR includes the "effective" model with the value of XÌ… = 3.00. Analisis data kuantitatif dengan statistika deskriptif, sedangkan data kualitatif dengan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) pemahaman dosen terhadap MODIKAR PEKASI termasuk kategori "sangat paham" dengan nilai XÌ… = 3,35; (2) kepraktisan MODIKAR PEKASI termasuk model yang "mudah dilaksanakan" dengan nilai XÌ… = 3,16; (3) keefektifan MODIKAR PEKASI termasuk model yang "efektif" nilai XÌ… = 3,00. Dengan demikian, MODIKAR PEKASI dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter melalui pengajaran mata kuliah teori kejuruan di FT UNY, secara teoritis dapat dipahami dan digunakan secara praktis dan efektif.

Abstract

Abstract: Bilingual Learning Program in Math and Science Subject for Junior High School: An Evaluation using CIPP Model. Objective: The current research was to reveal the implementation of bilingual learning programs at private junior high schools in D.I. Yogyakarta in terms of context, input, process, product. Methods: A descriptive quantitative approach was implemented to 52 students that was chosen by purposive sampling. Data collection used questionnaires, observations and interviews that was analyzed in terms of content validity, construct validity, reliability, and percentage of success. Findings: The context component is in accordance with the school's vision, mission, goals and curriculum, the input component of Budi Mulia Dua Middle School with a percentage of 74% is in the good category, Mutiara Persada Middle School with a percentage of 62% is in the good category, Growing Middle School with a percentage of 78% is in the good category, Component process Budi Mulia Dua Middle School with a percentage of 70% in the good category, Mutiara Persada Middle School with a percentage of 77.5% in the good category, Growing Middle School with a percentage of 79% in the good category. The product component shows that the results of the bilingual class are higher than the national class. Conclusion: Evaluation of the CIPP model bilingual learning program has gone well. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengembangkan multimedia pembelajaran patiseri pada standar kompetensi mengolah kue pastry kontinental untuk siswa tingkat XI SMK yang layak dari aspek pembelajaran, materi, dan media; 2) mengetahui keefektifan multimedia pembelajaran patiseri yang dikembangan terhadap penguasaan kompetensi belajar mengolah kue pastry kontinental dilihat dari peningkatan skor tes hasil belajar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan. Subyek penelitian adalah 36 siswa, untuk uji coba kelompok kecil dan uji coba lapangan. Validasi produk dilakukan oleh ahli materi dan ahli media. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif.Hasil penilaian ahli materi dan ahli media menunjukkan bahwa kualitas multimedia "baik". Penilaian siswa pada uji coba lapangan mengenai kualitas multimedia dari aspek pembelajaran, aspek materi dan aspek media "sangat baik", dengan rerata skor dari ketiga aspek 4,49. Hasil pretes menunjukkan rerata sebesar 63,15 sedangkan rerata pada posttes sebesar 89,07. N-gain sebesar 0,72 termasuk kategori "tinggi". Kesimpulannya: multimedia pembelajaran patiseri hasil pengembangan layak dignakan untuk media pembelajaran dan efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. DEVELOPING PATISSERIE TEACHING MULTIMEDIA FOR GRADE XI STUDENTS OF SMKAbstractThe research aims to: 1) develop the patisserie teaching multimedia at the standard competency for continental pastry for eleventh grade vocational students in patisserie program which is appropriate in terms of teaching aspect, material aspect, and media aspet; 2) reveal the effectiveness of the developed patisserie teaching multimedia at the standard competency forcontinental pastry, which is seen from the increase in the learning achievement test score. This research is a research and development. The subjects of the research are 36 students.The students are devided into two groups: small group trials and field trials. The data were analyzed by using the discriptive technique.The results of the product validation from the material expert and media expert show that the quality of the developed patisserie teaching multimedia is "good". The assessment of the students on the field trial of the quality of the multimedia from the teaching aspect, material aspect and media aspect get the score "very good". This shows that the quality of the developed patisserie teaching multimedia is in a "very good" category. The average score from the three aspects is 4.49 and it can be used as a patisserie teaching multimedia. The students' average score from the pretest is 63.25 while from the posttest is 89.07. Based on the pretest and posttest scores the n-gain is 0.72, and it is included in a "high category". Therefore the patisserie teaching multimedia is effective to improve the students' learning achievement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menguji keefektifan penerapan model PjBL di Program Studi PTIK STKIP PGRI Pontianak pada mata kuliah Pemrograman Visual 1 dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa. (2) menguji kemungkinan implementasi model pembelajaran PjBL di Program Studi PTIK STKIP PGRI Pontianak. Penelitian ini mengunakan jenis penelitian quasi experiment. Desain dalam penelitian ini menggunakan posttest control group design dengan kelompok non ekuivalen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa semester 4 dari Program Studi PTIK STKIP PGRI Pontianak. Dalam penelitian ini pengumpulan data dilakukan setelah perlakuan (posttest). Data posttest dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan Anova untuk mengetahui perbedaan antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Hasil pengujian hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara mahasiswa yang diajar dengan pembelajaran PjBL dibandingkan mahasiswa yang diajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional dengan metode tutorial. THE EFFECTIVENESS PROJECT-BASED LEARNING MODEL TO IMPROVE STUDENT'S LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT OF STKIP PGRI PONTIANAKAbstractThis research aimed at: (1) testing the effectiveness of PjBL at ICT Education Study Program in Visual Programming 1 subject to improve the student's learning achievement and, (2) testing the possibility the implementation of PjBL learning model at ICT study program of STKIP PGRI Pontianak. This research used quasi-experimental research design. The design used at this research was posttest control group design with non-equivalent group. Data collecting techniques used at this research were questionnaire, observation and project assessment. In this research, the data collecting was conducted after the treatment (posttest). The posttest data was analyzed descriptively by using Anova formula to find out the difference between the experimental groups and controlled group. The hypotheses testing result shows that there are learning achievement difference between the students who leaner by using PjBL model and the conventional one.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the planning implementation, idenfety Management System (SMK3) at the workshop of vocational high schools in the major of construction and property engineeringtify the implementation, and identify the evaluation of the implementation of the Occupational Health And Safety Management System (SMK3) at the workshop of Construction and Property Engineering Study Program, one of the Vocational High Schools in Central Java. This research is qualitative by using data collection techniques in interviews, observations, and documentation the validity of the data using source triangulation. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative. The results show that the workshop building at one of the Vocational High Schools in Central Java has been well planned in its implementation of OHS. The implementation of OHS is categorized as quite well implemented. The evaluation of the implementation of OHS is categorized as quite well done. Hence, the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management system at the Vocational High Schools needs to be improved. The school can collaborate with stakeholders to follow up on the management system of OHS.

Abstract

World Economic Forum's report (2020) reported that the top five out of 10 skills needed by employers in 2025 are (1) analytical thinking and innovation, (2) active learning and learning strategies, (3) complex problem solving, (4) critical thinking and analysis, and (5) creativity, originality, and initiative. These skills thrive workers entering the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) and are the core of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). Parallelly, educationists conclude that teaching students with HOTS is a must, but the challenge is how to do it effectively. This study's objectives were to know vocational and technical teachers' perception of HOTS and their ability to teach HOTS in their classrooms. The study population was State Vocational and Technical Senior High School (SMKN) in Yogyakarta Special Region (DIY) and Central Java Province (CJP) in Indonesia. The sample was determined by quota technique sampling and came up with SMKN 2 Yogyakarta in DIY and SMKN 2 Klaten, and SMKN Magelang in CJP. Collecting data technique used closed- and open- questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis used statistical descriptive and qualitative description. Research findings revealed that teachers' perception of HOTS was very positive, while their ability to integrate HOTS concepts in their lesson plans and to implement them in the classroom still has significant difficulties.
