Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis digital serta perannya dalam meningkatkan mutu dan efektivitas proses pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Penelitian dilakukan melalui kegiatan observasi pada enam sekolah, yaitu Temasek Independent School, Edu Global School, Sekolah Binekas Bandung, SDS Al-Kautsar, SDIT Maqdis Ibadurrahman, dan SDIT Al-Huda. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung terhadap proses pembelajaran dan sistem evaluasi yang digunakan, serta dokumentasi pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis digital telah diterapkan dengan tingkat pemanfaatan yang bervariasi di setiap sekolah. Sekolah dengan sistem internasional memanfaatkan berbagai platform digital seperti KooBits, MyOn, Active Learn, Google Form, Quizizz, Wordwall, dan Kahoot secara terintegrasi, sementara sekolah berbasis Islam terpadu mulai mengimplementasikan evaluasi digital melalui media seperti Google Form, Liveworksheet, dan Wordwall. Penerapan evaluasi digital memberikan dampak positif, antara lain meningkatkan efisiensi proses penilaian, meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan siswa, serta mengembangkan literasi teknologi bagi guru dan siswa.

Abstract

Kegiatan kunjungan lapangan ke Edu Global School Bandung dan Sekolah Binekas Bandung bertujuan untuk memberikan pengalaman belajar langsung kepada mahasiswa dalam memahami implementasi pendidikan dasar yang modern, berkarakter, dan berorientasi nilai. Melalui observasi lapangan, mahasiswa memperoleh gambaran nyata mengenai penerapan teori pendidikan yang dipelajari di perkuliahan dalam konteks manajemen sekolah, sistem pembelajaran, serta pembentukan karakter peserta didik. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa Edu Global School Bandung menonjol dalam penguatan kompetensi akademik, religiusitas, dan wawasan global melalui penerapan sistem pembelajaran bilingual, program guru tamu internasional, serta integrasi nilai spiritual dalam aktivitas sekolah. Sementara itu, Sekolah Binekas Bandung menerapkan pendidikan berbasis nilai (values-based education) yang berfokus pada pembentukan karakter, penguatan nilai kehidupan, dan pengembangan potensi siswa secara holistik melalui kegiatan pembiasaan dan pembelajaran kontekstual. Kedua sekolah memiliki kesamaan dalam menerapkan pendekatan pendidikan humanistik dan pembelajaran berpusat pada peserta didik, sejalan dengan prinsip Kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of initial abilities and critical thinking on learning outcomes through RADEC-based comic media for fourth grade elementary school students. The focus of the study was to determine the extent to which initial abilities and critical thinking affect student learning outcomes. The research method used was quasi-experimental with a pretest-posttest control group design. The research sample consisted of two classes, namely the experimental class using RADEC-based comic media and the control class using conventional learning methods. The research instruments included initial ability tests, critical thinking tests, and learning outcome tests. Data were analyzed using the Two-Way ANOVA statistical technique to test the effect of initial abilities and critical thinking on learning outcomes, and the Independent Samples T-Test to compare differences in learning outcomes between the experimental and control classes. The results showed that: students' initial abilities had a significant effect on learning outcomes through RADEC-based comic media; critical thinking had a significant effect on learning outcomes; the interaction between initial abilities and critical thinking did not have a significant effect on learning outcomes. The practical implications of this study are the importance of considering students' initial abilities and critical thinking in designing learning strategies, as well as the use of RADEC-based comic media as an effective learning alternative in Elementary Schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by Wordwall on the motivation and learning outcomes of fifth-grade science students in elementary schools. The focus of the study is to determine the extent to which the problem-based learning model assisted by the Wordwall application affects students' motivation and learning outcomes. This study aims to provide practical recommendations for educators in designing more effective learning strategies, especially in the elementary school context. This study uses a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental method in the form of a pre-experimental with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research sample consisted of only one class as the experimental class, namely class Va. Learning outcome test in the form of multiple-choice questions based on cognitive indicators. The results of the study showed that there was a significant increase in student motivation and learning outcomes after the application of the problem-based learning model assisted by the Wordwall application. The statistical test used a t-test in the form of a paired sample t-test. This proves that there is a significant difference between the motivation scores and student learning outcomes before and after the application of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by Wordwall. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model assisted by the Wordwall application has a positive effect on increasing the motivation and learning outcomes of class Va students.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low HOTS and learning outcomes of students in science learning. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the Teams Game Tournament (TGT) learning model on HOTS and Learning Outcomes of fifth grade elementary school. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method (quasi-experimental design) and a pre-action and post-action design. The results of the study show that: the t test is known to be tcount 1857> ttable 3160 and the sig. value. (2-tailed) <0.05. on significant differences between students who learn using the Teams Game Tournament (TGT) learning model and students who learn with conventional models on HOTS in science learning in fifth grade elementary school; the t test is known to be tcount 4.838> ttable 3.160 and the sig. value. (2-tailed) <0.05. there is a significant difference between students who learn using the Teams Game Tournament (TGT) learning model and students who learn with conventional models on student learning outcomes in science learning in grade V of elementary school; Manova test shows a sig. (2-tailed) value <0.05. there is a significant difference simultaneously or simultaneously between students who learn using the Teams Game Tournament learning model and students who learn with conventional models on HOTS and science learning outcomes in grade V of elementary school. Thus, it can be concluded that the Teams Game Tournament (TGT) learning model has a significant and effective effect in improving HOTS and learning outcomes.

Abstract

Student learning achievement is influenced by the quality of instructional media, yet IPAS learning outcomes in several elementary schools remain low due to limited media variation. This study aimed to analyze the effects of Augmented Reality (AR)–based media, learning motivation, and their interaction on fourth-grade students’ IPAS learning outcomes. A quantitative experiment with a 2×2 factorial design was conducted involving 43 students (22 in the experimental group and 21 in the control group). Learning motivation was categorized into high and low levels using a motivation questionnaire administered prior to treatment. Pre-test and post-test instruments were used to measure learning outcomes. Data were analyzed using a two-way ANOVA after meeting normality and homogeneity assumptions, with Mann–Whitney U tests performed only as complementary pairwise comparisons. The results showed a significant main effect of AR-based media on learning outcomes (p = 0.002) and a significant main effect of learning motivation, where high-motivation students achieved higher scores than low-motivation students (p = 0.023 and p = 0.027). However, the interaction between AR media and learning motivation was not significant, indicating that AR media improved outcomes regardless of students’ motivation level. In conclusion, AR-based media effectively enhance IPAS learning outcomes, although their impact is not influenced by motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila menggunakan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) di kelas III SD Negeri 01 Baringin Anam Kabupaten Agam. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif, yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, yaitu siklus I terdiri dari 2 pertemuan dan siklus II terdiri dari 1 pertemuan. Prosedur penelitian dilakukan dengan empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan peserta didik kelas III SD Negeri 01 Baringin Anam Kabupaten Agam dengan jumlah 24 orang peserta didik, 10 orang peserta didik laki-laki dan 14 orang peserta didik perempuan. Data dari penelitian ini diperoleh dari pengamatan modul ajar, hasil pengamatan aktivitas guru dan peserta didik, dan hasil belajar peserta didik menggunakan model Problem Based Learning (PBL). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar tes dan lembar nontes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pada modul ajar pada siklus I memperoleh rata-rata 87,50% (B), meningkat pada siklus II memperoleh rata-rata 97,22% (SB). Penilaian aktivitas guru pada siklus I memperoleh rata-rata 82,15% (B), meningkat pada siklus II memperoleh rata-rata 96,43% (SB). Penilaian aktivitas peserta didik pada siklus I memperoleh rata-rata 82,15% (B), meningkat pada siklus II memperoleh rata-rata 96,43% (SB). Penilaian hasil belajar peserta didik pada siklus I memperoleh rata-rata 73,39 (C), meningkat pada siklus II memperoleh rata-rata 86,25 (B). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila menggunakan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik di kelas III SD Negeri 01 Baringin Anam Kabupaten Agam.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low level of reading comprehension in Indonesian language learning among fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 06 Pasir Jambak in Padang City. The PQRST method was chosen because it can equip students with a systematic structure for reading, understanding, and remembering information effectively. This study was conducted in the fourth grade at SD Negeri 06 Pasir Jambak in Padang City. The subjects of this study were teachers and fourth-grade students, totaling 23 people. This study was a classroom action research (CAR) with a qualitative and quantitative approach, carried out in two cycles, namely cycle I consisting of two meetings and cycle II consisting of one meeting. Each cycle included four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques included non-tests (observation, interviews, attitude assessment, and skill assessment), tests, and document analysis. The research instruments used were observation sheets, interview sheets, attitude assessment sheets, skill assessment sheets, test sheets, and teaching module assessment sheets. The results of the study show an improvement in terms of teaching modules, teacher activities, student activities, and student learning outcomes. In terms of teaching modules, cycle I obtained an average of 91.66% (A) and cycle II obtained an average of 97.22% (A). In the implementation of teaching aspects in cycle I, the average score was 80.36% (B), while in cycle II, the average score was 92.86% (A). The implementation of learning aspects in cycle I had an average score of 80.36% (B), while in cycle II, the average score was 92.86% (A). The learning outcomes of students in cycle I obtained an average of 76.5 (C) and increased in cycle II with an average of 89.42 (B). Thus, the PQRST method can be said to be an effective learning method in improving students' reading comprehension skills in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low level of descriptive writing skills among fourth-grade students at SDN 34 Dama Gadang Elementary School in Agam Regency. The purpose of this study was to describe the improvement in descriptive writing skills using the Picture and Picture Cooperative model in fourth-grade classes at SDN 34 Dama Gadang Elementary School in Agam Regency. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) using qualitative and quantitative approaches. It was conducted in two cycles, namely cycle I was conducted in two meetings and cycle II was conducted in one meeting. Each cycle consisted of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were teachers and students in grade IV of SDN 34 Dama Gadang, Agam Regency, with a total of 18 students. The results of the study show an improvement, as seen from the Teaching Module aspect in cycle I, which obtained an average of 87.5% with a qualification of (B) and cycle II 95.83% with a qualification of very good (SB). The implementation of learning in terms of teachers in cycle I obtained an average of 86.05% with a good (Baik) qualification, and in cycle II it increased to 97% with an excellent (SB) qualification. The student aspect in cycle I had an average of 86.05% with a good (Baik) qualification, and in cycle II it increased to 97% with an excellent (SB) qualification. The results of the assessment of students' writing skills in cycle I obtained an average of 69.5 with a sufficient (C) qualification, and in cycle II it increased to 84.1 with a good (B) qualification. Thus, the Picture and Picture Cooperative model can improve descriptive text writing skills in grade IV of SDN 34 Dama Gadang, Agam Regency.
