Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh manajemen modal, resiko kredit, efesiensi operasional dan pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap profitabilitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu menjadikan seluruh perusahaan perbankkan syariah, triwulan II, III, dan IV sebagai sampel penelitian ini. Dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi linear berganda dan pengujian statistik secara overall (uji f) dan persial (uji t), dan dapat di simpulkan bahwa perbankkan syariah, dimana secara simultan manajemen modal (CAR) ,resiko kredit (NPF), efesiensi operasional (BOPO) dan pertumbuhan ekonomi (PDB) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA), sedangkan secara persial manajemen modal (CAR) berpengaruh positif signifikan, resiko kredit (NPF) berpengaruh negatif signifikan, efesiensi operasional (BOPO) berpengaruh negatif signifikan dan perumbuhan ekonomi (PDB) positif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas

Abstract

This community service program aims to provide business assistance to mothers of families who are beneficiaries of the Family Hope Program (FHP) in Telanai Pura District, Jambi City. This mentoring method is carried out in the form of participatory training regarding MSME Scale Up and Initiation of Joint Business Groups (JBG) from several similar businesses that they are currently doing. By providing this assistance, it can help the community, especially FHP beneficiary families, in overcoming problems related to business development, business feasibility and business plans that continue to grow. The material provided includes training on how to quickly scale up a business, strengthening creative thinking and innovation in running a business so that the problems and obstacles encountered can become experience in improving business management. The next material is understanding business feasibility and increasing JBG activities. This community service program as a whole lasts for eight months starting from the preparatory stage to the final report submission stage. Abstract

Price book value is an indicator of company value that is usually used as an assessment by investors in investing.This study aims to obtain the results of the study of the influence of Intellectual capital on firm value with indicators of value added intellectual capital (VAIC) and financial performance as intervening variables and size, age and leverage as controllers in LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The method used is purposive sampling resulting in a sample of 29 companies. Data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) tool. The results show that the influence of intellectual capital on firm value is not directly but fully mediated by financial performance. The financial performance generated through the proper management of intellectual capital is a major concern for investors in assessing the company. Abstract

This study examined how to improve organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), organizational justice, and job satisfaction. 85 employees of the Regional Finance Institution of Tanjung Jabung Regency, Jambi Province, were respondents in this study through the distribution of questionnaires. Hypothesis testing is carried out using smart PLS version 3.0. The findings showed a significant effect between organizational justice and job satisfaction, between Organizational justice and OCB, and between Job satisfaction and OCB. Thus, Job satisfaction only acts as a partial mediation. This finding indicates that organizational justice and job satisfaction can directly influence the increase in OCB without going through the mediator variables. Therefore, improving OCB can be done by directly enhancing the perception of organizational justice and directly improving job satisfaction.

Abstract

It is the first empirical research that initiates a model for a growing interest in entrepreneurship among the younger generation based on the two most important literacy in the industrial era 4.0, namely digital literacy and entrepreneurial literacy. Specifically, the purpose of this research is to fill the research gap of the lack of research that examines the interest in entrepreneurship in startups based on digital literacy and entrepreneurial literacy as well as solving problems for the low interest in entrepreneurship in startup businesses among the younger generation. The sample of this research was 406 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Jambi. It was collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used Partial least square. The study results showed high entrepreneurial and digital literacy levels and student interest in entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurial and digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of students. To foster entrepreneurial interest in startup businesses, it is necessary to provide entrepreneurial literacy to the younger generation, both formally and informally. It is also necessary to increase digital literacy with an education relevant to startup businesses among the younger generation.

Abstract

Lubuk Beringin Village is one of the villages in Bungo Regency which is a village with enormous natural and cultural tourism potential. In addition to carrying out activities as farmers, the village community also develops local wisdom such as a prohibition to take fish in the river basin according to village custom, a prohibition on using tuba, poison centers, long trawls, and other chemicals to take fish in rivers, a prohibition on picking durian fruit if not ripe or fall alone in large quantities. This local wisdom is the main attraction for Lubuk Beringin Village and has become a tourist destination. Based on the results of interviews with Lubuk Beringin village officials during the preliminary survey, the main problems encountered in managing the Lubuk Beringin tourist destination are 1) Public awareness of the importance of tourism to support the village economy is still very low. 2) Community understanding of Sapta Pesona and tourist villages is still very low. The method used in PPM activities is through face-to-face meetings with the community and participation or known as the active participation lecture method of PPM partners. It is hoped that the implementation of this community service activity can overcome the problems that exist in Lubuk Beringin Village, Bathin III Ulu District, Bungo Regency. This activity was carried out on October 15 2022 at the Lubuk Beringin Village Hall. The output of this community service activity is the understanding of partners, namely BUMDes management, to be able to develop the tourism potential of Lubuk Beringin, publication in journals with ISSN.

Abstract

Penataan kembali area agroforestri menjadi salah satu upaya ‘untuk mengetahui potensi suatu lahan untuk penggunaan’ tertentu’ dengan visualisasi berupa peta melalui sistem informasi geografis. Sistem agroforestri merupakan bentuk pemanfaatan lahan yang dikembangkan untuk memberikan manfaat ekonomi dan sosial sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat’. Melalui sistem informasi geografis menjadikan salah satu upaya untuk menata kembali kegunaan lahan. Tujuannya adalah memberi pengetahuan tentang cara pemanfaatan lahan secara optimal dengan menerapkan sistem Agroforestri berbasis Aren. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya pembentukan pemahaman dalam proses pembangunan sistem agroforestry aren berbasis sistem informasi geografis di lahan perkebunan. Selanjutnya akan dibuat rumah bunda dimana nanti nya rumah bunda ini akan membantu ibu-ibu untuk meningkatkan skill mereka. Untuk Kegiatan dilakukan dari Juni-September 2021 di desa Rambahan Kabupaten Batang Hari, kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah penyuluhan, demontrasi dan melakukan penandaan melalui sistem informasi geografis terhadap tanaman aren yang nanti akan digunakan untuk pembuatan peta sebagai penataan kembali tanaman aren.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra pengabdian yaitu ibu-ibu pembuat kue tradisional khas Jambi Kota Seberang di Kecamatan Pelayangan. Aktivitas mereka sehari hari adalah membuat kue tradisional dengan sistem titip di lapak depan Gentala Arasy (monumen ikon kota Jambi). Omzet mereka cukup menjanjikan terutama pada hari Sabtu dan Minggu. Sayangnya karena hanya bermodalkan keterampilan yang bersifat turun temurun, mereka kurang memperhatikan pengembangan usaha, tampilan seadanya, sistem pemasaran yang hanya menunggu pembeli datang dan aspek hygienitas yang belum terlihat. Target capaian dari kegiatan ini adalah memotivasi mereka untuk tetap melestarikan kue tradisional dan mengajak mereka melakukan perubahan mindset bahwa berjualan kue tradisional tidak harus dilakukan dengan cara tradisional juga, akan tetapi dapat dilakukan dengan bantuan teknologi untuk mengembangkan usaha dan  membuka akses penjualan berbasis online.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh levers of control terhadap kinerja perusahaan perbankan yang dimediasi oleh sistem pengukuran kinerja. Pengujian ini diujikan pada karyawan perusahaan PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jambi (Bank Jambi). Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang didistribusikan dengan teknik hand delivery system dan google form. Terdapat sebanyak 73 responden yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini dan telah memenuhi kriteria purposive sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling – Partial Least Square (SEM – PLS) dengan software WarpPLS 3.0. Hasil pengolah data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa levers of control baik (diagnostic control system maupun interactive control system) mampu mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dan juga mampu mempengaruhi kinerja perbankan) secara langsung. Begitu juga dengan kinerja karyawan mampu mempengaruhi kinerja perbankan. Kinerja karyawan tidak mampu memediasi hubungan pengaruh levers of control terhadap kinerja perbankan. Hasil penelitian ini berkontribusi untuk pengayaan model penelitian serta dapat diimplementasikan dalam perusahaan perbankan.

Abstract

This study aims to the Effect of Financial Literacy and Financial Technology on business performance through Financial Inclusion mediation in the subdistrict Muara Bulian. This research is quantitative and the research data used are primary and secondary. The sample is in the subdistrict Muara Bulian, totalling 93 actors. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale. Data testing techniques use the Validity Test and Reliability Test, R-Square test and Hypothesis Test with Bootstrapping using SmartPLS 3.0 Software. The results showed that Financial Literacy had a positive significant effect on Business Performance, Financial Technology had a positive significant effect on Business Performance, Financial Literacy had a positive significant effect on Financial Inclusion, Financial Technology had a positive significant effect on Financial Inclusion, Financial Inclusion had a positive significant effect on Bussiness Performance, Financial Literacy had a positive significant effect on Business Performance with Financial Inclusion mediation, Financial Technology had a positive significant effect on Business Performance with Financial Inclusion mediation.
