Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana “Efek Kinerja Tim Yang Memediasi Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transaksional Terhadap Kinerja Bank pada PT. Bank Bri Cabang Abunjani Sipin Jambi mampu memberikan kontribusi kerja positif terhadap pegawai bank BRI kanca Abunjani sipin, sebagai perusahaan Bank Terbesar di Indonesia Bank BRI terus merubah dan memperbaiki kinerja Bank BRI agar terus lebih baik lagi demi mencapai tujuan perusahaan itu. Kinerja merupakan tolak ukur bagi perusahaan untuk menilai kemampuan, produktivitas, serta memberikan informasi yang berguna bagi organisasi maupun perusahaan berkaitan dengan pegawai Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan Metode kuantitatif yang sumber datanya primer dan sekunder menggunakan instrumen penelitian kuesioner serta teknik analisis data Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan jumlah sampel 64 orang. Hasil uji Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) menyatakan Kepemimpinan Transaksional memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada kinerja tim yang dampaknya pada kinerja perusahaan. Dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini memberikan pengetahuan bagaimana Kepemimpinan Transaksional yang relevan dapat menjaga Sustainability perusahaan yang bertransformasi menuju lebih baik lagi dalam upaya peningkatan Kinerja Bank pada PT. Bank Bri Cabang Abunjani Sipin Jambi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kebijakan makroprudensial terhadap kinerja Bank Jambi, dengan penyaluran kredit sebagai variabel mediasi dan makroekonomi sebagai variabel moderator. Data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui teknik dokumentasi. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) berbasis partial least squares path modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil analisis statistik membuktikan bahwa; (1) kebijakan makroprudensial secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyaluran kredit, (2) penyaluran kredit secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Bank Jambi, (3) kebijakan makroprudensial secara langsung berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja Bank Jambi, (4) kebijakan makroprudensial secara tidak langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Bank Jambi melalui penyaluran kredit, (5) makroekonomi memoderasi secara tidak signifikan hubungan pengaruh antara kebijakan makroprudensial terhadap kinerja Bank Jambi, dan (6) makroekonomi memoderasi secara tidak signifikan hubungan pengaruh antara penyaluran kredit terhadap kinerja Bank Jambi. Hasil penelitian ini berimplikasi terhadap upaya manajemen Bank Jambi untuk meningkatkan prinsip prudensial dalam penyaluran kredit, khususnya pembiayaan inklusif, melalui pengelolaan instrumen kebijakan makroprudensial.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the overview of financial literacy, risk preferences, and investment decisions, as well as analyze the influence of financial literacy and risk preferences on cryptocurrency investment decisions among the millennial generation in Jambi City. The research sample consisted of 95 respondents, selected using purposive sampling technique. Data collection in this study was conducted using a questionnaire with a Likert scale format. The collected data were then analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of research indicate that the financial literacy and risk preferences of millennial cryptocurrency investors in Jambi City are at an excellent level. The very high financial literacy and risk preferences of these investors contribute positively to excellent cryptocurrency investment decision-making. Hypothesis testing results demonstrate that financial literacy and risk preferences have a positive and significant influence on cryptocurrency investment decisions. This study's findings have implications for efforts to enhance the rationality of cryptocurrency investment decisions to avoid undesirable losses, such as choosing types of crypto assets with not too high price volatility, or diversifying portfolios by combining crypto assets with conventional assets like stocks, bonds, or mutual funds.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra pengabdian yaitu ibu-ibu pembuat kue tradisional khas Jambi Kota Seberang di Kecamatan Pelayangan. Aktivitas mereka sehari hari adalah membuat kue tradisional dengan sistem titip di lapak depan Gentala Arasy (monumen ikon kota Jambi). Omzet mereka cukup menjanjikan terutama pada hari Sabtu dan Minggu. Sayangnya karena hanya bermodalkan keterampilan yang bersifat turun temurun, mereka kurang memperhatikan pengembangan usaha, tampilan seadanya, sistem pemasaran yang hanya menunggu pembeli datang dan aspek hygienitas yang belum terlihat. Target capaian dari kegiatan ini adalah memotivasi mereka untuk tetap melestarikan kue tradisional dan mengajak mereka melakukan perubahan mindset bahwa berjualan kue tradisional tidak harus dilakukan dengan cara tradisional juga, akan tetapi dapat dilakukan dengan bantuan teknologi untuk mengembangkan usaha dan  membuka akses penjualan berbasis online.

Abstract

This groundbreaking research explores the intricate interplay between age factors, motivation to work, and the self-determination of mothers engaged in the informal employment sector, a demographic often overlooked in scholarly investigations. Employing a mixed-method approach characterized by a sequential exploratory design, this study pioneers a comprehensive examination of the multifaceted dynamics shaping maternal self-determination. Leveraging purposive sampling, data collection unfolds through a meticulously orchestrated blend of orally administered questionnaires and in-depth interviews, ensuring a holistic understanding of the subject matter. Analytically, the research employs a dual-pronged strategy encompassing descriptive and inferential statistical analyses, complemented by Miles & Huberman's framework for interview analysis. The study unveils a significant nexus between age, motivation, and maternal self-determination through rigorous statistical scrutiny, filling a conspicuous void in extant literature. This research's novelty lies in its explicit focus on delineating the intricate correlations and synergies between age and motivation factors vis-a-vis self-determination, particularly within the context of working mothers operating within informal economies, an underexplored realm in academic discourse. The implications of this study reverberate far beyond academia, offering tangible insights that can inform the development of targeted support programs tailored to empower and uplift mothers navigating the informal employment sector. Ultimately, this research represents a pioneering stride towards fostering a more inclusive and equitable ecosystem for working mothers, underpinned by a nuanced understanding of their unique challenges and aspirations.

Abstract

Kreativitas harus selalu diupayakan oleh pelaku usaha baik usaha mikro, kecil maupun menengah (UMKM) dalam mewujudkan kesinambungan usaha dan menghadapi kompetitior dunia bisnis. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan di Desa Maro Sebo, Kecamatan Jambi Luar Kota, Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Selama hampir 2 (dua) tahun masyarakat telah menghasilkan beberapa produk yang siap di jual, memiliki website desa dengan tujuan memberi informasi kepada masyarakat di luar desa akan keberadaan dan potensi yang ada di desa. Namun mitra masih kurang memahami pengelolaan usaha yang baik dan penciptaan ekonomi kreatif untuk membangun wisata desa. Oleh karenanya melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini, masyarakat diberikan pemahaman tentang manajemen usaha dan ekonomi kreatif untuk membangun wisata desa yang bertujuan agar masyarakat desa dapat memahami serta mengaplikasikan pengembangan destinasi wisata dengan mengelola ekonomi kreatif di desa. Kegiatan ini dimulai dari sosialisasi, FGD, edukasi, pemberdayaan kepada mitra masyarakat, remaja, ibu-ibu pelaku usaha desa Maro Sebo. Masyarakat desa memiliki banyak alasan untuk mempelajari manajemen usaha dan ekonomi kreatif, terutama dalam konteks pariwisata desa karena ke depannya berguna untuk mengembangkan usaha, meningkatkan pendapatan, mengembangkan fasilitas dan potensi desa wisata, peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat desa serta pelestarian budaya dan lingkungan.

Abstract

Understanding financial literacy is very necessary for every individual to be able to manage and plan their finances. Based on the results of observations, researchers found problems related to low levels of financial literacy affecting their financial management. Of the 10 students, only 4 students made financial plans and only a few made detailed financial plans. In particular, they have studied Financial Management courses but are known to still be unable to apply their financial literacy skills appropriately in managing their finances. This research aims to examine the influence of financial literacy and the use of social media on student financial management. This research includes quantitative research methods. The population in this study was 577 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jambi University class 2019-2021 with a sample of 86 students using simple random sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires. Data testing techniques use Validity Test and Reliability Test, R-Square test and Hypothesis Test with Bootstrapping using SmartPLS 3 Software. The results of the research show that financial literacy has a significant positive effect on personal financial management and the use of social media has a significant positive effect on personal financial management.

Abstract

Micro and Small Enterprises sector has a big influence on the economy of the people of Tebo district, especially Rimbo Bujang. However, in practice, the community structure and Micro and Small Enterprises actors in Rimbo Bujang still rarely use financial technology. According to the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK), financial technology is an innovation in the financial services industry that utilizes advances in technology whose products are systems built to carry out specific transaction mechanisms. Users of financial technology continue to grow in Indonesia, but in general cash payments still dominate, including in the Tebo district, Rimbo Bujang, because some people do not recognize and master financial literacy, ease of use, and the usefulness of the technology provided. Based on this background, researchers are interested in carrying out research entitled The Influence of Financial Literacy and Perception of Ease of Use of Financial Technology with a case study of Micro and Small Enterprises in Rimbo Bujang District, Tebo Regency. The research approach used is descriptive and quantitative with the aim of analyzing the phenomenon of the influence of financial literacy and perceived ease of use on the use of financial technology in Micro and Small Enterprises. The results of this research are that there is no influence between financial literacy and the use of financial technology by micro and small business actors in Rimbo Bujang District, Tebo Regency. This is proven by the results obtained which show that the path coefficient has a negative sign 0,168, dan P-Vallues 0,161 > 0,05 daln nilai T-Statistic 0,991< 1,96 so it can be concluded that financial literacy has no effect on financial technology. So it can be stated that the hypothesis can be accepted and is rejected because the T-Statistic value is smaller than 1.96 (T-Table) and the P-Values are more than 0.05. This means that increasing awareness, knowledge, skills, attitudes and behavior of respondents regarding financial literacy without being accompanied by socialization in the use of financial technology will not affect the use of financial technology. However, there is a significant influence between the perception of ease of use of financial technology by micro and small business actors in Rimbo Bujang District, Tebo Regency. This is evidenced by the T-Statistic value of T-statistic 8,194> 1,96 (T-Table) daln nilali P-Vallue 0.000 < 0,05, which can be interpreted that the more a person's perception of ease of use is good enough, the more that person will improve their performance. use of existing financial technology. Likewise, low understanding of perceived ease of use will make someone hesitate to use something.

Abstract

A person's life satisfaction will also be determined by the current financial condition he or she has or what is more often called financial satisfaction. This research aims to determine the influence of Financial Literacy, Financial Solvency, and Risk Tolerance on the Financial Satisfaction of Generation Z in Jambi City. This research is quantitative in nature and the research data used is primary data. The population used is Generation Z over 20 years old and already have their own income, amounting to 103,144 people. Sampling used the Slovin formula with a percentage of 10% with a total of 100 respondents. Data collection was carried out through validity and reliability tests, R-Square tests and hypothesis testing with bootstrapping using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The research results show that Financial Literacy, Financial Solvency, and Risk Tolerance have a positive and significant effect on Financial Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of lifestyle, social media, financial literacy, and e-money usage on consumptive behavior. The research adopts a quantitative approach with a probability sampling technique, specifically simple random sampling. A total of 100 respondents participated, with data collected through a digital questionnaire using Google Forms and a 4-point Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the aid of Smart PLS 4 software. The findings reveal that lifestyle, social media, and e-money have a positive and significant impact on consumptive behavior, while financial literacy has a significant negative effect.
