Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of Islamic inheritance law (mawaris) in contemporary Muslim society as a means to realize justice and blessing (barakah) in the distribution of inherited wealth. The research is motivated by the growing number of inheritance disputes caused by limited understanding of faraid principles, the persistence of customary inheritance practices, and the coexistence of national legal systems that often diverge from Islamic inheritance regulations. These conditions frequently lead to unequal distribution and family conflicts. The study aims to examine the relevance of mawaris in modern contexts and to explore how its application, when aligned with the objectives of Islamic law (maqasid al-shariah), can address current social challenges. Employing a qualitative method with a normative library research approach, the study draws on primary sources such as the Qur’an, Hadith, and classical fiqh texts, as well as secondary sources including contemporary books and scholarly journal articles. Data were analyzed through content analysis to identify key concepts and arguments regarding the contemporary application of mawaris. The findings show that proper implementation of Islamic inheritance law fosters justice, minimizes family disputes, strengthens kinship ties, and safeguards the blessing of wealth. Nevertheless, insufficient public literacy on Islamic inheritance law and the dominance of non-sharia considerations remain significant barriers. Therefore, the study underscores the need for enhanced public education, greater involvement of religious scholars in inheritance mediation, and contextual integration of Islamic legal principles to ensure fair and beneficial inheritance distribution in modern Muslim families.

Abstract

Persatuan Indonesia (Sila Ketiga Pancasila) merupakan fondasi moral bangsa, namun fenomena bullying di kalangan remaja SMA Pasundan 1 Bandung menjadi manifestasi perilaku yang secara fundamental bertentangan dengan prinsip solidaritas tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis akar masalah bullying dan merumuskan upaya pembentukan budaya anti-bullying yang efektif dengan menjadikan nilai Persatuan Indonesia sebagai kerangka filosofis dan solusi utama. Mengingat bullying masih sering disalahartikan sebagai "candaan," penelitian kualitatif deskriptif ini dilaksanakan melalui sosialisasi komprehensif kepada 38 siswa. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, dan ice breaking untuk mengidentifikasi bentuk bullying (verbal, fisik, sosial, cyberbullying) dan mendiskusikan dampaknya yang serius (psikologis, akademik, sosial). Hasil kegiatan menegaskan bahwa penguatan identitas kolektif, yang merupakan inti dari Sila Ketiga Pancasila, adalah kunci untuk mengatasi akar masalah. Strategi pencegahan yang disosialisasikan, seperti membangun budaya inklusif dan membentuk komunitas anti-bullying, merupakan implementasi langsung dari nilai persatuan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa upaya pencegahan bullying akan efektif dan berkelanjutan hanya jika didasarkan pada penanaman Sila Ketiga Pancasila, yang secara tegas menolak tindakan yang memicu perpecahan dan mendorong terciptanya lingkungan belajar yang aman dan suportif bagi seluruh peserta didik.

Abstract

Study This discuss design server aplication for help automation of the registration process students at Darul Qur’an through a web-based platform. The systemThis developed for increase speed procesissing, accuracy record keeping and neatness previous data management handled manually. Stages study covering requirements analysis, system architecture design, and implementation using web technology. The design result show that the aplication is capable of handling registration in a structured manner, storing data centrally, and offering an easy-to-use interface. This system is expected to improve administrative efficiency and serve as a basis for developing additional features in the next phase.

Abstract

Nilpotent elements in modular rings play a fundamental role in understanding the algebraic structure of rings and their applications in various mathematical domains. Motivated by the need to explore the interplay between algebraic and combinatorial representations, this study introduces and investigates nilpotent graphs constructed from rings of integers modulo prime powers. We begin by characterizing nilpotent sets and establishing theorems that describe their distribution and algebraic behavior. Using these characterizations, we construct nilpotent graphs, where vertices represent nilpotent elements and edges reflect their interactions. The structural properties of these graphs are examined, and several well known topological indices, such as the Zagreb, Harary, Hyper Wiener, Randić, Harmonic, Sombor, and Schultz indices, are computed to quantify connectivity, complexity, and centrality. The results reveal meaningful patterns that bridge ring theory and graph theory.

Abstract

Indonesia, particularly the province of Aceh, boasts an exceptionally high diversity of fauna. This region serves as a habitat for various endemic species, some of which are extinct or endangered. Ideally, this should be brought to the public’s attention by introducing or even studying this rich fauna. However, this effort has not yet been supported by adequate infrastructure. The limited facilities for wildlife education and research raise the research question: “How can we create a space that facilitates education, research, and recreation simultaneously?” In response to this issue, this study presents a design concept for a zoological museum that incorporates the transformation of natural values into architecture. The museum aims to raise public awareness and foster a sense of responsibility regarding the urgency of wildlife and ecosystem conservation. The research method employs an architectural design-based approach using the Intangible Metaphor framework, in which abstract values from nature—such as the philosophy of balance, harmony, the life cycle, and the principle of sustainability—are translated into physical architectural elements. The design results demonstrate that these themes are realized through a building mass composition arranged in a gradual progression from low to high scales, serving as a visual representation of the fauna’s life cycle. In addition, natural materials are used to strengthen the interaction and emotional connection between humans and nature, and the spatial design is both dynamic and exploratory, aiming to create a profound educational experience for visitors. Through this approach, the museum is expected to serve as a leading center for zoological education while also symbolizing the harmonious and sustainable relationship between humans and nature.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi UMKM berbasis pariwisata halal, faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya, serta perannya terhadap pendapatan pelaku usaha. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus instrumental, melibatkan 21 informan (10 pelaku UMKM homestay, 10 pemandu wisata, dan 1 perangkat desa) yang dipilih secara purposive dan snowball, melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dan observasi partisipatif, serta dianalisis dengan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña (2014). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa strategi UMKM homestay bertumpu pada kualitas layanan, promosi digital, dan harga dinamis musiman, sementara pemandu wisata menerapkan diferensiasi rute dan produk. Penerapan nilai halal bersifat gradual, mulai dari komitmen penuh hingga akomodasi terhadap permintaan wisatawan non-Muslim. Faktor pendukung meliputi citra destinasi halal, dukungan pemerintah desa, dan jejaring antarpelaku UMKM; faktor penghambat meliputi keterbatasan modal, minimnya literasi sertifikasi halal, dan sosialisasi yang belum merata. Informan melaporkan peningkatan pendapatan dibandingkan sumber penghidupan sebelumnya serta manfaat ekonomi tidak langsung bagi warga sekitar, meskipun pendapatan tersebut masih dipengaruhi fluktuasi musiman dan belum merata antarpelaku usaha. Kata Kunci: Pariwisata Halal, Pendapatan, Strategi Usaha, UMKM.

Abstract

Mathematics plays a fundamental role in developing students' logical, analytical, critical, and problem-solving skills. However, many senior high school students perceive mathematics as difficult and uninteresting due to teacher-centered instruction that provides limited opportunities for active engagement and authentic learning experiences. This community service program aimed to enhance students' mathematical understanding through an Experiential Learning-based FunMath Camp conducted collaboratively by the Mathematics Study Program of the University of Mataram and Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia. The program was held over two days, 27–28 June 2026, at Gunung Jae Nature Tourism Park, West Lombok, involving 20 selected senior high school students from across Lombok Island. The activities followed four stages of Experiential Learning: concrete experience, reflective observation, abstract conceptualization, and active experimentation. Activities included interactive lectures, Treasure Map Games, a Mini Mathematics Quiz Competition, and collaborative outdoor learning. Program effectiveness was evaluated using pre-test and post-test scores. As the data were not normally distributed based on the Shapiro–Wilk test, the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test was employed. The results showed a statistically significant improvement in students' mathematical understanding, with the mean score increasing from 6.85 to 7.80 (p = 0.012). Although the average N-Gain score was 0.19 (low category), students demonstrated greater engagement, collaboration, and confidence in solving mathematical problems. These findings indicate that the Experiential Learning-based FunMath Camp provides an engaging and meaningful learning environment that supports mathematical understanding and active learning.

Abstract

In some cases in applied mathematics, the continuous function is not used, but rather the weaker function, i.e. lower semi-continuous function from above. One of the basic properties of the function that needs to be known is the existence of the infimum value of the function image. In the case of a continuous function, the existence of infimum is assured by several assumptions, one of which is the function domain which is a closed set and the function is a bounded function. In this paper, we describe the properties that ensure the existence of infimum of the image of a lower semi-continuous function from above. Based on the results, it is found that the existence of infimum of the image of a lower semi-continuous function from above is assured in the domain which is a compact set and also assured if the function is a convex function.

Abstract

Prime submodule is the abstraction to module theory of prime ideal in ring theory.  A proper submodule N of an R-module M is called prime submodule if for all r in R and m in M such that rm in N implies r in (N:M) or m in N.  Prime submodule also generalized into weakly prime submodule and almost prime submodule.  This study deal with particular cases of both of them in Z-module M_2x2(Z_9), the three submodules are equivalent in case of non-zero submodule.

Abstract

Gold is a investment that investors are interested in because it has relatively low risk and gold investment is not affected by inflation. Gold prices always change from time to time, so it is necessary to forecast gold prices as a basis for investors in making decisions. The forecasting method used in the fuzzy time series lee method. The purpose of this research is determine the world prices and determine the accuracy of the gold price forecasting value ortained using fuzzy time series lee method. The results of this research are forecasting gold prices in the period November 20, 2023 of US$ 63,89/grams and relatively the level of forecasting accuracy based on MAPE value of 0,540091% included in the very good criteria in forecasting gold prices.
