Abstract

KWT Makmur Berkah is involved in agriculture and fisheries, utilizing land of 150 tiles (approximately 2,100 m²). In agriculture, members cultivate peanuts, chili peppers, and vegetables. In fisheries, they practice polyculture with various fish species. Currently, the fish feed used is a mix of kitchen spices and pellets. Interviews revealed that the feeding practices are suboptimal, as they focus solely on increasing fish size without addressing nutritional quality. This community service project aims to improve the knowledge and skills of KWT Makmur Berkah members in producing alternative fish feed. The project began with an overview of the importance of high-quality fish feed, followed by training in the production of alternative feed. Participants then took part in demonstrations and hands-on practice with fish feed pellet machines and learned how to maintain these machines. After the initial implementation, monitoring and evaluation were carried out, alongside periodic support to ensure the program’s ongoing success. A total of 20 KWT Makmur Berkah members participated in the project. The project’s results were significant. Participants, particularly women, not only successfully learned to operate the feed pellet machines independently but also reported high levels of satisfaction with the tool’s ease of use and efficiency. Feedback from the training was overwhelmingly positive, with many members noting that the program significantly enhanced their fish farming practices.

Abstract

AbstractIn general, one of the means of transportation that is still widely used by Indonesian people is the bus. The city of Purwokerto is the capital of Banyumas Regency, Central Java, which has a total area of 39.58 km². PO Efisiensi is a bus company originating from Kebumen, Central Java and is one of the intercity buses that is in great demand by the people of Purwokerto. Therefore, the author wants to analyze the level of service quality for passengers who use efficiency bus services in Purwokerto and what factors need to be improved to make passengers more comfortable. The method used in this research is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) with data collection using the questionnaire method. This was carried out on 200 respondents and 30 questionnaires were tested on efficiency bus passengers, where the assessment used a Likert scale. The results of the analysis using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method show that service performance on efficiency buses is in the Very Good/Very Satisfying category with a percentage of 98.94%. It can be said that the level of conformity to consumer expectations still needs to be improved. There are 3 attributes whose performance level of importance is still lacking, including Cleanliness. on the bus, the condition of the seat being comfortable to sit on, suitability of the route on the predetermined route. Public Transport Service Standards No.40 of 2015, 2020. The research results from the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) of 86.080% show that passenger satisfaction on the Purwokerto-Yogyakarta efficiency bus route is in the Very Good/Very Satisfying category regarding service performance on the Purwokerto-Yogyakarta efficiency bus route.Keywords: Importance Performance Analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index, Bus Passenger Expectations for Efficiency

Abstract

Frailty is the occurrence of impaired adaptation function and reduced functional. Spiritual needs are an important aspect in dealing with problems in order to adapt to the changes that occur in oneself due to the aging process. The purpose of this review is to identify the concept of spirituality in frail elderly. The literature review was conducted using Pubmed and Science Direct databases supplemented by free searches using Google Scholar from various international and national journals from 2019 to 2024. The database search query consisted of two search concepts the concept of frail elderly and the concept of spirituality. The results of this scientific paper contain several literatures that discuss the importance of strengthening the spiritual aspect in elderly people who are physically weak. As age increases, the spiritual aspect becomes important to improve the quality of life of the elderly. Fulfilling spirituality in the elderly who are physically weak helps them cope with events in their lives and feel more positive. It is expected that health workers must pay attention to spiritual needs in order to provide more integrative care.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Physical rehabilitation is one form of service available in hospitals that aims to restore optimal body function. The need for medical rehabilitation continues to increase and it is estimated that more than 2.6 billion people need this service globally. To ensure that medical rehabilitation patients adhere to the therapy plan, patients need to have a satisfying medical rehabilitation experience and to achieve that satisfaction, providers need to deliver a high-quality service. This study aims to explained the effect of physical rehabilitation service quality on patient satisfaction. This study is an analytic study with a cross-sectional approach conducted at Kabanjahe Hospital involving 106 medical rehabilitation patients. Data in this study was collected using a valid and reliable questionnaire. The questionnaires and protocols used in this study have been granted ethical clearance by the Health Research Ethics Committee of the University of North Sumatra. The results of this study found that exactly half of the respondents felt satisfied with the services they received, 51,89% respondents perceived the tangibility dimension was good, 54,72% respondents perceived the reliability dimension was good, 65,09% respondents perceived the responsiveness dimension was good, 52.83% respondents perceived the assurance dimension was good, and 50.94% respondents perceived the empathy dimension was good. It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between tangibility and patient satisfaction (p<0.001), between reliability and patient satisfaction (p<0.05), between assurance and patient satisfaction (p<0.005), and between empathy and patient satisfaction (p<0.001). Based on these findings it is recommended for the clinic to improve its service quality to increase patient satisfaction at the Kabanjahe Hospital Physical Rehabilitation Clinic. Keywords: Physiotherapy, Satisfaction, Quality, Physical Rehabilitation  ABSTRAK Rehabilitasi medik merupakan salah satu bentuk pelayanan yang tersedia di rumah sakit yang bertujuan untuk mengembalikan fungsi tubuh yang optimal. Kebutuhan akan pelayanan rehabilitasi medik terus meningkat dan diperkirakan lebih dari 2,6 milyar penduduk dunia membutuhkan pelayanan ini. Untuk menjamin pasien rehabilitasi medik mematuhi rencana terapi yang diberikan, pasien perlu untuk memiliki pengalaman rehabilitasi medik yang memuaskan, dan untuk memperoleh kepuasan tersebut, penyedia layanan perlu untuk memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh Kualitas pelayanan rehabilitasi medik terhadap kepuasn pasien. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan potong-lintang yang dilakukan di RSUD Kabanjahe dengan melibatkan 106 pasien rehabilitasi medik. Data pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Kuesioner dan protokol yang digunakan pada penelitian ini telah dinyatakan layak etik oleh Komite Etik Penelitian Kesehatan Universitas Sumatera Utara. Hasil pada penelitian ini menemukan bahwa jumlah responden yang merasa puas dan kurang puas dengan pelayanan yang mereka terima adalah sama, dan 51,89% responden merasa dimensi tangibility berkualitas baik, 54,72% responden merasa dimensi reliability berkualitas baik, 65,09% responden merasa dimensi responsiveness berkualitas baik, 52,83% responden merasa dimensi assurance berkualitas baik, dan 50,94% responden merasa dimensi empathy berkualitas baik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan dimensi tangibility dengan kepuasan pasien (p<0,001), kualitas pelayanan dimensi reliability dengan kepuasan pasien (p<0,05), kualitas pelayanan dimensi assurance dengan kepuasan pasien (p<0,05), dan kualitas pelayanan dimensi empathy dengan kepuasan pasien (p<0,001). Berdasarkan temuan ini disarankan bagi klinik rehabilitasi medik RSUD Kabanjahe untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pasien klinik rehabilitasi medik RSUD Kabanjahe. Kata Kunci: Fisioterapi, Kepuasan, Kualitas, Rehabilitasi Medik

Abstract

ABSTRACT In an effort to achieve universal health coverage in Indonesia, the government introduced the National Health Insurance program administered by BPJS Kesehatan as the single payer for healthcare services. This social insurance supports the utilization of healthcare services by the public, both in government-owned and private healthcare facilities. This study aims to identify factors influencing patient preferences in choosing between government-owned or private hospitals. This analytic survey research with a cross-sectional approach was conducted at Grandmed General Hospital (RSU Grandmed) and Drs. H. Amri Tambunan Regional General Hospital (RSUD Drs. H. Amri Tambunan). The study involved 393 patients, comprising 198 patients from RSU Grandmed and 195 patients from RSUD Drs. H. Amri Tambunan. Samples were selected using incidental sampling techniques. Data were collected using a questionnaire based on the valid and reliable Andersen healthcare utilization model. The statistical tests used in this study were the Chi square test and multiple logistic regression. The data showed no significant differences in predisposition and health behavior characteristics among patients choosing RSU Grandmed and RSUD Drs. H. Amri Tambunan (p>0.05). Additionally, differences between patients who choosing RSU Grandmed and RSUD Drs. H. Amri Tambunan were only observed in waiting times (p<0.001) and type of visits (p<0.05), while other aspects showed no significant differences (p>0.05). Logistic regression indicated that hospital choice was influenced by the availability of hospitals near the residence (OR: 3.047, p<0.01), the number of hospitals in the vicinity (OR: 1.554, p<0.05), type of visits (OR;0,618, p<0,05) and waiting time (OR: 2.138. p<0.001). It can be concluded that waiting time and type of visits are the only factors distinguishing patient who choose RSU Grandmed and RSUD Drs. H. Amri Tambunan. Since waiting time is a modifiable aspect by hospitals, it is highly recommended that both hospitals reduce waiting times by increasing service efficiency. Keywords: BPJS Kesehatan, Utilization, Government Hospital, Private Hospital  ABSTRAK Dalam rangka mewujudkan cakupan kesehatan semesta di Indonesia, pemerintah memperkenalkan program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional yang dijalankan oleh BPJS Kesehatan sebagai pembayar tunggal pelayanan kesehatan. Jaminan sosial ini mendorong pemanfaatan layanan kesehatan oleh masyarakat baik di fasilitas kesehatan milik pemerintah maupun swasta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan preferensi pasien antara rumah sakit milik pemerintah atau swasta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei analitik dengan desain potong lintang yang dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Umum (RSU) Grandmed dan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Drs. H. Amri Tambunan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien rawat jalan RSU Grandmed dan RSUD Drs. H. Amri Tambunan yang menggunakan BPJS Kesehatan dan sampel sebanyak 393 pasien yang terdiri dari 198 pasien RSU Grandmed dan 195 pasien RSUD Drs. H. Amri Tambunan digunakan sebagai sampel. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik pemilihan insidental. Data pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan teknik survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang valid dan reliabel yang disusun berdasarkan model pemanfaatan layanan kesehatan Andersen. Uji statistik yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji kai kuadrat dan regresi logistik binomial. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan karakteristik jenis kelamin, umur,  status perkawinan, suku, pendidikan, pekerjaan, pendapatan, jenis pembiayaan, moda transportasi, jarak tempuh ke rumah sakit, ketersediaan tenaga kesehatan, ketersediaan pemeriksaan penunjang, ketersediaan dan jumlah rumah sakit di sekitar tempat tinggal, klinik tujuan, proses administrasi, maupun alasan memilih rumah sakit di antara pasien yang memilih RSU Grandmed dan RSUD Drs. H. Amri Tambunan (p>0,05). Perbedaan antara pasien yang memilih RSU Grandmed dan RSUD Drs. H. Amri Tambunan hanya terlihat pada waktu tunggu (p<0,001) dan jenis kunjungan (p<0,05). Regresi logistik menunjukkan bahwa pilihan rumah sakit memiliki hubungan dengan ketersediaan rumah sakit di sekitar tempat tinggal (OR:3,047, p<0,01), jumlah rumah sakit di sekitar tempat tinggal (OR:1,554, p<0,05), jenis kunjungan (OR:0,618, p<0,05) dan waktu tunggu (OR:2,138, p<0,001). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa waktu tunggu dan jenis kunjungan merupakan faktor yang membedakan pasien yang memilih antara RSU Grandmed dan RSUD Drs. H. Amri Tambunan. Dikarenakan waktu tunggu merupakan aspek yang dapat dimodifikasi oleh rumah sakit, sangat disarankan pada kedua rumah sakit untuk menekan waktu tunggu dengan peningkatan efisiensi pelayanan. Kata Kunci: BPJS Kesehatan, Pemanfaatan, Rumah Sakit Pemerintah, Rumah Sakit Swasta

The purpose of this study is to see the relationship between individual characteristics and needs factors with the use of prolanis in hypertensive patients at the Padang Bulan Health Center. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional design. This study was conducted in the working area of the Padang Bulan Health Center on 100 hypertensive patients. The data analysis used for bivariate analysis used the ¬chi-sqaure test. The study found that hypertension affects 67 people, 95 people with high education levels, 42 people with high education levels, 36 people working, and 27 people with a medical certificate. Variables in the relationship between hypertension and education levels were found. Hypertension patients with high education levels and high education levels used hypertension (56.7%), high education levels (59.5%), high education levels (60%), high education levels (60%), high education levels (50%), and high education levels (55.6%) in the study. A significant relationship was found between hypertension needs and education needs in the study. Berdasarkan survei pendahuluan ditemukan bahwa alasan 10 orang penderita hipertensi yang tidak melakukan pemantauan status kesehatan secara rutin dikarenakan malas dan tidak tahu fungsi prolanis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan karakteristik individu dan faktor kebutuhan dengan pemanfaatan prolanis pada penderi hipertensi di Puskesmas Padang Bulan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Penelitian inidilakukan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Padang Bulan pada 100 penderita hipertensi. Analisis data yang digunakan analisis bivariat menggunakan uji ­chi-sqaure. Studi tersebut menemukan bahwa hipertensi menyerang 67 orang, 95 orang dengan tingkat pendidikan tinggi, 42 orang dengan tingkat pendidikan tinggi, 36 orang bekerja, dan 27 orang dengan sertifikat medis. Variabel dalam hubungan antara hipertensi dan tingkat pendidikan ditemukan. Pasien hipertensi dengan tingkat pendidikan tinggi dan tingkat pendidikan tinggi menggunakan hipertensi (56,7%), tingkat pendidikan tinggi (59,5%), tingkat pendidikan tinggi (60%), tingkat pendidikan tinggi (60%), tingkat pendidikan tinggi (50%), dan tingkat pendidikan tinggi (55,6%) dalam penelitian ini. Abstract

World health problems that cannot be resolved include maternal mortality, maternity and infant mortality. How to reduce the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) with MDG's. National MMR (2017) is 228/100,000 KH and IMR is 34/1,000 KH. Dairi Regency MMR (2020) is 209/100,000 KH and IMR 14/1,000 KH. The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of predisposing, enabling and need factors on the utilization of Maternity Insurance services in the Working Area of ​​the Parongil Health Center, Dairi Regency. This type of research is explanatory research. The total sample was 95 mothers giving birth. Data analysis includes univariate, bivariate analysis with chi square, Fisher and multivariate tests with multiple logistic regression. The results of the research were that 30.53% of respondents utilized Maternity Guarantee services and 69.47% of respondents did not utilize Maternity Guarantee services. The results of the chi-square and Fisher tests show that there are 3 variables that are significantly related to the utilization of Maternity Insurance services where the p value is <0.005, namely knowledge (p<0.001), facilities (p<0.001) and needs (p<0.001). From the results of the multivariable multiple logistic regression, the most influential influence on the utilization of Maternity Insurance services is the facilities.

Abstract

Gout arthritis menjadi masalah kesehatan yang umum dialami oleh lanjut usia dan berdampak signifikan terhadap kualitas hidup, keterbatasan aktivitas harian, dan kondisi psikososial. Lansia dengan gout arthritis sering kali mengalami tanda gejala seperti nyeri sendi yang timbul secara tiba-tiba, terutama saat bangun tidur, disertai pembengkakan pada ekstremitas seperti ibu jari kaki, lutut, dan jari tangan. Tujuan karya ilmiah ini melaporkan asuhan keperawatan pada Ny. F, dengan gout arthritis dan ansietas di Gampong Peunayong, Banda Aceh. Berdasarkan hasil pengkajian, masalah keperawatan yang didapat yaitu nyeri kronis, gangguan pola tidur, ansietas dan risiko jatuh. Ny. F mengalami nyeri kronis pada lutut dan kedua telapak kaki yang dirasakan sejak 5 bulan terakhir dengan skala nyeri 4 NRS. Intervensi yang diberikan kepada Ny. F meliputi kompres hangat kayu manis selama 3 hari untuk nyeri kronis, relaksasi napas dalam dan terapi SEFT untuk ansietas, edukasi sleep hygiene untuk gangguan pola tidur, serta edukasi pencegahan jatuh untuk masalah risiko jatuh. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan nyeri menurun dari skala 4 NRS menjadi 3 NRS, sehingga kompres hangat kayu manis dapat menjadi salah satu teknik nonfarmakologis untuk nyeri kronis. Relaksasi napas dalam dan terapi SEFT membantu mengurangi ansietas jika dilakukan rutin dan tepat. Manajemen Sleep Hygiene perlu dilakukan berkelanjutan untuk membantu mengatasi gangguan pola tidur dan manajemen risiko jatuh perlu dipertahankan. Disarankan kepada petugas fasilitas kesehatan seperti Puskesmas atau Posyandu Lansia dapat mengedukasi tentang cara mengelola gout arthritis, latihan relaksasi, dan pencegahan jatuh ke dalam program penyuluhan rutin bagi lansia dan keluarganya.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPelayanan kesehatan yang diterima peserta Jaminan Kesehatan Pemerintah dilakukan melalui mekanisme rujukan berjenjang. Sistem ini dikeluarkan untuk memenuhi aspek ketersediaan fasilitas kesehatan dan kepuasan peserta Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional. Sistem rujukan merupakan pelimpahan tanggung jawab terhadap masalah kesehatan secara vertikal  dan horizontal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis apa saja yang menjadi faktor/determinan penurunan utilisasi, Menganalisi ketersedi aan supplyside pelayanan kesehatan.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif eksploratif melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan informan. Penelitian telah dilakukan sejak 23 Januari hingga 25 Januari di Rumah Sakit Haji Medan.Dari hasil dan pembahasan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa rendahnya utilisasi Rumah Sakit Haji Medan disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor utama, antara lain: masalah administrasi dan sistem seperti sistem rujukan, pilihan rumah sakit dan pilihan pasien mengenai citra pelayanan dan peralatan rumah sakit; keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana; sumber daya manusia yang tidak sesuai baik secara kuantitas maupun kompetensi. Disarankan agar rumah sakit dan pegawai mengupayakan dan meningkatkan pelayanan kompetensinya agar sesuai dengan standar dan mekanisme yang telah diterapkan.Kata Kunci    : Sistem rujukan berjenjang, sarana, prasarana

Abstract

Most of the people in Neuhen village have a low income with the majority working irregularly or odd jobs, but there are also those who have home industry businesses such as soya bean milk drinks. The business has not developed well because the processing method is still very simple. This service activity aims to foster the soya milk drink business and diversify the product by adding date extract as a sugar substitute sweetener. The activities are reviewing how soy milk processing has been carried out by partners and seeing the tools used. The method of manufacturing soy date milk with date extract is then carried out. Experiments with date soy milk were conducted by adding date extract in various quantities, namely 25% and 50% of the total soy milk. The product is then randomly tested on individuals. People choose soy date milk that contains 25% dates, has the proper quantity of sweetness, and is not too foggy in color. It is intended that partners would manufacture soy date milk that meets food safety and appropriate criteria and can be consumed by everyone, including diabetics.
