Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang Analisis Peranan Pemberdayaan Dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga Dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Perempuan Di Kabupaten Nias Selatan. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana peranan PKK dalam meningkatkan kualitas perempuan dan hambatan PKK dalam meningkatkan kualitas perempuan di Kabupaten Nias Selatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian berada di Kabupaten Nias Selatan. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh menggunakan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi kemudian diolah menjadi bentuk narasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini ada informan kunci yaitu Ketua PKK Kabupaten Nias Selatan, Informan Utama yaitu Ketua PKK Desa Tetehosi, Maliwa’a dan Sitolubanua, Informan Tambahan Anggota PKK Kabupaten Nias Selatan dan Desa. Hasil data dianalisis dengan mengelola, mempersiapkan data megurutkan, membuat koding, diinterpretasikan kemudian disimpulkan. Hasil penelitian di Kabupaten Nias Selatan menunjukkan peranan PKK dalam memonitoring dengan memantau kemajuan kegiatan kelompok UP2K PKK dalam meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga, Peranan PKK dalam memberi pelayanan kesehatan diantaranya pelayanan Posyandu, suntik KB dan IVA TEST untuk mendeteksi dini kejadian kanker mulut rahim bagi kaum perempuan. Dengan mengembangkan organisasi-organisasi kemasyarakatan melalui pembinaan kelompok-kelompok seperti program pemberdayaan dan kesejahteraan keluarga (PKK) yang memberikan pelaksanaan pemberdayaan perempuan dan untuk mencapai kesejahteraan yaitu dengan melibatkan perempuan di PKK.Sebagai organisasi perempuan yang ada di Kabupaten Nias Selatan PKK harus tetap berupaya meningkatkan keterampilan dan mendukung program-program kerja PKK yang lebih kreatif dan efektif sehingga mampu menarik masyarakat untuk bergabung.

Abstract

Peranan kelompok tani diharapkan dapat sebagai pendorong untuk meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat. Partisipasi kelompok Tani menjadi salah satu wadah bagi para anggotanya untuk melakukan gerakan  bersama. Gerakan ini juga dapat meperkuat hubungan antar petani demi tercapainya tujuan bersama dengan cara petani dapat saling bertukar pikiran dan memberikan pendapat masing-masing untuk di pertimbangkan dan di ambil keputusan. Demikian halnya dengan Kelompok Tani di Martubung Kelurahan Besar Kecamatan Medan Labuhan juga harus dapat berfungsi sebagai jalan keluar dari keterpurukan ekonomi masyarakat dengan menciptakan produk turunan yang berkualitas dari hasil tani yang diguluti masyarakaat sebagai kelompok tani. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dilaksanakan Dosen dan Mahasiswa Program Studi Administrasi Bisnis dan Mahasiswa Program Studi Administrasi Publik Fakultas Ilmu social dan Ilmu politik Universitas HKBP Nommensen kepada Masyarakat dan Kelompok Tani Terpadu Martubung (KTTM) untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat melalui sosialisasi penyuluhan Peluang Usaha Produk Turunan Andaliman Untuk Meningkatkan Ekonomi Rakyat Di Martubung Kelurahan Besar Kecamatan Medan Labuhan. Dengan terlaksananya kegiatan pengabdian ini, diharapkan dapat memecahkan kendala untuk mengolah usaha taninya melalui berbagai produk turunan dan bertambahnya pengetahuan masyarakat sebagai anggota Kelompok Tani, mampu meningkatkan pendapatan yang lebih besar.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to explore several original strategic initiatives related to developments in digital business strategies that are currently competing. The focus is on achieving specific strategic goals in business innovation from traditional to digital, or disruptive innovation. The method used in this analysis is a descriptive method with qualitative research techniques. The data analyzed in this paper comes from documents and field facts that occur in the development of the business world in the current digital era, which are then compiled into more detailed data based on several research perspectives. Based on the results of the discussion previously presented, the Era of Disruptive Innovation or the transition from traditional business to digital business is greatly influenced by technological developments and most solutions in business strategies are based on information technology and internet networks. Digital business strategy in the disruption process is defined as activities that aim to find out how business can continue to improve amidst an increasingly rapid digital economy. Strategic priorities in business today can support a business in a strong industry by considering advanced technology and platforms that can be learned and are able to support the business in accordance with its business development goals. Aspects that cannot be separated from business people in carrying out strategies in the current era of disruptive innovation are first, increasing business scope, implementing the latest technological solutions to continue implementing sustainable strategies so that businesses can always compete even in very rapid changes.

Abstract

This literature will discuss how to explore the main challenges for manufacturing companies that seek to innovate business models in the era of digitalization. The research method used in this paper is qualitative research based on a literature review study. The method used is empirical observation originating from information sources. First, there is an internal company survey. Second, semi-structured interviews were conducted with managers and directors of sales and product management. Based on the results of observations of the Husqvarna company case study, it is revealed that the movement towards a new business model is important to understand which services are truly in demand by the customer base. In this case, platform strategy is important because it is the key to supporting increased variety and moreover reducing costs and time in the marketing process. So companies must be able to build platforms quickly, efficiently and flexibly, especially if they have to develop a variety of products and services. This case study comes to the conclusion that organizations need to become more complex and there are many parts of the company that will change the way they work at the same time. Therefore, there is a high drive towards achieving the integration of knowledge and useful activities. So the sale of products and services is very different from the time of company management and requires the flow of new value within the company.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the public perceives the service quality of the Toba Regency Population and Civil Registration Service (Study on Making E-KTP and KK). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative while the number of informants is 11 people. This study uses data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the quality of public services in the Population and Civil Registration Office of Toba Regency seen from the tangible dimension (physical evidence) does not meet the quality of service properly, the Reliability dimension of employees has carried out in a timely manner according to applicable regulations and has standard procedures in carrying out the function as a service to the community so that it runs in a structured manner, the Responsiveness dimension means that employees have shown a responsive attitude to the community the officers will respond well and quickly, the Assurance dimension that guarantees certainty of service time and guarantees of service costs is good but not yet provide satisfaction to the community as service users, the last dimension, namely Empathy (Empathy) in providing services also behaves unfairly and is still indiscriminate (discriminatory). In accordance with the research that has been done, service officers at the Population Administration and Civil Registration Office of Toba Regency still discriminate between people who provide services

Abstract

This research focuses on the use of digital wallets among students at HKBP Nommensen University, Medan. With the aim of knowing whether there is an effect of using digital wallets on consumptive behavior in HKBP Nommensen University Medan Students. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative method. The population in this study were even semester 2020/2021 students at HKBP Nommensen University Medan with a total sample of 99 respondents. In this study the sampling technique used the Sample Probability method with the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling type. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. The results of this study indicate that the use of digital wallets has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior among students at HKBP Nommensen University Medan.
