Abstract

Ecotourism has become an attraction that is increasingly in demand after the Covid-19 pandemic. The current millennial generation has various options for channelling their desire to travel. Ecotourism is one option. It is realized that this non-mainstream tourism genre is much liked by today's young generation who tend to want to go on an adventure looking for new experiences. Millennials are the generation born in 1980-2000, have the power to change trends and lifestyles, are connected to the internet, are all digital, and have a very high appeal to nature. Travel based on flora and fauna conservation, protecting endangered cultures, and education to support the sustainability of the universe, is the choice among millennials. The Turtle Conserva-tion and Education Center (TCEC) has a strategic role as the preferred ecotourism destination for millennial tourists. The research question are (1) what values grow from the experience of traveling to ecotourism desti-nations? (2) how is the internalization of deep memories through the experience of traveling to ecotourism destinations? The purpose of this study was to determine the value that grows from the experience of travel-ing to ecotourism destinations. This study used qualitative method, data collected through observations and interviews. The result of this study is that traveling to TCEC raises awareness of the environment among mil-lennials that nature must be treated with full respect, as well as showing respect for residents encountered on trips and enjoying interactions with residents while on tour. A deep impression of tourists is obtained through the experience of interacting with natural elements.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Literasi dan Inklusi keuangan di Indonesia semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya, kendati begitu terdapat perbedaan yang cukup tinggi antara tingkat inklusi dan literasi masyarakat di Indonesia. Data tingkat literasi keuangan untuk tingkat pendidikan Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) dan Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) mencapai 52,88% dan 46,61%, sementara inklusi keuangan mencapai 90,46% dan 80,61%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat memiliki akses keuangan namun belum paham mengenai fungsi dan resikonya. Menghadapi fenomena ini, muncul pemahaman akan pentingnya literasi keuangan sejak dini. Universitas Ciputra Surabaya bekerja sama dengan SMA Kristen Gloria 2 Surabaya dan SMP Happy Family School Surabaya mendukung adanya pembelajaran literasi keuangan di lingkungan sekolah. Metode pembelajaran yang digunakan pada pelatihan literasi keuangan ini adalah pendampingan yang menitikberatkan pada proses mentoring yang dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa. Adapun materi yang digunakan untuk mengajarkan literasi keuangan adalah Business Model Canvas dengan luaran tugas berupa worksheet hasil ideasinya. Metode penelitian dilakukan melalui uji coba terbatas dengan mengadaptasi model penelitian tindakan kelas. Sedangkan data yang dikumpulkan adalah data kuantitatif. Pengambilan data peningkatan kemampuan siswa diukur melalui pre-test, mid-test, dan post-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan pada siswa SMA sebesar 68%, dan pada siswa SMP sebesar 33%. Peningkatan hasil ini memberikan kesimpulan bahwa materi Business Model Canvas dapat digunakan untuk mengajarkan literasi keuangan pada siswa SMP dan SMA, dan metode mentoring terbukti efektif meningkatkan kemampuan pembelajaran siswa mengenai literasi keuangan. Kata Kunci: Keuangan, Business, Model, Canvas, Mentoring  ABSTRACT Financial literacy and inclusion index in Indonesia is increasing every year. However, there was a gap between the inclusion and literacy levels, data on financial literacy levels for senior high school (SMA) and junior high school (SMP) levels reached 52.88% and 46.61%, while financial inclusion reached 90.46% and 80.61%. These data showed that the students had financial access, but did not understand its functions and risks. Facing this phenomenon, it is important to educate students about financial literacy from an early age. Ciputra University Surabaya in collaboration with SMA Kristen Gloria 2 Surabaya and SMP Happy Family School Surabaya, supported financial literacy learning in the school environment. The learning method used in this financial literacy training was mentoring, which focuses on the mentoring process carried out by college students. The material used to teach financial literacy was the Business Model Canvas with the output of the task in a form of Business Model Canvas worksheet based on the student’s ideations.mThe research method was carried out through limited trials by adapting the classroom action research model. The data collected was quantitative data. Data collection on students' ability improvement was measured through pre-test, mid-test, and post-test. The results showed that there was an increase in the ability of high school students by 68%, and in junior high school students by 33%. This increase concluded that the Business Model Canvas material can be used to teach financial literacy to junior and senior high school students, and the mentoring method has proven effective in increasing students' learning abilities regarding financial literacy. Keywords: Business, Canvas, Financial, Mentoring, Model

Abstract

Motivasi kerja merupakan dorongan atau penggerak dalam individu untuk melakukan tujuan tertentu. Motivasi kerja individu Oh My Crab mengalami penurunan jika dibandingkan dengan awal terbentuknya bisnis ini. Motivasi kerja individu mengalami penurunan dikarenakan beberapa hal dalam proyek bisnis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan wawancara semi-terstruktur sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Informan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 3 orang yaitu, CEO Oh My Crab, CMO Oh My Crab, dan pakar SDM. Hasil yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini adalah penyebab menurunnya motivasi kerja karena tidak sebandingnya keuntungan proyek bisnis dengan apa yang telah dilakukan, menjalani bisnis hanya karena sebagai syarat kelulusan mata kuliah, dan jarak rumah antar anggota yang jauh dari rumah operasional mengakibatkan kurangnya tanggungjawab pada proyek bisnis. Oleh karena itu, motivasi kerja individu Oh My Crab perlu ditingkatkan agar kinerja proyek bisnis ikut meningkat.

Abstract

Remile adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di industri pengrajin kulit. Remile berdiri sejak tahun 2017 dengan nama Remile. Seiring berjalannya waktu, pada tahun 2017 akhir perusahaan ini melakukan rebranding dengan mengganti logo serta nama perusahaan sehingga menjadi Remile. Remile sendiri menjual berbagai macam produk dengan bahan dasar kulit seperti gantungan kunci, gantungan korek api, clutch, sling bag, dompet, dan lainnya. Jenis kulit yang digunakan Remile pun bervariasi, mulai dari vegtan, digital printed leather, pull-up leather dan natural javanese leather dengan motif yang bermacam-macam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Self Congruity dan Harga Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Remile. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel self congruity dan harga sebagai variabel bebas dan variabel loyalitas sebagai variabel terikat. Metode yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Dari pra-survery yang telah dilakukan, menunjukan bahwa self congruity dan harga menjadi faktor yang dapat meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memastikan adanya pengaruh self congruity dan harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Remile. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SPSS 22 Pengolah Data Praktis untuk menganalisis masalah yang ada. Data yang didapatkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 55 responden dan diolah menggunakan software SPSS Statistic. Populasi dari penelitian ini yaitu konsumen dari Remile dan Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian ulang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari self congruity terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Remile.Kata kunci: self congruity, harga, loyalitas pelanggan

Abstract

This research is done to find out The Effect of Green Products and Customer Perceived Value on Purchase Intention of Seribu Satoe Wooden Watch, this research uses quantitative approach with population that is taken from 133 respondents with purposive sampling technique with criteria of Seribu Satoe prospective consumers who have interest in Seribu Satoe wooden watch and domiciled in Surabaya, Gresik. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis method that is processed through SPSS. The data collection method is done by distributing online questionnaires through google form. The results of this research indicate that green products, customer perceived value have significant effect on purchase intention with significant value of t test result of 0.000 green product variable, and customer perceived value of 0.000, all significant value ​​are the rate of <0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that green product variable and customer perceived value affect partially on purchase intention variable

Abstract

Melandainya pandemi Covid-19 membuat jumlah hotel baru di Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan yang positif. Konsekuensinya tingkat persaingan hotel menjadi ketat. Dalam situasi semacam ini, peran pemimpin menjadi krusial. Pemimpin di hotel baru harus mampu menciptakan kinerja hotel dengan baik sehingga tetap dapat bersaing. Studi ini hadir dengan tujuan untuk mengamati keterkaitan pengaruh resiliensi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja hotel baru. Studi ini juga mencoba melihat bagaimana peran efikasi diri kepemimpinan kewirausahaan dalam memoderasi hubungan resiliensi kewirausahaan dan kinerja hotel baru. Studi ini melibatkan pemimpin top level management dari 101 hotel baru yang ada di provinsi Bali. Hasil olah data menunjukkan bahwa resiliensi kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja hotel baru. Demikian pula efikasi diri kepemimpinan kewirausahaan dapat memoderasi secara positif dan signifikan hubungan antara resiliensi kewirausahaan dan kinerja hotel baru. Temuan studi ini berkontribusi dalam memperkaya literatur yang ada saat ini mengingat masih terbatasnya studi semacam ini dalam konteks industri perhotelan di Indonesia.

Abstract

There is a gap between the need and availability of housing in Indonesia. With the increase in the growth of housing developments in Indonesia, the need for natural stone as a support to beautify the appearance of the interior, exterior of houses and gardens is also increasing. This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, service quality, price, customer trust, on natural stone purchasing decisions. The results of this study are product quality, service quality, price, and customer trust have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Service quality variable (X2) is the most influence to purchasing decision (Y) with coeffient value 0,56, and then follow with price (X3) with coeffient value 0.28, and follow with product quality (X1) with coefficient value 0,14, and customer trust with coefficient value 0.06.

Abstract

Masa depan ekonomi syariah di bawah pemerintahan baru memiliki implikasi yang signifikan terhadap arah pembangunan suatu negara. Transisi kekuasaan politik membawa perubahan dalam kebijakan dan strategi pembangunan, memperlihatkan pentingnya perhatian terhadap ekonomi syariah. Dalam konteks ini, pemimpin baru memiliki potensi untuk membentuk ulang industri keuangan, khususnya ekonomi syariah, yang mencerminkan prioritas, nilai, dan visi kepemimpinan mereka. Artikel ini menganalisis dinamika perubahan politik dan transformasi kebijakan yang memengaruhi masa depan ekonomi syariah, menggarisbawahi pentingnya adaptasi terhadap perubahan politik dan kebijakan untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan di masa mendatang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality (X1) on corporate image (X2) and service usage decision (Y) of PT. Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero). The research approach taken is quantitative. The sampling technique used was non probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The number of samples in this study were 90 respondents with the criteria of consumers who have registered ships at PT. Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia and also has vessels registered with foreign classification agencies. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire measured using a Likert scale and the data collected were analyzed Structural Equation Modelling with Partial Least Square. The program used is SmartPLS 3.0. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, it is known that service quality has a positive and significant effect on the corporate image of PT. BKI, service quality has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use PT. BKI and corporate image have a positive and significant effect on the decision to use BKI.

Abstract

Abstract Employee performance is the most important thing that must be achieved immediately by a company because by having good employee performance, all the company's visions and targets can be achieved easily. There are a number of factors that can influence employee performance. However, what researchers believe can influence significantly are the variables Organizational Commitment and Work Ethics as internal factors and Compensation as an external factor. This research is quantitative research with an explantory approach using primary data and questionnaire methods in data collection. The collected data was analyzed with smart PLS 3.0 software. The research results show that the Organizational Commitment variable, Work Ethics variable, and Compensation variable, each variable has a positive relationship and a significant influence on the Employee Performance variable because the P-Values value is below the level of significance and leads to positive direction Keywords: Organizational Cmmitment, Work Ethic, Compensastion, Employee Peformance
