Abstract

Pesatnya kemajuan teknologi mendorong timbulnya berbagai industri untuk meluaskan jaringan bisnisnya dengan menawarkan berbagai kemudahan yang bermanfaat terutama bagi masyarakat dengan tingkat mobilitas yang tinggi. Salah satu bentuk pemanfaatan kemajuan teknologi di bidang jasa adalah e- booking. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi masyarakat untuk menggunakan sistem e- booking dan apakah faktor tersebut berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif kausal dengan teknik analisis frekuensi, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas serta regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui variabel bebas yang berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa variabel accessibility dan security masyarakat mempunyai pengaruh yang negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction, sedangkan variabel information quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Kesejahteraan manusia sangat penting dan dibutuhkan dimana pun mereka berada, tidak terkecuali di tempat mereka bekerja. Manusia yang diperhatikan oleh organisasi maupun pemimpinnya, akan sejahtera. Faktor tersebut secara tidak langsung dapat meningkatkan kualitas kinerja karyawan. Peningkatan kinerja yang maksimal membawa perusahaan memperoleh hasil yang maksimal juga. Perusahaan seharusnya tidak lagi bergantung pada banyaknya modal yang dipakai, melainkan memakai tenaga kerja secara efisien. Kualitas sumber daya manusia diperolah seberapa puas karyawan bekerja. Penelitian ini ditunjukan untuk menguji Analisa Dukungan Organisasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Kampoeng Roti Surabaya.

Abstract

Leader-member exchange merupakan kualitas hubungan antara atasan dan karyawan dalam sebuah organisasi. Dalam penelitian kali ini, peneliti menetapkan leader-member exchange sebagai variabel yang mempengaruhi motivasi kerja. Leader-member exchange memiliki 4 dimensi, yaitu contribution, loyalty, affect, dan professional respect. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari leader-member exchange terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan di Sushi Tei Surabaya. Penelitian ini melibatkan 103 karyawan service Sushi Tei Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa leader-member exchange memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan serta contribution merupakan dimensi yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan di Sushi Tei Surabaya

Abstract

Often a business that has been based on a Business Contract creates a dispute by the parties. Business law disputes do not only include civil disputes but can turn to criminal law. This is also what has been complained about and experienced by several entrepreneurs who are members of the Malang Raya Entrepreneurs House (RPMR). Therefore, it is very important for people who are involved in the business world to understand the concept of contract law and dispute resolution of business contract law. The methods used by the Service Team are: 1) identifying problems with RPMR members related to business disputes, 2) Legal counseling conducted face-to-face and through radio broadcasts; 3) Legal Assistance by opening a legal consultation post and direct visits to several members of MSMEs; and 4) evaluation of Service Activities. The implementation of this service activity shows that there is an increase in the knowledge and skills of the participants in analyzing business contract disputes, resolving disputes that are being faced, and dealing with and/or preventing actions/things that have the potential to cause business disputes.

Abstract

This research is to study the impact of digital marketing on consumer engagement and purchase intention, consumer engagement on purchase intention, and the mediating effect of consumer engagement in the relation between digital marketing and purchase intention. The population in this research was generation Z. Samples were 236 students in two private universities in Surabaya. Data were analyzed with Andrew Hayes PROCESS model 4. The results show that all hypotheses were supported. The findings of this research contribute to the online communication strategy of online shop owners to reach generation Z

Abstract

COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT TO CREATE ECOTOURISM VILLAGES IN WONOSALAM, JOMBANG REGENCY. Ecotourism in Wonosalam, precisely in the hamlet of Mendiro, Panglungan Village, which was developed through community service grants has the opportunity to be collaborated with agrotourism. Agro tourism consists of 5 tourist attractions: botanical gardens, plantations, food crops and horticulture, fisheries and livestock. This report is based on community service activities with the theme of creating an ecotourism village, in which the process has the opportunity to be integrated and strengthened by agrotourism destinations. In conclusion, Wonosalam can be developed into an ecotourism village destination and an agrotourism village.

Abstract

The tourism business in the city of Surabaya, especially the hotel industry, has been hit badly by the Covid-19 pandemic where hotel occupancy rates fell to their lowest level. However, efforts must be made to keep the wheels of the organization running in the face of this difficult situation. Therefore, hotel business actors must make something innovative so that hotels can continue to operate and have a competitive edge. This study attempts to analyze the factors that can generate the ability to opportunity capture through the implementation of innovative behavior which in turn is also driven by various types of intellectual capital at each organizational level such as human capital, organizational capital and social capital. This research is a quantitative study and uses the Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA) method to process research data that has been collected from 74 hotels in the city of Surabaya. Of the four hypotheses developed in this study, only three hypotheses can be accepted, namely human capital has a positive effect on innovative behavior, social capital has a positive effect on innovative behavior, and innovative behavior has a positive effect on opportunity capture. While the hypothesis which states that organizational capital has a positive effect on innovative behavior is not proven.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi keunikan tempat atau sense of place dari Pasar Barang Antik Triwindo Surakarta, khususnya pada faktor fisik dan sosialnya. Penelitian kualitatif ini dilaksanakan dengan pengambilan data melalui focus group discussion pengunjung, studi literatur dan dokumen, observasi dan dokumentasi visual. Informan dalam  focus group discussion berjumlah 11 orang yaitu pengelola, pengunjung dan juga pedagang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor faktor-faktor  fisik  pembentuk sense of place Pasar Triwindu  adalah arsitektur dan kawasan (fasad bangunan menggambarkan arsitektur rumah Jawa, kawasan Ngarsopuro yang unik, ornamen ukiran khas Jawa pada fasad, patung Roro Blonyo pada gerbang pasar dan patung topeng pada halaman), interior (pengelompokan area berdasarkan jenis barang dagangan, display barang dagangan pada elemen ruang dinding, pembatas lapak, tangga dan plafon, batas lapak pada lantai, signage, lebar koridor), dan varian produk dagangan. Sedangkan faktor sosial adalah history dan memory, narasi pohon sawo kecik, karakter pedagang dan pengunjung, aktivitas even kuliner dan promosi.

Abstract

Faktor manusia dalam penyampaian sebuah jasa kepada konsumen sangatlah penting, karena dapat menimbulkan dampak baik atau buruknya kualitas layanan yang secara langsung dapat dilihat dan dirasakan oleh konsumen. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) sebagai perilaku unik dari karyawan dapat menimbulkan kualitas layanan yang lebih baik lagi sehingga menimbulkan kepuasan konsumen yang tinggi pula. Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Mode (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk menjawab rumusan masalah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa OCB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan dan kepuasan konsumen, serta kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

As technology develops, people can do it digitally or online, namely Internet Banking, mobile banking, or call centers operated directly by artificial intelligence, one of which is Pay later. The public quickly recognizes Pay later due to technological advances in payment systems in e-commerce. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived risk, security, and trust on the interest of Pay later users. The study was conducted on 260 active pay later users aged 25-40 years, 158 female respondents, and 102 male respondents domiciled in DI Yogyakarta, DKI Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, and East Java. With probability sampling technique was applied to determine the number of samples. The results are based on the multiple linear regression method, which shows that perceived ease of use and perceived risk do not significantly affect interest in paying later users. Meanwhile, perceived usefulness, security, and trust have a significant effect on interest in Pay later users.
