Abstract

Background: Ca mamae is a cancer with the highest incidence and mortality of women in Indonesia and the world. Infodatin (2019) found that in the Dharmais Hospital in 2018 breast cancer occupied 19.18%. At Dr. Moewardi Hospital, it was shown that during 2018 Ca mamae had the highest incidence of cancer. Objective: to determine the risk factors for Ca mamae in Dr. Moewardi Hospital. Methods: This study is a descriptive with a cross sectional approach with checklist instrument. Sampling with purposive sampling with as many as 82 people as subjects. Results: The study showed that 75 (91.5%) of 82 people suffering from Ca mamae factor were 40 years old, 61 (74.4%) had a family history of suffering from Ca mamae, consuming alcohol as much as 43 (52.4%). ), were obese by 46 (56.1%), and experienced exposure to cigarette smoke as much as 65 (79.3%). Conclusion: Most of Ca mamae patients aged 40 years, have a family history of Ca mamae, consume alcohol, are obese and experience exposure to cigarette smoke. Suggestion: The importance of providing health education to women, so that they can find out the characteristics of Ca mamae patients so that prevention can be done.

Abstract

Hypertension is blood pressure above the normal value, namely systolic blood pressure of more than 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure of more than 90 mmHg. Elderly people are easily at risk of developing hypertension. The prevalence of hypertension according to WHO in 2021 is 1.28 billion in the world, while according to the Ministry of Health in 2019, the highest hypertension disease is in the province of Kalimantan as much as 44.1%. In this study, to determine the description of blood pressure before and after hypertension exercise in the elderly with hypertension in the village of Kaling, Tasikmadu, Karanganyar. Descriptive research design using Simple Random Sampling method with inclusion and exclusion criteria, a total sample of 16 people, the measurement tool using a sphygmomanometer. Analysis of this data using the univariate method in the form of a descriptive percentage. Univariate test showed that the majority of hypertension are elderly and female. Before hypertension exercise, the majority of respondents experienced hypertension in the category of hypertension grade 1, after being given hypertension exercise, the majority of blood pressure became normal. There was a decrease in blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension in the village of Kaling Tasikmadu Karanganyar after hypertension exercise was carried out from hypertension grade 1 to the normal category.

Abstract

Background COVID-19 pandemic was designated as a health disaster by the government of the Republic Indonesia Number 11 of 2020 concerning the Determination of a Public Health Emergency of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) on March 31, 2020. In tackling Covid 19, the Government has issued several policies, one of the policies that has been implemented the provision of the national covid 19 vaccination. AEFI is a follow-up event after immunization, all medical events or reactions that occur after the patient is injected with the vaccine. Objective To find out the description of post-immunization follow-up events (Aefi) after the Covid 19 vaccination in the Ministry of Health Surakarta. Methods The quantitative descriptive research method uses a simple random sampling technique with inclusion criteria. Age>18 years, has been vaccinated covid 19 for 2x and has symptoms of Aefi. Results respondents who experienced AEFI after the Covid 19 Vaccine were mostly Young Adult Age, Female gender, marital status married, history of disease/comorbid most of the respondents who experienced AEFI was mild hypertension. Conclusion Most of the AEFI symptoms felt by respondents were fever and the type of Aefi of respondents was mostly non-serious/mild.

Abstract

Tujuan: Mengetahui hasil penerapan senam kaki terhadap penurunan kadar glukosa darah sewaktu pada pasien diabetes mellitus tipe 2. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif dengan rancangan penelitian studi kasus (case study). Hasil: Ada penurunan kadar glukosa darah sewaktu pada Tn. P dari 154 mg/dl menjadi 141 mg/dl dan pada Ny. S dari 326 mg/dl menjadi 217 mg/dl. Kesimpulan: Penerapan menunjukkan bahwa setelah dilakukan senam kaki selama 3 hari berturut-turut dalam waktu 15 menit, terjadi penurunan kadar glukosa darah sewaktu pada kedua responden

Abstract

Pendahulua: Gagal Ginjal Kronik merupakan kerusakan pada bagian ginjal progresif yang berakibat fatal dan ditandai dengan adanya urea dan limbah nitrogen lainnya yang beredar dalam darah . Berdasarkan Riskesdas (2018) menunjukan adanya peningkatan prevalensi PGK di Indonesia yang terjadi pada usia ≥ 15 tahun, dimana pada tahun 2013 sebesar 02% dan pada tahun 2018 menjadi 0.38% dan Jawa Tengan tahun 2021 kasus gagal ginjal mencapai 2.831 mengalami penurunan dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya. Di RSUD Wonogiri melayani terapi hemodialisa perjanuari 2023 yang aktif menjalani hemodialisa sebanyak 177 pasien. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan kuesione dan memakai metode penelitian cross sectional jumlah populasi 177 dan sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 123 responden yang menjalani terapi hemodialisa di RSUD Wonogiri antara bulan Maret – Mei tahun 2023 Hasil: Diperoleh hasil kualitas hidup pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani terapi hemodialisa menunjukkan 44% pasien pada kategori kualitas hidup baik dan 5% pada kategori kualitas hidup buruk. Hasil uji statistik menggunakan sperman rho diperoleh nilai (ρ=0.110, a : 0,05). Simpulan: Tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara rentang waktu hemodialisa dengan kualitas hidup pasien gagal ginjal kronik.

Abstract

Ketidakpatuhan dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yang mendukung sikap tidak patuh. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk menurunkan angka komplikasi   Diabetes Mellitus   adalah   dengan   menggunakan empat pilar DM yaitu perencanan makan, latihan jasmani, pengobatan atau farmakologi, dan edukasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif, populasi sebanyak 1163 responden dengan jumlah sampel 92 responden dan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian didapatkan karakteristik responden berdasarkan usia mayoritas ?40 tahun sebesar (72,7%), jenis kelamin mayoritas perempuan sebesar (54,3%),pendidikan mayoritas SD sebesar (55,4%), pekerjaan mayoritas buruh petani sebanyak (63,0%), lama menderita mayoritas <5 tahun sebanyak (71,7%), lama menjalani pengobatan <2 tahun sebanyak (69,6%), tipe diabetes mayoritas DM tipe 2 sebanyak (92,4%) dan  kategori patuh sebanyak 35 responden (38,0%). Kesimpulannya adalah tingkat kepatuhan dalam mengendalikan kadar gula darah pada pasien DM di Puskesmas Manyaran dalam kategori cukup.

Abstract

The specific immune system has the ability to recognize objects that are considered foreign to itself. The first foreign object that appears in the body is immediately recognized by the specific immune system, which will sensitize the immune system. The immune system has three main functions, namely the function of being able to recognize and distinguish various molecular targets and also have a specific response, the ability to distinguish between self-antigens and foreign antigens, and the ability through previous experience of contact with pathogens. foreign substances react faster and faster than the first contact. The method used is the health education method, efforts to increase body immunity in preventing COVID-19 in Jati Village, Jaten District, Karanganyar Regency, and carried out in March 2021. The results of the evaluation after the counseling were that most of the participants understood the problems they were experiencing. There was a change and an increase in the knowledge of the participants from the respondents' knowledge level of good (41%), sufficient (56%) and less (3%) then after counseling there was a change in the level of knowledge from good to (71%) and sufficient knowledge level (29%)

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Penderita diabetes mellitus semakin meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Penderita diabetes mellitus dapat mengalami berbagai macam komplikasi yang dapat mengakibatkan menurunnya fungsi tubuh, salah satunya yaitu penurunan sentitivitas kaki. Data menunjukkan bahwa 1 dari 5 orang diabetes melitus mengalami penurunan sensitivitas kaki. Berbagai upaya dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, salah satunya yaitu Range of Motion (ROM) aktif kaki. ROM aktif kaki merupakan gerakan dasar untuk meningkatkan sensitivitas kaki pada penderita diabetes mellitus. Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh ROM aktif kaki terhadap tingkat sensitivitas kaki pada penderita diabetes mellitus. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Pre-Eksperimental tanpa kelompok kontrol dengan rancangan One Grup Pretest-Postest. Teknik pengambilan sampling menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden 20 orang. Hasil: Sebelum dilakukan tindakan mayoritas responden memiliki tingkat sensitifitas sedang (70%). Setelah dilakukan ROM aktif, terdapat 40% dari responden yang mempunyai tingkat sensitivitas kaki baik.  Hasil analisis menunjukkan ada pengaruh ROM aktif kaki terhadap tingkat senisitivitas kaki pada penderita diabetes mellitus. Kesimpulan: Range Of Motion (ROM) aktif kaki dapat meningkatkan senisitivitas kaki pada penderita diabetes mellitus.
