Abstract

The purpose of this research was to highlight the influence of the quality of services on satisfaction in establishing customer loyalty, to determine the relationship factors affecting the quality of services to satisfaction in establishing customer loyalty and to analyze the correlation between satisfaction and loyalty at Pondok Durian Pangeran Pekanbaru. The method samples were selected using nonprobability sampling techniques with a sample size of 150 respondents who shopped more than twice. Analyzes used a structural equation modeling with AMOS program version 22 applied. The results showed that the quality of products, quality of service had a significant effect on satisfaction. Dimensions of the highest influence on satisfaction were significant with a probability value of 0.023 and responsiveness with a probability value of 0.093. The value of the correlation between customer satisfaction and loyalty Pondok Durian Pangeran was 0.956 and had closely relationship between the two variables. Probability value indicated that satisfaction was a factor determining significantly the customer loyalty. Loading factor value on the regression coefficients of each valuable indicator research (> 0.5) and a probability value of loyalty to the satisfaction indicator worth (0.000) imply that significant satisfaction is an indicator of customer loyalty forming at Pondok Durian Pangeran Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Indonesian Government has impelemnt various programs to improve the community food security, one of them is Village Food Resiliance Program. The Prgram has been conducted by Indonesian Government since 2006. This study intend to analyze what determinant factors that influence participant household food security level after they join the village food resilience program in Riau Province. The multinomial logistic analysis results conclude that the determinant factors affecting food resilience of the participants of the Mandiri Pangan Village Program in Riau Province are the age of the household head, the number of household members and the size of the household landholdings

Abstract

The research was conducted at October 2015 – Maret 2016 in Pangkalan Kuras and Bunut district, Pelalawan regency. The marketing purpose is PT. Bangkinang. The purpose of the research was to know marketing path, market structure, market conduct, and market performance. Market structure approach are using market share analysis, Concentration Rasio, and Barrier to Entry. Market conduct approach is using descriptif qualitatif analysis about the market that become research object. While market performance approach is using marketing margins analysis in this case based on the concept of the product reference. Respondent in this research was rubber farmer with respondent totatlly 36, and sales with 7 respondent people. This research used survey method. The result of this research showed that structure of rubber market in Pangkalan Kuras and Bunut district, Pelalawan regency direct at monopolystic market. Conduct of rubber market occur at not perfect market competition. The matter can refer to out of result correlation analysis and elasticity price transmission with market structure which shape is not perfect market competition and direct at monopsony market. When refer to parctice act of determining price farmer occupy tehe most weak position because farmer just price taker. The performance of rubber not efficient because big margin and not smooth and farmer the most lose out because farmer as price taker.

Abstract

Agroindustry as the development of agricultural sector expected can play a part in to create a market to agriculture pickings through various its product of him. The strategy is big scale plan which has future reach priority which far is and also specified in such a manner so that enable organization to have interaction to effectively with its environment in a condition aimed at all emulation optimization attainment of target with a various pertinent organizational target. This research revenue analysis aim to the effort my ginger and compile correct development strategy to a worker of ginger in Kota Raya Village Rengat District Indragiri Hulu Regency. Result of research of Amount produce its month; moon ginger flaky that is 360 bale, whereas in acceptance to the effort my ginger that is Rp. 5.400.000. obtained net earning the effort my ginger Rp. 2.764.000 per month. correct Development strategy to worker of ginger flaky is: Increase product ginger flaky to fulfill request of market, conducting ginger flaky promotion and make more interesting tidiness to be an access to market broader, Maintaining market which has there is and looks for new market by improving opportunity of promotion by following existing exhibition; Braid cooperation with relevant institute to be is tough of capital employed and self-service to market product, managing health permit so that marketing of broader ginger flaky; Take care of the availability of raw material at the time of price of fluctuating and do product continuity by providing raw material stock and avoid too kept old raw material; Improve standard quality of especial raw material, supporter raw material in order not to easy to destroy, and also look for market information through newspaper, on duty commerce and follow existing exhibition, making better product can fulfill request of market.
