Abstract

Aren (Arenga Pinnata Merr) merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman yang seluruh bagian dari tanaman aren bisa di manfaatkan. Hasil produk dari aren yang biasanya digunakan yaitu nira yang dapat diproduksi menjadi gula aren. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan faktor eksternal agroindustri gula aren serta merumuskan alternatif strategi pengembangan terbaik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di dengan menggunakan metode survei pada November 2021. Responden penelitian sebanyak 5 orang pengrajin gula aren menggunakan metode pengambilan responden secara sensus. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunkan metode analisis deskriptif. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, SWOT dan AHP. Hasil alternatif prioritas strategi pengembangan gula aren terbaik yaitu menjaga kualitas dan harga demi menjaga loyalitas konsumen (0,172) dan melakukan budidaya aren agar dapat meningkatkan produksi (0,166). Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pengrajin di Kecamatan Rambah Samo yaitu: 1) proses produksi gula aren cukup lama. 2) ketersediaan bahan baku yang sedikit. 3) belum mampu memenuhi semua permintaan pasar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of market strategy on marketing performance in smallholder rubber in Kuantan Tengah District, Kuntang Singingi Regency, Riau. These market strategies include market shaping strategies, customer engagement strategies, and technology leadership strategies. The population in this study found 225 people from 1 Gapoktan and 9 farmer groups in Kuantan Tengah District. The research sample was 15% of the population, namely 34 people who were selected by random sampling method. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression models. The results of the analysis show that the respondent's level of achievement reaches 80,82% for market strategy and 74,22% for marketing performance, both of which are in the good level category. The value of sig.t for X1 is 0.861, the value of sig.t for X2 is 0,342, the value of sig.t for X3 is 0,585 is greater than the significance level (α), then the formation of market strategy, customer involvement, and technology leadership partially have no significant effect. significant to marketing performance. The sig.F value of 0,728 is higher than the significance level (α), so the formation of market strategy, customer involvement, and technology leadership simultaneously do not have a significant effect on marketing performance.

Abstract

The success of customer value can affect the marketing performance of rubber. The research was conducted in Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of customer value on emotional value, social value, quality value, and price value on smallholder rubber farmers. The population in this study were 205 farmers, the sample was taken 15% of the population of 31 farmers selected by simple random sampling technique. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS application. The results of the study explain sig.t value for X1 is 0.003, sig.t value of X2 is 0.014, sig. t value of X3 is 0.021 which is smaller than the 0.05 level of significance. This means that X1, X2, and X3 partially have a significant effect marketing performance. While sig t value of X4 is 0.216 which is greater than the significant level, means price value partially has no significant effect marketing performance. f-test results sig.f value of 0.000 is smaller than the significant level of 0.05, meaning that the customer value seen from the emotional, social, quality, and price values simultaneously has a significant effect on increasing marketing performance.

Abstract

The development of the plantation sub-sector with a marketing mix strategy approach is a comprehensive and sustainable solution for the development of human and economic resources in rural areas. Marketing performance is used to determine the level of marketing success. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of marketing mix strategy consisting of differentiation of agricultural products, functionalization of elasticity of agricultural products, added value and resonance on the marketing performance of smallholder rubber farmers in Gunung Toar District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The population in this study were smallholder rubber farmers with a sample of 34 farmers who were determined by the simple random sampling method. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results showed that the marketing mix strategy consisting of agricultural product differentiation (X1) and agricultural product elasticity functionalization (X2) had a significant effect, and added value (X3) and resonance (X4) had no significant effect on marketing performance. smallholder rubber farmers in Kab. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of customer value as an intervening variable/mediation of the influence of marketing strategy on the marketing performance of smallholder rubber farmers in Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Sampling in this study was 15% of the population as many as 36 smallholder rubber farmer respondents with each sample must be taken proportionally according to the population in two villages, namely Jalur Patah Village and Parit Teratak Air Hitam Village in Sentajo Raya District. The sampling technique was done by random sampling. The data analysis tool used in this research is SmartPLS 3.0 Sobel test and VAF calculation. The results of this study indicate that the customer value variable cannot mediate the relationship between market strategy and marketing performance. While the customer value variable can mediate the relationship of marketing mix strategy to marketing performance where the role of the mediating effect of customer value is partial mediation of 0.540 or 54.0%.

Abstract

Research on rubber members of KUB was carried out in Koto Tibun Village, The Kampar District, and The Kampar Regency with the aim of analyzing net income and analyzing the efficiency level of rubber farming. This research was conducted using a survey method, the sampling was carried out by purposive sampling of 20 rubber farmers who were members of KUB using quantitative descriptive analysis of the income and the level of efficiency. The results showed that the average income of rubber farmers who were members of KUB was greater, amounting to IDR. 6,688,657.05 / ha/year and the RCR value of rubber farmers who were members of KUB was 1.33, meaning that every expense incurred by farmers was IDR. 1.00 will get a profit of IDR. 0.33. This means that the rubber farmer members of KUB are profitable and have been said to be efficient because the RCR value obtained is greater than one (RCR> 1).

Abstract

Sugar palm is a type of plant that has high economic value. Almost all parts of the palm plant can be utilized, from the roots to the male flower bunches that can produce sap. The sap obtained from sugar palm is processed into palm sugar. The palm sugar processing business aims to obtain added value. The purpose of this study was to analyze the added value of palm sugar in the Rambah District, Rokan Hulu Regency. This research was conducted for one month, namely in August 2021. The method used was a survey method, sampling was carried out using the census method as many as 16 craftsmen in Rambah District, Rokan Hulu Regency. Analysis of the data used is the Hayami Method. The results showed that the added value ratio obtained from palm sugar was 30.20% (medium ratio) which means that palm sugar still has added value so it is feasible to be developed. The craftsmen should continue to maintain the palm sugar agro-industry by continuing to cultivate palm plants, increase the amount of production, and maintain the quality of palm sugar. The government should provide assistance to craftsmen to develop their businesses by providing assistance in the form of capital and appropriate technology.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efisiensi pemasaran karet anggota UPPB dan non anggota UPPB dengan menganalisis saluran pemasaran, biaya pemasaran, margin pemasaran, keuntungan pemasaran dan farmer share di Kecamatan Sentajo Raya Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan metode survei yaitu dengan melakukan wawancara langsung kepada petani. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara pusposive sampling dengan kriteria petani yang tergabung dalam anggota UPPB dan yang tidak tergabung dalam anggota UPPB. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 petani, dimana 30 petani anggota UPPB dan 30 petani non anggota UPPB Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat 3 saluran pemasaran karet dengan dua sistem yang berbeda yaitu melalui UPPB dan non UPPB. Saluran pemasaran I melibatkan petani, Unit pengolahan dan Pemasaran Bokar (UPPB) dan pabrik. Saluran pemasaran II melibatkan petani, pedagang pengumpul dan pabrik. Saluran pemasaran III melibatkan petani, pedagang pengumpul, pedagang besar dan pabrik. Efisiensi saluran pemasaran I sebesar 2,63%, saluran pemasaran II sebesar 11,84%, dan saluran pemasaran III sebesar 18,89%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian karet di Kecamatan Sentajo Raya saluran I dinilai lebih efisien karena diperoleh nilai efisiensi terkecil, karena semakin kecil nilai efisiensi maka pemasaran yang dilakukan semakin efisien.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis biaya produksi, pendapatan kotor, pendapatan bersih usahatani jagung pipil dan menganalisis efisiensi usahatani jagung pipil. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Kelurahan Tebing Tinggi Okura Kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir Kota Pekanbaru.Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan penyebaran kuesioner dan pengambilan responden dilakukan dengan cara metode purposive sampling, dimana responden berjumlah 7 orang. Adapun metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwausahatani kelompok tani jagung pipil di Kelurahan Tebing Tinggi Okura mengeluarkan rata-rata total biaya sebesar Rp 3.849,391/musim tanam sedangkan rata-rata pendapatan kotor kelompok tani per musim tanam adalah Rp 4.950.000. Kemudian rata-rata pendapatan bersih kelompok tani per periode musim tanam yaitu Rp 1,094,724.Usahatani kelompok tani jagung pipil di Kelurahan Tebing Tinggi Okura semuanya menguntungkan dan layak untuk diteruskan. Rata-rata nilai RCR kelompoktani di Kelurahan Tebing Tinggi Okura adalah 1,28. Kata kunci: Jagung Pipil, Analisis Usahatani Jagung Pipil, Efisiensi Usahatani Jagung Pipil

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to 1) analyze the disbursement of credit fund from RuralAgribusiness Development micro finance (PUAP) and 2) to analyze the effectiveness ofloan repayment from group of farmers (Gapoktan) in Kuala Nenas village District ofTambang, Kampar Regency. This research was carried out for 3 months from Octoberuntil December 2010. This research found that the credit fund was distributedappropriately to eligible farmers.
