Abstract

Research Aims: This study aims to test and analyze the effect of ambidextrous leadership on innovation performance with employee creativity as an intervening variable. Design/methodology/approach: This research uses a quantitative approach involving 48 employees at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Jatimbalinus Retail Function SBM Lamongan Gresik. The sampling technique used a saturated sample of 48 respondents. The statistical analysis used in this research is SEM PLS with the help of SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. Research Findings: The findings of this study indicate that ambidextrous leadership has no significant effect on innovation performance. Ambidextrous leadership has a significant positive effect on employee creativity. Employee creativity has a significant positive effect on innovation performance. Employee creativity in this study can mediate the influence of ambidextrous leadership and innovation performance. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This research provides new insights into ambidextrous leadership on innovation performance through employee creativity. Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Identitas Kependudukan Digital (IKD) di Kecamatan Kartoharjo, Kabupaten Magetan dengan menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Dalam penelitian ini, variabel independen yang digunakan adalah Perceived Usefulness dan Perceived Ease of Use, yang mempengaruhi variabel dependen Behavioral Intention to Use. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menguji peran mediasi dari variabel Attitude Toward Using. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada perangkat desa di Kecamatan Kartoharjo. Data yang diperoleh 91 sampel kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis) untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Usefulness dan Perceived Ease of Use berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention to Use, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi Attitude Toward Using. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pemerintah daerah dalam upaya meningkatkan adopsi dan penggunaan IKD di masyarakat dengan memperhatikan faktor kemudahan dan kegunaan teknologi serta sikap positif masyarakat terhadap teknologi tersebut.Kata Kunci: Acceptance, Usefulness, Ease, Behavioral, Attitude.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance through the Islamic work ethic of employees at the Cooperative Unit at Tani Bahagia Village, Gondang District, Mojokerto Regency, East Java, Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study amounted to 75 employees. The data analysis technique used SEM-PLS with Smart-PLS 3.0 software. The results of the study found that transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership has a positive effect on Islamic work ethics. Islamic work ethic has a positive effect on employee performance. Islamic work ethic mediates the positive effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. The implication of this research is the importance of implementing a transformational leadership style in order to advance the quality of employee performance in the hope of increasing work activities, increasing and developing capital factors and strong business strategies, but also having to pay attention to human resources with good Islamic work ethics and have the value of good manners.

Abstract

Purpose: This paper tried to examine the mediation effect of psychological empowerment between empowering leadership and employee creativity Design/Methodology: This study referred to quantitative research design and used a paper-based online questionnaire to collect data from a sample of 65 employees drawn from an Information Technology company in Surabaya, Indonesia. This study used the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) Partial Least Square analysis with saturated samples. Findings: The results indicate that empowering leadership and psychological empowerment positively and significantly affect employee creativity. The results further reveal that psychological empowerment significantly mediating the relationship between empowering leadership and employee creativity. Practical Implications: The findings of this study provide benefits for company leaders to identify learning solutions to practical solutions, motivate employees to come up with creative ideas, and empower employees. Mostly during challenging times such as during the COVID 19 pandemic, work must be done from home. The results of this study provide opportunities for leaders to produce techniques, policies, and strategies to increase employee creativity through motivation, direction, and empowerment Originality/Value: This study makes a new attempt to demonstrate the mediating effect of empowering leadership and employee creativity in Information Technology companies at Vascomm Surabaya Indonesia. In addition, the research underlines the importance of motivating and always giving employees freedom for creative behavior which is important knowledge in difficult times like today caused by the covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Kinerja merupakan faktor penentu kesuksesan di organisasi yang signifikan. Mengingat hal ini, penting untuk mengidentifikasi faktor pendorong kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh dari servant leadership dan kepribadian proaktif terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta melihat peran kepribadian proaktif sebagai pemediasi dalam hubungan servant leadership dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 65 karyawan yang bekerja di Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai (BBWS) Brantas, Surabaya, Jawa Timur, yang dipilih dengan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap kepribadian proaktif dan kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, kepribadian proaktif yang dimiliki karyawan juga dapat meningkatkan kinerja mereka. Terakhir, penelitian ini mengonfirmasi jika kepribadian proaktif bisa mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan melalui peran mediasi dari kepribadian proaktif.

Abstract

Subdistrict community institutions are a medium for citizen participation as colleagues of the Village Head, who participate in planning, implementing and supervising development, as well as improving the quality of citizen services in the Subdistrict. Therefore, members of community institutions who have skills and knowledge are needed. This research aims to analyze the influence of social capital with network indicators, norms and trust, on the performance of members of Beringin Village community institutions mediated by knowledge sharing. The respondents in this quantitative research were 82 members of Beringin Village community institutions and were analyzed using SmartPLS. The results of the research show that the influence of social capital on knowledge sharing has a p-value of 0.000 < 0.050 so it has a positive and significant influence. The influence of social capital on member performance has a p-value of 0.000 < 0.050, so it can be concluded that it has a positive and significant influence. The influence of knowledge sharing on member performance has a p-value of 0.801 > 0.050, so it can be concluded that knowledge sharing has no effect on member performance. The influence of social capital on performance through knowledge sharing has a p-value of 0.803 > 0.050, so it can be concluded that knowledge sharing does not mediate the influence of social capital on member performance.

Abstract

Quality public service needs to be demonstrated by employees. Good employee performance in providing quality public services can increase public satisfaction. Employees who perform well will be able to provide efficient, responsive and professional services, so that people feel heard and well served. This research aims to analyze and prove the influence of organizational culture and innovative behavior on employee performance in Tandes District, Surabaya City. The research results show that factors consisting of organizational culture and innovative behavior have a real influence simultaneously (together) on employee performance in Tandes District, Surabaya City. Factors consisting of organizational culture and innovative behavior have a real influence partially (individually) on employee performance in Tandes District, Surabaya City. Among the factors consisting of organizational culture and innovative behavior, it turns out that organizational culture has a dominant influence on employee performance in Tandes District, Surabaya City, with a partial influence of 0.623. It is recommended to improve performance oriented towards community services with the principle of placing community needs and satisfaction as the main priority, implementing fast, easy and transparent public services, providing fast and appropriate responses to community complaints, building effective communication and empathy with the community.

Abstract

Upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai tidak mudah. Pegawai memiliki berbagai keterampilan dan cara berpikir. Keberagaman kemampuan dan sikap membuat kinerja pegawai berbeda. Untuk memastikan bahwa sumber daya manusia (SDM) berkontribusi sebesar mungkin untuk kemajuan organisasi, manajemen harus mampu mengaturnya dengan baik. Menanamkan dan menerapkan budaya organisasi adalah salah satu cara terbaik untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan adanya beberapa permasalahan seputar budaya organisasi yang kurang diterapkan secara baik oleh pegawai dan disiplin kerja pegawai yang cenderung rendah sehingga berpotensi membuat kinerja pegawai juga semakin rendah yang perlu dikaji secara mendalam. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif eksplanatoris karena bentuk penelitian yang dilakukan untuk menguji suatu hipotesis. Tempat penelitian terdiri dari 27 kelurahan di Kabupaten Magetan dengan 113 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kekompakan tim kerja menjadi budaya organisasi; apresiasi bagi pegawai yang disiplin, keteladanan pimpinan dalam menjaga disiplin kerja, serta loyalitas menjadi variabel penting dalam upaya peningkatan disiplin kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi reformasi birokrasi dalam pengembangan talenta sumber daya manusia untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif engan metode studi kasus berdasarkan rumusan dari Robert K. Yin. Menurut Yin (2014, p. 18). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BKD Provinsi Jawa Timur menerapkan kriteria ketat untuk seleksi pegawai yang memenuhi syarat, Kualifikasi pendidikan juga diperhatikan secara ketat, memastikan bahwa setiap pegawai sesuai dengan jabatan yang mereka lamar. Assessment dilakukan secara sistematis dan rutin untuk memetakan pegawai dalam box manajemen talenta, memastikan bahwa setiap penempatan jabatan didasarkan pada data yang objektif

Abstract

The impact of large-scale national restrictions of Covid-19 pandemic to other sectorss in the world is especially in the economic sector. Indonesia dominated by MSMEs which is it be a backbone of national’s economy in Indonesia. That’s way, MSMEs business person required to be able to adapt on pandemic’s situationin order to maintain and increase corporation to continuity of business sustainability. In other impact of the pandemic happrned is the increasing of product imported, online shipping and the products produces are less fashionable. This research purpose to analyze the influence of self efficacy on tke IKM leather’s performance in Magetan which mediated by resilience. This research is quantitative, with respondents of IKM’s leather in Magetan who still surviving after Covid-19 pandemic. Data obtained from 138 respondents and it was processed using SEM regression analysis with SEM PLS analysis tools. The results of this research showed that the Self Efficacy’s variable has a significant effect on the IKM leather’s performance in Magetan which mediated by resilience.
