Abstract

Village economy refers to economic activities that take place in rural areas, which are often dominated by agriculture, livestock and micro, small and medium enterprises. This includes the production and trade of goods and services that meet the needs of local communities as well as the potential for sustainable economic development in the region. Village economic development from the perspective of Pentahelix refers to involving five main parties or groups in the development process, namely; Government, Academics, Business, Community groups, and media. This approach aims to develop the economy in the village area. Each party has an important role; The government provides supportive policies and budgets, academics provide knowledge and innovation, businesses create jobs and investments, community groups fight for the interests and participation of the community, and the media in disseminating information and building public awareness. Through collaboration between these five parties, it is hoped that inclusive and sustainable village economic growth will be realized in order to create the welfare of the village community

Abstract

Employee performance at the Badung Regency Education, Youth and Sports Office reflects effectiveness and efficiency in carrying out tasks related to the development and provision of education. High employee performance can have a positive impact in various aspects, such as improving the quality of education, good resource management, effective program planning, and adequate service to the community. This study aims to analyze the mediating role of organizational commitment on the influence of work motivation and organizational culture to improve employee performance at the Badung Regency Education, Youth and Sports Office. The number of respondents involved in the study were 94 respondents using the survey method. Data collection using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using SEM-PLS. The results showed that work motivation, work culture and organizational commitment had a direct and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment can moderate the influence of work motivation and organizational culture on employee performance. The total influence that dominantly affects employee performance is work motivation. It is recommended to provide facilities that support the physiological needs of employees and strengthen communication between leaders and subordinates, as well as give awards to subordinates who excel.

Abstract

Customer loyalty plays a critical role in facilitating economic activity at the village level, particularly in terms of lending and depositing funds. Customer loyalty contributes to the sustainability and stability of LPDs. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality, satisfaction, and trust on customer loyalty. The number of samples used was 100, using the accidental sampling method. Data collection was done using a Likert scale questionnaire. This type of research is quantitative. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analyses. The application used is Smart PLS. Hypothesis testing is done using the t test and the F test. The results showed that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, and trust has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Service quality, satisfaction, and trust simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at LPD Desa Adat Padang Luwih. The contribution of service quality, satisfaction, and trust to customer loyalty is 85.6 percent. It is recommended to improve service quality, satisfaction, and trust.

Abstract

Dalam realitanya pembangunan kepariwisataan di Indonesia pada umumnya masih belum mampu mewujudkan pariwisata yang ekowisata (ecotourist). Dalam pengembangan ekowisata, terdapat beberapa instansi yang memiliki wewenang dalam pengelolaan dan membuat kebijakan dan perundang-undangan tentang ekowisata termasuk didalamnya yaitu universitas, publik, industri, dan pemerintah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi quadruple helix dalam kebijakan pengembangan ecowisata berbasis komunitas di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak hanya sebatas keterlibatan masyarakat dalam suatu kegiatan tetapi lebih lanjut peran serta juga mengandung pengertian bahwa masyarakat terlibat dalam setiap tahap dari suatu kegiatan sampai dengan menilai apakah pembangunan sudah sesuai dengan rencana dan dapat meningkatkan ekonominya. Universitas sebagai institusi pendidikan telah berkontribusi dalam kepariwisataan melalui kajian ilmiah terkait desa wisata dan program wisata, melalui pendampingan pembentukan desa wisata di beberapa obyek wisata. Peran industri dalam ekowisata yaitu berperan dalam peningkatan roda perekonomian daerah malalui pemanfaatan objek wisata untuk memperoleh benefit yang maksimal serta peran pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam objek wisata agar tetap berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Purpose: The aim of making Mumbul Pancoran Solas Park a spiritual tourism destination in Sangeh Village, Badung Regency, which is not widely known, requires efforts to increase the development of various aspects to increase tourist visits by involving community participation based on community-based tourism to provide economic, social, and environmental sustainability impacts on local communities. Methodology: This research was conducted in Mumbul Pancoran Solas Park, Sangeh village, Abiansemal subdistrict, Badung Regency, using qualitative methods, data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out descriptively, analyzing the four ampere components (Attraction, Accessibility, Amenities, Ancillary) and SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats). Results: The research results show that implementing community-based tourism (CBT) as an approach to tourism development, community empowerment in socio-cultural economic terms, establishing cooperation, and forming tourism awareness groups. Mumbul Pancoran Solas Park, Sangeh Village, has the advantage of natural tourism which is also an environmental conservation effort and is able to provide economic benefits to the local community. In addition, it is necessary to improve infrastructure to support tourism activities so that good tourism governance can be formed. The development of Mumbul Pancoran Solas Park with the Pancoran Solas icon (11) is an important element in the development of this tourist attraction, so that development can be carried out holistically and sustainably. Limitations: Due to the limited time and objects in this research and the implementation of the activity for one day, it is hoped that it will be sustainable and provide the benefit of contributing ideas. Contribution: This community service is a strategy to increase efforts to develop spiritual tourism by empowering the Sangeh village community and providing managerial skills to the tourism manager of Mumbul Pancoran Solas Park.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of communication in the General Sector of the PUPR Department of Denpasar City in the Clean River Program and the obstacles faced. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach through interviews. The results show that communication involves planning the placement of human resources according to the organizational structure, the use of information technology, and the active participation of human resources, although their abilities still need to be improved. Internal obstacles include complicated bureaucracy, inadequate officer skills, and unplanned employee transfers. External obstacles include technological limitations, use of technical language, and low public understanding of the importance of clean rivers.  To overcome these obstacles, it is recommended that training and technical guidance be carried out for employees, optimizing the use of technology, transparency of information, and simplifying bureaucratic communication. This is expected to increase the effectiveness of organizational communication and the smooth running of program services.

Abstract

The Healthy Living Community Movement is a systematic and planned action carried out jointly by all components of the nation with awareness, willingness and ability to behave in a healthy manner to improve the quality of life. The Healthy Living Community Movement in Gianyar Regency is supported by Gianyar Regent Regulation Number 50 of 2018. This study aims to determine and analyze the implementation of Gianyar Regent's Regulation Number 50 of 2018 concerning Healthy Living Community Movement in Gianyar Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study based on the theory of Merilee S. Grindle. Collecting data through interviews, documentation and observation with 12 informants. Based on the results of the research, it has described an effort that has been carried out in a coordinated manner, the process has been running in accordance with referring to policy actions. The impact on society individually and in groups is still not optimal. Barriers and problems still exist in implementing The Healthy Living Community Movement policy. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of the Gianyar Regent's Regulation Number 50 of 2018 has been implemented and is still running until now, but support from cross-sectoral and community is still needed.

Abstract

"One Day Service" service is a one-day service where each applicant provides documents. This service program aims to provide population and civil registration services in villages, cities and provinces. This service aims to provide convenience to the public in the implementation and public administration. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the effectiveness of the "One Day Service" program. The findings of this research report illustrate the effectiveness of population/citizen information services in the program and the obstacles faced by population/citizen information services in the program. This work uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Observations, interviews and documentation are used as data collection techniques. This study shows that the effectiveness of the population registration service in the "One Day Service" program is not yet valid. This is due to the problem of how many have not been answered and processed by the operator due to time constraints and slow network. Sometimes there is a lack of discipline in the assigned tasks and carelessness of the employees managing the service program.

Abstract

Usaha kerajinan keben merupakan usaha yang memiliki peluang untuk berkembang, dalam kehidupan masyarakat Bali keben merupakan sarana persembahyangan dan berbagai kegiatan adat lainnya, sehingga usaha kerajinan keben merupakan peluang usaha yang menjanjikan. Mitra dalam kegiatan internal PKM adalah kelompok pengrajin keben yaitu Kelompok Pengrajin Keben Asti. Tujuan program ini adalah untuk mengembangkan kelompok kerajinan Asti keben di Banjar Tanggahan Peken. Beberapa permasalahan berikut ditemukan adalah sebagai berikut. Kelompok usaha perajin keben belum mampu mengelola tugas setiap anggota kelompok. Faktor produksi masih menggunakan cara tradisional dan manual yang memperlambat proses produksi. Promosi masih terbatas dan belum memiliki WEB bisnis. Oleh karena itu, program pengabdian ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan kelompok kelompok kerajinan Asti Keben dan membuat WEB bisnis. Luaran dari program ini antara lain: memberikan pelatihan manajemen kelompok, memberikan bantuan berupa mesin serut bambu untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat proses produksi, solusi dalam mempromosikan produk melalui media sosial. Di samping itu, Kelompok Kerajinan Keben Asti mampu meningkatkan kapasitas dan kualitas produksi sebesar 20%. Kelompok ini juga menciptakan keterampilan manajemen bisnis yang baik di bidang promosi dan manajemen keuangan serta mampu membuat pembukuan sederhana.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara yang memiliki banyak ragam. Terdapat beberapa sektor penting yang berada di Indonesia seperti Sektor pertanian, pendidikan, pembagunaan, objek wisata, dan lainnya. Bali sebagai salah satu destinasi wisata utama dunia menawarkan ragam jenis dan tempat wisata. Salah satunya Wisata “Alas Pala” Sangeh. Wisata ini merupakan salah satu tempat yang menyediakan objek wisata berupa pemandangan alam yang indah yang merupakan salah satu habitat kera atu monyet yang ada di Bali. Disisi lain sampah merupakan suatu masalah yang membutuhkan penanganan yang benar dan sungguh- sungguh untuk menjaga kelestarian wisata “Alas Pala” Sangeh. Oleh sebab itu, tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat selaku pengunjung untuk menjaga kebersihan lingkungan, dan meningkatkan pengetahuan dalam pemilahan sampah yang dibuang di tempat wisata “Alas Pala” Sangeh. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah berupa penyuluhan dan pelatihan kepada masyarakat dan pengelola tempat wisata serta pemberian tempat sampah yang tepat di lokasi ini serta kegiatan bersih-bersih . Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah masyarakat dan pengelola menjadi paham tentang pemilahan sehingga lingkungan “Alas Pala” Sangeh” tetap terjaga dengan baik.
