Abstract

The Sukuk issued by Islamic banks in Indonesia has high flexibility and is a unique strategy in funding but in its implementation still faces many determinants that need to be identified. This research uses a qualitative approach and the type of research is exploratory with case study method. The research finds seven determinants of sukuk as an alternative source of fundraising. In fact, these 7 determinants are obstacles to the issuance of sukuk, so that Islamic banks in the issuance of sukuk tend to choose to become Special Purpose Vehicle and or as a selling agent of sukuk. If it is related to a special project, the Islamic bank will develop public fund raising with mudharabah-muqayadah contract. The sukuk model that is suitable and sought by investors in Islamic banks is sukuk based on revenue sharing which is partnership contract. It is since partnership sukuk yield reflects business reality and economic cycle so that it is fair for the owner of fund and fund manager.

Abstract

This study aims to answer how the role and implementation of the waqf to increase in the public welfare. Research approach is qualitative approach explanatory. Data collection of documentation, interviews and direct observation as well as the strategy is a case study. Techniques of analysis is descriptive narrative analysis techniques and pairing pattern. The key informant was led Laznas X in Surabaya and informants supporters are the recipients of empowerment. The results showed that the three keys to success in the role and implementation waqf empowerment to increase social welfare is; First, the successful establishment of characters that start with a particular prayer coaching five daily prayers. Second, success in spiritual mental financing among others; soul trustworthy, honest, hardworking and profesional. Third, mentoring and monetoring for financing revenue. Money-run Waqf economical and professional management have a greater impact on the improvement of social welfare compared to waqf immovable assets.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to obtain an in-depth description of the implementation of the concept of Islamic Spiritual Capital at BMT UGT Sidogiri. The approach used in this research is Islamic phenomenology. This research explores events/phenomena and organizational culture at BMT UGT Sidogiri. This method helps to reveal how to implement Islamic Spiritual Capital in the culture of working at BMT UGT Sidogiri. The results showed that the importance of civilize Islamic Spiritual Capital was reflected through prayer discipline, time discipline and rule discipline. Uphold the work ethic of three -as in working, they are working hard, working smart and working sincerely. This work ethic involves the body, brain and heart. Islamic leadership is basically a belief that prioritizes the attributes of the STAFF (Siddiq, Tabligh, Amanah, Fathonah). Motivation in working is intended to worship, seek the blessing of Allah and become a charity hereafter so that the goal is not only for the world. So that, every employee has an Islamic commitment that is having the confidence to be loyal to the organization and istiqomah (steadfastness) at work.Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran yang mendalam tentang implementasi konsep Modal Spiritual Islam di BMT UGT Sidogiri. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah fenomenologi Islam. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peristiwa/fenomena dan budaya organisasi di BMT UGT Sidogiri. Cara ini membantu mengungkap bagaimana mengimplementasikan Modal Spiritual Islam dalam budaya kerja di BMT UGT Sidogiri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pentingnya modal kerohanian Islam yang beradab tercermin melalui disiplin shalat, disiplin waktu dan disiplin aturan. Menjunjung tinggi etos kerja tiga -sebagai dalam bekerja, mereka bekerja keras, bekerja cerdas dan bekerja dengan ikhlas. Etos kerja ini melibatkan tubuh, otak dan hati. Kepemimpinan Islam pada dasarnya adalah keyakinan yang mengutamakan atribut STAF (Siddiq, Tabligh, Amanah, Fathonah). Motivasi dalam bekerja dimaksudkan untuk beribadah, mencari ridho Allah dan menjadi sedekah akhirat agar tujuannya tidak hanya untuk dunia. Sehingga setiap karyawan memiliki komitmen islami yaitu memiliki kepercayaan diri untuk setia pada organisasi dan istiqomah (ketabahan) dalam bekerja.

Abstract

Abstrak: Transformasi Tata Kelola Lembaga Zakat pada Pemberdayaan Social Entrepreneur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan gambaran tata kelola lembaga zakat dalam pemberdayaan social enthrepreneur. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus melalui wawancara dengan sejumlah informan pengelola lembaga zakat. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa transformasi tata kelola lembaga zakat berdampak pada efektifitas dalam mengembangkan kemandirian sosial ekonomi mustahik. Pemberdayaan tersebut dilakukan dengan cara mendirikan usaha, penguatan permodalan usaha, pendampingan, dan keterlibatan mustahik secara berkelompok. Implikasinya, lembaga pengelola zakat bertransformasi menjadi lembaga social entrepreneur yang berfungsi memberdayakan para mustahik. Abstract: Transformation of Zakat Institution Governance in Empowering Social Entrepreneurs. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the governance of zakat institutions in social entrepreneur empowerment. The method used is a case study through interviews with several informants managing zakat institutions. This study finds that the transformation of the governance of zakat institutions has an impact on the effectiveness of developing mustahik socio-economic independence. The Empowerment is carried out by establishing a business, strengthening business capital, assistance, and involvement of group mustahik. The implication is that the zakat management institution is transformed into a social entrepreneur institution that functions to empower mustahik.

Abstract

This study analyzes understanding of merchants of surah Al Jumuah verses 9-10. Understanding that examined about when sounding the call Athan all activities (sale and purchase) must be abandoned immediately and promptly carry out the Friday prayers, and back doing activities (sale and purchase) when finished doing the prayer Friday. This research used the qualitative approach with case studies. Data collection was done with interviews and observations directly to the object/subject of research. The results of this research show that the level of understanding of respective merchants of surah Al Jumuah verses 9-10 good and different so that the impact on the implementating. In addition, they believe in running the prayer Friday positively impact of sustenance, though not directly. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze Comparison Between Employers and Employees Welfare maqashid Shariah Perspective in the Village Kejawan Putih Tambak Surabaya. That is the basis of interview questions to determine the welfare comparison between employers and employees in terms of five aspects, namely, religion, life, intellect, lineage and property.This study used a qualitative approach with ethnographic strategy. Data was collected through interviews and direct observation to study the object. The analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis narrate the results of interviews and direct observation.The results of this study is that there is little difference between employers and employee welfare. The welfare of employers better meet the criteria Maqashid Shariah Perspective. The employers have more time to gather with family, having time to pray in the mosque, pay more attention to their health and have more social activities than employees. While employees have limited time togather with family, can not pray in a timely manner, rarely have time to socialize and do not have time for a workout. Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain the impact on business continuity shadaqah Muslim businessmen in Surabaya. It is the basis for explaining the impact of interview questions Sadaqah on business continuity in terms of operating income, number of employees, provide the best performance, business development, business growth, business resilience.This study used a qualitative approach with a case study strategy. Data was collected through interviews and direct observation to study the object. The analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative analysis of explanatory approach to explain the results of interviews and direct observation.The results of this study indicate that there is a Sadaqah impact on business continuity Muslim businessmen in Surabaya. Abstract

The purpose of research is to find out Why Public Choose Paying Zakat in Mosque Rather than Institute of Zakat in Kramat Jegu Village.The research methodology used was a qualitative approach, the case study strategy. Data was collected by interviewing nine muzakki zakat payers in Kramat Jegu village Taman sub-disctric who four of them are related to the management of the mosque.The technique used is descriptive analysis.The result showed that the public would prefer to pay zakat in the mosque than zakat institutions. Abstract

Research aims to know impact silaturahim performance business members HIPMI Surabaya. This research use qualitative approach and kind of his research use eksplanatori. This research use the kind of research eksplanatori for want of analyzing relation between one variable other variables or how can a variables affecting other variables. Strategy used in this research is case study.The result showed that silaturahim between members HIPMI Surabaya able to create social interaction or interpersonal communication. The more interpersonal communication process for entrepreneurs, then synergy between employers who one by another be interwoven. Synergy the can bring business cooperation and increase knowledge about business itself. Those things that influences the performance business members HIPMI Surabaya. Increasing the efforts can be seen through increased turnover, profit, value, of market share, and labor owned entrepreneurs who belongs to a HIPMI Surabaya. REFERENCES-------------------. 2011. Abstract

Conflict is something that can not be separated in the process of management of the company. Conflict that managed well will be able to make a positive contribution to the business activities and the achievement of corporate goals. This study used a qualitative research methodology with a case study approach. The selection of a qualitative methodology based on the problem formulation used in this studyThe results of this study indicate that the conflicts that happened in management Central Market Puspa Agro caused by internal and external factor. Internal factor is derived from obscurity powers, functions and roles, monitoring and evaluation weakness, slowness of responds to the problems, the competence of individual differences, the target and task interdependence. External factors consist of the presence of government policies and industry demands. The effect of conflicts are functional and dysfunctional. Conflicts levels are low, optimal and high.Conflict management is applied by stimulation, reduction of conflict and conflict resolution methods. Conflict stimulation methods include the application of the system of reward and punishment and the different treatment of habit . Conflict reduction methods include the provision of a forum for dialogue, joint activities and creating new challenges. Conflict resolution methods include the expansion of resources, compromise, change the variable structure of the company, avoiding and otorative command. REFERENCESAamodt, M.G. 2007.
