Abstract

Smartphone-based Augmented Reality (AR) media is a technology that combines the real and virtual worlds interactively to support the learning process. This study aims to explore students' experiences in using smartphone-based AR media in Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) learning, and its impact on increasing student creativity at SMAN 9 Jeneponto Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a phenomenological method. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The selection of informants was carried out purposively, namely by selecting grade X students at SMAN 9 Jeneponto Regency who were considered to have relevant experience and understanding related to the use of smartphone-based Augmented Reality media in learning. The results of the study showed that the use of Augmented Reality (AR) media provides a more interesting, interactive, and enjoyable learning experience for students. This media is also able to encourage students to think more creatively in understanding and practicing sports learning materials. However, there are several technical obstacles faced, such as limited access to applications and unstable network connections. However, overall, AR media has significant potential in improving the quality of PJOK learning, especially in terms of active involvement and development of student creativity.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the Teaching Learning Model of Giving Qualifications and Learning Answers on the motivation and social studies learning outcomes of class V students at SD Inprels Lambelngi, Pallangga District, Gowa Regency. This type of research is quantitative using an experimental approach. The research design used is Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population in this study was 40 students. Data collection techniques in this research are questionnaires, tests, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive data analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The hypothesis test used is the Anova and Manova tests. The research results obtained were; 1) Student learning motivation is 0.000 < 0.05, which means H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, namely there is an influence of the Giving Question and Getting Answer Learning Model on the learning motivation of class V students. 2) Student learning outcomes are 0.000 < 0.05, which means H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, namely there is an influence of the Giving Question and Getting Answer Learning Model on the learning outcomes of class V students and 3) The significance value of students' motivation and social studies learning outcomes is smaller than 0.05 which means H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, namely there is an influence of the Model Giving Qulelstion and Geltting Answelr learning on the motivation and learning outcomes of social studies for fifth grade students at Inprels Lambelngi Elementary School, Pallangga District, Gowa Regency

Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka di SD Negeri Tindang, Kecamatan Bontonompo Selatan, Kabupaten Gowa, masih berada pada tahap awal dan menghadapi sejumlah tantangan. Kurikulum Merdeka di SD Negeri Tindang membawa dampak positif terhadap proses pembelajaran, terutama dalam meningkatkan partisipasi aktif dan keterlibatan siswa. Meskipun belum menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan, keterlibatan siswa mulai mengarah pada pola pembelajaran yang lebih aktif dan kolaboratif. Sekolah telah melakukan langkah awal yang baik melalui sosialisasi dan pemahaman tentang Kurikulum Merdeka kepada semua pemangku kepentingan. Guru mulai menunjukkan kesiapan dalam merancang pembelajaran, termasuk menyusun capaian pembelajaran, tujuan pembelajaran, dan modul ajar, serta melakukan asesmen diagnostik, formatif, dan sumatif. Dalam proses pembelajaran, peran guru berubah menjadi fasilitator yang mendukung siswa untuk berpikir kritis, mandiri, dan kolaboratif, sesuai dengan pendekatan konstruktivisme. Faktor pendukung utama dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum ini adalah dukungan kepala sekolah, kompetensi dan semangat guru, serta keterlibatan siswa. Untuk menyukseskan implementasi secara maksimal, peningkatan pelatihan guru dan penyediaan sarana prasarana yang bisa dikatakan sudah cukup memadai menjadi langkah strategis yang perlu diperkuat ke depannya.

Abstract

This research is motivated by students who are lazy and often ignore the assigned school assignments. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of family socioeconomic status on student learning achievement at SD Inpres Limbung, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency. This research is a quantitative study with an exploratory design analysis of the product moment correlation coefficient. The population in this study were 43 fifth grade students, the sample taken from class VA using a purposive sampling technique of 22 students consisting of 13 girls and 9 boys. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the four indicators of family socioeconomic status have a significant relationship with student learning achievement. The level of education and type of parental employment contribute to student learning patterns and motivation, while family income and wealth influence the availability of learning facilities that support academic success. From the results of calculations using the product moment formula, the rxy value is greater than rtable at a significance level of 5% (0.933 > 0.444) and at a significance level of 1% (0.933 > 0.561). This means that there is a "very strong" positive correlation, so the proposed hypothesis, namely that there is an influence of family socio-economic status on the learning achievement of students in Bajeng District, Gowa Regency, is accepted.

The main issue in this study is the persistent phenomenon of schooldropouts at the elementary education level, particularly in coastal areas such asTanangan, Banggae District, Majene Regency. This research aims to identify thefactors contributing to student dropouts and the efforts made to address thisproblem. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data collectiontechniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants inthis research consist of students’ parents, teachers, principals, and communityleaders. The results show that the causes of school dropouts are divided intointernal and external factors. Internal factors include lack of interest and motivationin learning, as well as health problems. External factors involve low family economicconditions, lack of parental attention and education, negative influences from thesurrounding environment, school-related factors, societal culture that prioritizeswork over education, and inflexible school policies regarding student violations.Efforts to reduce dropout rates include preventive and repressive approaches, andguidance from parents, schools, communities, and the government throughprograms such as educational scholarships. Based on these findings, it can beconcluded that reducing dropout rates in coastal areas requires collaboration amongvarious stakeholders and strategies that are aligned with the local social and culturalcontext.

Abstract

Every individual is connected to philosophy in the learning process. Individuals need to be able to think philosophically in the field of education. Philosophy is generally focused on students so they can understand the nature and responsibility of their thinking. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the role of educational philosophy on students' mindsets and social behavior. This study applies a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The results show that educational philosophy has enormous potential to improve the quality of critical and creative thinking in students. Educational philosophy also plays a crucial role in shaping students' social awareness. The application of ethics creates a constructive learning atmosphere, respects diversity, and encourages students to be responsible, empathetic, and have integrity. Abstract

The advancement of the digital age has undoubtedly brought about significant changes in various aspects of life, including education. However, challenges that must be faced, arising concurrently with technological development, require the formation of a resilient educational character to withstand negative impacts and optimize its positive benefits for Generation Z. The purpose of this study is to analyze how philosophy serves as the foundation for character formation for Generation Z in the digital age. It is important to recognize that philosophical values ​​function not only as theory but also as ethical and reflective guidelines. The research method used for this study was qualitative, using a literature study approach, collecting and analyzing various academic sources on the function of philosophy of science and the challenges of education in the digital age. The results show that educational philosophy plays a crucial role in forming a strong and ethical educational character in the digital age. Through the application of philosophical values ​​such as critical analysis, moral introspection, and responsibility, education can create a generation prepared to face the challenges and negative effects of technological development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS) dan Make a Match (MAM) terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas V SD. Metode yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperiment dengan desain pretest-posttest control group. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas yang masing-masing diajarkan menggunakan model TPS dan MAM. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket motivasi dan tes hasil belajar yang dianalisis menggunakan uji t-test dan ukuran efek (effect size). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua model pembelajaran memiliki dampak positif terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa, dengan sebagian besar siswa berada pada kategori sangat tinggi. Meskipun tidak ditemukan perbedaan signifikan secara statistik antara kedua model, model MAM menunjukkan keunggulan dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar, sedangkan TPS lebih unggul dalam mendorong pemahaman mendalam. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disarankan kombinasi kedua model untuk mengoptimalkan pembelajaran IPS
