Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of Canva's business model and provide a business transformation model for UMK KriptaL. This research was conducted at UMK KriptaL in Bengkulu City with its main production activity being the production of Taro Chips. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, namely explaining and providing a more in-depth description of the situation and process for developing a cryptic MSE business. The main respondents in this research were UMK Kriptal business actors and employees by collecting data through in-depth interviews. The results of the study show that the UMK Kriptal business transformation model is a strategy that can be carried out to develop a business that will be obtained by maintaining the current Consumer Segments (CS) and Key Resources (Key Resources / KY). Things to add in the development of Kriptal UMK, namely on the Benefits Offered (Value Proposition/VP) by adding a website and social media promotions to the Customer Development block (Customer Relationship/CR).UMK Kriptal obtain Revenue Streams (Revenue Steams/RS) if there is innovation in the form of product sales new for example mocaf flour As well as maintaining existing collaborations and trying to add new collaborations for example cooperation with expedition services so that shipping costs can be cheaper on Partnerships (Key Partners).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing strategy of Caffee Ten Bos Boba Simpang Tiga Ngalam, Seluma Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive research method with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analytical technique used is SWOT (Strengths Weakness Opportunities and Threats) analysis in determining the cafe's internal and external factors formulated through SAP (Strategic Advantage Profile) and ETOP (Environmental Threat and Opportunity Profile). The results of the SWOT analysis, Caffee Ten Bos Boba Simpang Tiga Ngalam, Seluma Regency is in an investment position which is the interaction of the results of SAP (strategic profile analysis) obtained a value of 4.13 with a strong position and from the results of ETOP analysis (Environmental Threat Opportunity Profile) obtained a value of 3 .95 for opportunities and threats 2.29 which shows the company's position in a speculative business.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of location, service quality and product quality on customer’s decisions to save at Bank Bengkulu KCP Kepahiang. The sample in this study was 97 customers who saved at Bank Bengkulu KCP Pasar Kepahiang. Data collection using a questionnaire and the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the multiple regression equation show the equation Y = 8.263 + 0.200X1 + 0.392 X2 + 0.227 X3 with a possitive regression direction, meaning that if the location, service quality and the product quality increase, the decision to save will also increase. Location has significant influence on the decision to save at Bank Bengkulu KCP Kepahiang, this evidenced by a significant value of 0.013, less than 0.05. Service quality has a significant influence on the decision to save at Bank Bengkulu KCP Kepahiang, this is evidenced by a significant value of 0.000, less than 0.05. Product quality has a significant influence on the decision to save at Bank Bengkulu KCP Kepahiang, this is evidenced by a significant value of 0.002, less than 0.05. Location, service quality and product quality have a significant effect on the decision to save at Bank Bengkulu KCP Kepahiang, this is evidenced by a significant value of , less than 0.05.

Abstract

Kesadaran masyarakat tentang pola hidup sehat dengan makan makanan bergizi yang kaya nutrisis merupakan salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan kenaikan permintaan akan jamur tiram. jamur tiram dapat diolah menjadi berbagai jenis olahan makanan disampig itu proses membudidayakanya relatif mudah. Pemasaran jamur tiram membutuhkan satu konsep strategi yang utuh dan komprehensif agar mampu membuka saluran-saluran distribusi yang efektif dan maksimal, melalui strategi pemasaran yang tepat dapat menciptakan jalur distribusi produk yang cepat kepada konsumen mengingat jamur tiram merupakan produk yang apabila disimpan terlalu lama akan menimbulkan kerusakan. SMK Agribisnis Dangau Datuk mempunyai beberapa jenis usaha yang diantaranya budidaya jamur tiram, Selama ini pemasaran jamur tiram produksi SMK Dangau Datuk ini baru dilakukan untuk Kota Bengkuu saja, dijual ke pasar tradisonal dan masyarakat sekitar yang datang langsung ke Dangau Datuk, ketahanan jamur tiram yang tidak lama hanya 3 hari saja merupakan pertimbangan dalam distribusi pemsaarannya. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilatar beakangi tujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang saluran distribusi pemasaran untuk produk jamur tiram pada SMK Agri Bisnis Dangau Datuk Kota Bengkulu dengan tujuan dapat memperluas jangkauan pasar untuk jamur tiram. Sosialisasi dilakukan dengan metode pemyampaian materi dan sesi tanya jawab/ diskusi yang pesertanya terdiri dari siswa SMK Agribisnis Dangau Datuk. Abstract Public awareness about a healthy lifestyle by eating nutritious foods rich in nutrients is one of the factors that cause an increase in demand for oyster mushrooms. Oyster mushrooms can be processed into various types of processed food that the process of cultivating it is relatively easy. Oyster mushroom marketing requires a complete and comprehensive strategic concept in order to be able to open effective and maximum distribution channels, through the right marketing strategy can create a fast product distribution channel to consumers considering that oyster mushrooms are products that if stored for too long will cause damage. SMK Agribusiness Dangau Datuk has several types of businesses including oyster mushroom cultivation, so far the marketing of oyster mushrooms produced by SMK Dangau Datuk has only been carried out for Bengkuu City, sold to traditional markets and the surrounding community who come directly to Dangau Datuk, the resistance of oyster mushrooms which is not long only 3 days is a consideration in the distribution of distribution. This community service activity is set in the background to provide knowledge about marketing distribution channels for oyster mushroom products at SMK Agri Bisnis Dangau Datuk Kota Bengkulu with the aim of expanding market reach for oyster mushrooms. Socialization was carried out by material delivery methods and question and answer / discussion sessions whose participants consisted of students of SMK Agribusiness Dangau Datuk. Abstract

Kemasan suatu produk merupakan hal yang sangat perlu diperhatikan oleh produsen/penjual, karena berkaitan dengan menjaga kualitas dari produk agar tetap terjaga sampai ke tangan konsumen baik dari higenitas, kualitas dan masa penyimpanan yang lebih lama.. SYFam Food sebagai industri rumahan yang memproduksi dan menjual makanan ringan dari bahan dasar umbi talas sudah melakukan pengemasan produknya dengan kemasan plastik transparan dan diberi logo secara sederhana namun belum lengkap semua informasi yang seharusnya konsumen butuhkan. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut maka pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan untuk memberikan wawasan terhadap kemasan atau packaging dan label produk yang sesuai dengan SNI (Standar Nasional Indonesia) untuk makanan kepada SYFam Food Kota Bengkulu selaku produsen dari makanan ringan KriptaL. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada tanggal 2 Oktober 2023 yang dihadiri oleh pemilik. Metode pelaksanaan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini melalui pemaparan materi terkait tentang kemasan dan label produk, metode kedua dengan cara berdiksusi dengan pemilik. Setelah pengabdian dilakukan harapanya adalah kedepannya SYFam Food lebih baik lagi dalam pengemasan produknya. . Abstract The packaging of a product is something that really needs to be considered by the manufacturer / seller, because it is related to maintaining the quality of the product so that it is maintained to the hands of consumers both from hygiene, quality and longer storage period. SYFam Food as a home industry that produces and sells snacks from taro tubers has packaged its products with transparent plastic packaging and is given a logo simply but not complete all the information that consumers should need. In connection with this, community service is carried out to provide insight into packaging and product labels in accordance with SNI (Indonesian National Standard) for food to SYFam Food Bengkulu City as the producer of KriptaL snacks. This activity was carried out on October 2, 2023, which was attended by the owner. The implementation method of this community service is through the presentation of related material about product packaging and labels, the second method is by discussing with the owner. After the dedication is carried out, the hope is that in the future SYFam Food will be even better in packaging its products. Kata kunci: Kemasan, Produk, Label Produk

Abstract

This community service activity aims to optimize the management of making school clothes and pants in the Small and Medium Industry environment. The main focus of this program is to improve the efficiency of the production process and expand the reach of product marketing through technology and digital marketing strategies. The methods used are survey and observation, technical assistance and monitoring and evaluation. In the production aspect, the main challenge is that raw materials in the form of fabric are an important highlight for convection business people In addition to raw materials, the sewing process is also a challenge for convection entrepreneurs. Because the sewing process also affects the results of the product, for example from the neatness of the stitches, the ability of tailors to translate consumer wishes with the products produced. So convection entrepreneurs must really pay attention to the quality of the stitches of their products.

Abstract

Perkembangan tekhnologi beriringan dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan,berdampak pada pergeseran pemasaran yang dilakukan dari yang konvensional ke digital marketing. Dangau Datuk yang merupakan salah satu UMKM yang salah satu produk yang dihasilkan adalah Syrup Jahe Merah, selama ini produk ini pemasaranya masih terbatas dan masih menggunakan cara-cara konvesional seperti titip jual, permasalahan lain yang dihadapi adalah masih kurangnya pengetahuan tentang digital marketing dan teknik branding dan banyak nya pesaing dengan produk sejenis. Oleh sebab itu pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman, pendampingan terhadap kendala dan kekurangan yang ada sehingga bisa diperbaiki kedepannya, mulai dari teknik marketing dengan digital marketing maupun design branding. Setelah pengabdian ini dilakukan dilihat dari hasil evaluasi terhadap peserta pada UMKM Dangau Datuk sudah memahai tentang digital marketing, memanfaatkan media sosial untuk pemsaran sehingga diharapkan jangkaun pasar yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Ada beberapa hal yang membuat kendala-kendala berwirausaha dapat diminimalisir dalam era digital ini, yakni dengan membuat upaya berwirausaha menjadi lebih cepat, lebih terjangkau, lebih mudah, bahkan menciptakan banyak kesempatan kolaborasi sehingga dapat membuat suatu usaha menjadi lebih efektif. Dunia digital menawarkan sumber daya baru yang sangat luas bagi para wirausahawan untuk memanfaatkan, mulai dari pengumpulan data terbuka, konten, kode, dan layanan yang tumbuh secara eksponensial hingga kontribusi online pengguna dan komunitas di seluruh dunia. Sosialisasi dilakukan dalam pelatihan ini dengan memberikan pemaparan tentang prinsip-prinsip dasar kewirausahaan masih berlaku dan dapat diaplikasikan di dunia kewirausahaan digital ini, seperti: menumbuhkan pola pikir kewirausahaan, mengidentifikasi peluang yang baik, mengenal pelanggan Anda, memenuhi ketentuan legal, maupun berupaya untuk meningkatkan modal pada siswa–siswi SMAN 1 Kota Bengkulu sehingga dapat menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan digital, perubahan mendasar terletak pada upaya untuk aktif dalam aktivitas bisnis dan terkoneksi dengan masyarakat yang telah melek digital.

Abstract

The consignment sales system is one of the marketing strategies that can be carried out by business actors to expand market reach because with this system business actors do not move alone in making sales. This consignment system is a system where business actors who have goods leave the goods/products to the shop owner (consignee). This research was conducted to provide an overview of the consignment sales system carried out by KriptaL business actors and provide an overview of the impact of consignment sales on the competitiveness of KriptaL products. This research uses observation, interview and documentation methods to explain the data, while the object of research is the KriptaL snack business in Bengkulu City. Based on the research conducted and discussion, it can be concluded that in the KriptaL business the consignor sales agreement is in accordance with the agreement including the agreement regarding the price level, the amount of commission or reward, the number of products entrusted and returns on sales, KriptaL consignor business in increasing competitiveness has a positive impact on the KriptaL business and the store. Where this can be seen from the expansion of the marketing network, the increase in turnover of business actors, in terms of profit or profit and more advanced technology.

Abstract

Currently, students or the community are required to be able to innovate in an increasingly modern era, one of which is the community service team of Dehasen University Bengkulu collaborating with State Elementary School 75 Bengkulu City in fostering an entrepreneurial spirit from an early age. This community service is aimed at students of State Elementary School 75 Bengkulu City which aims to instill entrepreneurial insights, as well as foster an entrepreneurial spirit from an early age. Having an entrepreneurial spirit is an important point for students in the future. In addition, from this activity, it is hoped that students can help the family economy and can also take advantage of their spare time to do positive activities by way of entrepreneurship and minimize juvenile delinquency. This community service socialization uses the method of explaining to students the importance of entrepreneurial knowledge and the importance of entrepreneurship and conducting questions and answers to students about the entrepreneurial material that has been delivered.
