Abstract

One-Stop Service System (SAMSAT CAR) is one of the government agencies that provides services to the public/community related to the payment of motor vehicle taxes. Samsat has provided services to taxpayers who want to pay Motorized Vehicle Tax (PKB) through facilities such as the provision of several vehicles called “SAMSAT CAR”. The reason for this review was to decide the impact of administration on citizen fulfillment prior and then afterward the SAMSAT Vehicle administration. This review utilizes an expressive technique with a quantitative methodology. The sample selection technique used by the author in this study is non-probability sampling. The selected population is Bengkulu City residents, the sample is 100 taxpayers who have made vehicle tax payments, subject in this study is the SAMSAT CAR (SAMLING). The data was processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 22 tool assisted by the Ms. Excel. The consequences of this review are that before the SAMSAT Vehicle administration strategy was carried out, citizen fulfillment was just 41.9%. With the directing variable (SAMLING) it can reinforce the impact of the Help variable (X1) on Citizen Fulfillment (Y). SAMLING (SAMSAT Vehicle) has expanded local area fulfillment, particularly citizens in Bengkulu City. In view of the aftereffects of various direct relapse, it very well may be presumed that the "Theory is Acknowledged" so one might say that the presence of a directing variable or SAMLING can reinforce or build the impact of the Citizen Fulfillment variable

Abstract

Pandemi yang melanda dunia memberikan dampak yang besar kepada dunia pendidikan yang mengharuskan siswa untuk belajar daring dari rumah, termasuk untuk belajar Bahasa Inggris, pembelajaran yang biasanya langsung dengan guru secara tatap muka seketika berubah. Pelajaran Bahasa Inggris sering dianggap sulit oleh siswa karena itu kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan agar belajar Bahasa Inggris tetap menyenangkan dimasa pandemi. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak (LKSA) Guyub Rukun Bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan adalah belajar dengan gambar dan lagu. Dari hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini dihasilkan kemampuan anak-anak dalam mencerna materi dengan cepat dan proaktif. Kata Kunci: Belajar Bahasa Inggris, Gambar dan Lagu

Abstract

The Kumayan Island tourist attraction is very close to the community members of RT.12 RW.04 Kel.Surabaya Kec.Sungai Serut, Bengkulu City, where the existence of this tourism object has aroused the interest of some people to open a business. The community of RT.12 realizes that the tourism sector is considered capable of having a positive impact on driving people's economic activities, although the pandemic is still hitting Indonesia and has an unfavorable impact on the tourism sector, it does not dampen the desire of people who want to open businesses around the Kumayan Island Bengkulu tourist attraction. In the Kumayan Island tourist attraction, there are already several tourism supporting businesses, especially businesses in the culinary fields, souvenirs and games. But the diversity has not been seen, the average business actor sells similar goods, so there is not enough variety. While one of the attractions of tourism is the culinary diversity that is around the location of the tourist attraction. For this reason, it is necessary to identify business opportunities. With the bridge by the Faculty of Economics Service Team, a training was held on the identification of business opportunities at the Kuwayan Island tourism object, Bengkulu City, in the Community of Rt.12. From the results of this training, the people who are participants gain new enthusiasm and can understand how to empower the potential and opportunities that exist so that they have an economic impact on the community and make the Kumayan Bengkulu Island tourist attraction even better in the future.

Abstract

Utilization of land Yard is open land that is around the house. During the pandemic, most people are tired of staying at home. To overcome this boredom, one of which can be done by utilizing the yard of the house. Utilization of yard land will provide benefits for family life such as: a source of food and also as a source of income. One of the agricultural technologies that can be applied to utilize the yard is hydroponic technology. Hydroponics is a technique of cultivating plants without using soil as a planting medium. The advantage of plants cultivated by the hydroponic method is that the results of Forgetfulness are higher with better yield quality. The prospects for developing a hydroponic business are very good, especially in urban areas, because land in urban areas is very narrow as a result of land conversions such as for housing, offices, shops and roads. Narrow land is suitable for agricultural businesses using hydroponic technology. The awareness of city people is getting higher to maintain their health by consuming good quality vegetables and fruits. Several types of vegetable plants that can be cultivated with a hydroponic system include: lettuce, celery, cauliflower, pakchoy, takecay and so on. This is very profitable for the community, especially housewives on Jl. Merawan 14 in order to be able to utilize the yard as a source of additional income and for daily needs.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of Canva's business model and provide a business transformation model for UMK KriptaL. This research was conducted at UMK KriptaL in Bengkulu City with its main production activity being the production of Taro Chips. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, namely explaining and providing a more in-depth description of the situation and process for developing a cryptic MSE business. The main respondents in this research were UMK Kriptal business actors and employees by collecting data through in-depth interviews. The results of the study show that the UMK Kriptal business transformation model is a strategy that can be carried out to develop a business that will be obtained by maintaining the current Consumer Segments (CS) and Key Resources (Key Resources / KY). Things to add in the development of Kriptal UMK, namely on the Benefits Offered (Value Proposition/VP) by adding a website and social media promotions to the Customer Development block (Customer Relationship/CR).UMK Kriptal obtain Revenue Streams (Revenue Steams/RS) if there is innovation in the form of product sales new for example mocaf flour As well as maintaining existing collaborations and trying to add new collaborations for example cooperation with expedition services so that shipping costs can be cheaper on Partnerships (Key Partners).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing strategy of Caffee Ten Bos Boba Simpang Tiga Ngalam, Seluma Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive research method with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analytical technique used is SWOT (Strengths Weakness Opportunities and Threats) analysis in determining the cafe's internal and external factors formulated through SAP (Strategic Advantage Profile) and ETOP (Environmental Threat and Opportunity Profile). The results of the SWOT analysis, Caffee Ten Bos Boba Simpang Tiga Ngalam, Seluma Regency is in an investment position which is the interaction of the results of SAP (strategic profile analysis) obtained a value of 4.13 with a strong position and from the results of ETOP analysis (Environmental Threat Opportunity Profile) obtained a value of 3 .95 for opportunities and threats 2.29 which shows the company's position in a speculative business.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the development of human development of Kepahiang Regency in the last five years, namely from 2017 to 2021. It is expected to provide additional information that can help the Kepahiang Regency government in making decisions on what programs can be implemented in Kepahiang Regency to realize a prosperous society in all aspects. The data used was sourced from skunder data obtained from the website of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) Kepahiang Regency. The data includes population, education and economic data. Data collection in this study through documentation methods. Overall, the Human Development Index of Kepahiang Regency increased from 2017 to 2021. The HDI value of Kepahiang Regency in 2021 was included in the medium welfare category in 2017 with a value of 60.66 and until 2021 it was also in the medium category with its HDI value of 68.62.

Abstract

Service or service issues also determine development business in business. Good service and as expected will give satisfaction to consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Lesehan Jamik, Bengkulu City. At the present time marketing using product quality improvement, affordable prices and quality service. This study uses quantitative research methods, the population in this study is consumers, through a given questionnaire.The technique in taking the research sample using the accidental sampling technique is a technique of determining a sample based on chance, the sample in this study was 120 customers at Lesehan Jamik 123 Kota Bengkulu. Data collection used instruments in the form of questionnaires and the analytical method used was multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. Research Results There is a positive and significant influence between Product Quality on Consumer Satisfaction at Lesehan Jamik Bengkulu City, which means that the better the product quality, the more Customer Satisfaction will be increased. There is a positive and significant influence between price and consumer satisfaction at Lesehan Jamik, Bengkulu City, which means that the affordable price of a product will increase customer satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction, which means that the better the service quality, the higher the customer satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between Product Quality, Price and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction that the better the product quality, price and service quality, the more people or consumers talk about the superiority of a product.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of location, service quality and product quality on customer’s decisions to save at Bank Bengkulu KCP Kepahiang. The sample in this study was 97 customers who saved at Bank Bengkulu KCP Pasar Kepahiang. Data collection using a questionnaire and the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the multiple regression equation show the equation Y = 8.263 + 0.200X1 + 0.392 X2 + 0.227 X3 with a possitive regression direction, meaning that if the location, service quality and the product quality increase, the decision to save will also increase. Location has significant influence on the decision to save at Bank Bengkulu KCP Kepahiang, this evidenced by a significant value of 0.013, less than 0.05. Service quality has a significant influence on the decision to save at Bank Bengkulu KCP Kepahiang, this is evidenced by a significant value of 0.000, less than 0.05. Product quality has a significant influence on the decision to save at Bank Bengkulu KCP Kepahiang, this is evidenced by a significant value of 0.002, less than 0.05. Location, service quality and product quality have a significant effect on the decision to save at Bank Bengkulu KCP Kepahiang, this is evidenced by a significant value of , less than 0.05.

Abstract

Kesadaran masyarakat tentang pola hidup sehat dengan makan makanan bergizi yang kaya nutrisis merupakan salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan kenaikan permintaan akan jamur tiram. jamur tiram dapat diolah menjadi berbagai jenis olahan makanan disampig itu proses membudidayakanya relatif mudah. Pemasaran jamur tiram membutuhkan satu konsep strategi yang utuh dan komprehensif agar mampu membuka saluran-saluran distribusi yang efektif dan maksimal, melalui strategi pemasaran yang tepat dapat menciptakan jalur distribusi produk yang cepat kepada konsumen mengingat jamur tiram merupakan produk yang apabila disimpan terlalu lama akan menimbulkan kerusakan. SMK Agribisnis Dangau Datuk mempunyai beberapa jenis usaha yang diantaranya budidaya jamur tiram, Selama ini pemasaran jamur tiram produksi SMK Dangau Datuk ini baru dilakukan untuk Kota Bengkuu saja, dijual ke pasar tradisonal dan masyarakat sekitar yang datang langsung ke Dangau Datuk, ketahanan jamur tiram yang tidak lama hanya 3 hari saja merupakan pertimbangan dalam distribusi pemsaarannya. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilatar beakangi tujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang saluran distribusi pemasaran untuk produk jamur tiram pada SMK Agri Bisnis Dangau Datuk Kota Bengkulu dengan tujuan dapat memperluas jangkauan pasar untuk jamur tiram. Sosialisasi dilakukan dengan metode pemyampaian materi dan sesi tanya jawab/ diskusi yang pesertanya terdiri dari siswa SMK Agribisnis Dangau Datuk. Abstract Public awareness about a healthy lifestyle by eating nutritious foods rich in nutrients is one of the factors that cause an increase in demand for oyster mushrooms. Oyster mushrooms can be processed into various types of processed food that the process of cultivating it is relatively easy. Oyster mushroom marketing requires a complete and comprehensive strategic concept in order to be able to open effective and maximum distribution channels, through the right marketing strategy can create a fast product distribution channel to consumers considering that oyster mushrooms are products that if stored for too long will cause damage. SMK Agribusiness Dangau Datuk has several types of businesses including oyster mushroom cultivation, so far the marketing of oyster mushrooms produced by SMK Dangau Datuk has only been carried out for Bengkuu City, sold to traditional markets and the surrounding community who come directly to Dangau Datuk, the resistance of oyster mushrooms which is not long only 3 days is a consideration in the distribution of distribution. This community service activity is set in the background to provide knowledge about marketing distribution channels for oyster mushroom products at SMK Agri Bisnis Dangau Datuk Kota Bengkulu with the aim of expanding market reach for oyster mushrooms. Socialization was carried out by material delivery methods and question and answer / discussion sessions whose participants consisted of students of SMK Agribusiness Dangau Datuk.
