Abstract

Artikel ini membahas mengenai intimidasi yang terjadi dalam komunikasi politik melalui media sosial selama kampanye di Jakarta. Untuk menginvestigasi fenomena bullying dalam interaksi politik melalui media sosial publik di Jakarta, digunakan model deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan empat temuan utama: 1) Bullying politik merupakan berita yang dibicarakan paling banyak saat kampanye pemilihan presiden 2019, yang berdampak negatif pada persatuan sosial, empati antar Agama. 2) Pemberitaan yang berasal dari YouTube terbukti memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap pola pikir masyarakat Jakarta dalam diskusi politik di warung kopi. 3). Kekerasan politik mempengaruhi perubahan dalam keputusan politik dalam PILPRES 2019 selama masa kampanye. Sekitar 70% konten berita di media sosial berasal dari laporan yang dijadikan dasar dalam komunikasi politik. Dengan memperhatikan fakta ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin banyak informasi mengenai pelecehan politik yang dibagikan oleh masyarakat kota Jakarta melalui media sosial, semakin besar tantangan yang mereka hadapi dalam menjaga persaudaraan serta menciptakan praktik berpikir yang sehat di platform tersebut.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to prove that the influence audit fees, KAP rotation, and tenure audit on the quality of audits of state-owned banking staff located in Indonesia. This research consists of three independent variables consisting of audit fees, audit tenure, and KAP rotation, as well as one dependent variable, namely audit quality. This research uses a methodology causal explanatory, causal explanatory research that involves explaining the relationships between variables and evaluating previously created hypotheses. In this research, there are 4 companies and research objects in State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2015-2022 period. The data analysis technique in this research uses statistical data. The results of this research show that simultaneously audit fees, tenure audit, and KAP rotation has a positive influence on audit quality. Further more audit fees has a positive effect on audit quality. Then tenure audit has a positive effect on audit quality. Meanwhile, KAP rotation has a positive influence on audit quality.   Keywords : Fees Audit, Audit Tenure, KAP Rotation, and Audit Quality

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the investment of European countries, especially Russia, in the maritime sector in Indonesia. This research will focus on Russia's economic and political interests in the maritime sector in Indonesia. The results of the research obtained are that in general Russia has not developed a type of maritime sector cooperation with Indonesia as large as other European countries. Russia-Indonesia maritime cooperation is still limited to the defense and packing industries. While other European countries are already engaged in the energy, fishery, technology and service industries. European countries understand the importance of Indonesia's maritime strategic position. For Russia, Indonesian territory has never been a political interest, but rather a partner of economic cooperation.

Abstract

Communication is a process by which a person or group, organization, and society create, and use information to connect with the environment and people other. Management is often also defined as the art of carrying out a jobthrough other people. Therefore communication management is a combination of communication concepts and management applied in various communication activities with the aim tomake the implementation of the communication run effectively, so that the message or the expected result from the withdrawal of the information was as expected. Communication Management consists of two words, namely Management and communication. In the process of implementing managementnwork through its functions, namely planning, organizing, controlling and lead various efforts in achieving goals. Communication management was born because of the demand to bridge between communication theorists and communication practitioners. The role of communication in education management is communication as a source of educational information, communication as controller and coordination, communication as planning and achieving goals, and communication as an effort to increase motivation.

Abstract

Social media is widely a common thing for everyday lives now, even some people cannot live without it. Basically, social media does not provide separation for its users, meaning that anyone can use social media, from children to adults. The purpose of this research is to examine social media in a new culture, as well as what strategies and efforts can be made so that social media can be utilized wisely. This research is a Qualitative Research, conducted on people aged 15-23 years. The method used is literature study, collecting data by finding sources and constructing them from various sources such as books, journals, and existing research. The results of the research show that social media can be utilized in a new culture.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh media dalam membentuk persepsi publik mengenai isu-isu politik. Berbagai jenis media, termasuk media cetak, elektronik, dan digital, memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk opini publik serta mempengaruhi sudut pandang individu terhadap isu-isu politik. Di tengah perkembangan era digital, media sosial dan platform berita daring menjadi sumber utama informasi masyarakat, yang secara signifikan dapat mempengaruhi persepsi dan sikap terhadap isu politik, baik di tingkat nasional maupun internasional. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode survei dan analisis konten pada pemberitaan isu politik tertentu untuk mengetahui sejauh mana media mempengaruhi persepsi publik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intensitas pemberitaan dan pengaturan sudut pandang dalam media dapat mengarahkan opini publik dan membentuk persepsi yang cenderung bias terhadap suatu isu. Selain itu, kepercayaan terhadap sumber informasi juga memengaruhi sejauh mana dampak media terhadap persepsi politik publik. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mendukung pengembangan literasi media yang lebih kritis di masyarakat dan menyadarkan pentingnya peran media dalam sistem demokrasi.

Abstract

Pengaruh perkembangan teknologi tersebut menyebabkan dunia perdagangan dituntut untuk menawarkan sebuah konsep perdagangan baru melalui jaringan internet yang disebut dengan e-marketing. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisis strategi jasa pengiriman SiCepat cabang Comal dalam menghadapi dampak dari e-commerce, menganalisis bentuk tanggung jawab SiCepat cabang Comal terhadap kerugian konsumen apabila terjadi keterlambatan atau kehilangan barang dan menganalisis kinerja SiCepat dalam pelayanan jasa pengiriman. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap objek dalam pnelitian ini yaitu SiCepat cabang Comal. Kehadiran e-commerce di Indonesia telah memberikan dampak positif pada beberapa sektor usaha salah satunya yaitu pada sektor usaha jasa pengiriman. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa strategi yang digunakan SiCepat cabang Comal dalam menghadapi dampak e-commerce khususnya pada saat event-event tertentu dan yaitu dengan menambahkan kurir freelance agar barang tidak overload dan sampai tepat waktu pada konsumen. Selain memberikan layanan jasa pengiriman barang yang cepat, SiCepat cabang Comal juga tetap memberikan layanan berupa kepuasan pelanggan apabila ada barang yang rusak ketika sampai di tangan konsumen.Kata Kunci: E-commerce, Jasa Pengiriman, SiCepat Express

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how emotions affect the effectiveness of interpersonal communication in various social contexts. Emotions such as anger, sadness, happiness, and anxiety can be an obstacle or support in the communication process. With qualitative methods in the form of literature studies and in-depth interviews, it was found that good emotion management increases the effectiveness of message delivery and strengthens interpersonal relationships. The implications of this research are important for the development of communication skills in both professional and personal contexts

Abstract

The research is purpose to find out implementation spatial planning policies on Bekasi city for stainable environmental management? Analytical methods used are: 1) Geo-physics analysis of land suitability analysis, 2) physical analysis; 3) Analysis of environmental management, 4) Analysis of socio-economic conditions, and 5) Analysis of Geographic Information System (GIS). The results obtained that spatial planning and environmental carrying capacity can be concluded that to meet the needs of diverse development needs to develop a spatial pattern of land use, coordinate, procedures for water and other resources in a unified a dynamic environment. To meet the needs of diverse development needs to develop a spatial pattern coordinate system guana land, procedures for water and other resources in a unified order dynamic environment. For that layout needs to be managed by an integrated pattern through a regional approach with respect to site natural environment, socio-cultural environment, and the artificial environment in accordance with its development. Good city spatial structure with more increased public participation in city layout is expected to be better. There is a direct influence on the city hall community participation in maintaining a healthy environment, so if you want to increase public participation in maintaining a healthy environment can be done by increasing the city spatial planning. Abstract

Public Financial Management a set of laws, rules, and standards is an important part of regulating the systems and processes used by each sovereign state and local government, to mobilize revenue, allocate public funds, conduct public spending, and budget audits. The purpose of public financial management itself is to increase efficiency and transparency in the use of public resources and eliminate the inefficiency of public resources. The regulatory framework for Public Financial Management can carry out analytical and critical practices in helping to facilitate services efficiently and effectively. This article uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to describe or analyze a research result but is not used to make a broader conclusion. Analysis and Discussion The Government of Indonesia is aware that there are regulations governing budgeting, although some of them do not understand and study these documents comprehensively. The regulatory framework governing fund management influences service delivery. In conclusion, the regulatory framework explains how public budgets are used to provide better services. The regulation is designed to help to reduce budget waste and prevent corruption.
