Abstract

This research aims to apply factor analysis to possum data with the aim of simplifying many independent variables into fewer factors. The factor analysis steps begin by grouping the variables to be analyzed and compiling a correlation matrix using the Bartlett test and the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) test. From the test results, it was found that the variables had sufficient correlation to proceed to factor analysis. After that, factor extraction was carried out using three criteria, namely eigenvalues, diversity percentage, and scree plot, which concluded that the number of factors formed was two. Next, factor rotation was carried out using the varimax method to simplify interpretation. The results show that certain variables have high loadings on certain factors, making it easier to identify patterns. In conclusion, factor analysis succeeded in simplifying the relationship between variables into two factors that can be interpreted more easily.

Abstract

Pengaruh perkembangan teknologi tersebut menyebabkan dunia perdagangan dituntut untuk menawarkan sebuah konsep perdagangan baru melalui jaringan internet yang disebut dengan e-marketing. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisis strategi jasa pengiriman SiCepat cabang Comal dalam menghadapi dampak dari e-commerce, menganalisis bentuk tanggung jawab SiCepat cabang Comal terhadap kerugian konsumen apabila terjadi keterlambatan atau kehilangan barang dan menganalisis kinerja SiCepat dalam pelayanan jasa pengiriman. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap objek dalam pnelitian ini yaitu SiCepat cabang Comal. Kehadiran e-commerce di Indonesia telah memberikan dampak positif pada beberapa sektor usaha salah satunya yaitu pada sektor usaha jasa pengiriman. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa strategi yang digunakan SiCepat cabang Comal dalam menghadapi dampak e-commerce khususnya pada saat event-event tertentu dan yaitu dengan menambahkan kurir freelance agar barang tidak overload dan sampai tepat waktu pada konsumen. Selain memberikan layanan jasa pengiriman barang yang cepat, SiCepat cabang Comal juga tetap memberikan layanan berupa kepuasan pelanggan apabila ada barang yang rusak ketika sampai di tangan konsumen.Kata Kunci: E-commerce, Jasa Pengiriman, SiCepat Express

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strength of gender to Islamic consumption behavior of Islamic Economics students, Surabaya State University. Islamic consumption behavior measured by the five basic principles of consumption in Islam. This study uses quantitative descriptive method. The research sample set were 146 students but only 91 students could be further processed. Data source were obtained from questionnaires with guttman scale and analyzed by probit regression using Stata 14. The result showed that woman have a higher probability of behaving in Islamic consumption than man.

Abstract

The development of digital technology, especially the TikTok social media platform, has created new loopholes for child exploitation, one of which is through the practice of requesting donations involving orphanage children. This study aims to analyze the causal factors of child exploitation on TikTok Media. Using a normative legal research method with a legislative approach and a conceptual approach, this study analyzes various legal instruments related to child protection and examines preventive efforts outside the realm of criminal law. The results of the study indicate that although criminal law instruments are available through Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection, it is necessary to strengthen non-penal policies through multi-party collaboration between the government, social media platforms, and the community to create a more comprehensive child protection system in the digital era.

Abstract

The feasibility analysis of a business is important to asses whether the business is viable or not to carried out. This research aims to analyze the feasibility the hygienic tempeh agroindustry bussines based on legal, technical and operational, management and human resources, market and marketing, social, environmental impact analysis (EIA), and financial aspects. The study was conducted at Grobogan Soybeans House, located in Grobogan Regency, Central Java. A case study method was employed, using purposive sampling with 11 respondents, consisting of 6 internal and 5 external parties. The analysis applied a descriptive -quantitative approach based on five years of bussines data (2019 – 2023). The result indicate the hygienic tempeh agroindustry is feasible based on all evaluated aspects. Total investment is IDR 241,449,126, with annual depreciation expenses of IDR 2,282,887. The average annual production cost was IDR 127,868,087, utilizing 6,645 kg of raw materials to produce 33,225 packs per year, with a sales volume of 33,059 packs. The price hygiene tempeh is IDR 6,000 per pack, the annual revenue was IDR 198,354,000, yielding a profit of IDR 70,485,913. Financial feasibility analysis indicated an NPV of IDR 23,367,681, an IRR of 16.50%, a PI of 1.10, and a payback period of 4 years, 4 months, and 21 days. Sensitivity analysis showed that only a 2.80% increase in production costs was not sensitive to changes (feasible). Scenarios involving a 28% rise in raw material costs or a 10% reduction in production were highly sensitive, meaning the business would suffer losses under these conditions.

Abstract

Internal communication has an important role in the company to facilitate coordination so that employees are more productive at work and have a positive impact on the development of the company. Without communication, everything will not go well, resulting in miscommunication which will have a negative impact on individuals and companies. Work discipline in the company PT Draco Internasional has also not gone well because it is still free to enter the office so that a lot of work cannot be completed on time. This can be seen from the condition of frequent employees who are absent, arriving late which causes delays in delivery to customers with a predetermined time period. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and internal communication on the performance of PT Draco International employees. Research is quantitative positivism paradigm. The sample amounted to 50 respondents. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling type. The results in this study indicate that internal communication has a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT Draco Internasional seen from the results of partial testing (t-test) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. These results mean that internal communication factors including communication skills and the accuracy of selecting communication channels/media will result in satisfactory work.

Abstract

Monitoring the weight of toddlers monthly at Posyandu is an indicator related to the coverage of basic health services especially the prevalence of malnutrition in toddlers, early detection and preventing growth and development failure in toddlers. The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between the role of health workers, mother’s attitude, and the quality of service on the coverage of toddlers being weighed (D/S) in Betung Community Health Centre working area. This study uses an analytical survey method and a crosssectional approach. The population of the study was mothers who had toddlers with a tota) number of 101 toddlers in Betung Community Health Centre working area. The sample of this study included 50 toddlers taken by using accidental sampling technique. The data were analysed by using chi-square test. Univariate analysis showed that toddlers with low coverage of toddlers weighed (D/S) were 18 respondents (34%), while toddlers with D/S with high coverage were 32 respondents (66%). The result of bivariate analysis showed that there were significant relationships between the role of health workers (P-value was 0,047), mothers’ attitude (P-value was 0,001), the quality of service (P-value was 0,000) and the coverage of toddlers weighed (D/S) in Betung Community Health Centre working area. The conclusion is there is a significant relationship between the role of the health workers, mother’s attitude, and the quality of service on the coverage of toddlers weighed (D/S). It is hoped that mothers will be more consistent in monitoring the toddlers’ weight every month.

Abstract

The implementation of E-Court based on Supreme Court Regulation (PERMA) No. 1 of 2019 regarding electronic case administration and trials at the Administrative Court of Makassar. Master's thesis in Public Administration program, supervised by Dr. Dandan Haryono, S.Sos., M.Si. This research on the implementation of E-Court aims to provide insights and understanding to stakeholders in the development of electronic systems, which are expected to foster superior human resources who are well-versed in the Industrial Revolution 4.0. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach, using data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that the implementation of E-Court is a form of industrial reform requiring individuals to embrace technology. E-Court serves as an electronic platform to facilitate judicial processes at the Administrative Court. This innovation is seen as a tool for providing better services, realizing the principles of swift, simple, and low-cost services. The policy targets are expected to benefit from the simplification of all processes carried out through E-Court at the Administrative Court of Makassar.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan potensi Labuan Bajo dengan fokus pada pendidikan keuangan dan komunikasi. Desa Batu Cermin dipilih sebagai lokasi kegiatan, karena mayoritas penduduknya bekerja di sektor pariwisata, terutama di berbagai hotel, resort, dan klub yang tersebar di Labuan Bajo. Acara dilaksanakan selama 2 jam di Resort Mohini. Pendekatan pemberdayaan ekonomi dilakukan melalui sesi pendidikan keuangan, memberikan warga pemahaman mendalam tentang manajemen keuangan pribadi, investasi, dan pengelolaan pendapatan dari sektor pariwisata. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga melibatkan sesi pelatihan komunikasi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan interpersonal dan pemasaran diri agar masyarakat dapat berinteraksi secara efektif dengan wisatawan. Peserta, terutama para pekerja di sektor pariwisata, diberikan wawasan praktis yang dapat meningkatkan kapasitas ekonomi mereka. Resort Mohini dipilih sebagai lokasi acara karena keterlibatan pihak-pihak terkait dalam mendukung program ini. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menciptakan dampak positif dalam pengembangan Labuan Bajo sebagai destinasi wisata unggulan, sambil memberdayakan masyarakat lokal untuk turut menikmati hasil dari industri pariwisata yang berkembang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether financial literacy, investment risk and investment motivation simultaneously and partially affect student interest in investing in the capital market. This research design is quantitative. The population in this study were students of the Management and Accounting Study Program at Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya. The sample in this study were 100 students. Data collection in this study using the questionnaire method. Then test the data with multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS Version 25. The results showed that Simultaneously Financial Literacy, Investment Risk and Investment Motivation have a significant effect on Investment Interest in Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya. Partially Financial Literacy, and Investment Motivation have a significant influence on Investment Interest in Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya. Meanwhile, Investment Risk does not have a significant influence on Investment Interest in Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya.
