Abstract

Abstract Student organizations are a vehicle and a means of fostering students to increase knowledge and improve their intellectual and personal well-being in order to achieve university goals. One of the most important aspects of organizational life is the quality of leadership. Leadership has the responsibility to motivate members to achieve organizational goals, whereas leading an organization shows the relationship between leaders and members and how leaders lead their goals. This study aims to determine and measure the influence of leadership style, motivation and work discipline on the performance of BEM FEB UNISMA administrators. This research method uses quantitative methods with descriptive casual research. The population in this study is the administrators/members of the Student Executive Board of FEB UNISMA. In taking this sample using saturated sampling where all members of the population are used as samples. In this study, the sample was the entire management of the BEM FEB Islamic University of Malang for the 2020-2021 period consisting of the Daily Management Board, Internal Division, External Division, Talent Interest Division, Media Division, and Education Division, totaling 50 administrators. The results showed that leadership style, motivation and work discipline had a significant effect on the performance of the BEM FEM UNISMA management. Keywords: Management Performance, Leadership Style, Motivation, Work Discipline

Abstract

This study aims to determine the stocks that can be included in the optimal portfolio of IDX Value30, the proportion of funds invested in each IDX Value30 stock, the return and risk of the optimal portfolio of IDX Value30 shares using the single index model and to determine whether there are differences average expected return and average risk between IDX Value30 stocks included in the portfolio and IDX Value30 stocks not included in the portfolio. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The population is shares of companies that are included in the IDX Value30 list for the announcement period from 2019 to 2022. The sampel is determined using nonprobability sampling with a purpose sampling method. Data analysis techniques are descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The research result obtained 2 optimal portfolio forming stocks with a single index model, namely ADRO shares with a proportion in the portfolio of 26.93% and UNTR of 73.07% and a portfolio return of 2,45% with a portfolio risk 1.41%. There is a difference in the average expected return between IDX Value30 stocks that are included in the portfolio and IDX Value30 stocks that are not included in the portfolio and there is no difference in the average risk between IDX Value30 stocks that are included in the portfolio and IDX Value30 stocks that are not included in the portfolio.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the Effect of Profitability, Solvency, and Auditor's Opinion on LAG Audit Reports in Banking Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2020. This research method is a quantitative method with associative research type. The variables in this study consisted of the independent variables Profitability, Solvency, and Auditor's Opinion, while the variable was the LAG Audit Report. The population in this study are all annual reports listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2015-2020 period, while the research sample is 10 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that have met the criteria. Methods of data collection using documentation, data analysis techniques used logistic regression analysis. The results showed that the profitability variable obtained a significance value of 0.452 > 0.05, which means that profitability has no significant effect on the LAG audit report. The solvency variable obtained a significance value of 0.058 <0.05, which means that solvency has a significant effect on the LAG audit report. The auditor's opinion variable has a significance value of 0.728 > 0.05, which means that the audit opinion has no significant effect on the LAG audit report. Profitability, Solvency, and Auditor Opinion variables obtained a significant value of 0.050 < 0.05, which means that jointly profitability, solvency and audit opinion have a significant effect on LAG audit reports on banking sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2015 period. 2020. Keywords : Profitability, Solvency, Auditor Opinion, Audit Report LAG ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Solvabilitas, dan Opini Auditor terhadap Audit Report LAG Pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Perbankan yang Terdaftar Pada Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2020. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Variabel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel bebas Profitabilitas, Solvabilitas, dan Opini Auditor, sedangkan variabel terikat yaitu Audit Report LAG. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh annual report yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2015-2020, sedangkan sampel penelitian sebanyak 10 perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang telah memenuhi kriteria. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analisis data digunakan analisis regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian memperoleh bahwa variabel profitabilitas memperoleh nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,452 > 0,05 yang berarti bahwa profitabilitas tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap audit report LAG. Variabel solvabilitas memperoleh nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,058 < 0,05 yang berarti bahwa solvabilitas memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap audit report LAG. Variabel Opini auditor memperoleh nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,728 > 0,05 yang berarti bahwa opini audit tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap audit report LAG. Variabel Profitabilitas, Solvabilitas, dan Opini Auditor memperoleh nilai signifikan sebesar 0,050 < 0,05 yang berarti bahwa secara bersama-sama profitabilitas, solvabilitas dan opini audit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap audit report LAG pada perusahaan sub sektor perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2020. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to test the hypothesis of the effect of tax socialization, tax sanctions, and the quality of tax service on restaurant business taxpayer compliance (Study at the Palembang City Regional Revenue Service) for the period 2017-2021. The data used is by distributing questionnaires. The population and samples used were 870 restaurants registered with the Regional Revenue Service of Palembang City, a sample of 90 technical restaurants found samples, that is, they can use samples based on chance, that is, anyone who happens to meet the sample. The data collection method uses primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression using SPSS 22.0 software for windows. The results of the hypothesis test conclude that the tax socialization variable significantly on taxpayer compliance is 0.00 <0.05, the tax variable has a significant effect on taxpayer compliance by 0.00 <0.05, and the tax service quality variable has a significant effect on mandatory compliance restaurant business tax is 0.01 < 0.05 at the Regional Revenue Service of Palembang City. Keywords: Socialization of Taxation, Tax Sanctions, Quality of Fiscal Services.   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis pengaruh sosialisasi perpajakan, sanksi pajak dan kualitas pelayanan fiskus terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak badan usaha restoran (Studi pada Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Palembang) priode tahun 2017-2021. Data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara penyebaran kuisioner. Populasi dan sampel adalah sebanyak 870 restoran yang terdaftar Didinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Palembang, sampel sebanyak 90 restoran teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik incidental sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan yaitu siapa saja yang secara kebetulan bertemu dengan peneliti dapat digunakan sebagai sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dan data skunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan alat bantu software SPSS 22.0 for windows. Hasil uji hipotesis menyimpulkan bahwa secara signifikan variabel sosialisasi perpajakan berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak badan usaha restoran sebesar 0,00 < 0,05, variabel sanksi pajak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak badan usaha restoran sebesar 0,00 < 0,05, dan variabel kualitas pelayanan fiskus berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak badan usaha restoran sebesar 0,01 < 0,05 pada Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Palembang. Kata kunci: Sosialisasi Perpajakan, Sanksi Pajak, Kualitas Pelayanan Fiskus.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and job training on the work productivity of employees of PT. Astra international Tbk partially and simultaneously. The population in this study are all employees of PT. Astra International Tbk. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling, which is a sampling technique if all members of the population are used as samples with a sample of 40 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observation. The measurement scale uses a Likert Scale. The data analysis techniques used are instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS Version 22. The results of the study based on hypothesis testing using SPSS Version 22 recruitment did not have a significant effect partially on the work productivity of PT. Astra International Tbk. For job training partially significant effect on work productivity of PT. Astra International Tbk. And simultaneously that recruitment and job training have a significant effect simultaneously on work productivity. Keywords: Recruitment, Job Training and Work Productivity  ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rekrutmen dan pelatihan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Astra international Tbk secara parsial dan simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan PT. Astra International Tbk. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh yaitu teknik penentuan sampel apabila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel dengan jumlah sampel 40 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Skala pengukuran menggunakan Skala Likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji coba instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis menggunakan SPSS Versi 22. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji hipotesis menggunakan SPSS Versi 22 rekrutmen tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Astra International Tbk. Untuk pelatihan kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap produktivitas kerja PT. Astra International Tbk. Dan secara simultan bahwa rekrutmen dan pelatihan kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja.Kata kunci: Rekrutmen, Pelatihan Kerja dan Produktivitas Kerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengetahui pengaruh tunjangan profesi dan disiplin kerja guru secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri Prabumulih. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional/sebab-akibat.Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan uji regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan analisis data, 1) ada pengaruh yang signifikan tunjangan profesi terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri Prabumulih; 2) ada pengaruh yang signifikan disiplin kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri Prabumulih, dan 3) ada pengaruh yang signifikan tunjangan profesi dan disiplin kerja guru secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri Prabumulih.

Abstract

Creative thinking and critical thinking skills have an increasingly important role in dealing with complexity and rapid change in the modern era. This research aims to illustrate the importance of skills in the 21st century, as well as describe the challenges in developing them and methods for strengthening learning. The research method used is a literature review with a qualitative descriptive approach, data is collected from various library sources such as scientific journals, books and related research reports. This study confirms that creative thinking and critical thinking skills are an important foundation in a holistic learning process, preparing individuals to face challenges in the ever-changing world of work. Challenges in developing these skills include changes in teacher roles, integration of technology, development of appropriate curricula, and project-based learning. However, by applying the right learning methods and relevant tips, future generations can be well prepared to become successful leaders and innovators in the modern era. The results of this study provide deep insight into the importance of creative thinking and critical thinking skills in the 21st century, and show the need for a holistic and innovative learning approach to prepare individuals to face future challenges.

Abstract

This research aims to determine passing skills in extracurricular volleyball games at SMA Negeri 1 Toboali. In this research, the method used is a quantitative method which tries to describe the passing skills of SMA Negeri 1 Toboali. The population in this study were students who took part in extracurricular volleyball at SMA Negeri 1 Toboali, totaling 23 students, and the sample in this study was 23 people, there were 13 men while there were 10 women. The data collection technique used in this research was a passing test over a volleyball game. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistical analysis. This analysis uses the Excel application and manual calculations. Based on the data analysis carried out in this research, it can be concluded that of the 23 volleyball extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 1 Toboali, the results of their volleyball passing skills were in the very high category, with a percentage of 87.3%. This can be seen from the percentage results of each sub-indicator (assessment). In the initial attitude indicator the percentage is 50%, in the core attitude indicator (implementation) the percentage is 82%, and in the final (advanced) attitude indicator the percentage is 56%.

Abstract

Islamic education has great noble values ​​and is able to determine position and function in society. The values ​​of Islamic education are the most important thing and should be implemented and maintained by followers of the Islamic religion. The values ​​of Islamic education are taught to students not to be memorized into knowledge, but to be internalized and practiced in everyday life. This research aims to find out more broadly and in depth the Internalization of Islamic Religious Values ​​in Shaping the Character of Santri, with the following coverage: (1) The process of internalizing Islamic religious values ​​in forming the character of santri (2) The method of internalizing Islamic religious values ​​in forming character of santri (3) The impact of internalization of Islamic religious values ​​in shaping the character of santri.The research was carried out at the Al-Khairat Siniu Modern Islamic Boarding School using a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection was carried out using interviews. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. To check the validity of the data, researchers used triangulation techniques. Meanwhile, the informants in this research were Ustadzah and Santriwati.The results of the research show that Islamic religious values ​​at the Al-Khairat Siniu Islamic Boarding School, including aqidah values, shari'ah values ​​and moral values, have become a value that is internalized in the daily life of students at the Islamic boarding school. This needs to be done with istiqomah in implementing it, because the internalization of Islamic religious values ​​is not something instant but is something that requires a process, so this of course requires a process, so this of course requires certain efforts made by the council of kyai or ustadz as well as the santri council in achieving successful internalization of Islamic religious values ​​in order to shape the character of the students.

Abstract

Pokok permasalahan dalam penelitaian ini adalah mencari metode apa yang digunakan oleh Muhammad Tahir aslam dalam pembinaan kegamaan di Lembangbu’ne dan bagaimana eveketivitas dari dakwahnya itu. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dan metodologi yang digunakan adalah teknik studi naratif, yang berpusat pada narasi, cerita, atau deskripsi yang berkaitan dengan rangkaian peristiwa yang dikaitkan dengan pengalaman seseorang.         Hasil penelitian ini  menunjukkan bahwa metode dakwah yang digunakan oleh muhammad tahir Asran adalah metode percakapan antar pribadi dan komunikasi kelompok serta menggunakan metode dakwah Mauidzah hasanah, mujadalah dan hikmah. Dalam segi efektifitas dakwah itu berhasil dalam membina masyarakat kerena keaktifan sholat bermaahah, dan jiwa sosial masyarakat dalam salingmembantu dan juga karena telah menginggalkan tradisi dan keyakinan nenek moyang mereka yang bertentangan dengan Ajaran Islam.
