Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze whether the Effect of Transformasional Leadership on employee Job Satisfaction, to find out and analyze whether Work Discipline has an effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, to determine and analyze whether Work Motivation has an effect on Employee Job Satisfaction. This study used a sample of 42 respondents. This research method uses quantitative. The technique of determining the informants used purposive sampling techique. The result of the t test (partial) show thaht the variables of Transformational Leadership, Work Discipline, and Work Motivation have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Employee Work at PT Sarana Nikoteknik Surabaya the result of the coefficient of determination test is known that the value of r square is 0,463, this shows that the contribution of Transformational Leadership (X1), Work Discipline (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) on Employee Job Satisfaction (Y) is by 46,3% while the remaining 53,7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment, work environment and work stress on job satisfaction of radiology installation employees at RSUD Sidoarjo.This study uses a type of quantitative research. The technique used in this study is a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sample, which is a sampling technique if all members of the population are used as research samples. The sample size in this study were 77 employees of the radiology installation at RSUD Sidoarjo.The results of the study found that organizational commitment partially and simultaneously positive effect on job satisfaction, work environment partially and simultaneously positive effect on job satisfaction and job stress negatively affects job satisfaction.

Abstract

This quantitative study aims to analyze the influence of Cost Leadership Strategy and government-led innovations on business performance through SME partnerships in the Food and Beverage sector. Conducted in the Sidoarjo district of Indonesia, with a population of 49 SME groups, the research utilized a saturated sampling technique and employed a structured questionnaire to gather data. Using SEM PLS analysis, the results indicate that the Cost Leadership Strategy accounts for 44% of the business performance variance, while innovation through partnerships drives an impressive 86% impact on business performance. The findings underscore the significance of strategically fostering sustainable business performance, highlighting the role of the government in supporting SME partnerships to achieve growth and efficiency in the global marketplace. Abstract

This quantitative research explores the optimization of omnichannel banking strategies in conventional Banks in East Java, Indonesia. With a focus on 17 member Banks from the Indonesian Banking Association in the Sidoarjo region, this study aims to analyze the impact of online services (64%) and pricing decisions (34%) on the sustainability of omnichannel initiatives. By connecting all marketing channels on a unified platform, Banks can deliver consistent customer experiences, fostering exceptional closeness and satisfaction leading to enhanced loyalty. However, the lack of awareness among customers about the top management's applied strategies poses a serious challenge in this program. The implications of diverse information, as well as online service and pricing decisions, play a crucial role in the success of the Omnichannel Banking program. The findings of this research provide valuable insights for global scientists and practitioners seeking to leverage omnichannel strategies for sustainable customer engagement in the banking sector. Highlights: Customer-Centric Approach: Omnichannel banking enables a unified customer experience across all platforms, fostering exceptional closeness and satisfaction, leading to enhanced loyalty and retention. Optimizing Online Services: The study reveals that effective online services contribute significantly (64%) to the sustainability of omnichannel strategies, emphasizing the importance of seamless digital interactions. Abstract

This research determines the influence of Cash Ratio, Return On Assets, Firm Size, and Debt To Equity Ratio on Dividend Payout Ratio. The sample for this research was taken from 10 Automotive and Component Sub-Sector Manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period. Then, this research uses quantitative methods with descriptive statistical calculation techniques and linear regression analysis. The existing data was processed using Eviews software version 12. The research results show that Cash Ratio, Return on Assets, Firm Size do not affect the company's Dividend Payout Ratio. Conversely, the Debt to Equity Ratio affects the Company's Dividend Payot Ratio.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of fintech payments, financial socialization and financial experience on financial management behavior. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The population in this study were active students at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo, totaling 12,730 students and used a purposive sampling technique. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula and a sample of 99 respondents was obtained. The research data source is primary data. The analysis technique uses Partial Last Square with Smart PLS 3.0. The research results show that fintech payment, financial experience and financial socialization partially have a significant effect on financial management behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine that product quality, promotion, and brand image have a simultaneous effect on increasing sales. The Covid-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on Indonesia, especially in the economic sector. Not only in the economic sector, but the Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on the education and office sectors of this country. In this study using quantitative methods. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used in this research is data quality test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, financial attitudes and personality on financial management behavior (study at Lazismu Umsida). This research is a type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The samples used in this study were 40 Lazismu Umsida volunteers. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Version 22 for windows. The primary data in this study were obtained from a questionnaire whose measurement was using a Likert scale which was tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study prove that Financial Literacy has an effect on Financial Management Behavior, Financial Attitude has an effect on Financial Management Behavior, Personality has a negative and insignificant effect on Financial Management Behavior. In addition, Financial Literacy, Financial Attitude and Personality have a simultaneous effect on Financial Management Behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance and non-financial factors on bond ratings with earnings management as an intervening variable.This study uses quantitative methods with secondary data as a data source. In this study the population data used are all PT. Pefindo listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The observation period was from the 2017-2020 period. In this study, non-probability sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. There are 15 companies PT. Pefindo used as a sample in this study. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of this study indicate that financial performance has an effect on bond ratings. Non-financial factors affect bond ratings. Financial performance has an effect on earnings management. Non-financial factors affect earnings management. Earnings management has an effect on bond ratings. Financial performance affects bond ratings through earnings management. Non-financial factors affect bond ratings through earnings management.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of firm growth, firm size, and investment decisions on firm value. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study is banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The sample in this study was 72 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The data used in this study is secondary data taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Analysis of the data used in this study is Eviews version 10 with the aim of testing Company Growth (X1), Company Size (X2), and Investment Decisions (X3) Against Firm Value (Y). The results of this study indicate that simultaneously there is a significant influence between company growth, company size, and investment decisions on firm value. While partially, the variables of firm growth and firm size have no significant effect on firm value, while the investment decision variable has a significant positive effect on firm value.
