Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah variabel Financial Attitude (Sikap Keuangan), Financial Behavior (Perilaku Keuangan), dan Financial Knowledge (Pengetahuan Keuangan) berpengaruh terhadap Financial Satification. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu petani mangga berdomisili di Desa Oro-Oro Ombo Wetan Kabupaten Pasuruan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 82 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik probability sampling dengan random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan Software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis penelitian, dimana variabel Financial Attitude tidak berpengaruh terhadap Financial Satification, variabel Financial Behavior dan Variabel Financial Knowledge memiliki pengaruh terhadap Financial Satification pada petani mangga Desa Oro-Oro Ombo Wetan Kabupaten Pasuruan.

This study aims to determine the effect of competence, leadership style, and work discipline on employee motivation at PT. Mapan Putra Sentosa Sidoarjo. The population used in this study are employees of PT. Mapan Putra Sentosa Sidoarjo, totaling 55 people. By using the sampling technique Quota Sampling, where in this technique the emphasis is on taking samples based on the total population. This research was conducted with quantitative methods. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 22 for windows. The results of this study indicate that, Competence does not have a significant effect partially on employee work motivation, leadership style has a partially significant effect on employee work motivation, work discipline has a partially significant effect on employee work motivation. Competence, Leadership Style, and Work Discipline have a simultaneous effect on employees' work motivation. Leadership style is the most significant variable on employee motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of democratic leadership, motivation, and compensation on employee job satisfaction at CV. Bina Teknik Sidoarjo. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. Sampling in this study was carried out by saturated sampling method, with the number of respondents as many as 56 respondents, employees of CV. Bina Teknik Sidoarjo. The data analysis technique used in this study used the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study prove that Democratic Leadership has a partial effect on job satisfaction of employees of CV. Bina Teknik Sidoarjo, Motivation has a partially insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction of employees of CV. Bina Teknik Sidoarjo, Compensation partially significant effect on job satisfaction of employees CV. Bina Teknik Sidoarjo, and Democratic Leadership, Motivation, compensation have a simultaneous effect on Employee Job Satisfaction CV. Bina Teknik Sidoarjo.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of democratic leadership style, work productivity and career development partially and simultaneously and to determine the most influential variables on work motivation in CV employees. Himpunan Abadi Surabaya. The research method used a quantitative approach with questionnaire data collection techniques distributed to 100 respondents. Respondents were taken based on one of the Non Probability Sampling by using the Saturation Sampling technique (Sample Saturated) this technique is used when the entire population is used as a sample. Because the existing population in the company CV. As many as 100 of the Surabaya Abadi Association, the population will be used fully as a sample, namely 100 respondents who were tested for validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, partial tests, simultaneous tests, multiple correlation coefficient tests and multiple determination tests. The results showed that the partial test showed Democratic Leadership Style, Work Productivity and Career Development partially on work motivation at CV. Himpinan Abadi Surabaya, Simultaneous test shows that Democratic Leadership Style, Work Productivity and Career Development have a simultaneous influence on work motivation and Democratic Leadership Style is the variable that has the most significant influence on work motivation.

This study aims to determine and analyze whether the Effect of Transformasional Leadership on employee Job Satisfaction, to find out and analyze whether Work Discipline has an effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, to determine and analyze whether Work Motivation has an effect on Employee Job Satisfaction. This study used a sample of 42 respondents. This research method uses quantitative. The technique of determining the informants used purposive sampling techique. The result of the t test (partial) show thaht the variables of Transformational Leadership, Work Discipline, and Work Motivation have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Employee Work at PT Sarana Nikoteknik Surabaya the result of the coefficient of determination test is known that the value of r square is 0,463, this shows that the contribution of Transformational Leadership (X1), Work Discipline (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) on Employee Job Satisfaction (Y) is by 46,3% while the remaining 53,7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment, work environment and work stress on job satisfaction of radiology installation employees at RSUD Sidoarjo.This study uses a type of quantitative research. The technique used in this study is a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sample, which is a sampling technique if all members of the population are used as research samples. The sample size in this study were 77 employees of the radiology installation at RSUD Sidoarjo.The results of the study found that organizational commitment partially and simultaneously positive effect on job satisfaction, work environment partially and simultaneously positive effect on job satisfaction and job stress negatively affects job satisfaction.

This quantitative study aims to analyze the influence of Cost Leadership Strategy and government-led innovations on business performance through SME partnerships in the Food and Beverage sector. Conducted in the Sidoarjo district of Indonesia, with a population of 49 SME groups, the research utilized a saturated sampling technique and employed a structured questionnaire to gather data. Using SEM PLS analysis, the results indicate that the Cost Leadership Strategy accounts for 44% of the business performance variance, while innovation through partnerships drives an impressive 86% impact on business performance. The findings underscore the significance of strategically fostering sustainable business performance, highlighting the role of the government in supporting SME partnerships to achieve growth and efficiency in the global marketplace. This research determines the influence of Cash Ratio, Return On Assets, Firm Size, and Debt To Equity Ratio on Dividend Payout Ratio. The sample for this research was taken from 10 Automotive and Component Sub-Sector Manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period. Then, this research uses quantitative methods with descriptive statistical calculation techniques and linear regression analysis. The existing data was processed using Eviews software version 12. The research results show that Cash Ratio, Return on Assets, Firm Size do not affect the company's Dividend Payout Ratio. Conversely, the Debt to Equity Ratio affects the Company's Dividend Payot Ratio.

This research aims to examine the influence of fintech payments, financial socialization and financial experience on financial management behavior. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The population in this study were active students at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo, totaling 12,730 students and used a purposive sampling technique. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula and a sample of 99 respondents was obtained. The research data source is primary data. The analysis technique uses Partial Last Square with Smart PLS 3.0. The research results show that fintech payment, financial experience and financial socialization partially have a significant effect on financial management behavior.
