Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui Strategi Pengelolaan Dana Pemasaran dalam Meningkatkan Keuntungan Perusahaan CV. Prima Sealindo Engineering. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Kualitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini meliputi Manager utama, wakil manager, manager keuangan, admin, kepala gudang, expert marketing, karyawan CV. Prima Sealindo Engineering, Konsumen. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis SWOT dengan menentukan matriks IFAS dan EFAS. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dengan cara observasi tempat yang akan diteliti yaitu CV. Prima Sealindo Engineering. Kemudian melakukan wawancara dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara terstuktur dimana wawancara terstruktur adalah sebuah metode wawancara yang mengacu pada satu rangkaian pertanyaan yang telah disusun, karena peneliti akan melakukan wawancara sesuai dengan pertanyaan yang sudah disajikan oleh peneliti sesuai dengan apa yang diteliti. Selanjutnya menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dalam proses wawancara antara peneliti dengan narasumber. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh dengan pengambilan keputusan strategis dalam perusahaan yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Bahwa CV. Prima Sealindo Engineering memilih strategi agresif untuk berkembang. Strategi ini, yang dikenal sebagai strategi SO (Strengths-Opportunities), memanfaatkan kekuatan perusahaan, seperti inovasi produk dan reputasi yang baik, untuk memanfaatkan peluang pasar yang berkembang, seperti peningkatan permintaan produk

Abstract

This study aims to determine, (1) the effect of income on investment decisions, (2) the effect of financial literacy on investment decisions, (3) the effect of income on investment decisions with financial behavior as a moderating variable, and (4) the effect of financial literacy on investment decisions with financial behavior as a moderating variable. This study uses purposive sampling technique, with data collection using a questionnaire. The sample used in this study was 100 out of 142 respondents. The results showed that income has a significant effect on investment decisions. Financial literacy has a significant effect on investment decisions. Financial behavior moderates the effect of income on investment decisions, financial behavior acts as pseudo moderation. Financial behavior does not moderate the effect of financial literacy on investment decisions, financial behavior as a predictor.

Abstract

Studi ini menyelidiki faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat beli konsumen terhadap produk penyedia internet di Sidoarjo, dengan fokus pada citra merek, word-of-mouth elektronik (e-WOM), dan fitur layanan. Dengan sampel sebanyak 96 responden yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda di SPSS. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa citra merek, e-WOM, dan fitur layanan secara signifikan memengaruhi minat beli konsumen terhadap produk penyedia internet di Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini mengisi kesenjangan dalam pemahaman perilaku konsumen di pasar penyedia internet dan memberikan implikasi untuk strategi pemasaran yang disesuaikan untuk meningkatkan minat konsumen di wilayah ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki dampak dari kualitas layanan, harga, dan promosi dari mulut ke mulut terhadap kepuasan konsumen di kalangan pengguna Gojek. Meskipun banyak penelitian tentang perilaku konsumen, hanya sedikit penelitian yang secara simultan meneliti ketiga faktor ini dalam konteks layanan ride-sharing. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengisi kesenjangan ini dengan menilai bagaimana variabel-variabel ini mempengaruhi kepuasan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan 96 partisipan yang dipilih secara purposif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang didistribusikan melalui Google Forms dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS Statistics 25. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan, harga, dan promosi dari mulut ke mulut secara signifikan mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen. Hasil ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya faktor-faktor tersebut dalam meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dan memberikan wawasan strategis untuk peningkatan layanan di industri ride-sharing.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between work overload, work stress, and work discipline in influencing job satisfaction. The study employs a quantitative approach as the research method. The population for this research includes all employees in the Sidoarjo region, totaling 210 employees. A sample of 137 active employees is taken using the simple random sampling technique. The data used in this research consist of primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis is conducted using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the assistance of the SmartPLS program. The results of the research, based on the inner model test calculations, indicate that the variables of work overload, work stress, and work discipline significantly influence job satisfaction

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui peran fintech,financial knowledge, dan risk precaption terhadap perilaku keuangan mengunakan dompet digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini pengguna dompet digital dengan jumlah sampel 110 responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik non-probability sampling, dengan pendektan purposive sampling. Data penelitian berasal dari data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan via Google Form, sementara data sekunder dikumpulkan dari buku, jurnal, dan artikel penelitian sebelumnya. Analisis data menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPS). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Fintech berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan; (2) Financal Knowledge juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan; dan (3) Risk Preacaption memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan.

Abstract

Objective: This project explores the involvement of students from Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo in optimizing land use as photo spots at Kallwa Coffee. By designing photo spots intelligently, land that may have previously been overlooked can be optimized for tourism purposes. Areas with strong visual potential can be transformed into attractive photo spots. The aim of this research is to enhance tourism appeal by engaging students in the planning, development, and promotion of the destination.. Method: The research methods include field surveys, collaboration with local communities, and active student involvement.  Results:  The results indicate that student involvement is effective in creating appealing photo spots, raising public awareness, and supporting the growth of tourism at Kallwa Coffee.  Novelty: The photo spots at Kallwa Coffee are not merely aesthetic elements but also serve as a key strategy in enhancing the branding of Kallwa Coffee.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of risk tolerance, overconfidence, and social media on Generation Z’s investment decisions in Sidoarjo City. The research employs a quantitative method with a data analysis approach. The data used consists of primary data collected through questionnaires filled out by 96 respondents and secondary data obtained from articles and books. In this study, data processing is conducted using SmartPLS software. The analysis techniques applied include the Convergent Validity Test, Reliability Test, Discriminant Validity Test, R-Square Test, and Hypothesis Test. The research findings indicate that risk tolerance significantly affects investment decisions, meaning that individuals with higher risk tolerance are more likely to invest. Additionally, overconfidence is found to have a significant impact, showing that individuals who are overly confident in their decision-making tend to be more active in investment. Lastly, social media plays a crucial role in shaping Generation Z’s investment decisions, as information circulating on various social media platforms influences their mindset and confidence in investing.

Abstract

Water is a component of the atmosphere that must be protected to benefit human life and other living things. Everyone has different water needs, depending on where they live and the level of their needs. The goal of this study is to understand the correlation between customer loyalty, price, and service quality and the buying’s decisions at the “BIRU” drinking water kiosk in the temple sub-district of sidoarjo district. this research uses quantitative methods. The study used a population of drinking water consumers at the “BLUE” Candi kiosk. The study collected a sample of 100 individuals. In the study, questionnaires were distributed via Google Form. Research shows that service quality has a negative impact on purchasing decisions, but price and customer loyalty have a positive impact on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of minimum capital, investment motivation and investment knowledge on customers' interest in investing at Bank BPR Buduran. Quantitative research is included in this type of research. This research uses primary data sources obtained directly from the results of distributing questionnaires via Google Form. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, with the criteria for respondents in this research being customers at BPR banks who were still active members. The number of samples in this research was 84 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Data were analyzed using the SPSS version 29 for Windows program. The research results show that: The impact of investment motivation, investment knowledge and minimum investment capital has a positive effect and significantly influences investment interest.
