Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the production of paddy rice farming in the village of Mogoyunggung Satu, Dumoga Timur District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research was conducted from October to December 2021. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis. The types and sources of data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. The sampling method used the simple random sampling method. The data were analyzed using the Cobb Douglas model regression analysis. , phonska fertilizer and labor have a significant effect on the production of lowland rice farming in Mogoyunggung Satu Village, Dumoga Timur District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency 38,699 with a significance of 0.000. Partially, seeds, urea fertilizer, and phonska fertilizer have a significant effect on the production of lowland rice farming. While land area and labor do not significantly affect the production of lowland rice farming. The coefficient of determination (R2) contributed by the factor of land area, seeds, urea fertilizer, phonska fertilizer and labor contributed 86.2% to the model formed while the remaining 13.8% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to calculate the amount of added value and profit from processing snake fruit into snake fruit chips. The research was carried out from June to August 2022 in Werdhi Agung Selatan Village. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through observation, interviews, and recording of the results of interviews with business owners based on a prepared questionnaire. Secondary data is obtained from the literature and literature through documents, publications, or research results from various institutions or institutions that support and relate to the research topic. The data obtained were analyzed using added value analysis according to the hayami method. Based on the results of the research, the Mount Lanying IKM Home Industry business requires 40 kg of raw salak fruit in a day to produce 4 kg of salak chips. In 1 Kg of salak chips can produce 13 packs of chips so that in 4 Kg of chips you will get 52 packs of chips. The output price is IDR 17,000/pack with a weight of 75 grams. The added value obtained from processing snakefruit into snakefruit chips is IDR 4,907/Kg with a profit of IDR 2,407/Kg.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of the palm cooking oil packaging business and to determine the large income from the palm cooking oil packaging business. The research was carried out for 5 months, starting from August to December 2020. The research location was at CV. Kaliserayoe, Tawangsari Village, RT 03 RW 03 Gunungtanjung Village, Gunungtanjung District, Tasikmalaya Regency, West Java Province. With a quantitative descriptive research method with data sources from primary data, namely cooking oil packaging business managers, and secondary data, namely from related agencies or institutions, the internet (google search and google schoolar) and libraries. The results showed that the income from the cooking oil packaging business carried out by CV. Kaliserayoe in one period (1 month) was IDR 32,053,188 and the cooking oil packaging business carried out by CV. Kaliserayoe was financially feasible, with an R/C value of 1.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the supporting institutions for strawberry agribusiness, and the role of supporting institutions in the development of strawberry agribusiness in Mooat Village and South Bongkudai Village, East Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research was conducted from May to August 2022. This research method uses a survey method. The research locations are all areas that grow strawberries. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from respondents, namely farmers and institutions that support the development of strawberry agribusiness, namely agribusiness supporting institutions. Secondary data was obtained from the government, sub-district office, mooat village office, and literature studies. The sampling method used is multistage random sampling. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis. The results showed that agribusiness supporting institutions in East Bolaang Mongondow Regency included Bank BRI, Bank SulutGo, BNI, and BPR, Savings and Loans Cooperatives, Producers Cooperatives, Consumer Cooperatives, Service Cooperatives, Multi-Business Cooperatives. Research and Technology Institutions in the form of Agricultural Vocational Schools, and Universities. Fisheries and Forestry Extension Center (F2EC), Production Facilities Agency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze consumer satisfaction with Manado's Lain Hati coffee. This research was conducted from April to June 2022. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with 30 respondents using a questionnaire. Secondary data obtained through business owners, the internet and other sources related to this research. The results showed that customer satisfaction of Kopi Lain Hati Manado through the variables of product, price, place, promotion and service quality, achieved a total score of 2,500 which indicated a consumer satisfaction index number of 83.33% and was classified as satisfied. There are two variables that have the highest level of satisfaction, namely the service quality variable of 87.33% belonging to the very satisfied category and the product variable of 86.40% belonging to the very satisfied category. While other variables, namely the promotion variable of 81.00%, the price of 80.00%, and the place of 79.66% which are classified in the satisfied category. This shows that consumers are generally satisfied with all the variables from Kopi Lain Hati Manado.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify appropriate strategies in the development of Hidden Paradise agro-tourism area in Suluan village, Tombulu sub-district, MInahasa Regency. This research was conducted from October to December 2022. The sampling method used purposive sampling and accidental sampling methods. Primary data was obtained directly from respondents by conducting direct interviews using questionnaires to owners, employees, and visitors of Hidden Paradise Minahasa Agrotourism so that the total number of respondents was 30 people. Secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics, and Tombulu District data. Secondary data is also obtained from the internet with the topic of this research which is Agrotourism Development Strategy. The analysis method used in this research is SWOT analysis. The results showed that the Hidden Paradise Minahasa Agrotourism Development Strategy in Suluan Village, Tombulu District, Minahasa Regency is at the coordinate point 0.73; 0.47 which is in quadrant I which means that the position supports a growth strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the performance of agricultural extension workers in Pinolosian District, Bolaang Mongondow Selatan Regency. Evaluating the characteristics of PNS and THL extension workers, the performance characteristics of extension workers and the characteristics of farmers. The method used in this research is survey method. The selection of the research location was carried out deliberately, namely in Pinolosian District by taking four extension agents, namely two PNS extension officers and two THL extension officers. The research was conducted from November 2022 to January 2023. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with 20 respondents from farmer group members assisted by PNS extension workers and 20 members of farmer group assisted by THL extension agents, the total was 40 respondents. The sampling method was carried out intentionally (purposive sampling). The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis using a Likert scale. The results of the research show that the performance of PNS and THL extension workers has a fairly good assessment of farmer groups, which can be seen from several indicators.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program and the impact of the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program on the regional economy (access to income) in Girian Indah Village, Bitung City, North Sulawesi. The research sample consisted of 30 respondents who participated in the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program. The sample determination was based on data from the Girian Indah urban village office which recorded PTSL certificate recipients who pledged certificates as business capital. Data collection methods used are observation, interview. The research method used is the survey method. The data used is divided into two, namely primary data obtained from respondents who use their certificates in banks while secondary data obtained from agencies related to this research, namely BPN Bitung, literature both reference books and journals. The data was analyzed using quantitative analysis with paired t test data analysis, namely seeing the difference in income before and after the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program. The results showed that the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program had gone well and met the indicators, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. In addition, the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program has had a positive impact on local revenue in the form of additional income from PPB tax due to the issuance of land certificates but has not had a real effect on community income.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing margin and efficiency of rice marketing channels and institutions in Langagon Satu Village, Bolaang Sub-district, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research was conducted from August to December 2023. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique in the study used Purposive Sampling and Snowball Sampling. The number of Farmer samples was 10 respondents, Mill 1, Collecting Traders 4 and Collecting Traders 8 respondents. This research uses questionnaires and interviews to describe the pattern of rice marketing channels in Langagon Village which are then described. The data analysis method used is the analysis of Marketing Margin, Farmer's Share and Marketing Efficiency. The results showed that there are 2 patterns of rice marketing channels in Langagon Satu Village, namely marketing channel I is Farmer - Mill - Retailer - Consumer and marketing channel II is Farmer - Mill - Gatherer - Retailer - Consumer. The lowest margin is in marketing channel I obtained at Rp2,875, Farmer's share of 74.7%, this is because the marketing channel only uses 2 intermediary marketing institutions, and the smallest percentage of marketing efficiency is in channel I which is 5.08%, this is because the costs incurred by marketing channel I are smaller than marketing channel II.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the flow of rice procurement in the North Sulawesi Regional Division of Bulog, analyze the amount of rice inventory in the North Sulawesi Regional Division of Bulog and calculate rice inventory costs consisting of ordering costs and storage costs. This research was conducted from May to July 2023. The data used is secondary data. Secondary data is data that has been compiled in the form of written documents obtained from Bulog, North Sulawesi Regional Division and also obtained from the internet via Google Scholar in the form of books, journal articles and theses related to this research topic, namely Rice Supply Analysis Using the Economic Order Quantity Method. The results of the research show that the North Sulawesi Regional Division of Bulog has not provided optimal rice supplies. As for rice procurement, it is uncertain when it will be procured, the frequency of orders made at Bulog, North Sulawesi Regional Division during 2022 is 42 times, while in the EOQ calculation the order frequency is 35 times, this means that when using the EOQ method you can minimize ordering costs. Also, using the EOQ method, the maximum quantity available in the warehouse is known so that storage costs can be minimized.
