Abstract

This research aims to determine the optimal production amount of instant herbal drink products "Jakulawak" and "Red Ginger". This research was conducted in Sinsingon Village, East Passi District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency, and carried out during June 2023. The data used in this research is primary data which is how the product is made, production quantity, price of production raw materials, product selling price, number of workers, availability of raw materials used, labor hours and tools, availability of labor and working time for tools to be used by interviewing the owners of the herbal drink business "Jakulawak" and "Red Ginger". The secondary data used in this research was taken from google scholar, which is previous research and literature reviews related to the research topic, namely production optimization. The research results show the optimal combination of two types of products based on the availability of existing resources, namely X1 (Jakulawak) with a value of 14 and X2 (red ginger) with a value of 0 with the Z value (maximum profit) obtained being IDR 329,347.

Abstract

The aim of the research was to determine the perception of the Alfa Omega farmer group regarding the implementation of organic farming in Rurukan Village, East Tomohon District, Tomohon City. This research lasted for three months from May to July 2023. The data used in primary data was obtained through interviews with 13 respondents from the Alfa Omega farmer group, which were taken by census and secondary data was obtained from agencies related to the research conducted. Data analysis used is descriptive. The results of the research show that the perception of the Alfa Omega farmer group regarding the implementation of organic farming is relative profit, namely profit if sold to shops that collaborate with the Alfa Omega farmer group, having good quality plants. The perception of suitability of plants is that they are suitable because of fertile soil, high soil moisture and good water access. The perception regarding the ease of trying it is that it is easy to implement organic farming and easy to get raw materials. The perception of complexity is that it takes a long time to neutralize the soil and it is difficult to get a clear price comparison on the market between organic agricultural products and non-organic products. There needs to be outreach so that the Alfa Omega farmer group implements organic farming. It is also hoped that the Department of Agriculture will provide financial assistance to be able to switch to organic farming.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the Yu Chia yellow rice stall Business Profits in Banjer Village, Tikala District, Manado City. This research was carried out from July to September 2021. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Primary data were collected through interviews, giving questionnaires, and direct observation to the owner of the Yu Chia Kiosk business. While secondary data was taken from previous research that took data before the pandemic. The results showed that the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic had slightly changed the recipe used, the decrease in profit per unit decreased by 73.29% compared to before the covid-19 pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic had no effect on the recipe used in making yellow rice because Yu Chia yellow rice stall wanted to maintain quality and characteristics of yellow rice.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing channels and marketing margins of citronella oil and to determine the marketing efficiency of citronella oil in Pinilih Village, Dimembe District, North Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from August to November 2023 at the Sarimbata citronella oil business in Pinilih Village, Dimembe District, North Minahasa Regency. The data used is primary data obtained directly from the business owner of Citronella Oil in the form of marketing channel data, product prices and marketing costs, while secondary data is obtained from information data related to this research in the form of supporting data, related literature studies either from research results or journals. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis to explain the real conditions of marketing including producers, and retail traders, institutions that contribute to marketing margin analysis activities. The results showed that the marketing channel for citronella oil follows 2 channels, namely: the first channel is Producers - Retailers - consumers, and the second channel is Producers - Collecting Traders - Retailers - Consumers. The amount of margin from channel 1 specifically for 30 cc packaging is IDR 5,000, while channel 2 specifically for 60 cc packaging is IDR 10,000 for collectors, and IDR 15,000 for retailers. The marketing efficiency of citronella oil in each marketing channel is included in the efficient category, because the EP value is < 50%. In the first marketing channel the EP value is 0.33%, and in the second marketing channel the EP value is 1.07%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the added value and profitability of ecoenzymes when used to make dish soap and bath soap. The study was conducted over a period of three months, from January to March 2024, covering everything from preparation to the writing of the research report. The research took place at the DSY Monastery in Kawatak Village, Langowan Selatan District, Minahasa Regency. Data were collected through primary sources, including observations, interviews, and documentation related to the soap-making process, costs incurred, product pricing, and raw materials used. Secondary data were obtained from supporting sources, including information about waste products and relevant institutions providing necessary data. The data analysis involved identifying issues using value-added analysis. The results indicate that the production of dish soap yields an added value of IDR10,116 per production cycle, while bath soap production yields an added value of IDR79,539 per cycle. The profit margin for dish soap production is 6.316%, whereas for bath soap production, it is 73.20%. The highest profit margin is achieved in bath soap production at 73.20%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi usaha pengolahan pepaya terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga di Desa Dimembe Kecamatan Dimembe Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 3 bulan yaitu dari bulan April hingga bulan Juni 2024. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh di lapangan penelitian yaitu dari wawancara para pelaku usaha olahan pepaya yaitu ibu-ibu rumah tangga, sedangkan sekunder diperoleh dari internet, perpustakaan serta literatur dari berbagai sumber seperti jurnal ilmiah yang terkait dengan penelitian tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di Desa Dimembe Kecamatan Dimembe Kabupaten Minahasa Utara bahwa total rata-rata keuntungan pada usaha olahan pepaya yaitu pada es pepaya tono Rp377.488/bulan, gohu Rp3.810.632/bulan, gohu dan asinan Rp2.660.151/bulan dan kue panada Rp2.135.445/bulan. Nilai kontribusi yang terbesar yaitu pada usaha gohu sebesar 74,71%, kue panada 58,50%, gohu dan asinan 29,55% dan es pepaya tono 11,61%. Kontribusi usaha pengolahan pepaya terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga di Desa Dimembe Kecamatan Dimembe Kabupaten Minahasa Utara yaitu 43,26% dengan kategori kontribusi relative besar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keuntungan pengolahan gula semut di Desa Wanga, Kecamatan Motoling Timur Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui wawancara langsung dengan pengolah gula semut dengan menggunakan daftar pertanyaan seperti kuisioner. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari studi kepustakaan berupa literatur, sumber tertulis atau dokumen yang memiliki relevansi dengan topik penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keuntungan usaha pengolahan gula semut di Desa Wanga Kecamatan Motoling Timur Kabupaten Minahasa selatan, dengan 367,5 kg gula semut dalam satu bulan, dan biaya total dalam satu bulan sebesar Rp9.521.471, dan biaya penerimaan yang diterima pelaku usaha dalam satu bulan sebesar Rp16.500.000. Maka keuntungan yang diterima pelaku usaha sebesar Rp6.978.529 dalam satu bulan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai tambah dan keuntungan dari pengolahan strawberry menjadi Wine Strawberry di Strawberry Garden Tomohon. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data primer merupakan data yang dikumpulkan langsung oleh peneliti dengan cara obseRvasi, wawancara dan mengisi kuesioner oleh responden secara langsung. Data sekunder merupakan data yang didapat dari instansi pemerintah atau lembaga yang terkait dengan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian pada Strawberry Garden Tomohon dalam 1 bulan dapat memproduksi wine strawberry sebanyak 4 kali. Dalam memproduksi wine strawberry dengan bahan baku sebanyak 1 kg dapat menghasilkan 3 liter wine strawberry atau sebanyak 6 botol. Harga output Rp55.000/botol dengan ukuran 500 ml. Nilai tambah yang diperoleh dari pengolahan 1 kg buah strawberry menjadi wine strawberry sebesar Rp167.606/produksi dengan keuntungan sebesar Rp155.372/produksi. Untuk memproduksi wine strawberry digunakan 4 kg buah strawberry dalam satu kali proses produksi sehingga menghasilkan 24 botol wine strawberry. Nilai tambah yang diterima sebesar Rp670.424/ produksi dengan keuntungan sebesar Rp621.488/ produksi. Sedangkan nilai tambah yang diterima dalam 1 bulan dengan memproduksi wine sebanyak 4 kali sebesar Rp2.681.696/produksi dan keuntungan yang diterima sebesar Rp2.485.952/produksi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kombinasi keuntungan optimal dari produk olahan nira aren menjadi tiga jenis produk yaitu produk Gula Aren Cetak, Gula Aren Semut, dan Cap Tikus di Kelurahan Lowu Satu dan Lowu Dua, Kecamatan Ratahan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan Linear Programming dengan menggunakan software POM-QM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa produksi yang dilakukan pada pengrajin di Kelurahan Lowu Satu dan Lowu Dua belum optimal. Nilai produksi yang optimal dari hasil optimasi penelitian ini menunjukkan keuntungan maksimal ketika pengrajin memproduksi 4,67 kg Gula Aren Cetak, 14,11 kg Gula Aren Semut, dan 42 liter Cap Tikus, menghasilkan keuntungan sebesar Rp808.371,30. Ini menunjukkan peningkatan dibandingkan kondisi aktual. Analisis sensitivitas juga menunjukkan bahwa jam kerja, kapasitas produksi Gula Aren Semut, dan kapasitas produksi Cap Tikus merupakan kendala aktif yang memengaruhi hasil akhir.
