Abstract

The Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance students' psychological literacy and emotional awareness through a webinar themed "Women and Inner Wounds: Understanding the Inner Child and the Healing Process." The activity was conducted online on October 31, 2025, as a result of a collaboration between STAI Yamisa Bandung and UIN Raden Intan Lampung, with the active involvement of the Lentera Miya Student Activity Unit (UKM). The implementation method utilized a participative-educative approach through material presentation, interactive discussions, and guided self-reflection. A total of 40 students from the Islamic Education (PAI) and Islamic Family Law (HES) study programs actively participated. The evaluation results showed an increase in participants' conceptual understanding and reflective awareness: 86% of participants reported newly comprehending the inner child concept comprehensively, 78% were able to connect childhood experiences to their current emotional state, and 92% felt that the integration of Islamic values significantly aided the process of reflection and inner healing. The cross-campus collaboration proved effective in expanding the educational impact and enhancing students' capacity to understand mental health holistically. This activity demonstrates that collaborative-based educational intervention and the integration of Islamic spiritual values can serve as a model for student empowerment in the field of mental health

Abstract

Cosmetic preparations come into direct contact with the outside of the body (skin), so the product must be safe from various contaminants. In cosmetic preparations, heavy metal lead is intentionally added to give the impression of a shiny and bright colour; in addition, lead contamination contained in cosmetic products can come from raw materials or equipment in the production process. This study aims to analyze the content of heavy metal lead (Pb) in cosmetic preparations of eyeliner pencil and lipstick from various brands, validate the analysis method, and evaluate the assessment of the maximum limit of heavy metal lead in cosmetic preparations based on the Regulation of the Head of the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 16 of 2024 concerning Contamination Limits in Cosmetics. The analysis method used is the Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS) instrument. Sample preparation was carried out using the wet destruction method, the procedure was carried out by mixing concentrated HNO₃ and HCl in a ratio of 1:3. The results of the analysis using the Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS) instrument showed that the highest lead content in the eyeliner pencil sample was 7.8823 ± 0.4075 mg/Kg; and in the lipstick sample was 118.5490 ± 0.6479 mg/Kg. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the three cosmetic products of eyeliner pencil of various brands have met the requirements of BPOM RI No. 16 of 2024, while of the three samples of lipstick cosmetic preparations, there was one sample that did not meet the requirements for lead content in cosmetic preparations based on BPOM RI No. 16 of 2024.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara literasi digital dan kesehatan mental remaja, dengan fokus pada dampak cyberbullying terhadap motivasi belajar di media sosial. Mengingat meningkatnya penggunaan media sosial di kalangan remaja, fenomena cyberbullying menjadi ancaman serius yang dapat memengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis dan performa akademik mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 150 remaja aktif pengguna media sosial di wilayah perkotaan. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dan korelasi Pearson. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa rendahnya tingkat literasi digital berkorelasi signifikan dengan tingginya paparan cyberbullying (r = -0.68, p < 0.01). Selanjutnya, pengalaman cyberbullying terbukti berdampak negatif terhadap motivasi belajar remaja (β = -0.54, p < 0.01), yang dimediasi sebagian oleh gangguan kesehatan mental seperti kecemasan dan penurunan rasa percaya diri. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan literasi digital sebagai strategi preventif sekaligus intervensi dalam menjaga kesehatan mental remaja dan mempertahankan motivasi belajar di era digital.
