<![CDATA[This research aiming to find out the motivation of tourist to visiting attractions of Teluk Palu in Palu City. The approach used in this research is quantitative, by using data processing methods is frequency distribution for grouping categories according to needs variables and descriptive exploratory analysis for exposure image of the phenomenon in this case to find out the aspects that can direct visitors to a tourist destination. Preferences of visitors against the Teluk Palu tourist attraction arise from various aspects, ranging from a wide variation of tourist attractions on offer, the vitality of a tourist area, easy accessibility and affordability of distance and cost by visitors so that they are motivated and love to do tourism activities in the Gulf region of Palu. In addition, associated with fondness or option of tourist attraction that favored as well as the assessment of the quality of the visitor attraction Teluk Palu. There are huge expectations from visitors to the progress and development of the tourist areas, as well as a requirement that must be fulfilled, so the involvement of government, community, and other tourism stakeholders is needed in the planning, development and proper management of aspects that support the Teluk Palu tourism activities.]]>

<![CDATA[Juwana ports is a national port, harbors between islands in the river ofsilugangga which is the gateway to the economy in Pati Regency.The concepts of revitalization of the harbor UPP class III Juwana is necessary because during the reign of the Dutch, this port is an international port with traffic of goods, people and voyage is also very crowded; unfortunately the condition does not continue at this time. The port that should have been a modem port are lagging and lacking in economi meaning to the surrounds community and the development of Pati. Therefore, the formulation of the issue in accordance with the background of the research is why and how the process of revitalization. Juwana port will be done as efforts to improve the economy of surrounding community PATI regency.This analysis is using analytical techniques of Importance Performance Analysis (1PA) and the focusing the technique mix method is a method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods with analize the performance service, government policies and decreased vitality. From the analysis, it is known that a decrease in the vitality of the port of juwana due to geographic factors, physical factors and factors of Juwana port activity, so that it is necessary to do drafting the revitalization of the Juwana port, they are: ,1) Revitalize the shipping Juwana lines so that ships do not lean or mooring in harbor entrance Juwana resulting rapid silting, 2) Revitalize unloading infrastructure and port infrastruktur, 3) The concept of relocation is greater port positioned to deal with the open sea so that ships with gross tonnage could large mooring or dock in ports.]]>

<![CDATA[Development activities demand land use and spatial planning which are supported by a geographically based physical and socio-economic information system. The availability of fast, accurate and current data has been a fundamental challenge in regional planning. Currently, data needed for urban and regional development planning has not been fully available at the basic data providing institution. Discrepancy of definitions between the data provider and user (the regional planners) are not uncommon. One solution is to establish a specific spatial information system containing the data needed by the planners. The study aims to develop a model of social-economic information system to support regional planning activity at the provincial level. The system contains demographic and economic data and information, which will be used in the regional planning process by using Arcview software. The sistem should assist regional planners by providing fast information in the spatial dimension. The study concluded that the now established system has given simplicity in work with added aesthetical value. The system helps both spatial and numerical analysis by integrating both data system, allowing policy makers and development actors to easily make a decision based on spatial dimension.]]>

<![CDATA[Special Economic Zone (SEZ) Tanjung Lesung located in Pandeglang, Banten Province, was established to increases local economy by tourism. Under law No. 39 year 2009 on SEZ, SEZ was managed by Zone’s board with assistance of SEZ secretariat, its administrator, and company such as PT. Banten West Java (BWJ). Effective institutional productivity is needed in the development of SEZ Tanjung Lesung. This research uses quantitative and qualitative methods to measure effectivity level of its employee’s character, government policy, human resources effectivity, also role and coordination of zone’s board . There is inefficiency in SEZ management mainly in role and coordinating aspects that turns SEZ working inefficently because of the lack of coordination, communication, service standards, monitoring and supervision. Further institutional evaluation and restructurization is needed to ensure optimum SEZ function. ]]>

<![CDATA[Bali Province has had local wisdom values as conceptual in its territory construction. This conceptual value system is an elaboration applied comprehensively and systematically in every aspect construction. Value concept that animates those elements are inspired by values of culture and translated into a spatial form. Every concept each value has an area that characterize as intermediate (in the middle). This zone system generates region to be designated for certain types of activities, which aim to maintain the balance of macrocosmos and microcosmos. Nowadays, the development that occurred in Badung is under control, due to the existence of Bali as ODTW, resulting in high interest investment, which in turn gives a positive and negative impact. This issue is interesting to be a study, considering the utilization of space in the area of Bali should be attached with the concept of macro space division implied in the positive rule. Based on the analysis by making a comparison between the map overlay spatial through the value concept "local genius" of space distribution on a macro level in the South region of Badung, it can be seen that the existence of value concept has undergone a shift in area and there are not more types of designing which specialize as it has been determined as the value concept.]]>

<![CDATA[Dampak negatif dari pertumbuhan ekonomi yang pesat adalah adanya alih fungsi lahan yang tidak terkontrol. Model perubahan penggunaan lahan bisa menjadi perangkat dalam rangka memahami dinamika konversi lahan serta variabel yang menjadi faktor pendorongnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa penerapan model Cellular Automata dalam menganalisa perubahan penggunaan lahan pada wilayah penelitian skala 1:10.000 di sepanjang koridor jalan Solo-Yogyakarta di Kabupaten Klaten khususnya perubahan lahan sawah menjadi lahan terbangun. Pemodelan simulasi perubahan penggunaan lahan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan cellular automata pada skala detail 1:10.000 dengan memperhatikan trend perubahan penggunaan lahan di sepanjang koridor jalan Solo-Yogyakarta di Kabupaten Klaten pada kurun waktu tahun 2007-2017. Hasil analisis pola perubahan penggunaan lahan dari tahun 2007 sampai dengan 2017 pertumbuhan dengan perkembangan terbesar adalah penggunaan perumahan yang mengalami kenaikan luas sebesar 217,41 Ha, sedangkan jenis penggunaan tanah yang mengalami konversi lahan menjadi penggunaan lain adalah sawah yang mengalami penurunan luas sebesar 365,76Ha. Hasil analisis peta proyeksi penggunaan lahan tahun 2031 menunjukkan kecenderungan arah perkembangan lahan terbangun masih berkutat di daerah yang dekat dengan pusat Kota Klaten. Komparasi Peta proyeksi Tahun 2031 telah sesuai dan terakomodir dalam Peta Rencana Pola Ruang RTRW Kabupaten Klaten dengan tingkat kesesuaian pemanfaatan ruang yaitu 94,42%.]]>

<![CDATA[Kejadian kebakaran periode 2012-2016 di kabupaten Pati hampir meliputi semua kecamatan yang ada, terjadi di wilayah perkotaan maupun perdesaan. Kerugian material mencapai milyaran rupiah dan korban jiwa. Padahal perlindungan terhadap bahaya kebakaran kabupaten dan kota di Indonesia, merupakan pelayanan dasar dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Satu pos pemadam kebakaran tidak mampu menjangkau seluruh wilayah, akibatnya kegagalan pemadaman karena terlambat datang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kebutuhan pos pemadam kebakaran berdasarkan tingkat kerawanan kawasan dan perlindungan kawasan strategis di kabupaten Pati. Pemilihan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan spasial. Penentuan kerawanan kebakaran kawasan menggunakan analisis spasial multi kriteria dan analisis pairwise comparism (AHP). Selanjutnya menggunakan kriteria eliminator melalui teknik overlay untuk alternatif lokasi. Evaluasi jangkauan pelayanan setiap lokasi dengan Service area pada Network Analyst di Arcgis 10.4 untuk mengetahui jumlah ideal pos pemadam. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tingkat kerawanan kawasan tinggi seluas 5.141 ha (3,42%), sangat tinggi seluas 68,68 ha (0,05%) dari wilayah studi dan tersebar di perkotaan dan perdesaan. Pada tahap elemininasi dan evaluasi lokasi berdasarkan jangkauan layanan pos pemadam menurut time rate 5 menit ada 9 lokasi baru, time rate 10 menit dibutuhkan 8 lokasi. Hasil akhirnya adalah 6 lokasi baru pos pemadam baru jika dikomparasi terhadap kebijakan kawasan dan memperhitungkan area layanan pos eksisting.]]>

<![CDATA[Many financial institutions those were born with the Shariah-based in Indonesia--including non-bank financial institutions, among them are Islamic insurance, Shariah pawnshop, Shariah financial services cooperatives, and more. Shariah-compliant financial services cooperatives (KJKS) Manfaat Surabaya is still classified as "new" in Indonesia, in which retained the principle of kinship as a guide of the cooperative itself. Various systems were much changed, from conventional systems to the Islamic system, especially in terms of contract and financial accounting standards. Then came the question, whether the views of society and the level of public confidence as well as different? Of course a lot of things to be able to prove from the above questions, one of which is the level of profitability, as well as a large number of levels KJKS Groove financing given to the community. The greater the level of profitability means the level of public confidence about the existence of KJKS in Indonesia also getting bigger. Many financing products of KJKS Manfaat are given to the public, one of which is the mudharabah financing which is very influential on the profit orientation of each financial institution of Sharia. This research is the kind of quantitative research with data analysis using simple regression and t tests to find out the significance of the influence of mudharabah financing against a ratio of profitability in KJKS Manfaat Surabaya.]]>

<![CDATA[Research methods used in this research include: gathering together the data using the method of data collection the documentary, analyzed using simple regression analysis processed using SPSS 16 for Windows, using the inductive mindset. The unemployment rate that occurred in the province of East Java in 2003-2011 fluctuated between 3.00 and 6.00, as does the level of inflation that occurred in the province of East Java, demonstrated by Philips curve. After doing the analysis, obtained by the regression equation: Y = -2,218 + 1,490X. The correlation coefficient (R) obtained is 0,462. It can be concluded that both variables have a positive relationship. Based on the analysis of the results obtained, it can be drawn the conclusion that the influence that derived from the analysis results are positive, meaning that there is a weak influence between the unemployment rate and inflation rates in the province of East Java. Advice that can be given to the need to further research examined the relationship of other variables that their influences are strong against the inflation rate that occurs. And, for the future research, it could use the data with the greater amount.]]>

<![CDATA[Bank syariah merupakan lembaga keuangan yang beroperasi sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah sesuai al-Qur’an dan Hadits. Skripsi ini adalah hasil penelitian lapangan untuk menjawab pertanyaan bagaimanakah persepsi masyarakat kelurahan Bulusidokare terhadap bank syariah serta faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhinya. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa persepsi masyarakat kelurahan Bulusidokare terhadap bank syariah di antaranya adalah kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang bank syariah, sosialisasi dan promosi yamg dirasa kurang, anggapan masyarakat bahwa bank syariah sama saja dengan bank konvensional hingga budaya kerja (payroll) yang mengharuskan karyawannya menggunakan bank konvensional untuk penerimaan gaji. Sedangkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi masyarakat kelurahan Bulusidokare terhadap bank syariah antara lain sosialisasi, persepsi masyarakat itu sendiri, serta sistem pengendalian manajemen.]]>
