Abstract

PT Pulau Bintan Jaya is one of the foreign investment companies producing crumb rubber in Riau Islands Province. The company had been in operation since 1969, producing rubber with a few measures which were Standard Indonesian Rubber (SIR) 5, SIR 10, and SIR 20 per customer request. Companies have conducted employee performance measurements but have not specifically measured employee performance by linking it to company strategic functions. Current performance assessments are not yet focused on human resource development efforts. There were still poorly educated employees who served as team leaders and as supervisors. As a result, work-related communication became difficult and led to multiple obstacles under which employment resources became inadequate, and the targets of corporate performance unattainable. There are issues relating to the quality of human resources, and companies have been declining demand and declining production rates for several months. The decline in demand from customers has become one of the issues to evaluate in the company's performance measurement, due to its inadequate strategic resource management. It requires alightnment of the work systems to capture the role of human resources, while in this regard some current case work accident are still faund annually in the production section, even though for the past three consecutive years the accident rate has declined, it needs to be figured out by performing performance measurements. A human resource scorecard measures the performance of human resources by finding solutions to the weaknesses of human managerial resources in PT. Pulau Bintan Jaya, and assist in linking mission vision and strategic objectives. In this study, the design results were obtained as follows: there are 15 strategic goals and 32 Key Performance Indicators, special elements of the human resource system can be driven by 16 performance drivers (called Lagging Indicators), and 16 performance outputs to be achieved (called Leading Indicators), while the results Measurement of employee performance in PT Pulau Bintan Jaya using the Human Resource Scorecard method obtained good results.

Abstract

Quality education is of great concern to many people around the world. In the highly competitive education sector, the success of Islamic boarding schools depends on the quality of education. Total Quality Management (TQM) is a reference for managing quality-based educational institutions. Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Ponorogo is one of the Islamic boarding school educational institutions that now exists and has produced active graduates. This cannot be separated from good and quality education management. This study aims to analyze and reveal a TQM-based quality strategy at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. Based on the study, it was found that the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in Islamic boarding schools is carried out by promoting "quality" as a business strategy oriented towards customer satisfaction based on Islamic religious values. For this purpose, quality tools and techniques are used to identify and solve problems creatively to achieve quality in Islamic boarding schools. The study concluded that Total Quality Management (TQM) can be a strategy for managing quality-based Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

The accreditation process evaluates schools and madrasahs to determine their eligibility. It is carried out by an independent and professional institution, such as BAN S/M in Indonesia, which provides recognition to these educational institutions. Accreditation aims to establish sustainable quality assurance for primary and secondary education. Educational institutions are expected to continuously improve their quality to gain community trust. This expectation arises from the understanding that quality control and assurance are essential for meeting educational standards and emphasizing the responsibilities of educators and staff, aligned with Total Quality Management (TQM) principles. This qualitative research study focuses on a case study conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Huda Masaran (MA Nurul Huda Masaran) from January 1 to March 31, 2023. The research objectives encompass the entire MA Nurul Huda community, including institutions, educators, staff, and students. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation, resulting in primary and secondary data categories. The data analysis process involves techniques such as data reduction, presentation, and verification. The research findings indicate that accreditation activities lead to improvements in TQM, specifically in graduate quality, the learning process, educator quality, and madrasah management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji inovasi dalam manajemen administrasi yang diterapkan oleh Pendidikan Diniyah dan Pondok Pesantren Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Mojokerto guna mendorong pelayanan publik yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan mengambil latar Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Mojokerto. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, metode wawancara, dan dokumestasi. Pendekatan dalam Penilitian ini adalah menggunakan penelitian deskripstif kualitatif. Hasil penilitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengelolaan layanan administrasi pada Seksi PD Pontren kabupaten Mojokerto sudah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan fungsi manajemen yakni adanya Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan dan tahap Monitoring dan evaluasi. Kemudian kualitas pelayanan publik seksi PD Pontren dapat dilihat melalui tiga indikator yakni standar pelayanan berbasis SOP, budaya pelayanan prima dan penilaian kepuasan terhadap pelayanan melalui hasil survey IKPP. adapun inovasi Manajemen Administrasi yang diterapkan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik yakni Sosialisasi Penggunaan Aplikasi sistem Informasi Pendidikan pada seluruh lembaga Pendidikan Pesantren di Kabupaten Mojokerto, Penyusunan SOP layanan seksi PD Pontren dengan detail dan jelas, dan Pembuatan Buku Saku Pelayanan untuk Mall Pelayanan Publik Seksi PDPontren. Serta masih beberapa program inovasi yang akan dibuat namun masih dalam tahap rencana pengembangan.

Abstract

This article aims to find out several things: a) Definition of compensation, b) Types of compensation; c) Definition of employee work loyalty; d) Factors that influence employee work loyalty; e) Impact of compensation on employee performance loyalty. This article was written using library research or literature study, by writing a study from various references such as journals, articles, books, or others related to the theme raised. The results of this study indicate that compensation with employee performance loyalty has a strong relationship or connection, compensation helps to increase employee motivation and enthusiasm. ABSTRAKArtikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui beberapa hal: a) Definisi kompensasi , b) Jenis-jenis kompensasi; c) Definisi oyalitas kerja karyawan; d) Faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas kerja karyawan; e) Dampak adanya kompensasi terhadap loyalitas kinerja karyawan. Artikel ini ditulis dengan menggunakan library research atau studi kepustakaan, dengan menulis kajian dari berbagai referensi seperti, jurnal, artikel, buku, atau semacam lainnya yang berkaitan dengan tema yang diangkat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi dengan loyalitas kinerja karyawan memiliki hubungan atau keterkaitan yang kuat, kompensasi membantu untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan semangat karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work compensation on the work ethic of employees of PT. Agrindo Seluma either partially or simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this study, including motivation and compensation. The objects in this study are employees at PT. Agrindo Seluma, totaling 36 people. In this research, the writer uses data collection methods by means of observation, questionnaires or questionnaires and documentation. There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including using multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficients and also hypothesis testing. The results of the study concluded that first, motivation has an effect on the work ethic of employees of PT. Agrido Seluma. The influence given by the motivation variable (X1) on the work ethic of employees (Y) is significant, it can be seen from the tcount value of 2.151 which is greater than ttable 2.005 and the sig value obtained is 0.018 which is smaller than 0.05. Second, compensation has an effect on the work ethic of employees of PT. Agrido Seluma. The effect given by the compensation variable (X2) on the work ethic of employees (Y) is significant, it can be seen from the tcount value of 2,695 which is greater than ttable of 2,005 and the sig value obtained is 0.001 less than 0.05. Third, motivation and compensation have a simultaneous effect on the work ethic of employees of PT. Agrido Seluma. The effect given by the employee benefits variable (X2) on the employee's work ethic (Y) is significant, it can be seen from the tcount 2,695 which is greater than ttable 2,005 and the sig value obtained is 0,001 which is smaller than 0,05.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of career planning and conflict resolution techniques in the context of human resource development. Effective career planning is crucial in helping individuals set clear career goals and outline steps to achieve them, especially in the face of intense competition in the job market. Conflict within organizations is an inevitable phenomenon but can become an opportunity to improve team performance through resolution techniques such as effective communication, negotiation, and mediation. This study finds that the integration of career planning and conflict resolution creates a positive synergy in employee development. Individuals with clear career plans are better equipped to handle conflicts, fostering a collaborative and harmonious work environment that supports the achievement of both individual and organizational career goals more effectively.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of the Jaladri village head in preventing stunting by providing effective additional menus, especially for poor families who are vulnerable to malnutrition. With a descriptive qualitative approach, this research shows that village heads play an important role in improving the nutritional status of children in the village. Additional menus are designed to meet nutritional needs that support children's optimal growth. Research recommendations emphasize the need to improve national nutrition policies that are more integrated and effective. A comprehensive and sustainable approach is needed in stunting prevention programs throughout Indonesia, including nutrition education, access to additional menus, as well as strengthening the health system and support from various parties, including village governments. It is hoped that this effort can have a positive impact in reducing stunting and improving the quality of children's nutrition.

Abstract

The education system in Indonesia has problems, such as a low management system and work ethic, as well as inadequate quality and quantity of educators. Apart from that, in the field of education, intense competition, changes in the work environment, limited resources, and economic uncertainty are also challenges in developing human resources. So for this reason, it is necessary to develop human resources for our nation, both in companies and institutions. Thisresearch aims to find out and explore further human resource development in improving the effectiveness of the performance of teaching and education staff. In this article, we will discuss definitions, identification of needs, types, methods, and evaluation of existing problems. In this research, researchers used qualitative research and data collection techniques through literature studies, by writing studies from various references such as journals, books, or other things related to the theme raised, namely human resource development strategies in increasing effectiveness. Employee. Based on the results of the discussion that has been studied, researchers can conclude that, by investing time and resources to develop human resources, organizations can increase productivity and employee loyalty. High quality human resources will be better able to adapt to technological changes, overcome continually changing challenges, and be able to produce innovations.

Abstract

Based on the Indonesian Nutrition Status Survey (SSGI) in 2022, the This study evaluates the leadership of the female village head of Ketegan Village in building synergy of authority and innovation to realize an advanced and competitive village. Through a qualitative approach and case study, the results show that the participatory leadership of the village head has succeeded in increasing community participation and advancing village development. The three pillars of leadership used play an important role in building solidarity between the village government and the community.
