Abstract

This study aims to explor the leadership strategy of the Head of Patemon Village in increasing community awareness of environmental cleanliness. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, where data is collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the Head of Patemon Village plays an important role in mobilizing community participation through various strategies, such as socialization, education, waste management training, mutual cooperation, and enforcement of regulations. This leadership has a positive impact, as seen from the decrease in cases of dengue fever and asthma, as well as the improvement of the village's environmental conditions. In conclusion, the leadership of the village head acts as an agent of positive change, especially in increasing community awareness and participation in environmental issues, especially cleanliness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in children's creativity through balloon creation. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). This classroom action research was conducted in two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. In Cycle I the percentage of the average value obtained by students is still low and there is an increase in Cycle II with the average percentage being very high. The results of the percentage of children's values indicate that the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) that has been reached has exceeded 75%. Thus it can be concluded that the creativity of children through balloon creation in TK Pertiwi 1 Kota Padang increases, and balloon creations can be used as an alternative to increase the creativity of Early Childhood 5-6 years.

Abstract

School rules are the provisions that govern daily school life. The obligation to obey school rules is important, obeying or obedience also has its own value, this value is a standard of behavior, a measure that determines one's behavior about good and bad, beautiful and not beautiful, obedient and disobedient, worthy and not worthy and so on. etc. These rules are part of the school system and not just as a school complement. The purpose of this study is to explain how the implementation of school rules in shaping student behavior. The type of research used in this study is a type of field research with a qualitative descriptive approach and to check the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results showed that First, the behavior developed in SMA Walisongo Gempol was student learning behavior in attending daily lessons, student learning behavior in reading books, student learning behavior in taking exams and the last one being student learning behavior in visiting the library. Meanwhile, the implementation of school rules in shaping student learning behavior at SMA Walisongo Gempol is a dress code and an order against prohibitions. Supporting factors in the implementation of school rules in shaping student learning behavior at SMA Walisongo Gempol, namely: a. The supporting factors are: school leadership, teachers, and students factors, community leaders factors. While the inhibiting factors areyourself and the environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the baseline of performance achievements, the implementation of Madrasah Self-Evaluation (EDM), and formulate recommendations for the development of Islamic education in MTsN 3 Surabaya. This study uses a qualitative approach through field and analytical descriptive methods. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The results of the study show that MTsN 3 Surabaya has a structured and good performance baseline, and has the trust of the community. The implementation of EDM routinely has a significant impact on improving the quality of madrasas. Recommendations for educational development formulated after EDM have proven to be relevant and support the growth of madrasas. However, there are still challenges in terms of funding and infrastructure optimization. Madrasah recommends several developments, including improving teacher competence, building and renovating facilities such as libraries, laboratories, and health facilities. In addition, religious programs are also offered to strengthen the identity of Islamic education. With structured management and the right strategy, MTsN 3 Surabaya is expected to continue to develop as a superior Islamic educational institution, adaptive to the changing times, and able to produce a balanced generation between science and Islamic values.

Abstract

This article aims to identify the components of education costs and their funding sources. Strategic planning in Islamic education plays an important role in managing budgets and funding sources to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of education. Strategic management includes cost planning, resource allocation and budget alignment with various funding sources such as government funds, community contributions, zakat, infaq and waqf. This article uses a descriptive method with a literature study approach to analyze budgeting and financial management strategies in Islamic education. The results show that aligning cost plans with appropriate funding sources can improve financial efficiency, prevent budget deficits and increase transparency. In addition, optimizing education funds through innovative strategies such as financial digitalization and transparent audit systems can support the sustainability of Islamic education programs. With proper planning, Islamic education can develop better, increase competitiveness, and produce a generation of academic and moral excellence.

Abstract

The Controlled Prolanis Participant Ratio (RPPT) in Health Centers throughout Cilegon City in 2023 only reached 0.68%, far below the target. The ratio indicates participants' low utilization of Prolanis services. This study used an analytical observational method with a cross-sectional approach aimed at analyzing factors that influence the utilization of Prolanis in Cilegon City in 2024 with a cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 90 Prolanis participants, and the data were analyzed using logistic regression. The results showed a Prolanis utilization rate of 61.1%. Chi-square analysis showed a significant relationship (p < 0.05) between Prolanis utilization and gender (p = 0.034), education (p = 0.009), knowledge (p = 0.006), family support (p = 0.000), and the role of officers (p = 0.000). However, no significant relationship was found with age (p = 0.729) and occupation (p = 1.000). Logistic regression analysis identified family support as the most influential factor, with a value of β = 3.98, p = 0.000, and OR = 53.5. These results emphasize the importance of increasing Communication, Information, and Education (KIE) efforts to instill awareness of the importance of regular participation in Prolanis activities. In addition, the formation of groups or associations of Prolanis participants and families in every Health Center throughout Cilegon City is recommended to support the success of this program.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas strategi satuan pendidikan Islam sebagai perencanaan yang dirancang untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Dalam konteks ini, strategi pendidikan mencakup langkah-langkah sistematis yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pengembangan kurikulum, pelatihan guru, dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini juga menjelaskan pentingnya satuan pendidikan Islam dalam mengembangkan potensi peserta didik baik secara akademik maupun spiritual. Selain itu, artikel ini menyoroti tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasi strategi pendidikan, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya, perbedaan budaya, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan. Dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip relevansi, keberlanjutan, efisiensi, dan akuntabilitas, satuan pendidikan Islam diharapkan dapat menciptakan generasi Muslim yang berkualitas, berkarakter, dan siap menghadapi tantangan global.

Abstract

Evaluasi Diri satuan pendidikan Islam, khususnya madrasah, merupakan suatu proses penting yang bertujuan untuk menilai dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Evaluasi bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dengan menilai efektivitas metode pengajaran, materi pembelajaran, dan strategi evaluasi, sehingga lembaga pendidikan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan pemahaman siswa. Selain itu, evaluasi membantu mengukur sejauh mana siswa telah mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang ditetapkan, memungkinkan guru dan lembaga pendidikan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program pembelajaran serta mengidentifikasi area yang memerlukan perbaikan. Dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, evaluasi juga mencakup aspek moral dan spiritual peserta didik untuk memastikan bahwa siswa memahami dan melaksanakan ajaran agama secara benar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka (library research) yang bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam berbagai literatur yang relevan dengan evaluasi diri dan strategi peningkatan mutu satuan pendidikan Islam. Dalam artikel ini, akan membahas langkah-langkah sistematis yang dapat diambil oleh satuan Pendidikan untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data, serta melibatkan semua pemangku kepentingan dalam proses evaluasi. Keterlibatan berbagai pihak mulai dari guru, siswa, orang tua, hingga masyarakat sangat penting untuk memastikan bahwa rekomendasi yang dihasilkan relevan dan dapat diterima oleh seluruh komunitas sekolah.

Abstract

Based on the cognitive development of junior high school students began to be able to think formal, able to think high level of mathematical thinking or high level mathematical thinking, and mathematical thinking with low order or low level mathematical thinking). The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data technique used is test method, questionnaire, observation and interview. Data analysis is done descriptively qualitative. This research looks at mathematical thinking based on students' multiple intelligences. Students are Linguistic Intelligence, Logic-Mathematics and Spatial Intelligence. Each intelligence of multiple intelligences capable of reading the problem well, able to store information, images of different mathematical symbols. Being able to understand what to do, have ideas to math symbols. Students can make mathematical formulas clearly, able to differentiate, equate, integrate, classify between variables analyze, summarize, criticize, predict, compose, build, plan, discover, renew, ner, strengthen, beautify, compose. Students who have the tendency of intelligence Linguistic Intelligence how to translate keywords used word for word more compiled. Logical-Mathematical Intelligence. the methods used in solving mathematical problems are seen more structured results, and Intelligence Intelligences ways used with cultural patterns.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia meliputi, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penilaian, faktor penghambat, dan pendukung yang dialami guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SMP Negeri 1 Bumiharjo. Objek penelitian ini adalah implementasi pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SMP Negeri 1 Bumiharjo. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, angket, observasi kelas, dan analisis dokumentasi. Uji kredibilitas data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ketekunan pengamatan dan triangulasi metode. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model analisis Miles dan Huberman untuk diperoleh kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini adalah pendidikan karakter sudah diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SMP Negeri 1 Bumiharjo, baik dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian pembelajaran. Pada tahap perencanaan pembelajaran, guru bahasa Indonesia di SMP Negeri 1 Bumiharjo sudah mencantumkan nilai-nilai karakter yang akan diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran pada silabus dan RPP. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SMP Negeri 1 Bumiharjo secara keseluruhan sudah mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai karakter. Penilaian pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SMP Negeri 1 Bumiharjo berdasarkan RPP yang dibuat guru bahasa Indonesia sudah meliputi penilaian afektif. Penilaian dilakukan melalui pengamatan, soal, dan diskusi klasikal. Faktor penghambat implementasi pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SMP Negeri 1 Bumiharjo yaitu guru mengalami kesulitan dalam memilih nilai karakter dan memadukannya dengan materi pembelajaran, menilai ketercapaian pendidikan karakter, dan media pembelajaran kurang mendukung. Faktor pendukung implementasi pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SMP Negeri 1 Bumiharjo yaitu lingkungan keluarga, warga sekolah, pergaulan siswa, kebiasaan sekolah, sarana prasarana sekolah, dan pengaturan jadwal mengajar yang runtut.
