Abstract

Literacy ability can empower and improve individual quality because of its "Multiple Effect" nature or can provide a very broad field. This article aims to analyze the perceptions of PAI students about humanist literacy. This study used a qualitative approach which was carried out using field research methods and collected data by interviews. In this study, it provides an understanding that literacy must be increased among students and cannot be abandoned because students have academic responsibilities. Therefore, to build literacy skills and awareness must be carried out systematically with effective and efficient methods. The efforts that can be made are: 1) knowing the structure and form of academic writing, 2) examining the components of PAI course material, 3) maximizing the learning process by preparing good planning.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of fast counting learning media as an effort to increase interest in learning mathematics for lower grade students. The type of this research is qualitative using descriptive analytical study method. Obtaining data through observation, interview and documentation techniques. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, as well as testing the validity of research data using triangulation techniques. The results of this study concluded that learning mathematics provides examples of cases to be solved by each student and must also be able to increase students' interest in learning mathematics. It can also create and create students' natural ability to solve problems. Thus, it forms creativity according to the potential of students. With the help of interesting learning media, it can foster students' enthusiasm and ability to solve problems.

Abstract

This research aims to find out an overview of the implementation of student management at Anuban Sangkhom Islam Witaya School, Sadao Songkhla Thailand. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques were carried out using structured interviews. The results of the research show that Anuban Sangkhom Islam Witaya School has met standards in student management, namely student planning is carried out by considering the number of students and the ratio between teachers and children, the presence and absence of students is recorded in the attendance book, student evaluation is carried out through several ways, namely observation and interviews. Implementation of the activities used are several methods, namely the "Assistance Method". Where a process of providing assistance is provided by companions to participants in identifying needs and solving problems as well as encouraging the growth of initiative in the decision-making process so that independence can be realized. "Interview Method" data collection through interviews carried out direct question and answer with the data source, in this case Mr. Taleb Kayem as Principal of Sadao School, Songkla, Thailand.

Abstract

Although previous studies have discussed about the theme of Montessori theory in learning mathematics, but the focus of studying in basic age students needs to be done in depth. Because, basic age children are seen as crucial age in teaching concrete and critical thinking skills using the Montessori method. This study aims to describe how the Montessori method in learning mathematics. The research procedure is carried out based on literature or literature studies. The results of the study found that operationally the application of the Montessori method in mathematics learning: First, the introduction of identity that can be done by making a relationship between the visual aspects of an object and its name. Second, recognition of comparison. This step is carried out to find an affirmation of the level of student understanding of the material. Third, make a variety of visualizations but allied and require students to be able to explain it. With the steps that provide attention to the development of the learning reasoning will gradually reduce the "phobia" of students to mathematics, and will have implications for increasing mathematical learning outcomes.

Abstract

Latar belakang pengabdian ini adalah belum tersedianya modul mata kuliah Perancangan dan Pemrograman Web pada Program Studi Sistem Informasi di UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengaktualisasikan program rancangan perubahan pada satuan kerja, yang merupakan bagian dari kegiatan Pelatihan Dasar (Latsar) CPNS Golongan III Angkatan Pertama. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan oleh Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia dengan panitia dari Balai Diklat Keagamaan (BDK) Surabaya. Program yang dibuat dalam pengabdian ini mengacu pada core value Ber-AKHLAK, yaitu dengan menyusun modul pembelajaran untuk mata kuliah Perancangan dan Pemrograman Web di Program Studi Sistem Informasi. Untuk mencapai tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berbasis aktualisasi pada satuan kerja di UIN Raden Fatah Palembang, digunakan model Dick & Carey dalam perancangan pembelajaran secara sistematis. Tahapan yang dilakukan meliputi: (1) identifikasi dan deskripsi isu aktual, dengan menggunakan metode APKL, USG, dan Fishbone Diagram sebagai alat analisis; (2) penyusunan modul mata kuliah Perancangan dan Pemrograman Web. Pengabdian ini memiliki signifikansi yang tinggi karena; Pertama, meningkatkan kualitas mutu Program Studi Sistem Informasi di Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi UIN Raden Fatah Palembang, khususnya dalam aspek monitoring pelayanan akademik, Kedua, memberikan umpan balik bagi evaluasi dan perbaikan kurikulum serta sistem pengelolaan program studi, sehingga dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Dinamika pembelajaran di era modern saat ini menghadapi tantangan baru bagi para pengajar, terutama di tengah distraksi nyata yang diakibatkan oleh media sosial. Mahasiswa seringkali kesulitan untuk tetap fokus pada materi pembelajaran yang disampaikan secara konvensional. Guna mengatasi permasalahan ini, metode gamification menjadi salah satu pendekatan inovatif yang layak dipertimbangkan secara seksama. Gamification mengadaptasi elemen permainan untuk menciptakan suasana belajar yang interaktif, menyenangkan juga kompetitif. Melalui penerapan strategi ini, jiwa kompetitif mahasiswa dapat distimulasi, yang mana diharapkan dapat meningkatkan minat belajar dan pemahaman terhadap materi yang diajarkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas metode gamification dalam pembelajaran mahasiswa. Dengan menggunakan pre-test untuk mengukur pemahaman awal dan post-test untuk menilai peningkatan pemahaman setelah pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study investigates the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-assisted media in madrasah learning environments, addressing the limited availability of culturally and pedagogically responsive educational technologies in Islamic primary education. The research aims to develop and implement intelligent instructional media tailored to the cognitive, moral, and spiritual needs of madrasah students, while evaluating its impact on learning comprehension, reasoning, and communication. Employing a mixed-methods approach, this study combines qualitative data—analyzed using the latest NVivo software—from interviews, observations, and document analysis, with quantitative insights from user feedback and learning outcome measures. The results reveal that AI-integrated media significantly enhanced students’ conceptual understanding, verbal and non-verbal communication skills, and creative expression. Additionally, teachers reported reduced instructional burden and improved student engagement. The findings contribute to the emerging field of AI in education by proposing a culturally grounded framework for AI adoption in Islamic schooling. This study not only underscores the transformative potential of AI in promoting inclusive, meaningful learning experiences in madrasahs, but also calls for strategic teacher training, ethical design, and policy support to ensure sustainable and value-aligned implementation.

Abstract

Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) memegang peran strategis dalam membentuk karakter dan spiritualitas peserta didik di tengah tantangan era Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan Society 5.0. Namun, implementasi pembelajaran PAI masih menghadapi kendala metodologis, terutama dominasi pendekatan normatif dan kognitif yang belum sepenuhnya adaptif terhadap keterampilan abad ke-21. Artikel ini menawarkan pendekatan alternatif melalui integrasi nilai-nilai hadis tarbawi yaitu hadis-hadis yang mengandung prinsip pendidikan dan pembentukan karakter ke dalam strategi pembelajaran PAI yang kontekstual dan transformatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis terhadap literatur klasik dan kontemporer mengenai PAI, hadis tarbawi, serta kompetensi abad ke-21. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai dalam hadis tarbawi, seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, kolaborasi, dan berpikir kritis, sangat relevan dengan keterampilan 4C (Critical thinking, Communication, Collaboration, Creativity). Nilai-nilai tersebut dapat diimplementasikan melalui berbagai strategi pembelajaran inovatif, seperti project-based learning, pembelajaran kolaboratif, reflektif, dan berbasis media digital interaktif. Dengan demikian, integrasi hadis tarbawi dalam pembelajaran PAI mampu membentuk peserta didik yang religius, adaptif, dan kompeten dalam menghadapi tantangan global tanpa kehilangan identitas keislamannya.

Abstract

Children with Down Syndrome are part of a special needs group that requires integrated medical, social, and spiritual attention. From the Islamic perspective, they are not a disgrace but rather unique creations of Allah, full of wisdom and purpose. This study aims to examine Qur’anic verses related to the process of human creation and the uniqueness of children with special needs particularly those with Down Syndrome and to explore Qur’anic values that can serve as preventive, educational, and social foundations in responding to this condition. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using library research and thematic (maudhu‘i) interpretation methods. Primary data are derived from Qur’anic verses such as Surah Al-Mu’minun [23]: 12–14, Al-Insan [76]: 2, At-Thariq [86]: 6–7, and ‘Abasa [80]: 1–10, analyzed through classical and contemporary tafsir literature. Secondary data come from scientific literature discussing Down Syndrome from medical and social perspectives. Thematic analysis is applied to integrate the understanding of Qur’anic texts with the real-life conditions of children with Down Syndrome in society. The findings reveal that the Qur’an views the process of human creation as meaningful and purposeful, including for children born with special conditions. It also offers moral and educational foundations for supporting, accepting, and empowering children with Down Syndrome so they may live with dignity, grow optimally, and participate fairly in society. Therefore, an integrative approach that bridges divine values and medical science is essential in building an inclusive and just community.

Abstract

Dengan memuat lima sila, Pancasila telah menjadi dasar pandangan hidup rakyat Indonesia. Sila-sila ini berfungsi sebagai jati diri bangsa Indonesia. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana mahasiswa memahami Pancasila sebagai filsafat kehidupan, serta bagaimana mereka melihatnya sebagai filsafat. Studi ini akan melibatkan 14 mahasiswa sebagai responden, yang akan ditanyai tentang pandangan dan pemahaman mereka tentang Pancasila. Metodologi berbasis survei dengan kuesioner digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data secara efektif dalam waktu yang singkat. Proses survei dilakukan dengan menggunakan Google Forms dan aplikasi WhatsApp Messenger untuk menyebarkan kuesioner digital. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Institut Agama Islam Negeri Kendari, Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan, kelas B, semester 3 Prodi PGMI. Selain itu, jelas bahwa hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa menganggap Pancasila penting untuk keberlangsungan hidup. Namun, penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman mahasiswa tentang sejarah pembentukan Pancasila masih kurang.
