Abstract

This study described the legal consequences of work agreements between companies and workers and problems in making and implementing work agreements. This study used a qualitative research approach with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques were observation and documentation—sources of data obtained from primary and secondary data. The data obtained were analyzed by categorizing and classifying techniques. The study results showed that the legal consequences of a work agreement between the company and the employee had implications for the content of the agreement, which had legal force so that it might be obeyed by all parties and did not conflict with the rule of law. On the other hand, problems in making and implementing work agreements, namely the clauses in the agreement were not under the laws and regulations, so there was a misperception of the company's basic wages, and there was no clarity about the protection of workers whose employment relationship was terminated unilaterally, and the lack of transparency or good faith from the company to the company. In addition, the Department of Manpower and Transmigration was related to its ability to run the company's wheels.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the responsibility of the harbormaster in shipping. This study used an empirical juridical approach. The responsibility of the class II Kendari Harbormaster was very important because of security and safety for matters related to shipping. The harbormaster in his duties had to ensure the awareness of sea transportation service users and had the authority to impose sanctions.

Abstract

Islam is a religion that highly upholds noble character, and this is affirmed in the hadith of the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam (SAW) stating that the main purpose of his being sent to the human race is to perfect commendable character. Students as critical intellectuals who are characteristic of academics, need to have a commitment to the teachings of religion (Islam) and morality, which of course is supported by policies implemented by the campus. This study discusses the policies carried out by the Director of the Kolaka Nursing Academy in Islamic Student Moral Development. The purpose of this study is to analyze the policies applied by the Kolaka Nursing Academy Director in the Islamic Student Moral Development, supporting and inhibiting factors in Islamic Moral Development students at Kolaka Nursing Academy, Effective solutions to increase students' importance on the value of diversity on campus and life daily. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive analysis. From this study, it was produced that the policy in developing the Islamic character of Kolaka Nursing Academy students was carried out through 3 (three) stages, namely first, agenda-setting. second, the implementation of the quality target program as a manifestation of the policy implementation of the Kolaka Nursing Academy Director to foster students' Islamic behavior, and the third evaluation of supporting factors for the development of Islamic students, including environmental (campus, and community) factors.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are: 1) To find out the restrictions on the political rights of ex-convicts to participate in the election of Regional Heads 2) To find out the legal consequences of restrictions and revocation of political rights of ex-convicts to be elected in regional head elections.  The type of normative legal research is doctrinal legal research or library research. The results of the researchare: 1) Limiting the political rights of ex-convicts to be elected is contrary to the hierarchy higher regulations. Based on Law No.12 of 2011 concerning the Formation of Legislation and  Invitation and is not in line with the principle (Lex Superior Derogat Legi Inferiori) meaning that the reshould be nolower regulations contrary to higher regulations. 2) Due to the law limiting the political rights of ex-convicts to be elected, it can be canceled through are quest for examination. Abstract

This article aims to examine the efforts made by teachers to foster student awareness through the implementation of the second principle of Pancasila at MTsN 4 Buton Tengah. A qualitative case study method was employed, with informants including the principal, Pancasila and Civic Education teacher, and students at MTsN 4 Buton Tengah. The results indicate that teachers foster awareness through various habituation practices: students help their peers in need, students are given responsibilities to maintain classroom cleanliness, mutual respect is cultivated through the 5S principles (smile, greet, salute, politeness, and courtesy), honesty is promoted via an honesty canteen, and discipline is enforced by ensuring students arrive at school on time with sanctions for tardiness. This study is limited by its focus on the second principle of Pancasila. Future research should explore the implementation of other Pancasila principles at the junior high school level.

Abstract

The Kamali Baadia Museum in Bau-Bau City serves as a key institution in the preservation of cultural heritage and public education. This study aims to analyze the physical preservation of the museum's buildings and collections and highlight the philosophical values contained in its history. Data collection methods used in this study include interviews with museum managers, direct observation of collections and buildings, and review of related documentation. The study results indicate that this museum serves as a place to store artifacts and as an educational vehicle that encourages public awareness of the importance of cultural and historical identity. The concept of Martabat Tujuh reflects the harmony between Islamic teachings and the local culture of the Buton community. Martabat Tujuh emphasizes universal values such as justice, humanity, and local wisdom, which are the basis for social and cultural interactions in the region. Community involvement in the process of preserving cultural heritage is the key to success in maintaining the authenticity of local culture. Through the promotion of the values of Martabat Tujuh, the Kamali Baadia Museum strengthens the community's sense of ownership of their cultural heritage and supports the balance between worldly and afterlife needs. This study provides important insights into the role of museums in educating the public and internalizing cultural values as part of a broader national identity

Abstract

Social media has now become one of the basic needs for society in fulfilling information. One of the information media that is often used is Facebook. This research focuses on the use of social media Facebook by the Indonesian Ministry of Transportation in disseminating information on transportation sector development to the public. The results of the research found that the Indonesian Ministry of Transportation's Social Media admin was optimal in utilizing Facebook social media as a means of public information with the finding of 1 content a day in the period August-October 2023. However, it was found that the level of public interaction on the Ministry of Transportation's Facebook Account was quite low with comments of visitors continues to show a decline in numbers. This is because people prefer other social media platforms, namely Instagram, which is also owned by the Indonesian Ministry of Transportation. Abstrak Media sosial saat ini sudah menjadi salah satu kebutuhan dasar bagi masyarakat dalam pemenuhan informasi. Salah satu media informasi yang sering digunakan adalah Facebook. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada pemanfaatan media sosial Facebook oleh Kementerian Perhubungan RI dalam penyebarluasan informasi pembangunan sektor transportasi kepada masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa admin Media Sosial Kemenhub RI sudah optimal dalam memanfaatkan media sosial Facebook sebagai sarana informasi publik dengan temuan 1 konten sehari dalam rentang periode Bulan Agustus-Oktober 2023. Namun demikian ditemukan bahwa tingkat interaksi masyarakat dalam Akun Facebook Kemenhub ini cukup rendah dimana komentar dari pengunjung terus menerus memperlihatkan penurunan jumlah. Hal ini disebabkan masyarakat lebih menyenangi platform media sosial lainnya yaitu Instagram yang juga dimiliki oleh Kemenhub RI.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the revitalisation of Kasukano Inare, a health-focused zacar or covenant among the Muna Tribe. Within a cultural and religious context, the research analyses how this tradition serves as an instrument to maintain community health and strengthen social ties. This research uses a qualitative approach with ethnographic methods. Data collection was conducted through observation, in-depth interviews, and document studies. Observations were conducted to observe the implementation of the Kasukano Inare ritual, in-depth interviews were conducted with traditional leaders, religious leaders, and the Muna people, and document studies were conducted to analyse written sources related to Kasukano Inare. The collected data was then analysed qualitatively with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that Kasukano Inare not only plays a role in physical health aspects, but also as a spiritual tool that connects individuals to the community and ancestral traditions. In addition, there are dynamics between modern and traditional values that influence the implementation of this agreement. The findings are expected to provide new insights into the importance of cultural and religious integration in public health practices, as well as encourage efforts to preserve local traditions amidst modernisation. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis substansi hukum adat di Toraja Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan explanatory research yang dilakukan di Toraja Utara Kecamatan Kesu dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 3 orang yang mewakili. Penelitian dilakukan melalui wawancara langsung dengan tokoh-tokoh yang meliputi tokoh adat, tokoh masyarakat, dan pemerintah daerah. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pedoman wawancara. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa hukum adat di Tanah Toraja telah diakui dan dilindungi oleh pemerintah daerah sesuai dengan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 1 Tahun 2019 tentang “pengakuan dan perlindungan hak-hak masyarakat hukum adat”. Dalam penerapannya, hukum adat ditentukan oleh Toparenge, dan adat-istiadat di suatu wilayah hukum yang khas tetap dihormati dan dijunjung tinggi oleh masyarakat hukum adat setempat. Nilai-nilai karakter bangsa adalah toleransi, kerjasama, tanggung jawab, dan kepedulian terhadap pelestarian budaya.Kata Kunci: Adat Toraja, Hukum, Karakter AbstractThis study aims to determine the analysis of the substance of customary law in North Toraja. The method used in this research is a case study with an explanatory research approach carried out in North Toraja, Kesu District with a number of informants as many as 3 representing figures. The research was conducted through direct interviews with leaders including traditional leaders, community leaders, and local government. The instrument used in this research is the interview guide. The study results show that customary law in Tanah Toraja has been recognized and protected by the local government in accordance with Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2019 concerning "recognition and protection of the rights of indigenous peoples". In its application, customary law is determined by the Toparenge, and customs in a typical law area are still respected and upheld by the local indigenous community. The values of the nation's character are tolerance, cooperation, responsibility, and concern for cultural preservation.Keywords: Toraja Custom, Law, Character

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya mengajarkan dan mengamalkan nilai-nilai Pancasila di kalangan siswa baru SMA Negeri 1 Wundulako dalam mewujudkan profil siswa Pancasila dengan enam karakter utama, yaitu iman dan taqwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa dan berakhlak mulia. karakter, keragaman global, bekerja sama. berpikir kooperatif, mandiri, kritis dan kreatif. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam bentuk ceramah dan dialog interaktif dimana para nara sumber menjelaskan tema-tema tertentu. Kemudian terjadi diskusi tentang presentasi yang telah disampaikan. Temuan dalam pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah masih ada beberapa siswa yang belum hafal sila Pancasila dengan urutan yang benar dan pencerminan sikap dan perilaku yang tidak sesuai dengan nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam Pancasila. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan mahasiswa baru dapat memahami dengan baik bahwa Pancasila merupakan sumber nilai moral, etika, dan hukum dan dengan nilai-nilai tersebut diharapkan nilai-nilai tersebut dapat diimplementasikan dalam kehidupan sekolah. yang terbingkai dalam potret profil mahasiswa Pancasila.Kata Kunci: Kata Kunci: Nilai Pancasila, Pelajar Pancasila AbstractThe purpose of this service is to provide an understanding of the importance of teaching and practicing Pancasila values among new students of SMA Negeri 1 Wundulako in realizing the profile of Pancasila students with six main characteristics, namely faith and piety to God Almighty and noble character, global diversity, working together. cooperative, independent, critical and creative reasoning. This service activity is carried out in the form of lectures and interactive dialogues where the resource persons explain specific themes. Then a discussion occurs on the presentations that have been delivered. The findings in the service carried out are that there are still some students who have not memorized the Pancasila precepts in the correct order and the reflection of attitudes and behavior is not in accordance with the values contained in Pancasila. Through this service activity, it is hoped that new students can understand well that Pancasila is a source of moral, ethical, and legal values and with these values, it is hoped that these values can be implemented in school life which is framed in the portrait of the Pancasila student profile.Keywords: Keywords: Pancasila Values, Pancasila Students
