Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang berjudul Sosialisasi Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 15 Tahun 2021, tentang Peraturan Pelaksanaan UU no 06 Tahun 2017 Tentang Arsitek dan Arsitek Berlisensi merupakan bagian dari kegiatan Tri Dharma perguruan tinggi yang di lakukan oleh Tim Pengabdian dosen prodi.Arsitektur Universitas Lancang Kuning . Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini di latar belakangi oleh telah disyahkannya peraturan pemerintah nomor 15 tahun 2021 tentang Peraturan Pelaksanaan UU no 06 Tahun 2017 Tentang Arsitek , mengingat aturan ini baru dikeluarkan sehingga banyak pihak terkait yang belum memahami tentang aturanan ini khususnya para mahasiswa arsitektur unilak yang notabene merupakan calon arsitek.Mengingat pentingnya aturan ini bagi mahasiswa arsitektur unilak maka diperlukan sosialisasi tentang aturan tersebut. Diharapkan setelah sosialisasi nantinya terjadi peningkatan pemahaman pada mahasiswa tentang peratuan pemerintah nomor 15 tahun 2021 ini.Pengabdian tim dosen di lakukan terdiri dari tiga tahapan yakni tahapan awal atau tahapan persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan serta tahap pelaporan. Pengabdian yang berbentuk sosialisasi atau penyuluhan ini memberikan pemahaman tentang berbagai hal yang terkait dengan arsitek.

Abstract

The development of Fiber To The Home (FTTH) networks in the telecommunications sector carries significant occupational safety and health (OSH) risks due to field activities and the use of technical equipment. This community service aims to promote and implement an OSH culture in the FTTH project of PT. Garuda Media Telematika in Jombang Regency, East Java. To assess the effectiveness of the awareness program, qualitative descriptive analysis was employed through semi-structured interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The results indicate that worker participation in OSH awareness sessions reached 90.91%, with full compliance in using helmets and safety vests but lower adherence to wearing gloves (75%) and safety shoes (87.5%). Field observations revealed that OSH practices are in the moderate-to-good category, with main challenges including limited involvement of contract technicians, availability of certain personal protective equipment (PPE), and project target pressures. Management commitment, the existence of standard operating procedures (SOPs), and the role of supervisors were identified as key supporting factors, while technicians’ perception of OSH importance still requires improvement. These findings highlight the need for onboarding training, provision of ergonomic PPE, and strengthening the OSH culture through supervision and exemplary leadership. Implementing these recommendations is expected to enhance workplace safety and ensure the sustainable quality of FTTH projects.

Abstract

Cost and time are critical factors in construction projects. Therefore, it is essential to determine the optimal cost and time by performing Crashing on activities within the critical path. The analysis begins by identifying the critical path using the Critical Path Method (CPM), followed by crashing the activities on the critical path. In this study, acceleration is achieved through three alternatives: adding 2 hours of overtime (alternative 1), increasing the workforce (alternative 2), and adding a night shift (alternative 3). The determination of the optimal cost and time is based on two key variablel cost and time utilizing Euclidean, analysis to identify the most efficient trade-off between the two.. The analysis reveals that the most optimal alternative is alternative 2 (increasing the workforce). The project's normal completion time is 210 calendar days with a cost of IDR 4,483,505,000 By applying Crashing, the project completion time is reduced to 148 calendar days, resulting in a time saving of 62 calendar days. However, this acceleration increases the cost to IDR 4,583,211,000 an additional IDR 99,705,000 Thus, alternative 2 is considered optimal compared to alternatives 1 and 3 in terms of cost and time.

Abstract

Desa Balongdowo terletak di Kecamatan Candi Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Wilayah ini belum memiliki akses pasokan air bersih bagi penduduknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi debit air, merencanakan sistem pipa, dan menyusun anggaran biayanya guna memenuhi kebutuhan air bersihnya Desa Balongdowo. Simulasi distribusi air bersih menggunakan program Epanet 2.2, dengan sumber air umbulan memberikan suplai sebesar 48,51 liter per detik. Kebutuhan air rata-rata Desa Balongdowo adalah 13,152 liter per detik. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa distribusi air dapat terpenuhi dengan syarat teknis tekanan 0,1 – 8 atm dan kecepatan 0,1 – 2,5 m/dt. Desain pipa distribusi air bersih terbagi menjadi 3 area dengan 82 Junction, menggunakan pipa PVC ∅3" sepanjang 6.792 meter, pipa PVC ∅4" sepanjang 2.010 meter, pipa PVC ∅6" sepanjang 500 meter, dan pipa PVC ∅8" sepanjang 100 meter. Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) konstruksi fisik untuk jaringan pipa ini mencapai Rp. 3.363.006.441 dengan PPN 11%, sehingga total RAB yang diperlukan adalah Rp. 3.372.937.000.

Abstract

Rumah sakit Toeloengredjo terletak di Kecamatan Pare, Kediri dengan luas bangunan sebesar ±981,199 m2 yang memiliki ruang klinik pada lantai satu dan dua, dan ruang meeting room pada lantai 3. Gedung Rumah Sakit Toeloengredjo mengacu pada SNI 2847 : 2013, SNI 1727 : 2013, dan SNI 1726 : 2012. Dalam tugas akhir ini gedung Rumah Sakit Toeloengredjo di analisis dengan SNI 2847 : 2019, SNI 1727 : 2018, dan SNI 1726 : 2019. Struktur atas terdiri dari kolom, balok dan pelat, sedangkan sloof dan pile cap dengan pondasi tiang pancang adalah struktur bagian bawah. Dengan menggunakan software SAP 2000 untuk analisis struktur diperoleh hasil perhitungan yaitu struktur pelat tipe S1 ø10 – 150 mm, balok tipe B.1 5 D16 dan 4 D16, kolom tipe K.1A 12 D19.

Abstract

Beton pracetak merupakan suatu teknologi konstruksi dimana pada saat proses pendesainan maupun pembuatan dilakukan secara fabrikasi pemasangannya sendiri harus diawasi oleh tenaga ahli karena pada saat proses penyambungan elemen pracetak tidak boleh salah supaya sambungan antar struktur pracetak jadi solid dan tidak ada keretakan, bangunan rumah susun pondok pesantren Darusa’adah di Kabupaten Kebumen Jawa Tengah merupakan bangunan yang didesain menggunakan sistem pengecoran di lokasi, elemen struktur balok dan pelat yang akan dimodifikasi ke elemen pracetak. Sistem struktur yang akan di pakai pada proses analisis perhitungan bangunan gedung adalah Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK), perencanaan struktur bangunan gedung ini akan mengacu pada peraturan SNI 2847-2013, SNI 1727-2013, SNI 1726-2012 dan SNI 7833-2012, sambungan yang akan dipakai untuk penyatuan antar elemen pracetak adalah sambungan basah. Berdasarkan perhitungan modifkasi struktur didapatkan hasil untuk Tebal Plat = 14 cm untuk perhitungan balok G1.1 didapatkan dimensi 25cm x 45cm, dan G1.2didapatkan 25cm x 50cm untuk perhitungan kolom K1 didapatkan hasil dimensi 50cm x 30cm dan untuk kolom K2 40cm x 30cm, sedangkan pada perhitungan sambungan antar struktur pracetak didapatkan hasil untuk konsol pendek dengan dimensi 55 cm x 30 cm x 30 cm dengan jumlah tulangan utama 7 D16 sedangkan Tulangan sengkang / pengikat 4 D13 dan untuk tulangan stud plat ke balok di dapatkan hasil D10 – 150 mm.

Abstract

. In fulfilling occupancy eligibility, it is necessary to support facilities and infrastructure. The Bunda Asri housing complex, located in Bandarkedungmulyo, has a land area of ​​32 hectares with a planned construction of 3,000 residential units with 8 types of housing. Residential areas must have infrastructure with a minimum road width of 6 meters as stated in article 15 paragraph 3 of the 2019 Jombang Regency Regional Regulation concerning road infrastructure in residential areas. In this study, the planning used the pd T-2003 method which aims to determine the structure of the rigid pavement of the road at Bunda Asri housing. The results of this study are two types of roads, namely village roads and local roads. On rural roads, the thickness of the rigid pavement layer is 165 mm, the specification for the width of the plate is 2x3.5 m, the length of the plate is 4 m, and the tie rods use D13 threaded reinforcement (0.13 cm), 57.3 cm long, 0.75 cm spacing without using dowel spokes. Whereas for local roads, the thickness of the rigid pavement layer is 170 mm, the specifications for the width of the plate are 2x5 m, the length of the plate is 4 m, and the reinforcement thread D13 (0.13 cm) is used as tie rods, the length is 70 cm and the spacing is 0.75 cm using dowel spokes.

Abstract

The improvement of the Cukir-Jombang road section requires heavy equipment. There is an increase in the road section at the STA. 0+000-STA. 0+936 and STA. 1+912 – STA. 2+790. In order to obtain cost and time efficiency, it is necessary to analyze the productivity of heavy equipment. This study uses the field productivity method with the aim of knowing the maximum productivity of heavy equipment and asphalt costs starting from STA 0+000 to completion. The results of this study obtained the rental time of heavy equipment for 8 hours with the number of each heavy equipment Asphalt Finisher 2 units, Dump Trucks 20 units, Tandem Roller 3 units, Pneumatic Tire Roller 2 units, Asphalt Sprayer 1 unit. Meanwhile, the cost of renting heavy equipment is IDR 4,180,000.00 for Asphalt Finisher, IDR 34,200,000 for Dump Trucks, IDR 5,700,000.00 for Tandem Rollers, IDR 3,800,000 for Pneumatic Tire Rollers, and IDR 532,000 for Asphalt Sprayers.

Abstract

Land work (land clearing) in the Bunda Asri housing development project was carried out to meet the contours of the land so as to reach the planned contours, according to housing project data the volume of excavation work (cut) was 374,758.15 m³ and heap (fill) was 323,320.39 m³. The volume of excavation (cut) and embankment (fill) is divided into five sections of the earthwork area with a duration of work completion of 90 calendar days. Time constraints are the reason for project or work activities to be right on plan. Scheduling in this study uses the precedence diagram method (PDM) and is assisted by Microsoft Project software. A network that has definite dependencies and can be used in projects with overlapping activities between one another's work is called PDM. The results of the research analysis used the PDM method for the construction of Bunda Asri housing, namely 81 calendar days. which is faster than the estimate of the housing developer which lasted 90 calendar days. This happened because the grouping of work with a work breakdown structure and predecessors reduced the duration time and did not precede each other among other works.
