Abstract

Background: Early Initiation of Breastfeeding (EIB) is a crucial practice that supports newborn health and the success of exclusive breastfeeding. Despite its known benefits, the implementation of EIB faces several challenges, particularly in hospital settings. Objective: This scoping review aims to identify and map the factors that delay EIB in hospitals, providing insight into the barriers that hinder its effective practice. Method: A comprehensive search was conducted across four databases—Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, Elsevier, and PubMed—using terms related to EIB obstacles. Results: Initially, 1,276 articles were identified, and after applying the PRISMA method for screening, 14 articles were included in final analysis. The review highlights several obstacles to EIB, including cognitive factors like mothers’ lack of knowledge and experience, operational challenges such as high workloads and limited resources among health staff, and postpartum factors, particularly discomfort following cesarean sections. These issues were found to be consistent across various settings. Conclusions: To address these barriers, the review emphasizes the need for improved education for mothers and healthcare providers, stronger hospital policies supporting EIB, and better resource availability, such as counseling materials. Implementing these strategies is vital for optimizing EIB practices and achieving better health outcomes for mothers and newborns while supporting global breastfeeding initiatives. Abstract

Tingginya niat berpindah di puskesmas merupakan masalah utama yang dihadapi oleh semua puskesmasr. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, diperlukan langkah konkrit untuk menyelesaikan masalah tingginya turnover intention yang dialami oleh tenaga kesehatan. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi turnover. Faktor-faktor tersebut adalah work-life balance dan burnout, usia, jenis kelamin, status pekerjaan, pendidikan, masa kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh work life balance dan burnout terhadap turnover intention tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas indonesia. Desain penelitiankuntitatif menggunakan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh Tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas di Jakarta dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 tenaga kesehatan. Metode analisis menggunakan smartPLS. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan metode smartPLS menemukan bahwa worklife balance berpengaruh positif terhadap burnout, hasil pengujian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif sebesar 0,412, sedangkan nilai T- Statistics sebesar 2,144. 088, Worklife balance berpengaruh negatif terhadap burnout, hasil pengujian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh negatif sebesar - 0,502, sedangkan nilai T-Statistics sebesar 2,800, Worklife balance berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention, hasil pengujian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh negatif sebesar -0,088, sedangkan nilai T- Statistics sebesar 2,025, Burnout berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention, hasil pengujian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif sebesar 0,448, sedangkan nilai T-Statistics sebesar 2,025. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari kedua variabel yang diteliti, variabel yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap Turnover Intention adalah variabel burnout dengan nilai langsung sebesar 38,5%. Saran dalam penelitian ini memberikan penguatan agar tenaga kesehatan dapat mengelola stres kerja agar tidak terjadi burnout sehingga Turnover Intention dapat dicegah.

Abstract

PT.Sinergi Adimitra Jaya is a company engaged in manufacturing diapers. The company's helpdesk is the first part that users contact when they have problems or questions related to IT. IT staff have problems when recording information on a form. The absence of an application to store information from forms into databases makes it difficult to trace the information data when needed. IT staff are also constrained in terms of assignments. Because the assignment is carried out when there is an incoming problem, it has not been adjusted to the problem category and IT expertise. Based on these problems, an application is needed so that users can convey their problems to IT, and can see the status of their handling. In addition, an application was also created for the process of dividing tasks when handling problems or work. For the design method, UML is used as visual modeling. The SWOT method is used to determine the problem analysis. The data collection method used in this study uses field studies in the form of interviews and observations and also literature studies from journals related to the problems discussed. With the creation of this system, it can improve the IT helpdesk service process to be more structured so that it makes it easier for users to submit problem complaints to IT and make it easier for IT in terms of assignments.

Abstract

Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui langkah – langkah dan manfaat bimbingan yang tepat dalam melaksanakan supervisi dengan pendekatan kolaboratif di SMP Pasundan 1 Bandung, sehingga mampu membentuk komunitas pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan mencapai supervisi akademik yang efektif. Penelitian ini terbagi kedalam dua siklus melalui bimbingan kolaboratif. Faktor-faktor yang diamati meliputi aktivitas guru, sikap minat guru, , dan sikap minat siswa. Hasil penelitian siklus II umumnya mengalami peningkatan jika dibandingkan dengan siklus I. Tugas seorang supervisor adalah mampu menerapkan teknik-teknik supervisi yang tepat dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan supervisi. Pemahaman dan penguasaan teknik-teknik tersebut oleh supervisor, menjadi suatu keharusan jika ingin pelaksanaan supervisi di sekolah/madrasah, dapat berjalan dengan baik sehingga dapat meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. Tindakan Peneliti pada pelaksanaan supervisi siklus pertama sebagai berikut. (1) Peneliti memberikan indikator yang harus dicapai pada saat persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian sebelum pelaksanaan supervisi, (2) Peneliti menyuruh guru mengisi format penilaian serta membuat perencanaan kembali kegiatan berikut yang akan disupervisi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada siklus II kegiatan supervisi individual dengan pendekatan kolaoratif dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas rancangan pembelajaran serta implementasi pembelajaran yang mendidik. Hal ini disertai juga dengan meningkatnya aktivitas, sikap, minat guru dan siswa. Supervisi individual ini menjadi efektif melalui bimbingan kolaboratif dan terbentuknya komunitas pembelajaran profesional.

Abstract

Low patient satisfaction can negatively impact hospital development, as dissatisfied patients may seek treatment elsewhere. Non-compliance with medical and nursing procedures is also common among dissatisfied patients. This study examines the influence of hospital image and trust on inpatient satisfaction at Hospital X using a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. The dependent variable, inpatient satisfaction, is measured through overall satisfaction, expectation, and experience, while the independent variables include hospital image (location, services, reputation) and trust (competence, benevolence, integrity).Findings indicate that hospital image significantly affects inpatient satisfaction (p = 0.006; OR = 5.293), and patient trust has an even stronger influence (p = 0.001; OR = 6.975). The R-Square value of 0.813 suggests that hospital image and trust explain 81.3% of satisfaction variance. Enhancing patient trust should be a strategic priority to improve inpatient satisfaction at Hospital X.

Abstract

Majelis taklim merupakan organisasi pendidikan luar sekolah atau lembaga pendidikan Islam yang bersifat nonformal. Keberadaan majelis taklim cukup penting, mengingat sumbangsihnya yang sangat besar dalam menanamkan aqidah dan akhlak yang luhur, meningkatkan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuaan dan memberantas kebodohan umat Islam agar dapat meningkatkan pemahaman agama serta memperoleh kebahagiaan dan ridha Allah Swt. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh pengajian rutin kaum ibu terhadap peningkatan kualitas ibadah. Dua variabel utama penelitian ini adalah pengajian rutin kaum ibu dan peningkatan kualitas ibadah. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 110 orang dan pengambilan sampel Pengambilan sampel untuk penelitian menurut Suharsimi Arikunto, jika subyeknya kurang dari 100 orang sebaiknya diambil semua, jika subyeknya besar atau lebih dari 100 orang dapat diambil 10-15%, 20-35%, atau 30-35%. pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 20% dari populasi yang ada, karena jumlah populasi 100. Berarti =22 orang. Jadi, sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 22 orang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, hasil pengujian hipotesis penelitian menggunakan analisis product moment dari pearson. Pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh antara pengajian rutin dengan peningkatan kualitas ibadah dengan koefisien product moment r= 0,681, Berdasarkan tingkat kesalahan 5% = 0,444 dan tingkat kesalahan 1% = 0,561 df = n-2 = 22-2 = 20, dan thitung 4, 15 sehingga diperoleh thitung >ttabel, ini berarti korelasi X dan Y atau Pengaruh Pengajian Rutin Kaum Ibu Terhadap Peningkatan Kualitas Ibadah Di Majelis Taklim Baiturrahim signfikan. Abstract

ABSTRACK Contextual Teaching and Learning is a learning process that links the material being studied with students' real life or student experiences. With the development of science, students' ways of thinking also develop which need to be directed by a learning process that is able to provide students with an understanding of the material being studied. The understanding that will be obtained based on the experience or real life of students will be easier to remember. This study aims to determine the effect of Contextual Teaching and Learning of fourth grade students’ learning outcomes on the subject of moral aqidah at SDIT Baitul Hilmi Cibinong. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. This method is used to determine the extent of the influence of contextual teaching and learning on the learning outcomes of fourth grade students on the subjects of aqidah morality at SDIT Baitul Hilmi Cibinong. The research instrument used to obtain data was by using a questionnaire (questionnaire) in the form of a checklist. Data processing is carried out by correlation analysis of Product Moment. The variables studied in this study are the influence of contextual teaching and learning (X) on learning outcomes of morals (Y) Based on the product moment analysis, the value of "r" count = 0.499. By examining the table for the value of 'r" product moment, it turns out that for dk = N-2 = 28-2 = 26 at a significant level of 5%, we get "r" table = 0.388 and at a significant level of 1%, we get an "r" table of 0.496. Then it can be concluded that "r" count = 0.499> "r" table. So that Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a positive correlation between contextual teaching and learning and the learning outcomes of moral aqidah. Also mind to the "r" count = 0.499 in the interpretation of the data between 0.40-0.599 this number shows that between the X variable and Y variable there is indeed a "Strong Enough" correlation. The learning contribution of contextual teaching and learning has a significant effect, the number reaches 24.90% and the remaining 75.1% is influenced by other factors not examined. Abstract

Rumah Gemilang Indonesia is an empowerment program unit and training center under the Al-Azhar National Amil Zakat Institute Program directorate. The current collection of academic data is felt to be less effective because it is still done manually. One of the superior features planned is an online report card system that allows academic staff and students to access the academic data needed for their respective needs. The method of collecting data in the preparation of this thesis is the method of observation, interviews and literature study. A web development method developed using the Code Igniter framework whose programming language is PHP based, Code Igniter applies the MVC (Model, View, Controller) concept which makes it easier for developers to design a website. By developing this academic application, it can make it easier for academic staff to manage academic data and student report card scores online, which will be very effective and efficient in terms of time and students can immediately see the results of their report card scores online by accessing This academic application is through a website that is opened using a browser.

Abstract

Enhancing reproductive health knowledge among adolescents is crucial to prevent unwanted pregnancies. This study aims to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of the "Reproductive Health Pillow T-Shirt GIRL" educational media using the Research and Development (R&D) method. This interactive media was designed in collaboration with professional fashion designers and media experts. A quasi-experimental study with a control group was conducted involving 98 adolescent girls aged 13–15 years in junior high schools in Jakarta. The intervention group utilized the "Pillow T-Shirt," while the control group received lectures using audiovisual aids. Results demonstrated a significant increase in knowledge among the intervention group compared to the control group. This media shows promise as a standard educational tool for reproductive health in schools.

Abstract

Digital transformation in public services has become a pressing need in the modern era, particularly in the field of population administration. The Anjungan Dukcapil Mandiri (ADM) program represents a strategic innovation by Indonesia’s Ministry of Home Affairs aimed at enabling citizens to independently print civil registration documents, thereby reducing reliance on conventional bureaucratic services. This study evaluates the input aspect of ADM implementation in Bandar Lampung City using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model, focusing on regulatory readiness, human resource capabilities, infrastructure availability, and budget support. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, involving in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis. The findings reveal that despite the existence of national-level regulatory support, implementation at the regional level is hampered by the absence of local technical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), limited availability of ADM machines, inadequate technical training for operators, and insufficient public outreach. These input constraints directly affect the program’s ability to function efficiently and equitably across the population. The study concludes that the success of ADM as a digital service innovation relies heavily on the quality and sufficiency of input resources. Strategic interventions are necessary, including the expansion of ADM units, capacity-building for service personnel, and the formulation of an inclusive and sustainable public communication strategy to enhance public engagement and service utilization.
