Abstract

Abstract. This research was motivated by the many cases of divorce and domestic violence in the community. Premarital school activities at Salman Mosque ITB are one of the family education models by providing briefing on mosque-based family preparation. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the management of the pre-marriage school program at Salman Mosque ITB. The method used in this study is descriptive analytic with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, documentation, and observation. The result obtained from this study is that the management carried out in the pre-marriage school program is designed through several stages to be able to implement its activities online and offline. Meanwhile, the evaluation to the participants of the activity was carried out digitally through a google form sent via whatsapp group, while there was an evaluation carried out offline, namely with the Salman ITB Da'wah Field. The supporting factor of this activity is the enthusiasm of all parties involved (participants, committees, and resource persons). While the inhibiting factors are the lack of participants and delays in information from sources who will provide material. Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan banyaknya kasus perceraian dan kekerasan rumah tangga di masyarakat. Kegiatan sekolah pra-nikah di Masjid Salman ITB merupakan salah satu model pendidikan keluarga dengan memberikan pembekalan terhadap persiapan berkeluarga yang berbasis masjid. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis terkait pengelolaan dari program sekola pra nikah di Masjid Salman ITB. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan kualitatif. dapun Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah pengelolaan yang dilakukan pada program sekolah pra nikah dirancang melalui beberapa tahapan untuk dapat diimplementasikan kegiatannya secara online dan offline. Sedangkan pada evaluasi kepada peserta kegiatan dilakukan secara digital melalui google form yang dikirim melalui grup whatsapp, sedangkan ada evaluasi yang dilakukan secara offline yaitu bersama Bidang Dakwah Salman ITB.  Adapun faktor pendukung kegiatan ini yaitu adanya antusiasme dari seluruh pihak yang terkait (peserta, panitia, dan narasumber). Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah minimnya peserta dan keterlambatan informasi dari narasumber yang akan memberikan materi.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan di TK Harapan Ibu, Kecamatan Bojongsoang, Kabupaten Bandung, terkait kekuatan dan koordinasi otot kaki anak yang belum optimal. Hal ini terlihat dari keterbatasan anak dalam melakukan aktivitas seperti naik turun tangga dengan kaki bergantian, berjalan di papan titian dengan seimbang, meloncat dengan satu atau dua kaki, berlari lurus, menendang secara terarah, dan menirukan gerakan sederhana seperti pohon tertiup angin, pesawat terbang, serta kelinci melompat. Penelitian menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan secara kolaboratif antara peneliti, guru, dan kepala sekolah. Subjek penelitian adalah 10 anak usia 4-5 tahun, dengan data diperoleh melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Setelah dua siklus kegiatan, hasil menunjukkan peningkatan kekuatan dan koordinasi otot kaki anak melalui permainan loncat jejak kaki. Persentase rata-rata meningkat dari 34% pada pra-siklus menjadi 59% pada siklus I, dan 88% pada siklus II.  Peningkatan ini didukung oleh pembiasaan gerakan motorik kasar sebelum pembelajaran, serta penggunaan media jejak kaki yang menarik untuk meningkatkan antusiasme anak. Permainan ini terbukti efektif dalam melatih keseimbangan, koordinasi, dan kekuatan otot kaki anak di TK Harapan Ibu. Abstract.This study was motivated by problems at Harapan Ibu Kindergarten, Bojongsoang District, Bandung Regency, related to the strength and coordination of children's leg muscles that are not optimal. This can be seen from the children's limitations in doing activities such as going up and down stairs with alternating legs, walking on a footbridge with balance, jumping with one or two feet, running straight, kicking in a directed manner, and imitating simple movements such as trees blowing in the wind, airplanes, and jumping rabbits. The research used the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method which was conducted collaboratively between researchers, teachers, and principals. The research subjects were 10 children aged 4-5 years, with data obtained through observation and documentation. After two cycles of activities, the results showed an increase in children's leg muscle strength and coordination through footprint jumping games. The average percentage increased from 34% in the pre-cycle to 59% in cycle I, and 88% in cycle II. This increase was supported by the habituation of gross motor movements before learning, as well as the use of interesting footprint media to increase children's enthusiasm. This game proved to be effective in training children's balance, coordination, and leg muscle strength at Harapan Ibu Kindergarten.

Abstract

Abstrak. Sesuai Keputusan Menteri Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi No. 56 tahun 2022 tentang Pedoman Penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka. Kurikulum merdeka merupakan upaya pemerintah untuk mencapai visi pendidikan Indonesia, yang bertujuan untuk membuat Indonesia maju, mandiri, dan berkepribadian sesuai dengan profil pelajar pancasila. Profil pelajar pancasila tersebut ditekankan melalui projek pembelajaran khusus yang menekankan akan kebermaknaan pembelajaran bagi peserta didik. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses manajemen pelaksanaan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) di Taman Kanak-Kanak Sekolah Penggerak sesuai dengan fungsi dari manajemen itu sendiri. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini ada metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa proses pelaksanaan P5 tidak bisa lepas dari pengaruh fungsi manajemen berupa Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controling, dan Evaluating. Setiap lembaga pendidikan yang berupaya menerapkan program P5 harus senantiasa memperhatikan fungsi-fungsi tersebut agar keberjalanan kegiatan P5 dapat berjalan secara maksimal. Abstract. In accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology No. 56 of 2022 concerning Guidelines for Implementing the Independent Curriculum. The independent curriculum is the government's effort to achieve the vision of Indonesian education, which aims to make Indonesia advanced, independent and with a personality in line with the Pancasila student profile. The Pancasila student profile is emphasized through special learning projects that emphasize the meaningfulness of learning for students. The aim of this research is to determine the management process for implementing the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students (P5) in the Kindergarten of the Driving School in accordance with the function of the management itself. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of this research show that the P5 implementation process cannot be separated from the influence of management functions in the form of Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling, and Evaluating. Every educational institution that seeks to implement the P5 program must always pay attention to these functions so that P5 activities can run optimally.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the management of a special curriculum in an educational institution in strengthening students' character. Programmed management will be able to optimize educational institutions in achieving learning goals to produce students with positive character. The location of the study was at SD Juara, East Jakarta. The special curriculum that was implemented was named "Kurikulum Langit". The method used in this study was descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations and documentation studies. From the results of the study, it was found that the management of the "Kurikulum Langit" consists of the planning, organizing, implementing and supervising processes. Curriculum planning goes through the stages of compiling objectives, internalization plans for the work culture of educators and education personnel, developing a special curriculum and designing learning programs. The organization is carried out by the principal by forming a curriculum development team, program coordinator, making a decree and distributing tasks involving homeroom teachers and teachers. The implementation process at the school, class and home levels is through the process of exemplary behavior, instilling values, habituation and enforcing rules. The implementation involves parents such as in the maghrib pengajian program, mabit keluarga, lukman berilmu and parenting school. While the supervision process is carried out by conducting periodic supervision and evaluation of the “Sky Curriculum” that has been implemented and evaluating the obstacles experienced in implementing the curriculum. The positive impact of the curriculum is seen in the character of students who reflect the values ​​of the 7 Champion Habits of the “Sky Curriculum”.

Abstract

Improving the quality of higher education is one of the strategic priorities in developing competitive human resources. The Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) is the main mechanism mandated by Permendikbud Number 53 of 2023 to ensure the quality of higher education services in accordance with the National Higher Education Standards (SN-Dikti). This study aims to examine the strategy of the Higher Education Service Institution (LLDIKTI) IV of West Java and Banten in accelerating the implementation of SPMI in Private Universities (PTS). This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection through interviews, document studies, and field observations. The results of this study conclude that SPMI Clustering in the red, yellow, and green zones is an important instrument in mapping the readiness and progress of quality implementation in private universities in LLDIKTI IV. Universities in the red zone face major challenges in compiling and reporting SPMI documents, while universities in the yellow zone already have documents but are not yet fully complete or validated. On the other hand, universities in the green zone have met all reporting requirements and have a more established quality system. As a form of support, LLDIKTI IV has taken various acceleration steps, including the SPMI Clinic, the Regional Facilitator Assistance Program, and various SPMI innovations, such as the development of the SPMI Dashboard, the SPMI Guidelines, and award mechanisms for facilitators and the best universities. Through these steps, it is hoped that more universities will be able to move from the red and yellow zones to the green zone, so that the quality of higher education in the LLDIKTI IV region continues to improve and become more competitive.

Abstract

MTs Daarul Ulum Sukaraja, as a private school with limited educational funding, has been able to optimize all its financial resources to improve the quality of education. This study aims to analyze the efforts of the school principal in managing school financing to enhance educational quality at MTs Daarul Ulum Sukaraja. The researcher used a qualitative approach and a descriptive method. The data sources for this research were obtained through purposive sampling. The informants in this study included the school principal, vice principal, treasurer, teachers, and other staff members. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research findings indicate that MTs Daarul Ulum is a private school accredited with an "A" rating with limited financial resources. However, the school has been able to allocate and optimize its funding effectively. Additionally, the school does not charge tuition fees to its students, as it is located in a lower-middle-class economic community. Therefore, the school maximizes the use of BOS (School Operational Assistance) funds.

Abstract

Abstrak. Pengasuhan islami dengan mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai Islam di daycare bertujuan untuk membentuk anak yang berakhlakul karimah. Namun, dalam praktiknya sering menghadapi kendala, seperti kurangnya pengasuh dalam pemahaman agama, terbatasnya fasilitas penunjang, serta kurangnya keterlibatan orang tua. Dari fenomena ini, masalah dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan sebagai berikut: (1) Bagaimana konsep pengasuhan islami dalam mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai islam di Daycare Unisba Preschool and Daycare? (2) Bagaimana pengelolaan program pengasuhan islami dalam mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai islam di Daycare Unisba Preschool and Daycare? (3) Apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai islam dalam pengasuhan islami di Daycare Unisba Preschool and Daycare? Peneliti menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Partisipan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala daycare, pengasuh, dan orang tua anak. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengasuh mengajarkan nilai-nilai islam kepada anak melalui pengenalan tentang Allah melalui menyanyikan asmaul husna, pembiasaan membaca Al-Qur'an, shalat dzuhur berjamaah, adab, akhlak, kedisipilinan, menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif, bercerita, dan doa. Pengasuh menggunakan metode pengasuhan melalui pembiasaan, keteladanan, nasihat, perhatian, pujian, hukuman, dan kisah. Abstract. Islamic parenting by implementing Islamic values ​​in daycare aims to form children with noble character. However, in practice it often faces obstacles, such as the lack of caregivers in understanding religion, limited supporting facilities, and lack of parental involvement. From this phenomenon, the problem in this study is formulated as follows: (1) How is the concept of Islamic parenting in implementing Islamic values ​​in Daycare Unisba Preschool and Daycare? (2) How is the management of the Islamic parenting program in implementing Islamic values ​​in Daycare Unisba Preschool and Daycare? (3) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing Islamic values ​​in Islamic parenting in Daycare Unisba Preschool and Daycare? The researcher used a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. Participants involved in this study were the head of the daycare, caregivers, and parents of the child. Data collection techniques used included interviews, observation, and documentation. While data analysis techniques consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that caregivers taught Islamic values ​​to children through introduction to Allah through singing Asmaul Husna, habituation of reading the Qur'an, congregational Dzuhur prayer, manners, morals, discipline, creating a conducive environment, storytelling, and prayer. Caregivers used parenting methods through habituation, role models, advice, attention, praise, punishment, and stories.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih ditemukannya model pembelajaran yang kurang efektif, yang ditandai dengan rendahnya keterlibatan anak dalam proses belajar akibat metode pembelajaran yang monoton serta minimnya variasi kegiatan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan minat mereka. Kondisi ini menyebabkan beberapa anak merasa bosan, menghindari aktivitas tertentu, dan pada akhirnya perkembangan kognitif, sosial-emosional, serta kreativitas mereka menjadi tidak optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan model pembelajaran diferensiasi di TK Kecamatan Panyileukan dalam konteks Merdeka Belajar. Penelitian ini menggabungkan metodologi studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui pengamatan langsung, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi di TK Al-Biruni dan TK Beyna Ceria untuk mendalami langkah-langkah penerapan pembelajaran diferensiasi, hubungan sosial antara guru dan anak, pengelolaan lingkungan pembelajaran, serta dampaknya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran diferensiasi proses pembelajaran dimulai dengan asesmen kebutuhan anak, perencanaan kegiatan sesuai gaya belajar dan perkembangan, serta evaluasi berkelanjutan. Model ini meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif, kreativitas, motivasi belajar anak, serta hubungan sosial guru-anak, meskipun terdapat kendala fasilitas dan pembagian perhatian. Keberhasilan ini menegaskan pentingnya pelatihan guru, dukungan fasilitas, dan kolaborasi dengan orang tua untuk mendukung Kurikulum Merdeka. Abstract. This study was motivated by the presence of ineffective learning models, characterized by low student engagement in the learning process due to monotonous teaching methods and a lack of diverse activities that cater to their needs and interests. This situation causes some children to feel bored, avoid certain activities, and ultimately experience suboptimal development in cognitive, social-emotional, and creative aspects. This research aims to analyze the implementation of differentiated learning models in kindergartens in Panyileukan District within the framework of Merdeka Belajar (Freedom to Learn). The study employs a case study methodology with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through direct observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation at Al-Biruni Kindergarten and Beyna Ceria Kindergarten to explore the steps in implementing differentiated learning, social interactions between teachers and students, the management of the learning environment, and the resulting impacts. The results show that differentiated learning begins with assessing children’s needs, planning activities based on learning styles and developmental levels, and conducting continuous evaluations. This model has been shown to improve children's cognitive abilities, creativity, learning motivation, and social relationships with teachers, despite challenges such as limited facilities and difficulties in attention distribution. These findings underscore the importance of teacher training, facility support, and parental collaboration in supporting the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

In the Society 5.0 Era, which emphasizes the integration of smart technology and human-centered values, along with the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum that demands differentiated and student-centered learning, enhancing the quality of madrasah education has become a strategic effort to develop graduates who are adaptive, competitive, and excel spiritually and intellectually. This research aims to explore the leadership strategies of madrasah principals in improving institutional quality through the formulation of contextual vision and mission, the establishment of prioritized quality improvement programs, and the implementation of data-driven evaluation strategies. The study was conducted at several Madrasah Aliyah under the Working Group of Islamic Senior High Schools (KKMA 03) in Bandung Regency, purposively selected due to their diverse and dynamic quality improvement practices. A qualitative approach with a descriptive method was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The findings reveal that principals play a crucial role in shaping institutional direction through visionary and contextualized mission statements. The prioritized program steps were developed based on needs analysis and aligned with the eight National Education Standards. Program evaluation was carried out systematically and continuously using the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product), Kirkpatrick, and logic model. This study confirms that the leadership strategy of madrasah principals significantly contributes to holistic and sustainable improvements in educational quality.

Abstract

Kurikulum merdeka harus diimplementasikan oleh setiap lembaga pendidikan. Namun pengimplementasian kurikulum merdeka terutama dalam pelaksanaan projek menuai permasalahan. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah dokumen pembelajaran projek atau PjBL dengan menggunakan Integrated Teaching and Learning guna menjawab permasalahan yang muncul dalam pengimplementasian kurikulum merdeka. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan grounded theory. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Landasan digunakannya model PjBL karena adanya regulasi tentang pengimplementasian kurikulum merdeka. Kelebihan sintaks pembelajaran PjBL dengan ITL dalam projek yang dijalankan dapat dikaitkan dengan setiap mata pelajaran. Prinsip reaksi menggambarkan cara guru dalam memberikan respon kepada siswanya sebagai pembimbing dan fasilitator terhadap kemampuan siswa. Sistem social munculnya interaksi antara guru dan siswa maupun siswa dengan siswa. Dampak yang muncul yakni ketercapaian KI atau KD, TP atau ATP, maupun pilar karakter P tiga dalam pembelajaran.
