Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh minimnya kajian mengenai strategi implementasi pembelajaran interdisipliner yang mengintegrasikan Sains dan Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di tingkat sekolah menengah. Padahal, dikotomi antara ilmu agama dan sains berdampak pada cara pandang siswa yang terpecah dan kurang menyeluruh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis secara mendalam model strategi pembelajaran interdisipliner Sains–PAI di sekolah, mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasinya, serta dampaknya terhadap pemahaman dan sikap siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus multisitus. Sampel terdiri dari 12 guru (Sains dan PAI) serta 30 siswa dari tiga Sekolah Islam Terpadu yang dipilih secara purposif berdasarkan inovasi kurikulumnya. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi kelas, serta telaah dokumen kurikulum dan perangkat ajar. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan tematik. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan tiga model utama: (1) Model Tematik Terpadu yang mengaitkan konsep Sains dan dalil agama secara bersamaan; (2) Model Proyek Kolaboratif yang mengangkat isu nyata dengan pendekatan ilmiah dan nilai-nilai Islam; dan (3) Model Dialogis-Reflektif untuk membahas isu-isu kompleks secara kritis. Implementasi strategi ini sangat bergantung pada kerja sama guru, fleksibilitas kurikulum, dan peran guru sebagai fasilitator. Implikasi penelitian mencakup pengembangan kurikulum dan pelatihan guru, serta membuka ruang untuk kajian lanjutan tentang penilaian holistik dalam pembelajaran interdisipliner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Komitmen Organisasi dan OCB terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Kemudian untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Selanjutnya untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan Tranformasional terhadap Kepuasan Kerja melalui Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) sebagai Intervening. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja melalui Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) sebagai Intervening. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai sebanyak 62 orang. Metodel analilsis penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil peneliltian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan dan positif Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Komitmen Organisasi dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan dan positif Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Terdapat pengaruh signifikan dan positif Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Tidak ditemukan pengaruh yang signifikan Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kepuasan Kerja melalui Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) sebagai variabel Intervening dimana Organizational Citizenship Behavior tidak dapat memberikan pengaruh tambahan dalam memaksimalkan pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Untuk temuan ini menjelaskan Kepemimpinan Transformasional dilakukan dan harus seiring dengan perbaikan Kepuasan Kerja bagi pegawai dari semua aspek secara nyata agar mampu menciptakan sikap dan perilaku OCB pada diri pegawai. Tidak ditemukan pengaruh yang signifikan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja melalui Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) sebagai variabel intervening dimana Organizational Citizenship Behavior tidak dapat memberikan pengaruh tambahan dalam memaksimalkan pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Hasil ini juga harus menjadi masukan agar pimpinan dapat menciptakan perilaku OCB dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan dalam diri pegawai yang juga akan meningkatkan Kepuasan Kerja pegawai dalam bekerja. Tentunya dalam hal ini pimpinan dan organisasi harus bersungguh-sungguh terlebih dahulu memberikan peningkatan kesejahteraan yang lebih memadai bagi pegawai agar perilaku OCB ini memang benar-benar ada pada diri pegawai dalam bekerja. Abstract

Purpose – To assess in-service Teacher Professional Education (Pendidikan Profesi Guru, PPG) students’ perceptions of lecturer competence in providing learning services in the in-service PPG program at the Teacher Education Institute (LPTK) of IAIN Pontianak. The research rationale refers to the demands of the 21st century, Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK), and the utilization of the Learning Management System (LMS). Design/methods/approach – Descriptive cross-sectional quantitative survey; 215 students were invited, 177 valid responses were analyzed (≈82,3%). Data were collected through a questionnaire. Descriptive analysis summarized domain scores; construct validity was evaluated with PLS (outer loadings ≥ 0,50) and reliability with Cronbach’s alpha (SPSS 22.0). Findings – All 27 items met the loading threshold. High reliability: pedagogical α=0,907 (9 items), professional α=0,888 (7), personality α=0,884 (6), social α=0,839 (5). Perceptions of lecturer competence “very good”: pedagogical 93,09%; professional 92,94%; personality 93,53%; social 93,08%. Item diagnostics highlighted areas for improvement: diversity of assessment, integration of research findings, consistency of words–actions, as well as lecturers’ closeness in recognizing students. Research implications – Program priorities: assessment literacy, research-based teaching, professional role modeling, and relational lecturer–student practices; calibration of assessment aligned with learning contracts/indicators; optimize the LMS so that the admin role is supportive, not substitutive.

Abstract

Personality competency is a personal ability that reflects a personality that is steady, stable, mature, wise and authoritative, being a role model for students, and having noble character. The focus of this research is Jesus' personality competence as a teacher according to the Gospel of Matthew. The method used is a qualitative approach with a type of library research supported by Bible exposition. The results obtained were that the personality competency that Jesus possessed was having good morality and spirituality: fear of God, love for others, holy living, integrity, having a stable soul, having the fruit of the spirit; have character: be a role model, have noble character, be steady and stable, pay attention to many people, mature attitude; had authority: His ministry was wonderful, fearless, of God; work creatively, innovatively and pray; and focus on the goal: commitment to the call, making all nations His disciples, carrying out the mission of the call.

Abstract

Diarrhoea is a disease characterised by changes in the shape and consistency of soft to liquid stools and an increase in the frequency of bowel movements more than 3 or more times a day which may be accompanied by vomiting or bloody stools. The method of implementing this activity is diarrhoea counselling, discussion, question and answer, pre-posttest, demonstration and hand washing competition. Based on the results of a survey that has been conducted, there are still school-age children in Cot Mancang village who do not know about diarrhoea and how to wash hands 6 steps properly and correctly. Activities carried out to 24 school-age children who attended the health education event. With this activity, it is hoped that it can trigger awareness of school-age children to wash their hands. This community service activity may be a good forum for the Cot Mancang village community, especially for school-age children to increase motivation about diarrhoea and how to wash hands 6 steps properly and correctly.
