Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pendapatan petani padi dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi melalui variabel dummy usahatani padi di Desa Plandaan dan Desa Klitih. Penelitian dilaksanakan bulan Februari-Juni 2022 di Kecamatan Plandaan Kabupaten Jombang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni metode Purposive dengan jumlah respoden 48 petani yang diambil dari 2 desa yang berada di Kecamatan Plandaan Kabupaten Jombang. Metode yang digunakan dalam menentukan sampel yaitu Clusster Sampling digunakan untuk menentukan responden petani sebanyak 48 sampel. Penetapan jumlah sampel dibedakan berdasarkan dua kriteria yaitu petani yang menanam varietas ciherang dengan petani yang menanam varietas beragam masing-masing 24 responden. Data diperoleh melalui hasil wawancara dengan responden dan di analisis menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda serta analisis variabel dummy. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usahatani padi yang menanam Ciherang dengan jumlah produksi rata-rata 881 kw/ha/thn dengan rata-rata biaya pengeluaran Rp 7.856.971/ha sedangkan rata-rata biaya yang dikeluarkan petani Desa Klitih sebesar Rp 7.171.669/ha pendapatan petani padi di Desa Plandaan 2.242.841/ha/thn dan Desa Klitih dengan rata-rata pendapatan petani padi sebesar Rp 2.406.978/ha/tahun.

Abstract

Peluang usaha dengan memanfaatkan bahan-bahan dari lingkungan seharusnya dapat ditangkap dan dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat yang tinggal di pedesaan, karena banyak tersedia bahan baku di sekitar tempat tinggal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berusaha memberi gambaran peluang usaha dengan memanfaatkan bahan-bahan dari lingkungan sekitar sekaligus memberi bekal berupa praktik produksi mengolah daun yang ada di sekitar rumah menjadi peluang bisnis yang menguntungkan, dengan teknik yang digunakan yaitu teknik ecoprint. Metode dalam menyampaikan peluang usaha dan informasi umum mengenai ecoprint ecoprint melalui metode ceramah dan tanya jawab. Sedangkan untuk pelatihan pembuatan totebag ecoprint menggunakan metode demonstrasi dan praktek. hasil Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan ada peningkatan pengetahuan tentang ecoprint, peningkatan motivasi usaha, dan peningkatan keahlian dalam praktik membuat totebag dengan ecoprint ibu-ibu di desa Dukuharum, Megaluh, Jombang. Sehingga pelatihan kewirausahaan pembuatan totebag dengan teknik ecoprint memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan keahlian dan motivasi usaha ibu rumaha tangga di Desa Dukuharum, Megaluh, Jombang. Peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan ini sangat bersemangat dan antusias karena pelatihan ini belum pernah diberikan sebelumnya. Hasil pelatihan tersebut sangat bagus, dan untuk lebih memaksimalkannya tentunya perlu dilakukan praktik secara terus-menerus sehingga hasilnya akan lebih bagus.

Abstract

This study looked at location, cost, product quality, and service quality. The participants in this study were students at KH universities. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang, to start. The study's findings support the notion that there is no substantial relationship between location and purchase decisions, nor is there any correlation between location and the quality of services rendered by personnel or the price charged by Seblak Ex. It is advised that seblak business owners consider environmental factors such as the state of the neighborhood surrounding the business location, the comfort and safety of the establishment, and easy access to customers when choosing a business location because business location affects consumer purchasing decisions. The study's findings suggest that there are still other variables that may influence how much seblak ex jombang would pay for a product and how good the service will be. It is advised that Seblak ex-jombang culinary entrepreneurs conduct a direct survey of customers regarding the evaluation of purchasing decisions made by consumers on service quality, price, product quality, and business location based on buyer perceptions so that seblak ex-jombang entrepreneurs can make strategies to increase their business. This is in addition to the quality of the product and the location. based on the traits of the customers that make up their target market

Abstract

Personal branding is the process of building a unique personal image and identity for an individual, in this case, the owners of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in rural areas. For rural MSME, personal branding can be a powerful tool to enhance their visibility and business image. This community engagement aims to enhance the understanding and skills of rural MSMEs in personal branding, teach digital marketing techniques to MSME so they can effectively promote their products and services on the internet, and promote MSME growth through personal branding strategies and product rebranding training. This activity was conducted on September 4, 2023, involving the subjects of community engagement, the operators of MSME in Murukan Village, Mojoagung, Jombang, which took place in the Murukan Village hall. The method used in this program is Participatory Action Research (PAR) with the following stages: Problem Identification, Joint Planning, Action Implementation, and Reflection and Evaluation. The conclusions of this activity are as follows: (1) The subjects of engagement have begun to understand the importance of Personal Branding: Personal branding plays a crucial role in attracting customers in the competitive digital world. It helps rural MSME differentiate themselves from competitors and build strong customer relationships. (2) Socializing personal branding through digital marketing is done consistently and sustainably in building a brand, requiring time and consistency in messaging and actions as the keys to success. (3) Digital marketing empowers rural MSME to reach a broader audience without incurring significant costs.

Abstract

Aplikasi Instagram merupakan salah satu bentuk pemasaran yang berkembang pesat pada platform media sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi penjualan terhadap minat beli ulang pada merek distro maternal disaster pada aplikasi Instagram. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap pengguna aplikasi Instagram yang merupakan pengikut akun Instagram maternal disaster dan telah membeli produknya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online kepada 100 responden. Uji analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan alur uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis (uji-t) dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, variabel kualitas produk (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang produk merek distro maternal disaster. Sedangkan hasil pengujian variabel harga (X2) tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap minat beli ulang produk merek distro maternal disaster. Sedangkan hasil pengujian variabel promosi penjualan (X3) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang produk merek distro maternal disaster. Secara simultan, hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi penjualan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang pada merek distro maternal disaster. Faktor kualitas produk merupakan faktor yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi minat beli ulang, diikuti oleh faktor promosi penjualan.

Abstract

The problems that need to be solved in Banjarsari village related to the community service activity plan for partners are as follows: First, the number of guava fruit plants and the amount of wasted guava and even scattered in Banjarsari village. Second, the lack of understanding of the community about the benefits and how to use guava. Based on these problems, the purpose of this service activity is to make guava sticks to improve skills and productivity to help the family economy. The approach method for implementing community service activities includes the community development method which is community development as a group of people working together within the community structure on a joint decision to initiate a process of change in their economic, social, cultural and environmental conditions. Based on the survey results after the implementation of the training on the suitability of the material with the needs of the community, 10 participants or 50% of all participants stated that the material was relevant to the needs of the community and 40% of the participants stated that this training material brought benefits and business opportunities for the community. The long-term plan of this community service activity is through training on making guava sticks in Banjarsari Village to develop innovation and improve the residents' economy.
