Abstract

ABSTRACT Community Service Activities were carried out in Miagan Village, Mojoagung District through training on the use of Eco-Enzyme. This activity aims to provide an explanation and understanding of the use of organic waste to the public, providing knowledge about how organic waste can be utilized/reprocessed into a useful liquid, namely Eco enzyme. The approach method for implementing community service activities includes discussion, training, practice, and questions and answers directly in front of the training participants, called the Fucus Group Discussion (FGD) method. The results of the training activities on the use of eco-enzymes provided learning, assistance and empowerment regarding the manufacture of Eco-enzymes in increasing the potential of human resources and they were also able to answer the post test that had been given. Abstract

In the ever-evolving digital era, Islamic banks face new challenges in delivering safe and reliable banking services. In this context, risk management has an important role in ensuring the reliability of Islamic banks in the digital era. This study aims to analyze the role of risk management in improving the reliability of Islamic banks in the digital era. The research method used is a descriptive-analytical approach by collecting data through literature study and analysis of relevant literature. This research highlights several important aspects in the role of risk management in the context of Islamic banks in the digital era, including risk identification, risk evaluation, risk control, and risk monitoring. In conclusion, risk management has a crucial role in enhancing the reliability of Islamic banks in the digital era. By adopting a comprehensive approach in identifying, evaluating, controlling, and monitoring risks, Islamic banks can maintain the integrity of the Islamic banking system and build customer confidence in the use of digital banking services. These efforts will help Islamic banks to remain relevant and competitive in the face of the evolving challenges of the digital era.

Abstract

Sharia microfinance institutions act as economic facilitators for small and medium businesses and small traders, especially Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT). This research aims to determine the strategy for implementing employee recruitment, performance management, work ethic and work motivation at KSPPS BMT Rizkona IKABU Tambakbelas Jombang. This type of research uses a descriptive/qualitative approach to understand the events experienced by the subject and uses a verbal description method. Words and language. The research results show that: 1) The recruitment implementation strategy uses two methods, namely open and closed, and the implementation stages are: tests, interviews and training for one month, 2) The implementation of performance management is carried out in several month stages. BMT's goal (planning) phase, support phase in the form of accountability, evaluation phase, and reward phase. 3) Applicable work ethics. This means that employees should have a sense of responsibility and commitment to their work, and evaluations must be carried out once a month; 4) Work motivation must be increased so that work intentions are worship by affirming and motivating disciplinary goals through attendance. Act and serve with integrity.

Abstract

Paud Al-Amaanah is an early childhood education institution, located in Sambong Dukuh Jombang. The KB activities carried out can hone children's intelligence, instill character according to the child's age, and behave morally towards fellow friends and parents. This institution requires promotion to increase the number of new students. Therefore, this study aims to promote the strategies implemented so that the number of students increases. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach by conducting field research. The results of this study are the elements of the 4 promotional strategies used, namely: advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relations can increase the number of students. The positive and negative impacts experienced when implementing the 4 element strategy at Paud Al-Amaanah Sambong Dukuh Jombang are seen and felt. The obstacles faced in implementing this strategy have also been experienced.

Abstract

This research aims to explore strategies to improve Sustanable Development Goals (SDGs) at the village level through the implementation of financial management based on Maqashid Shari'ah principles. SDGs is a new development agreement, which encourages changes to shift towards sustainable development to encourage social, economic and environmental development. In the Village SDGs with the existence of financial management in the village is one of the most important things in financial operations in order to make sustainable development. The results show that the implementation of financial management aligned with Maqashid Shari'ah not only improves the economic welfare of village communities, but also strengthens moral and social values, which overall supports the achievement of SDGs. Thus, the integration between Maqashid Shari'ah-based financial management and Village SDGs offers a comprehensive and sustainable approach to prosperous and equitable village development.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to find out how to minimize information asymmetry financial repots. Information asymmetry can cause imbalance in economic decision making and reduce marke efficiency. The design of this research study with the analytical method used in the form of content analysis. This study analyses various aspects of financial repots that contribute to reducing information uncertainty, such as auditor independence, audit quality and information transparency. The results of this study show that transparent, accurate and consistent financial reports play an important role in increasing stakeholder trust and reducing risks related to information asymmetry. Based on the result of this study, it confirm the importance of good accounting policies and practices in creating a more transparent and fair business environment.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are businesses that play an important role in the national economy. At this time, MSMEs are intensively running in various regions in Indonesia. There are many MSME resources that have not been established The formulation of this research problem is How the strategy of youth interest in MSME businesses in this study has the purpose of finding out strategies to attract the interest of local youth in developing their businesses. It is hoped that this research will have theoretical and practical benefits that will help in implementing strategies in developing businesses. In this study, a type of qualitative research is used, where the technique of determining the place uses the method of reviewing journal articles that discuss the strategy of youth interest in MSME businesses, MSMEs are a business that plays an important role in the national economy. At this time, MSMEs are intensively running in various regions in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan unuk mengetahui bagaimana cara menimalisir asimetri informasi melalui laporan keuangan. Asimetri informasi dapat menyebabkan ketidakseimbangan pengambilan Keputusan ekonomi dan mengurangi sfesiensi pasar. Desain penelitian ini adalah studi literatur dengan motede analisis yang digunakan berupa analisis konten. Penelitian ini menganalisi berbagai aspek laporan keuangan yang berkonstribusi dalam mengurangi ketidakpastian informasi, seperti indenpendency auditor, quality audit dan transparency information. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa laporan keuangan yang transparan, akurat dan konsisten berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan pemangku kepentingan dan mengurangi resiko yang terkait asimetri informasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya kebijakan dan praktik akuntansi yang baik dalam menciptakan lingkungan bisnis yang lebih transparan dan adil. Kata kunci: Laporan Keuangan, Asimetri Informasi, Independency Auditor, Quality Audit, Transparency Information.

Abstract

Efektivitas adalah suatu ukuran yang menyatakan seberapa jauh suatu program dari segi kualitas, kuantitas dan waktu yang telah mencapai tujuannya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis bagaimana efektivitas digital payment meningkatkan portofolio keuangan perbankan syariah dan pengaruh digital payment QRIS serta strategi yang tepat untuk memanfaatkan peluang implementasi QRIS pada bank syariah. Metode yang digunakan adalah kulitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sumber data berupa data primer dan sekunder dengan studi wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) dan Bank Syariah Muamalat memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi transaksi, memperluas jangkauan, kecepatan transaksi. Strategi mengatasi peluang implementasi dengan cara membangun kepercayaan nasabah, keamanan transaksi dan transparansi biaya. Data penelitian untuk mengamati keefektivitasnya qris untuk menjaga portofolio keuangan perbankan syariah

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the work environment, individual characteristics and employee performance at Bank Syariah Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach using literature study and technical content analysis. In the work environment at Bank Syariah Indonesia there is a huge support for the creation of a company's activity processes. With a good working environment, good and pleasant working conditions will be created, this can provide employee morale. According to (Rahmawanti et al., 2014). a work environment that is always around workers who are able to influence them in carrying out the tasks they have been burdened with. Meanwhile, individual characteristics are that each person must have different views, goals, abilities and needs from each other. These differences will bring habits into the world of work, which will cause self-satisfaction and cause differences between each other even though they work in the same place. An employee's performance is the result of a person's work during the period of work, for example standards, targets or target criteria that have been determined in advance and have been mutually agreed upon.
