Abstract

The poverty conditions occurring in the midst of society are caused by various interconnected factors that worsen the situation. Kutaliman Village is one of the villages in Banyumas Regency with a relatively high unemployment rate (55%). This is regrettable considering the abundant natural resources in Kutaliman Village, such as fertile land, cool temperatures, abundant water, and the beauty of the natural landscape. Efforts to address these issues involve utilizing integrated farming as a tourist attraction that can enhance recreational experiences with direct education in the open environment. The role of the Self-Reliant Agriculture and Rural Training Centre (P4S) Sida Mukti is crucial in developing these potentials by engaging the local community and youth. This service activity is implemented by expanding the Agroecotourism Area, involving livestock farms, fish ponds, and the farmland owned by residents as integrated farming education destinations during a visit. Additionally, the creation of a WEBGIS-based map is necessary to facilitate visitors in accessing the integrated farming destinations they plan to visit.

Abstract

Penggilingan padi atau rice milling merupakan jenis usaha pertanian yang bergerak di bidang pelayanan jasa penggilingan gabah untuk menjadi beras siap konsumsi, baik untuk penggilingan hasil lahan sendiri maupun penyedia jasa. Jenis usaha tersebut dapat meningkatkan pemasukkan tambahan bagi para pemilik unit penggiling gabah disamping dengan mengandalkan hasil pertanian sebagai sumber pendapatan utama. Salah satu pelaku usaha penyedia jasa penggilingan padi dan penjualan beras ialah kelompok tani “Tirta Mijil” yang berlokasi di Desa Bojongsari, Kecamatan Bojongsari, Kabupaten Purbalingga. Alat penggilingan yang digunakan adalah Javatech Rice Mill 1000 yang merupakan unit bantuan dari Pemerintah Kabupaten Purbalingga. Penggilingan padi yang digerakan oleh kelompok tani tersebut termasuk dalam usaha baru yang perlu untuk mengidentifikasi kinerja mesin agar dapat mengetahui efektivitas dari mesin penggiling yang digunakan, sehingga usaha yang dijalankan dapat tetap berjalan dengan optimal dan memperoleh hasil yang diharapkan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja dari mesin Javatech Rice Mill 1000 yang digunakan oleh Kelompok Tani Tirta Mijil. Analisis kinerja tersebut meliputi (1) Kapasitas Kerja Mesin, (2) Rendemen Giling, (3) Energi Spesifik, dan (4) Efisiensi Mesin. Pengambilan data dilakukan secara observasi langsung di lapangan dan dilakukan sebanyak 3 kali pengulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja dari mesin Javatech Rice Mill 1000 adalah (1) Kapasitas kerja mesin rata-rata sebesar 513,80 kg/jam, (2) Rendemen giling rata-rata sebesar 63%, (3) Energi spesifik sebesar 2779 kJ/kg, dan (4) Efisiensi dari kinerja mesin yang tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka penggunaan unit Javatech Rice Mill 1000 sebagai penggiling gabah menunjukkan hasil yang layak secara teknis.

Abstract

Sayuran digemari oleh masyarakan karena tingginya serat, vitamin, serta, mineral yang terkandung pada sayuran. Hal tersebutlah yang mendorong masyarakat untuk mengonsumsi sayuran sehingga mempengaruhi tingginya konsumsi sayur masyarakat yaitu sebesar 97,29% dari total keseluruhan penduduk yang mengonsumsi sayuran. Hal itu akan berdampak pada permintaan sayuran yang semakin tinggi sehingga para pelaku usaha produksi sayuran memerlukan lahan yang luas untuk memproduksinya. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan kajian mengenai kelayakan usaha budidaya hidroponik untuk mengetahui besarnya pengeluaran dan pendapatan dari usaha tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan usaha hidroponik kecil dengan menggunakan Net Present Value (NPV), nilai Profitability Index (PI), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), dan nilai Payback Periode (PP). Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 1 Juni 2022 yang berada di JL Raya Pengasunan No. 12, Pengasinan, Kedungwringin, Kec Patikraja, Kabupaten Banyumas, Jawa Tengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa NPV didapatkan sebesar Rp225.856.000; Nilai PI sebesar 1,38; IRR sebesar 4,31%; sementara nilai PP adalah 1,66 tahun, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa usaha hidroponik kecil tersebut layak untuk dilaksanakan.

Abstract

The Sleman Tourism Office has unveiled Sleman Regency as a sports tourism destination, with one of its offerings being the Sleman Temple Run (STR). The aim of STR is to showcase the potential of Sleman Regency and bolster tourism activities. This study seeks to understand the motivation and behavior of sports tourists participating in the Sleman Temple Run event in 2022. The research methodology involves descriptive quantitative analysis, utilizing both primary and secondary data gathered through questionnaire distribution and literature review. The analysis process includes data examination, grouping, tabulation, and analysis. The findings present participant profiles, an analysis of the motivations of STR 2022 participants, both in general and specific to sports tourism, and the tourism activities they engaged in. Firstly, tourist profiles are delineated based on geographical and demographic aspects. Secondly, the highest general motivation among participants is physiological, while specific motivation related to sports tourism is physical fitness. Thirdly, participant activities predominantly involve trail running, with 62.07% opting for this activity, while 37.93% engage in other activities. From these findings, it can be inferred that while the Sleman Temple Run contributes to increased tourist visitation in Yogyakarta City, particularly in Sleman Regency, the impact may not be significant.

Abstract

Ayam kampung memiliki peminat yang banyak karena memiliki kandungan nutrisi yang lebih baik dari ayam broiler. Daging ayam kampung memiliki tekstur yang lebih alot karena kandungan lemaknya lebih rendah daripada ayam lain. Penulisan artikel ini dilakukan untuk membandingkan dengan berbagai penelitian yang telah dilakukan terhadap pengaruh perlakuan marinasi berbagai bahan rempah dan non rempah terhadap sifat psikokimia daging ayam kampung. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan informasi dari berbagai literatur dan penelitian yang telah dilakukan. Bahan-bahan lokal yang berpengaruh terdiri dari bahan rempah dan non-rempah (daun, buah dan ekstrak tanaman lain). Daging ayam kampung yang direndam berbagai bahan lokal bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan keempukan daging.

Abstract

Children born out of wedlock often face legal challenges related to their status and rights, particularly inheritance rights. This study aims to analyze how Islamic law and civil law regulate the inheritance rights of children born out of wedlock in Indonesia. The research method used is library research, which involves reviewing academic works and literature discussing the inheritance rights of children born out of wedlock under Islamic inheritance law and civil law. Based on the analysis of Islamic law and the applicable civil regulations in Indonesia, this study identifies differences in the regulation of inheritance rights for children born out of wedlock. In Islamic law, children born out of wedlock only have a nasab (lineage) connection with their mother and her family, while under civil law, a child recognized by their biological father may inherit from the father's side. The main difference lies in the recognition of nasab by the biological father, whether voluntarily or through legal procedures. Although there is commonality in the regulation of inheritance from the mother, the regulation of inheritance rights from the biological father needs further adjustment to ensure fairness and comprehensive protection of children's rights.

Abstract

ndonesia is an archipelagic country that is rich in cultural, ethnic, ethnic and racial diversity, customs, values , andculture regulate several aspects of life such as social relations, society, rituals, and myths that are believed by thecommunity. The formulation of the problem in this writing is how the meaning of the Minggung procession (offerings toancestors at a wedding) in the wedding customs of the Gunung Tiga Village community is analyzed using symbolicinteractionism, which is usually carried out 2 days before the marriage contract by the Ulu Ogan community withofferings, candles, incense, roses, and prayers for the ancestors. The Minggung Procession in the Wedding Customs ofthe Ulu Ogan community is analyzed using Symbolic Interactionism Theory to see the meaning and agreement of Mind,Self, and Society. This type of research is qualitative, with in-depth interview methods. This research paradigm isconstructivist. The research results found that the meaning of Minggung agreed upon by the Ulu Ogan community isbased on self, mind, and society, the meaning of Minggung is respect for ancestors which is a form of ritualcommunication. This meaning is obtained from the thoughts of the people who consider this a tradition which is amessage from their ancestors that must be preserved.Keywords : interactionisme symbolic, Ogan’s culture, Minggung

Abstract

In order to enhance its competitive position, UD Podang Mas is not solely concentrating on the manufacture of traditional carica preparations, such as cocktails. Instead, it is also diversifying its product range. This diversification includes the development of new products, such as premium cocktails, jams, concentrates, ready-to-drink beverages, and functional powders derived from carica seeds. The development of these product variants is undertaken in order to meet the increasingly diverse market requirements and changing consumer preferences. In light of the aforementioned description, the objectives of this study can be defined as follows: (1) The objective of this study is to analyze the feasibility of a diversified processed carica business at UD Podang Mas Wonosobo Regency based on non-financial aspects, including market and marketing, management and legal, technical, and social and environmental factors. (2) The second objective is to analyze the feasibility of a diversified processed carica business at UD Podang Mas Wonosobo Regency based on financial aspects. The analysis method used in this research consists of a non-financial analysis and a financial analysis. The non-financial aspects include market aspects, technical aspects, management and legal aspects, as well as social and environmental aspects, which are processed descriptively. In contrast, the financial aspect is quantitative data, which includes the assessment of NPV, Net B/C, IRR, and payback period. The results of the non-financial feasibility analysis at UD Podang Mas indicate that the production of processed carica products is a viable undertaking. This conclusion is supported by findings across a range of relevant domains, including market aspects, technical aspects, management and legal aspects, and social and environmental aspects. A financial analysis of six processed carica products produced by UD Podang Mas suggests that these products are economically viable.

Abstract

The community service program at SMP PGRI 2 Somagede, Banyumas Regency involves the integration of agricultural education into the Merdeka curriculum as part of the efforts to support the Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) and the development of school gardening potential. This activity takes a holistic approach by integrating practical agricultural education into the curriculum so that students are directly involved in soil preparation activities, preparation of planting materials, planting, harvesting and management of agricultural products. In addition, this project promotes the strengthening of Pancasila values such as mutual cooperation and social justice. In addition to being equipped with agricultural skills, students are encouraged to understand their role in building character in accordance with national values. This community service activity aims to enhance students’ practical skills in agriculture and enrich their understanding of moral and social values. The methods used in this activity include counseling, training and direct support to students and teachers of SMP PGRI 2 Somagede on cultivation techniques and the application of integrated farming. The results of this activity show that the application of drip irrigation technology and the processing of agricultural waste supports P5 and the development of the potential of school gardens. This activity not only improves the knowledge and skills of students, but also supports the optimization of school gardens in implementing integrated farming. It is expected that the success of this program will serve as a model for schools and villages in implementing the establishment of Agroeduwisata in Kemawi village, Somagede district, Banyumas local government area.

Abstract

Selada (Lactuca sativa L.), sayuran daun yang kaya serat, vitamin A, vitamin C, dan antioksidan, populer karena teksturnya yang renyah. Hidroponik selada, tanpa pestisida dan tampilan segar, diminati oleh masyarakat yang menjalani gaya hidup sehat. Penelitian ini mengkaji kelayakan finansial usaha budidaya selada di "Hidroponik Fresh Sayurku," didorong oleh permintaan sayuran segar di perkotaan dan terbatasnya lahan. Data primer berupa biaya investasi, operasional, dan hasil panen dianalisis menggunakan parameter finansial: Break Even Point (BEP), Net Present Value (NPV), Profitability Index (PI), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), dan Payback Period (PP). Hasil menunjukkan usaha ini layak dengan BEP harga Rp. 2.711,00, BEP unit 32,6 kg/tahun, NPV Rp. 27.746.631,00, PI 20,3, IRR 720% per tahun, dan periode pengembalian modal 67 hari. Budidaya selada hidroponik di "Hidroponik Fresh Sayurku" memiliki potensi keuntungan tinggi. Penelitian lanjutan direkomendasikan untuk jenis sayuran lain guna meningkatkan ketahanan pangan dan pendapatan. Kata kunci: hidroponik, selada, kelayakan usaha, skala rumah tangga
