Abstract

Ulat grayak (Spodoptera litura) merupakan salah satu Organisme Pengganggu Tanaman (OPT) yang menyerang berbagai tanaman seperti kacang tanah, tembakau, kacang kedelai, kacang hijau, ubi jalar, bawang merah, cabai, dan jagung. Beauveria bassiana merupakan salah satu jamur entomopatogen yang memiliki kemampuan dalam mengendalikan serangga hama seperti S. litura. B. bassiana dikulturkan di media tumbuh dari limbah pertanian yang berupa molase tebu dan dedak padi dengan teknik kultur cair. Selanjutnya, biakan cair B. bassiana dari perlakuan media tumbuh diuji patogenisitasnya terhadap S. litura. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh media tumbuh pada sporulasi, daya kecambah, dan patogenisitas B. bassiana terhadap S. litura. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dan jenis penelitian eksperimental dengan 2 tahap penelitian. Tahap pertama yaitu menumbuhkan B. bassiana di beberapa perlakuan media tumbuh (molase tebu, dedak padi, dan Potato Dextrose Broth (PDB)). Tahap kedua yaitu B. bassiana (yang telah ditumbuhkan di beberapa perlakuan media tumbuh) diuji patogenisitasnya pada S. litura tahap larva instar III. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sporulasi tertinggi terdapat pada kultur B. bassiana di perlakuan media PDB (21,417 × 109 spora/ml), diikuti dengan perlakuan media dedak padi 13% (6,058 × 109 spora/ml). Sedangkan, daya kecambah spora tertinggi terdapat pada kultur B. bassiana di perlakuan media dedak padi 13%, yaitu 57,54%. Kultur B. bassiana di perlakuan media dedak padi 13% mengakibatkan mortalitas larva instar III S. litura tertinggi, yaitu 53,33%.

Abstract

Pertanian tidak hanya menjadi industri penyedia sumber bahan pangan, tetapi juga pemegang peran sentral dalam berjalannya roda perekonomian di Indonesia sebagai penyedia lapangan pekerjaan. Di Indonesia kegiatan pertanian didominasi dengan budidaya tanaman padi yang merupakan tanaman penghasil beras sebagai sumber makanan pokok mayoritas masyarakat di Indonesia. Kebutuhan beras yang tinggi di Indonesia, perlu diimbangi dengan penerapan teknologi seperti mekanisasi. Desa Sokaraja Lor merupakan sebuah desa yang memiliki potensi pertanian yang tinggi dengan luasan lahan sawah selebar 101 Ha. Akan tetapi, Pemerintah Desa dan Kelompok Tani Desa Sokaraja Lor masih belum memiliki alat dan mesin pertanian untuk pengolahan tanah, penanaman, dan pemanenan. Adapun hasil analisa yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan kebutuhan alat dan mesin untuk pengolahan tanah adalah traktor roda dua kelas besar sebanyak 2 unit dan traktor roda empat kelas sedang sebanyak 5 unit. Untuk tahapan penanaman membutuhkan transplanter tipe dorong kelas B sebanyak 4 unit. Proses pemanenan memerlukan combine harvester kelas C sebanyak 1 unit.

Abstract

The decreasing interest of the younger generation in agricultural activities poses a serious challenge for future sustainability. Integrating environmental education into early childhood learning is therefore essential. This community service activity aimed to introduce eco-friendly farming practices to preschoolers at TK ABA XVI, North Purwokerto, Banyumas Regency through a simple hydroponic system using recycled waste materials. The program involved interactive lectures, discussions, Q&A sessions, and hands-on hydroponic planting. Results showed an increase in students' knowledge about hydroponics and a growing awareness of the importance of recycling plastic waste to protect the environment. This initiative highlights the effectiveness of early intervention in cultivating environmental consciousness among young learners.

Abstract

Kekerasan fisik pada anak secara khusus mengacu pada penggunaan kekuatan fisik yang dapat berdampak buruk secara signifikan terhadap kesehatan, keselamatan, perkembangan, dan martabat anak. Pengalaman yang terjadi selama masa kanak-kanak dapat memberikan dampak besar terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak di masa depan. Diharapkan, kekerasan pada anak yang terus meningkat setiap tahun dapat dicegah melalui identifikasi faktor risiko dan tanda-tanda kekerasan, guna meningkatkan kualitas hidup anak yang mengalami kekerasan di masa mendatang. Penelitian literatur mengenai kekerasan fisik pada anak, faktor risiko, dan komplikasinya menggunakan basis data Google Scholar. Berbagai literatur dikumpulkan untuk memberikan informasi terkait kekerasan fisik pada anak yang mencakup definisi, epidemiologi, faktor predisposisi, jenis-jenis kekerasan fisik, identifikasi, serta konsekuensi jangka panjang. Jumlah kasus kekerasan terhadap anak meningkat setiap tahun. Kasus kekerasan pada anak diharapkan dapat dicegah dengan mengenali faktor risiko dan tanda-tanda kekerasan, sehingga kualitas hidup anak yang mengalami kekerasan dapat ditingkatkan di masa depan. Abstract

Investasi dalam alat panen mekanis seperti combine harvester memerlukan biaya yang cukup besar, terutama bagi pelaku usaha di sektor perdagangan gabah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan analisis kelayakan investasi untuk menilai potensi keuntungan maupun risiko finansialnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis biaya investasi, biaya tetap, biaya tidak tetap, penerimaan, serta kelayakan investasi menggunakan indikator Break Even Point (BEP), Net Present Value (NPV), Profitability Index (PI), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), dan Payback Period (PP). Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan wawancara terhadap pelaku usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa total biaya investasi yang dibutuhkan sebesar Rp1.530.000.000, biaya tetap tahunan Rp185.500.000, biaya tidak tetap tahunan Rp6.286.328.988, dan penerimaan tahunan sebesar Rp7.796.880.000. Nilai BEP sebesar 147.304,5 kg, NPV sebesar Rp6.179.184.437, PI sebesar 5,039, IRR sebesar 85,965% finansial dan dapat menjadi strategi efisiensi bagi pedagang gabah.

Abstract

This study aims to identify errors made by students in writing argumentative texts in English. The main focus of this study is to analyze the types of errors based on four assessment aspects: content, organization, language use, and vocabulary. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach, using data from 15 argumentative texts from 11th-grade students at MAN 1 Lamongan. Data analysis was conducted by examining each text based on these four aspects and then classifying the types of errors. The results showed that the most frequently encountered error aspect was language use, with a percentage of 62%, followed by content (14%), organization (13%), and vocabulary (11%). Errors found included incorrect grammar, irrelevant ideas, illogical paragraph structure, and inappropriate vocabulary. These findings indicate that students still struggle to construct logical and coherent arguments and use English accurately. This research is expected to provide teachers with considerations in providing more effective and focused writing lessons, as well as serve as a reference for further research to develop strategies to improve argumentative writing skills.

Abstract

Corn-based analog rice is one of the new products developed by PT. HDN. Analog rice is a local food innovation made from corn and cassava ingredients that is presented as a healthy food alternative with a low glycemic index and high fiber. This research aims to determine consumer acceptance of the product. Data collection from respondents was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who met the criteria. The data obtained were analyzed using the Importance-Performance analysis and Customer Satisfaction Index methods. The aspects studied include product, packaging, price & promotion. The attributes that are the main priorities are the aroma of rice, the aroma of cooked rice, the taste of cooked rice, the ease of opening and resealing the packaging, the presence of online promotions, and the ease of obtaining the product offline. The CSI result obtained was 75.82%, indicating that the level of consumer satisfaction with the corn analog rice product falls into the "satisfied" category.

Abstract

Shelf life is an important thing to know and an indication of product safety. The shelf life of Poklahsar Bunda Madani’s tilapia fish amplang crackers is unknown. Determining the shelf life of tilapia fish amplang crakers using Accelerated Shelf Life Testing (ASLT) method with critical water content and several packages to determine the appropiate type of packaging. This study aims to 1) determine the shelf life of tilapia fish amplang crackers, 2) determine the effect of various types of packaging on the shelf life of tilapia fish amplang crackers using the estimation of critical moisture content, and 3) determine the best type of packaging that can maintain the shelf life of tilapia fish amplang crackers. The results of reseach estimated the shelf life of tilapia fish amplang crackers in polypropylene plastic packaging was 179 days (5 months), with metal plastic packaging it was 266 days (8 months), and with aluminium foil it was 322 days (10 months). Products packaged in packaging with low gas, light, and water vapor permeability make the product long lasting. Based on these results, aluminium foil has the lowest permeability and being the best packaging.

Abstract

Banyumas ranks second in Central Java as the largest producer of coconut plants. The area of land planted with coconut in Banyumas Regency reaches 5,111.49 ha, with the number of coconut trees being 638,936 trees (Banyumas Regency Agriculture & Food Security Agency, 2020). In addition to the flesh, coconut sap can also be used by processing it into coconut sugar. One of the diversified products from coconut sugar is organic coconut sugar. Banyumas Regency encourages the production of organic ant coconut sugar, because of its many advantages, namely the higher selling price, which is up to Rp. 10,000. The water content in organic coconut sugar is lower and the shelf life is longer than coconut sugar. One company that produces organic palm sugar, namely CV. Hugo Innovations. CV. Hugo Innovation is an organic coconut sugar production company, which is located in Tumiyang Village, Kebasen District, Banyumas. CV. Hugo Innovation works closely with local farmers and has an Internal Control System Team of 150 people, 550 farmers and a production capacity of 100 tons/month. The post-harvest processing of coconut sap into organic ant coconut sugar often experiences defects. The type of defect in the coconut sugar product is dark brown with a total damage of 87.3, high humidity 26.25, and coarse grain 70kg in 20 days of observation, namely from October 24, 2021 to November 12, 2021. Based on the analysis of the fishbone diagram the factors Factors that cause damage to coconut sugar are raw materials, labor, machinery and equipment. Strategies for controlling and improving the quality of organic coconut sugar in CV. Hugo Innovation by holding outreach on SOPs, increasing supervision by ICS, using freshly harvested coconut juice, checking pH values before use, ensuring clean juice filtration results, using modern technology in cooking such as ant sugar machines.Keywords: CV. Abstract

Perdarahan intraventrikular akibat perluasan perdarahan subarahnoid ke ruang intraventrikel atau akibat perdarahan intraserebral menyebabkan hidrosefalus merupakan prediktor independent prognosis yang buruk pada stroke hemoragik. Kondisi hidrosefalus dengan perdarahan intraventrikular membutuhkan Ventriculo Peritoneal (VP) Shunt segera untuk menghindari defisit neurologis permanen bahkan kematian. Pasien seorang laki-laki dewasa (56 tahun) dengan bb 75 kg, dengan hipertensi kronis dan penurunan kesadaran disertai hipertensi intrakranial dengan CT Scan menunjukkan adanya hidrosefalus disertai perdarahan intraventrikular luas. Dilakukan anestesi dengan kombinasi anestesia intravena menggunakan propofol, dexmedetomidine - sevofluran 1 MAC dapat menjadi pilihan dalam operasi bedah saraf. Tindakan VP Shunt segera pada pasien ini merupakan tindakan yang bersifat life saving dengan managemen anestesi yang baik memberikan outcome yang baik.Anesthesia Management for Emergency Ventriculo Peritoneal Shunt ec Hydrocephalus with Intraventricular HemorrhageIntraventricular hemorrhage due to the expansion of subarachnoid hemorrhage due to space intraventricular or intracerebral hemorrhage cause hydrocephalus is an independent predictor of poor prognosis in hemorrhagic stroke. Hydrocephalus condition with intraventricular hemorrhage requiring ventriculo peritoneal (VP) shunt immediately to avoid permanent neurological deficits and even death. In this case report will discuss the management of anaesthesia in emergency VP Shunt for a patient with chronic hypertension, history of loss of consciousness accompanied by intracranial hypertension and CT scan result showed the existence of intra-ventricular hemorrhage with hydrocephalus wide. The combination of intravenous anesthesia using propofol, dexmedetomidine - 1 MAC sevoflurane may be an option in the operation of neurosurgery. VP Shunt immediate action in these patients is an act that is life saving with good anesthetic management provides a good outcome.
