Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi membawa dampak positif terhadap kemajuan pendidikan, namun di sisi lain juga menimbulkan fenomena negatif seperti cyberbullying yang semakin marak di kalangan siswa. Cyberbullying sebagai bentuk kekerasan psikologis berbasis digital dapat mengganggu kesehatan mental, motivasi belajar, hingga prestasi akademik peserta didik. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam mengidentifikasi, mencegah, dan menanggulangi cyberbullying di lingkungan sekolah melalui integrasi pendekatan teknologi dan edukatif. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan mengkaji hasil pengabdian terdahulu, jurnal terakreditasi, serta laporan lembaga pendidikan nasional maupun internasional. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan artificial intelligence (AI) untuk deteksi ujaran kebencian, penggunaan learning management system (LMS) yang dilengkapi fitur pelaporan anonim, serta penerapan sistem pengawasan berbasis machine learning dapat membantu mengurangi insiden cyberbullying. Namun, efektivitas teknologi tersebut sangat bergantung pada kesadaran etika digital dan kemampuan literasi siber siswa. Oleh karena itu, kolaborasi antara sekolah, guru, dan orang tua dalam memberikan edukasi literasi digital menjadi aspek krusial. Sinergi antara inovasi teknologi dan program pendidikan karakter mampu membangun lingkungan digital yang aman, inklusif, dan mendukung kesejahteraan psikologis siswa.

Abstract

The Gayo language is one of Indonesia’s local cultural treasures that must be preserved, especially considering the declining use of regional languages among the younger generation. This study aims to develop an Android-based Gayo Language Dictionary application as an interactive learning medium that is easily accessible to the public. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, eval_uation). The Gayo vocabulary data was obtained from official documents published by the Ministry of Education and Culture and other related institutions. The application was developed using the Kotlin programming language on Android Studio, with Supabase as the database and Firebase Authentication for user login. The main features of the application include bidirectional translation, word search, favorite marking, and historical information about the language. Testing results showed that all features performed well based on smoke testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). The application received an average score of 81% for functionality, interface, and content; 79% for system performance; and the highest score of 85% for user satisfaction. In conclusion, the Gayo Language Dictionary application has proven to be an effective tool for language learning and preservation through a modern technological approach.

Abstract

Pemilihan program studi pendidikan tinggi merupakan keputusan penting yang berdampak pada arah karir dan pengembangan potensi siswa. Namun, banyak siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan pilihan yang sesuai dengan minat dan kemampuan akademik mereka. Dalam praktiknya, pemilihan program studi masih sering dilakukan secara subjektif tanpa dukungan data atau sistem yang dapat membantu proses pengambilan keputusan secara rasional dan terukur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah sistem rekomendasi berbasis metode Naïve Bayes yang mampu memberikan saran program studi kepada siswa berdasarkan data minat dan prestasi akademik. Metode Naïve Bayes dipilih karena mampu mengklasifikasikan data secara efisien dengan pendekatan probabilistik, meskipun asumsi antar atribut bersifat independen. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi alat bantu bagi siswa maupun pihak sekolah (seperti guru BK) dalam memberikan arahan akademik berbasis data. Tahapan penelitian dimulai dari studi literatur dan perancangan sistem, dilanjutkan dengan pengumpulan data berupa minat siswa dan nilai akademik, baik melalui dataset simulasi maupun data uji terbatas dari responden nyata. Data tersebut kemudian diproses dan digunakan untuk membangun model klasifikasi menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes. Selanjutnya, sistem diuji untuk mengukur akurasi dan efektivitasnya dalam memberikan rekomendasi program studi yang sesuai. Penelitian ini juga mencakup evaluasi sistem berdasarkan hasil klasifikasi serta analisis keterkaitan antara input (minat dan prestasi) dan output rekomendasi program studi.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi Geografis dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk sektor pertanian. Di Kabupaten Tanah Datar, sektor pertanian memiliki peran vital dalam perekonomian masyarakat, namun masih dihadapkan pada tantangan variasi produktivitas antar wilayah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pemetaan dan analisis spasial produktivitas lima komoditas utama padi, jagung, ubi jalar, ubi kayu, dan kacang tanah dengan menggunakan GIS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pola produktivitas pertanian sangat bervariasi antar kecamatan, yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor seperti kesesuaian lahan, agroklimat, sistem irigasi, dan praktik budidaya. Kecamatan seperti X Koto, Batipuh, Pariangan, dan Salimpaung memiliki produktivitas tinggi, sedangkan wilayah Padang Ganting, Tanjung Emas, dan sebagian Lintau Buo menunjukkan produktivitas rendah. GIS terbukti efektif dalam memvisualisasikan data spasial dan mendukung perumusan kebijakan pertanian yang tepat sasaran. Informasi ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pemerintah daerah untuk menyusun strategi peningkatan produktivitas berdasarkan potensi wilayah. Abstract

Online gaming has become one of the most popular forms of entertainment, especially among university students. However, online game addiction can have negative impacts such as social isolation and mental health disorders. This research aims to design and build an expert system that can diagnose the level of online game addiction in Malikussaleh University students using the Certainty Factor method. This method was chosen because it is able to measure the level of confidence in decision making based on evidence or expert judgment. The expert system developed will provide diagnoses based on the symptoms of addiction identified. This research uses primary data obtained through interviews with experts and observations, as well as secondary data from literature studies. The results of this study are that out of 250 samples of malikussaleh university student data, 44 people or 17.6% of the sample experienced mild addiction, 81 people or 32.4% of the sample experienced moderate addiction, and 125 people or 50% of the sample experienced severe addiction to online games. This shows that this expert system can be used to facilitate users in detecting the level of addiction to playing online games they suffer. The results of this study are expected to help students to know their level of addiction to online games, so that appropriate prevention and control measures can be taken. In addition, this research is also expected to contribute to the development of expert systems in the field of mental and behavioral health. Thus, this expert system can be an effective tool in diagnosing and overcoming online game addiction among students. Keywords: System, Expert, Addiction, Certainty Factor

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of the sexual violence reporting system (SIPORAS) service as the implementation of Permen No. 30 of 2021 at Universitas Malikussaleh. On the basis of the Minister of Education and Culture 30/2021 in providing efforts to create a safe, healthy, and comfortable campus from various forms of gender-based violence, especially sexual violence to produce human resources. Indonesia that is superior, humane and has character. Several previous studies have shown that many students are aware of forms of sexual violence on campus. However, not all students who know information about the prevention of sexual violence cases and do not know about institutions that specifically handle sexual violence cases, while student understanding is important in order to involve students to confirm cases of violence at the college level and create a safe and friendly campus and avoid various kinds of sexual violence cases. Therefore, there is a need for research related to the application and socialization of the use of online-based Sexual Violence Reporting System Services (SIPORAS) in the higher education environment, namely Malikussaleh University which is managed by the University PPKS Task Force Institute and the Center for Gender Studies and Counseling.

Abstract

Beef prices in the market tend to experience unpredictable changes influenced by various factors, such as consumer demand and feed costs. This instability can make it difficult for business actors and farmers to determine the right pricing strategy. This study aims to build a beef price prediction system using the multiple linear regression method with input variables in the form of the amount of demand and feed costs. Data were obtained from the National Food Price Panel and processed using a statistical approach to form a predictive model. The Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) value is used as an indicator of model accuracy. The model results are then implemented into a website-based application using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This application allows users to enter input data and get real-time price prediction results. With this system, it is expected to help farmers, traders, and policy makers in making more accurate and efficient decisions based on historical data. This system can also be further developed by adding other related variables to increase the level of accuracy of beef price predictions.

Abstract

The management of housing data that is not integrated often leads to delays in information, data inconsistency, and inefficiency in decision-making processes within government institutions. The Public Works and Housing Agency (PUPR) of Lhokseumawe City faces similar issues, where housing data management is still conducted manually using spreadsheet-based systems. This research aims to develop a web-based integrated housing information system to improve efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility of housing data. The methodology includes user requirement analysis, system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), and system implementation using PHP and MySQL. The system provides features such as authentication, data management, and visualization dashboards. The results show that the system improves data processing efficiency, reduces redundancy, and supports decision-making in housing rehabilitation programs.

Abstract

Manual management of visitor data in the company environment has the potential to cause various problems, such as time inefficiency, the risk of data loss, and the occurrence of physical queues during certain operational hours. These conditions can hinder the smooth running of operational activities and reduce the quality of service to guests. Therefore, a web-based visitor management system called DATENG was developed which aims to support the process of recording, scheduling, and verifying visits in an integrated and structured manner. This research activity focuses on testing and evaluating the quality of the DATENG system to ensure that the system can function properly and is easy to use by users. The method used consists of two main approaches, namely functionality testing and usability evaluation. Functionality testing is carried out using the Cypress Testing method with an end-to-end testing approach to verify that all system features are running according to the needs that have been set. Furthermore, usability evaluation is carried out using a task-based testing method based on the ISO 9241-11 standard, which includes measuring aspects of effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction. The test results show that all the key features of the DATENG system can function properly without significant functional errors being found. Usability evaluations show that users are able to complete each task with a high success rate, relatively efficient turnaround time, and a good level of user satisfaction. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the DATENG system has good system quality and is able to support the visitor management process effectively, efficiently, and provide a positive user experience in accordance with the company's operational context.

Abstract

Indonesia memiliki kekayaan budaya yang sangat beragam, salah satunya berupa rumah adat yang mencerminkan identitas dan kearifan lokal masyarakat di berbagai daerah. Namun, minat generasi muda untuk mempelajari warisan budaya tersebut cenderung menurun akibat kurangnya media pembelajaran yang menarik dan interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi gamifikasi edukasi rumah adat Nusantara berbasis Android dengan menerapkan algoritma Fisher-Yates Shuffle sebagai metode pengacakan elemen permainan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan eksperimental. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui studi literatur dari Perpustakaan Kota Lhokseumawe, Perpustakaan Program Studi Antropologi Universitas Malikussaleh, serta sumber daring yang relevan. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan memiliki tiga fitur utama, yaitu permainan susun gambar rumah adat, kuis interaktif, dan ensiklopedia rumah adat Nusantara. Algoritma Fisher-Yates Shuffle digunakan untuk mengacak susunan puzzle dan soal kuis sehingga menghasilkan variasi permainan yang lebih menarik dan tidak repetitif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang dikembangkan mampu menjadi media pembelajaran yang interaktif, edukatif, dan menyenangkan bagi anak-anak usia sekolah dasar hingga sekolah menengah pertama. Selain meningkatkan keterlibatan pengguna dalam proses belajar, aplikasi ini juga berkontribusi dalam memperkenalkan dan menumbuhkan kecintaan terhadap budaya Indonesia melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital.
