Abstract

Abstrak— Matematika adalah mata pelajaran wajib di semua jenjang sekolah formal termasuk SD dimulai dari kelas 1 hingga 3 dengan usia siswa 7-10 tahun, namun minat terhadap matematika tidak selalu tinggi pada usia tersebut. Untuk menarik minat anak-anak inilah dirancang sebuah game keterampilan berhitung yang interaktif dan visual berbasis mobile dengan metode pengembangan sistem GDLC (Game Development Life Cycle) pada platform Android, bernama Game OneZero. Penelitian yang menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan objek SD Negeri 020580 Binjai untuk melihat efektivitas dan daya tarik aplikasi game tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data melibatkan observasi dan wawancara dengan guru dan siswa mengenai pengalaman mereka dalam pembelajaran matematika. Implementasi pengujian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada keterampilan berhitung anak-anak, dengan persentase perbandingan pre-test dan post-test sebesar 48%. Pengujian usability dari kuesioner menunjukkan rata-rata kepuasan 80%. Dan juga pengujian black box menunjukkan game beroperasi sesuai dengan harapan dan spesifikasi yang ditetapkan. Kata kunci: Matematika Dasar, Game edukasi, OneZero. Abstract— Mathematics is a compulsory subject at all levels of formal school including elementary school starting from grade 1 to 3 with students aged 7-10 years, but interest in mathematics is not always high at that age. To attract children's interest, an interactive and visual mobile-based arithmetic skills game was designed with the GDLC (Game Development Life Cycle) system development method on the Android platform, called the OneZero Game. The study used a qualitative method with the object of SD Negeri 020580 Binjai to see the effectiveness and appeal of the game application. Data collection techniques involved observation and interviews with teachers and students regarding their experiences in learning mathematics. The implementation of the test showed a significant increase in children's arithmetic skills, with a pre-test and post-test comparison percentage of 48%. Usability testing of the questionnaire showed an average satisfaction of 80%. And also black box testing showed that the game operates according to expectations and specifications. Abstract

PT PLN expects the delivery of information quickly in predicting the capacity of transformer substations in each region in view of population growth in industrial areas. Unbalanced and overloaded electricity that is not suitable for the capacity of the transformer substation so that the results of this study are more optimal in predicting the usage load at the transformer substation using the methodaverage based fuzzy time series. The application of this method can provide fast and accurate information in accordance with consumer expectations in predicting each need in each area and the number of managed substations. The capacity of the substation can be seen in 1 phase and 3 phase with the percentage of loading quickly and precisely with the current transformer card system. The purpose of the transformer distribution in this study is to look at reducing high voltage to low voltage, so that the voltage used is in accordance with the customer's electrical equipment rating or the load rating used by all consumers in each region. The research methodology is to determine the placement of distribution transformer locations that are not suitable which can affect the end voltage drop on consumers or the drop/drop in consumer line end voltage and view complete data from the specifications of the distribution transformers along with the locations of distribution transformers that can be managed through Development of a mobile device-based Distribution Transformer Recording System at PT PLN. The results of this study in transformer power 100 consumption 99.43, unbalanced 28%, fuzzification A8, FLRG G8, forecasting results 10.69 with a Mape forecast value of 0.57%. Furthermore, power consumption of transformer 50 is 36.70, unbalanced 78%, fuzzification A6, FLRG G6, forecasting results 23.91 with Mape 1.11%. Results with the smallest mape with each travo travo 50 in each usage area 28.43, unbalanced 26%, fuzzification A5, FLRG G5, forecasting results 23.91 with Mape 0.28%. The results of this study can determine the location of the transformer along with unbalance, overload and the estimated amount of power consumption load for the use of transformer substations in an area, especially the ULP PT.PLN area for each region in PT.PLN (Persero) Krueng Geukuh. Then the results of this study can be used as a reference for monitoring population growth with excessive transformer power loads (overload) so that later you can install new transformer substations with a capacity according to the number of customers

Abstract

Information technology plays an important role in improving public services in the government sector, including in the Dinas Penanaman Modal Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu dan Tenaga Kerja Kota Lhokseumawe. This research aims to measure the level of capability and maturity level and provide input and suggestions for improving IT management with a focus on processes that have been produced from design factors including, APO04, APO08, BAI01, BAI02, BAI03, BAI05, BAI06, BAI07, BAI08. The method applied in the research is case analysis at DPMPTSP-NAKER Lhokseumawe City, with data collection carried out through observation, interviews, filling in design factors, determining respondents using the RACI Chart and distributing questionnaires. Next, the data was analyzed with reference to COBIT 2019. Based on the research results, it was found that the APO04 process objective is at level 1, APO08 is at level 3, BAI01 is at level 1, BAI02 is at level 2, BAI03 is at level 1, BAI05 is  at level 1, BAI06  is at level 1, BAI07 is at level 1, BAI08 is at level 1. Capability can be improved by carrying out activities that have not been carried out by the agency until it reaches fully achieved status at each level.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan proses yang vital bagi pengembangan individu, dengan guru memainkan peran sentral dalam menentukan kualitas pendidikan. Kompetensi guru, meliputi kemampuan pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial, dan profesional, sangat penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang efektif. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, pemanfaatan media pembelajaran digital telah menjadi metode yang inovatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Namun, hal ini masih jarang dilakukan oleh guru di dalam proses pembelajaran kepada peserta didiknya. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini berfokus pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan mengaplikasikan media pembelajaran digital kepada guru di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Kota Lhokseumawe. Muatan materi yang diberikan kepada peserta kegiatan juga merupakan hasil observasi dan wawancara yang diberikan oleh pihak mitra berdasarkan kebutuhan sekolah. Kegiatan dimulai dari persiapan kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, serta evaluasi kegiatan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama tiga hari, dari 6 hingga 8 Agustus 2024 dan meliputi presentasi materi, diskusi, serta praktik langsung. Selama tiga hari pelatihan, guru diberikan materi mengenai perkembangan teknologi informasi, pengelolaan kelas secara interaktif, serta media dan game pembelajaran interaktif. Materi yang diberikan antara lain adalah perkembangan teknologi informasi dalam pembelajaran digital, pengelolaan kelas secara interaktif dan media pembelajaran digital, serta media pembelajaran dan game pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan beberapa perangkat lunak, seperti produk Google (GForm, Classroom, Drive), Wordwall, dan Quizizz. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan tingkat pengetahuan peserta meningkat signifikan, dengan 89,5% berhasil menjawab soal evaluasi dengan benar dan 100% peserta mengumpulkan tugas yang diberikan.

Abstract

Agriculture in North Aceh District, with the number of Milleneal Farmers increasing every year, has become a major issue. The problem is that many farmers still lack access to markets, long and inefficient distribution chains and lack of transparency in the distribution delivery chain. So that with the ASSA application, the agricultural marketplace application with the GPS tracking feature can optimise the distribution channel by monitoring real-time movements of both product origin, delivery conditions and estimated time of arrival. In order for this research to succeed using the R&D (Research and Development) method, which is a systematic approach in creating new applications and making improvements. From the results of the implementation of the ASSA application in all villages in North Aceh District 90% experienced satisfaction in using the ASSA application, and 5% there are still users who experience bugs or errors, so this application will be improved next.

Abstract

Pengolahan data dan informasi dengan cepat dan akurat sangat dibutuhkan. Untuk mendapatkannya haruslah didukung oleh suatu teknologi yang tepat dan berguna serta relevan untuk penerapannya. Khususnya untuk PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Krueng Geukueh yang merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang mengurusi semua aspek kelistrikan hingga ke aspek pengaktivasian meteran baik prabayar maupun pascabayar. Dimana saat staff melakukan aktivasi meteran masih melakukan sistem pendataan dan pencatatan data dan informasi dengan menggunakan cara manual yaitu  menggunakan Microsoft excel dan buku agenda. Dari permasalahan tersebut memunculkan gagasan untuk membuat suatu sistem informasi berbasis web, yang didalamnya dapat melakukan pengolahan data aktivasi meteran. Perancangan sistem informasi berbasis web ini menggunakan PHP dam MySQL. Dengan adanya sistem informasi pendataan aktivasi meteran prabayar pada PT. PLN(Persero) ULP Krueng Geukueh ini, staff atau karyawan disivi transaksi energi dapat melakukan penginputan data aktivasi meteran, menghapus data, menambahkan data, melihat data aktivasi meteran dan mencetak laporan pendataan aktivasi meteran prabayar dengan cepat dan efisien.

Abstract

The evaluation of various API types reveals distinct strengths and weaknesses. REST APIs exhibit inefficient performance with high average response times and an error rate of approximately 14%, indicating potential delays and instability under load. SOAP APIs, with an average response time of 167 ms, perform better than REST in terms of speed but still lag behind GraphQL and have a slightly higher error rate of 14.80%. GraphQL demonstrates the fastest average response time at around 171 ms, offering high efficiency in data delivery, although its error rate is notably high at 15%, signaling a need for improved stability. RPC APIs, with an average response time of 238 ms, are less speedy compared to GraphQL and SOAP but excel in stability with a very low or zero error rate, making them highly reliable under high loads. Overall, GraphQL is optimal for applications requiring rapid data interaction, RPC is best suited for scenarios demanding high consistency and reliability, SOAP offers a middle ground, and REST may be appropriate for simpler, less demanding applications.

Abstract

Beras merupakan komoditas utama yang berperan penting dalam ketahanan pangan, ekonomi, dan sosial di Indonesia. Namun, produksinya di Kabupaten Aceh Utara mengalami penurunan akibat perubahan iklim dan bencana alam, yang berdampak pada ketidakstabilan pasokan dan harga. Penelitian ini bertujuan memprediksi produksi beras lima tahun ke depan menggunakan metode SARIMA. Dengan nilai Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) sebesar 2,19%, model terbaik yang ditemukan adalah SARIMA (1,0,1)(0,1,0 . Nilai ini menunjukkan tingkat kesalahan prediksi yang rendah, sehingga model tersebut sangat baik dalam memperkirakan produksi beras. Hasil prediksi menunjukkan penurunan produksi sebesar 5,89% pada tahun 2024 dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya, namun tren produksi meningkat secara bertahap hingga mencapai 128.607 ton pada tahun 2028. Selain itu, analisis Cross-Correlation Function (CCF) juga menunjukkan bahwa curah hujan dan luas lahan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi beras dalam jangka panjang. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi dasar penyusunan kebijakan strategis guna memperkuat ketahanan pangan di Aceh Utara

Abstract

The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has profoundly reshaped the manufacturing sector, boosting productivity while intensifying concerns over job displacement. This study investigates strategic measures to safeguard the workforce amidst increasing AI integration, using Indonesia’s manufacturing industry as a case study. Employing a qualitative research design, the study adopts a case study approach supported by in-depth interviews with key stakeholders and comprehensive policy analysis. The results indicate that effective workforce protection demands a multifaceted strategy encompassing reskilling initiatives, regulatory frameworks specific to AI, and cross-sector collaboration among government, industry, and academia. The study recommends enhancing digital skills training, offering incentives for industries that implement inclusive labor transitions, and establishing equitable AI governance. In conclusion, the research highlights critical pathways for fostering a balanced coexistence between technological innovation and labor security in the era of automation.

Abstract

The Gayo language is one of Indonesia’s local cultural treasures that must be preserved, especially considering the declining use of regional languages among the younger generation. This study aims to develop an Android-based Gayo Language Dictionary application as an interactive learning medium that is easily accessible to the public. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, eval_uation). The Gayo vocabulary data was obtained from official documents published by the Ministry of Education and Culture and other related institutions. The application was developed using the Kotlin programming language on Android Studio, with Supabase as the database and Firebase Authentication for user login. The main features of the application include bidirectional translation, word search, favorite marking, and historical information about the language. Testing results showed that all features performed well based on smoke testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). The application received an average score of 81% for functionality, interface, and content; 79% for system performance; and the highest score of 85% for user satisfaction. In conclusion, the Gayo Language Dictionary application has proven to be an effective tool for language learning and preservation through a modern technological approach.
