Abstract

The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has profoundly reshaped the manufacturing sector, boosting productivity while intensifying concerns over job displacement. This study investigates strategic measures to safeguard the workforce amidst increasing AI integration, using Indonesia’s manufacturing industry as a case study. Employing a qualitative research design, the study adopts a case study approach supported by in-depth interviews with key stakeholders and comprehensive policy analysis. The results indicate that effective workforce protection demands a multifaceted strategy encompassing reskilling initiatives, regulatory frameworks specific to AI, and cross-sector collaboration among government, industry, and academia. The study recommends enhancing digital skills training, offering incentives for industries that implement inclusive labor transitions, and establishing equitable AI governance. In conclusion, the research highlights critical pathways for fostering a balanced coexistence between technological innovation and labor security in the era of automation.

Abstract

The Gayo language is one of Indonesia’s local cultural treasures that must be preserved, especially considering the declining use of regional languages among the younger generation. This study aims to develop an Android-based Gayo Language Dictionary application as an interactive learning medium that is easily accessible to the public. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, eval_uation). The Gayo vocabulary data was obtained from official documents published by the Ministry of Education and Culture and other related institutions. The application was developed using the Kotlin programming language on Android Studio, with Supabase as the database and Firebase Authentication for user login. The main features of the application include bidirectional translation, word search, favorite marking, and historical information about the language. Testing results showed that all features performed well based on smoke testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). The application received an average score of 81% for functionality, interface, and content; 79% for system performance; and the highest score of 85% for user satisfaction. In conclusion, the Gayo Language Dictionary application has proven to be an effective tool for language learning and preservation through a modern technological approach.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has driven digital transformation across various sectors, including product marketing. Deputroe Coffee, a local business that sells Gayo coffee beans and ground coffee, still relies on conventional sales methods that limit market reach and distribution efficiency. This research aims to design and develop an Android-based e-commerce application to facilitate the online ordering and selling of coffee products. The system development follows the waterfall model, consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The application features include user registration, product ordering, shopping cart management, and payment confirmation. Testing results indicate that the application functions as expected and is well-received by users. The implementation of this system has proven effective in improving marketing efficiency, expanding customer reach, and supporting the digital transformation of micro-enterprises in the coffee sector. This research is expected to serve as an effective solution to enhance the competitiveness of Deputroe Coffee through the use of information technology.

Abstract

Beef prices in the market tend to experience unpredictable changes influenced by various factors, such as consumer demand and feed costs. This instability can make it difficult for business actors and farmers to determine the right pricing strategy. This study aims to build a beef price prediction system using the multiple linear regression method with input variables in the form of the amount of demand and feed costs. Data were obtained from the National Food Price Panel and processed using a statistical approach to form a predictive model. The Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) value is used as an indicator of model accuracy. The model results are then implemented into a website-based application using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This application allows users to enter input data and get real-time price prediction results. With this system, it is expected to help farmers, traders, and policy makers in making more accurate and efficient decisions based on historical data. This system can also be further developed by adding other related variables to increase the level of accuracy of beef price predictions.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi telah mendorong efisiensi di berbagai sektor, termasuk industri laundry. Di Kota Lhokseumawe, tingginya jumlah mahasiswa dan pekerja menciptakan kebutuhan besar terhadap layanan laundry yang cepat dan efisien. Namun, pencarian laundry masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga kurang praktis dan menyita waktu. Penelitian ini mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) berbasis web yang dirancang untuk memudahkan pengguna menemukan lokasi laundry terdekat dengan tingkat akurasi dan efisiensi tinggi. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan model Waterfall serta menerapkan algoritma Steepest Ascent Hill Climbing untuk menentukan jalur terbaik menuju lokasi tujuan. Teknologi yang digunakan mencakup HTML, CSS, React JS, dan Express. Data diperoleh melalui observasi serta wawancara dengan mahasiswa dan pemilik laundry. Sistem ini menyajikan peta interaktif dengan informasi lengkap seperti lokasi, foto, harga, dan kontak laundry. Berdasarkan pengujian, 91% pengguna menilai desain sistem sangat baik, 91% puas dengan kemudahan pencarian, 93% merasa sistem efisien, dan 92% menilai sistem efektif dalam membantu menemukan layanan laundry yang sesuai. Sistem ini tidak hanya mempermudah masyarakat dalam mengakses layanan laundry, tetapi juga membantu pemilik usaha meningkatkan visibilitas dan jangkauan layanan mereka secara digital di wilayah Lhokseumawe

Abstract

PT PLN expects the delivery of information quickly in predicting the capacity of transformer substations in each region in view of population growth in industrial areas. Unbalanced and overloaded electricity that is not suitable for the capacity of the transformer substation so that the results of this study are more optimal in predicting the usage load at the transformer substation using the methodaverage based fuzzy time series. The application of this method can provide fast and accurate information in accordance with consumer expectations in predicting each need in each area and the number of managed substations. The capacity of the substation can be seen in 1 phase and 3 phase with the percentage of loading quickly and precisely with the current transformer card system. The purpose of the transformer distribution in this study is to look at reducing high voltage to low voltage, so that the voltage used is in accordance with the customer's electrical equipment rating or the load rating used by all consumers in each region. The research methodology is to determine the placement of distribution transformer locations that are not suitable which can affect the end voltage drop on consumers or the drop/drop in consumer line end voltage and view complete data from the specifications of the distribution transformers along with the locations of distribution transformers that can be managed through Development of a mobile device-based Distribution Transformer Recording System at PT PLN. The results of this study in transformer power 100 consumption 99.43, unbalanced 28%, fuzzification A8, FLRG G8, forecasting results 10.69 with a Mape forecast value of 0.57%. Furthermore, power consumption of transformer 50 is 36.70, unbalanced 78%, fuzzification A6, FLRG G6, forecasting results 23.91 with Mape 1.11%. Results with the smallest mape with each travo travo 50 in each usage area 28.43, unbalanced 26%, fuzzification A5, FLRG G5, forecasting results 23.91 with Mape 0.28%. The results of this study can determine the location of the transformer along with unbalance, overload and the estimated amount of power consumption load for the use of transformer substations in an area, especially the ULP PT.PLN area for each region in PT.PLN (Persero) Krueng Geukuh. Then the results of this study can be used as a reference for monitoring population growth with excessive transformer power loads (overload) so that later you can install new transformer substations with a capacity according to the number of customers

Abstract

Global climate change has a significant impact on the agricultural sector, including horticulture, with climate fluctuations such as increased temperatures and changes in rainfall patterns potentially affecting crop productivity. Sustainable horticultural agriculture is important for safeguarding natural resources and reducing environmental impacts. However, challenges from climate change and variations in land conditions can affect horticultural crop production. Identifying crops that are suitable for the climate and land conditions is key to agricultural sustainability. An intelligent and adaptive approach is needed in selecting the right crops to grow in the face of climate change. This research develops an artificial intelligence application for the recommendation of horticultural crop types according to land conditions and climate change. The model built involves AHP and MFEP methods. The model takes into account various land parameters with weights determined through the AHP approach, allowing this AI application to provide accurate recommendations based on data and modeling. Based on the tests conducted, the system was able to produce analysis with an accuracy rate of 85%.

Abstract

Background: Employee performance evaluation in government institutions often lacks objectivity and consistency, causing unequal treatment and management inefficiency. Specific background: The Lhokseumawe District Prosecutor’s Office required a structured evaluation system for honorary employees to ensure transparent and fair assessments. Knowledge gap: Few studies have applied the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique in government-based performance evaluation systems. Aims: This study aimed to design and implement a web-based evaluation system using the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique to support accurate and accountable decision-making. Results: The developed system reduced evaluator subjectivity, ensured consistent weighting of criteria, and produced objective evaluation results. Usability testing showed an average System Usability Scale score of 80.92, categorized as “Good.” Novelty: This study presents the first integration of this method into a prosecutorial work environment. Implications: The system contributes to modernization in public human resource management by promoting transparency, fairness, and efficiency in employee evaluation and decision-making. Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi menjadi salah satu ketersediaan potensi yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat, terutama dalam meningkatkan metode pembelajaran. Teknologi internet hadir menghilangkan batasan dalam berbagi informasi, pengayaan materi dapat dicari,didapat dan dibagikan dengan mudah. Di sisi lain masih banyak guru yang berfokus pada proses belajar yang tradisional dan kurang menggunakan manfaat dari teknologi.. Pengarsipan soal-soal pada bank soal yang telah di Ujiankan setiap tahunnya pada sekolah-sekolah di Indonesia. Aktifitas pengarsipan soal yang telah di Ujiankan selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual oleh pihak SMP Negeri 2 Nisam Antara yang menyebabkan banyak soal-soal yang hilang untuk persiapan siswa untuk Ujian berikutnya. Bank soal ini merupakan suatu website yang berisi kumpulan-kumpulan soal Ujian yang dapat membantu para pelajar dalam mempersiapkan diri menghadapi Ujian. Dalam bank soal ini terdapat sistem acak soal sehingga setiap pengaksesan soal yang ditampilkan akan selalu berbeda. Para guru dapat memanfaatkan aplikasi ini untuk menguji pengetahuan yang sudah dipelajari oleh siswa dari awal semester sampai tibanya masa ujian serta meningkatkan ketertiban dan tanggung jawab siswa akan ilmu yang diterima.

Abstract

Kesehatan mental menjadi isu penting dalam perkembangan seorang remaja yang berdampak pada prestasi akademik, hubungan sosial, kualitas hidup, dan kesejahteraan secara keseluruhan. Dengan data dari 229 remaja di Kota Lhokseumawe, penelitian ini mengembangkan model klasifikasi kesehatan mental remaja berbasis Random Forest. Data dikategorikan ke dalam empat kelas gangguan mental (Tidak Ada Indikasi, Level 1-3) berdasarkan indikator HSCL-25 dan motivasi belajar. Metode penelitian mencakup studi literatur, pengumpulan data, preprocessing data, training model, serta evaluasi kinerja menggunakan metrik akurasi evaluasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa model mencapai akurasi sebesar 86,96%, dengan F1-score masing-masing sebesar 0,94 Tidak Ada Indikasi), 0,81 (level 1), 0,75 (level 2), dan 0,00 (level 3). Analisis feature importance mengidentifikasi bahwa kesepian, perasaan tidak berharga, dan kehilangan harapan merupakan fitur utama paling berpengaruh dalam klasifikasi. Meskipun model mampu mengklasifikasikan sebagian besar data dengan baik, masih terdapat kesalahan klasifikasi pada beberapa tingkat gangguan mental. Model, yang dibangun menggunakan API Flask dan Laravel dalam sistem berbasis web, memungkinkan remaja mengisi kuesioner dan memperoleh hasil klasifikasi secara otomatis. Dengan demikian, model Random Forest dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu klasifikasi yang efektif dalam mendeteksi potensi gangguan mental remaja. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar bagi institusi pendidikan dalam merancang strategi intervensi yang lebih tepat sasaran
