Abstract

Primary Community Service at SDN 01 Tugurejo, Tugurejo District, Semarang City aims to provide solutions to social and humanities problems that impact performance, efficiency and work productivity faced by teachers at SDN 01 Tugurejo in order to improve the quality of learning. The problem faced by teachers at SDN 01 Tugurejo, Semarang City is that they have not yet maximized good digital literacy skills. In particular, teachers have not been able to apply technology optimally in creating learning media that is relevant to students' characters and the latest technological developments. The application of Artificial Intelligence through the creation of animated video-based learning media for teachers at SDN 01 Tugurejo will have an impact on strengthening digital literacy for teachers. In an independent curriculum, teachers have the freedom to adapt learning methods, materials and media to suit the needs and characteristics of students. Thus, teachers who have good digital literacy will support the creation of an interactive and quality learning process. The method used is to provide socialization, training and assistance in creating animated video-based learning media using Artificial Intelligence. Thus, teachers who have good digital literacy will support the creation of an interactive and quality learning process.

Abstract

Techno-Entrepreneurial Relationship Marketing (TERM) has emerged as a critical framework for enhancing the competitiveness of student entrepreneurs in Central Java. This study explores how TERM, which integrates digital technology and relationship marketing, can improve marketing performance and foster long-term competitive advantage. Using a mixed-methods approach, the research surveyed 150 student entrepreneurs across 35 districts in Central Java, assessing the impact of Information Technology Adoption, Entrepreneurial Orientation, and Interaction Proactiveness on Marketing Performance. The findings indicate that TERM significantly enhances marketing performance by enabling proactive customer engagement, rapid responsiveness, and data-driven decision-making. The integration of digital tools such as social media platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics was found to be crucial for improving customer loyalty and market positioning. The study concludes that educational institutions should incorporate TERM into their entrepreneurship curricula to better prepare students for the challenges of digital markets. This approach not only supports the development of entrepreneurial skills but also strengthens the overall competitiveness of student-led businesses, positioning them for long-term success in a rapidly evolving digital economy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Design Product dan Trust terhadap keputusan pembelian rumah pada perumahan The Daarra Exclusive Residence. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 56 responden yang membeli rumah pada perumahan The Daarra Exclusive Residence. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan melalui metode sensus, yang melibatkan seluruh populasi pembeli rumah pada perumahan tersebut. Dengan variabel X1 Design Product, variabel X2 Trust dan variabel Y keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data, yang disebarkan kepada seluruh responden. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan IBM SPSS 29. Uji hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan uji secara parsial (uji t) dan uji secara simultan (uji f). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan Design Product dan Trust berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan pembelian. Besarnya koefisien determinasi adalah sebesar 0,261 yang berarti variabel Design Product dan Trust memberikan sumbangan terhadap Keputusan pembelian (Y) sebesar 26,1% sedangkan sisanya 73,9% ditentukan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

This article examines how the Techno-Entrepreneurial Relationship Marketing (TERM) model can enhance the digital competitiveness of student entrepreneurs in Central Java. Abstract

Higher education institutions play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of entrepreneurs. This article explores how the Techno-Entrepreneurial Relationship Marketing (TERM) model can be leveraged to foster sustainable entrepreneurial growth among students. Drawing on a mixed-methods study involving 150 student entrepreneurs in Central Java, the research examines the impact of TERM on marketing performance and competitive advantage. The study highlights the critical role of digital tools, entrepreneurial orientation, and proactive customer engagement in building resilient, market-oriented businesses. The findings reveal that students who effectively utilize digital technologies such as social media, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and data analytics achieve superior marketing performance, customer loyalty, and long-term business sustainability. Moreover, the research emphasizes the importance of integrating TERM into educational curricula to prepare students for the challenges of a rapidly evolving digital economy. This paper concludes with practical recommendations for educators, policymakers, and student entrepreneurs on how to incorporate TERM into business training programs, thereby enhancing the digital competitiveness and entrepreneurial resilience of future business leaders. These insights are particularly relevant for institutions seeking to develop the next generation of innovative, tech-savvy entrepreneurs.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the correlation between leadership style and work environment with organizational commitment at PT Triangle Motorindo. The data collection methods utilized encompass surveys, interviews, observation, and literature review. The sampling approach employed is simple random sampling, computed using the Slovin formula, yielding a sample size of 75 respondents. The analytical tools used include instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The data was processed using SPSS. The multiple linear regression analysis yielded the regression equation: Y = 24.918 + 0.268 X1 + 0.406 X2 + e. The results suggest that both leadership style and work environment have a large and beneficial impact on organizational commitment, both individually and together. The combined impact of leadership style and work environment accounts for 64.4% of the variability in organizational commitment, while the remaining 35.6% is attributed to other variables not considered in the study. An effective leadership style and a pleasant work environment have the potential to enhance organizational commitment.

Abstract

The Constitutional Court’s growing involvement in regulatory matters has sparked intense debate, particularly following Decision No. 90/PUU-XXI/2023 on the age requirement for presidential and vice-presidential candidates. Issued near the candidate registration deadline, this ruling raised concerns about the Court's shift from a negative to a positive legislator. Previous studies have not adequately examined this transformation through the lens of classical justice theory, leaving a critical gap in constitutional discourse. This study aims to (1) assess whether the decision constitutes a positive legislator act, (2) evaluate it through classical justice theory, and (3) compare it with similar rulings. Using normative legal research, it adopts statutory, case, and conceptual approaches, with legal reasoning conducted through analogical and deductive interpretations of judicial precedents, constitutional norms, and principles of justice. The analysis reveals that the Court has increasingly assumed regulatory functions, with Decision No. 90 exemplifying this trend. However, it does not align with Platonic ideals of justice, lacking both moral and procedural fairness. The study concludes that the Court's expanded role poses constitutional risks and fuels ongoing debates on judicial activism versus legislative supremacy, while offering a fresh perspective through the application of classical justice theory. Meningkatnya keterlibatan Mahkamah Konstitusi dalam ranah regulasi telah memicu perdebatan yang intens, khususnya setelah Putusan No. 90/PUU-XXI/2023 terkait syarat usia calon presiden dan wakil presiden. Putusan ini dikeluarkan menjelang tenggat waktu pendaftaran calon, sehingga menimbulkan kekhawatiran mengenai pergeseran peran Mahkamah dari legislator negatif menjadi legislator positif. Studi-studi sebelumnya belum secara memadai mengeksplorasi transformasi ini melalui lensa teori keadilan klasik, sehingga menyisakan kekosongan penting dalam diskursus ketatanegaraan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menilai apakah putusan tersebut merupakan tindakan legislator positif, (2) mengevaluasinya menggunakan teori keadilan klasik, dan (3) membandingkannya dengan putusan-putusan serupa. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif, studi ini mengandalkan pendekatan perundang-undangan, kasus, dan konseptual, serta penalaran hukum melalui interpretasi analogis dan deduktif terhadap preseden yudisial, norma-norma konstitusional, dan prinsip-prinsip keadilan. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa Mahkamah semakin mengambil peran regulatif, dan Putusan No. 90 mencerminkan tren tersebut. Namun, putusan ini tidak sejalan dengan cita keadilan menurut Plato karena tidak mencerminkan keadilan moral maupun prosedural. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa perluasan peran Mahkamah menimbulkan risiko konstitusional dan turut memperkuat perdebatan mengenai aktivisme yudisial versus supremasi legislatif, sembari menawarkan perspektif baru melalui penerapan teori keadilan klasik.

Abstract

The application of science and technology and improving the quality of products to develop a snack business in the business group "Various Crackers and Chips" in the village of Meteseh, Tembalang, Semarang, will have an impact on increasing the income of members of the business group. The business group "Various Crackers and Chips" in Meteseh village in producing its products, still relying on manual labor, less hygienic and less varied and innovative products produced, the benefits obtained from year to year did not experience a significant increase. As educators, they are required to play a role in helping the Government, so the business group "Various Crackers and Chips" in Meteseh village has a better standard of living. In order for the products produced by the business group "Various Crackers and Chips" in Meteseh Village to be more innovative, it is necessary to increase the knowledge and skills that can produce added value, namely learning how to process crackers and chips with a variety of flavors, with more modern equipment and proper packaging procedures so that products are more durable and in demand by the community. The equipment used to process crackers and chips, has been prepared by the Community Service Team. The equipment used in the processing of crackers and chips is as follows: Gas Stove, frying pan, chopper, oil drainer, seasoning mixer, blender, airtight press machine, plastic packaging, ingredients for making crackers and chips etc. Business groups are also given management training and help find solutions to the problems they face. Problems with the problem of partner SMEs are then referred to as a number of program solutions to solve problems in the field of improving production and marketing processes. The method applied is training and mentoring. The output produced is the emergence of " Meteseh Typical Crackers and Chips" business. The value of support from the value added production of Meteseh's unique Crackers and Chips has the potential to become a typical Semarang souvenir from Meteseh village.

Abstract

The atmosphere of the check and balances relationship in the Trias Politica between state agencies tests each other because each state agency may not exceed the limits of power that have been determined by the laws and regulations of state agencies, their powers are not interfered with so that there is a balance of power between state agencies. Through a normative legal approach related to the arrangement of independent supporting state institutions, it can be concluded as follows: First, looking at the level or hierarchy of laws and regulations that regulate independent state institutions, the higher the laws and regulations that underlie their formation such as the National Human Rights Commission, the General Elections Commission, the Corruption Eradication Commission and other state institutions that have what is called constitutional importance, the more independent the institution is. Second, looking at the functions carried out by independent supporting institutions, these state institutions can also be grouped based on the functions inherent in the institution, such as institutions that carry out judicial functions based on Article 24 paragraph (3) such as: the Corruption Eradication Commission, the Prosecutor's Office, and the National Police, Executive functions such as the National Human Rights Commission, legislative functions such as the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center, and the Indonesian National Police.  Keywords: Arrangement of State Institutions, Independent Supporters, State Administration System

Abstract

Community service aims to help provide solutions to problems in the fields of production, promotion and marketing faced by MSMEs of Pupuk Bokashi,Getasan District, Semarang Regency.Community Service is carried out in order to improve product quality, expand marketing areas, and increase the income of partner MSMEs.The problem faced by MSME partners is the lack of ability of MSME actors to master science and technology, think creatively and innovate in designing products, product packaging, designing promotional tools and marketing their products, so that marketing area coverage is still limited and sales turnover is still low. The solution will be provided, namely Providing training and assistance in implementing attractive product and packaging designs, creating digital promotional tool designs and creating on-line Marketing Media designs to expand marketing areas and increase sales turnover, creating new ideas from online media and assistance in making accounts on Social Media and selling accounts on the Marketplace. The method used is to provide training and assistance in making product and packaging designs, promotional tool designs and online marketing media designs.Application of technology in creating product designs, product packaging, promotional tools and online marketing media will affect product quality, expansion of marketing areas, increase in sales turnover and increase in MSME profits. Changes in marketing behavior from conventional to online marketing must be balanced with the ability of MSME players to design products to make them more attractive, design effective digital promotional tools so that products are easily recognized and use online marketing technology to expand marketing areas. It is hoped that online marketing media will be an effective choice for MSME players so they can reach a wider marketing area, increase sales turnover, so that it will have an impact on increasing the profit level of Pupuk Bokashi MSMEs, Getasan District.
