However, teaching Arabic in elementary schools often faces challenges, including a lack of engaging and effective teaching materials that cater to the diverse needs of young learners. The purpose of this research is to create a design for developing Arabic language teaching materials for elementary schools subject research SDIP Darum Musthofa. This type of research is research and development or what is usually called Research and Development (R&D) using the Borg and Gall development design model. This research produced a product in the form of draft Arabic language teaching materials for third-grade elementary schools. The design of this teaching material shows that the information technology-based Arabic language teaching material developed has a high level of feasibility. This is proven by the results of the design expert validity test showing a percentage of 96% with a very decent predicate, the content/material validity test reached 90% with a very good predicate and also the linguist validity test reached 89% with a very good predicate. The results of the field test on students were 32.7% who said they were very good and 65.5% who said they were good. Based on the test results. The supporting factors for this development are supporting technology, and students who are capable of technology, while the inhibiting factors are the limited media provided at school.

Abstract

The problem of the independence of children with special needs when entering adulthood becomes a separate thought for parents. However, problems related to job opportunities are a problem for all graduates, both senior high and tertiary institutions. Job opportunities are limited, while the current government is still busy with unemployment and human resource development issues. Assistance to them is essential, considering that children with special needs are unique. They require a long period to interact with the environment, and sometimes, they struggle to participate fully and effectively like other citizens. The obstacles they face can be heavy, moderate, and light, depending on the characteristics or types of barriers of each individual with special needs. Even though the conditions they experience are mild and they already have several work skills, they often get social rejection in the world of work, or in some cases, these individuals with special needs have difficulty adapting, so they need assistance. This community service program is expected to help find solutions through activities that involve parents. These universities handle citizens with special needs, local governments, and people who care about children with special needs. Parental involvement and support in this program are very much needed, and the Forum Group Discussion (FGD) is the right tool to analyze their needs and get to know their potential in the future.

Abstract

In vocational high schools focusing on academic science, students can learn religion through the tahfidz program. They can memorize the Al-Qur'an correctly with a systematic and focused program. This study aims to determine the implementation of the program and the improvement of students' memorization of the Al-Qur'an. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The subjects of the study included the principal, deputy principal of ISMUBA, students, and religious teachers at Muhammadiyah 2 Palembang Vocational High School. Data were taken from the results of observations, interviews, and documentation. This study shows that the implementation of the tahfidz Al-Qur'an program is routinely carried out at the beginning of the first lesson after praying together and continued with a seven-minute lecture (kultum). This helps them memorize and understand the meaning of the contents of the verses of the Al-Qur'an. In addition, there is a follow-up in the form of mentoring, which is carried out after school hours are finished every week and is routinely mentored by ISMUBA teachers. Although this study is limited to one locus, it provides a theoretical contribution to learning the Al-Qur'an in vocational high schools in improving literacy and memorization of the Al-Qur'an through the tahfidh program.
