Abstract

Kualitas layanan rumah sakit sangat dipengaruhi oleh perilaku dan kinerja perawat, terutama dalam menunjukkan perilaku kerja sukarela atau Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh iklim organisasi dan komitmen afektif terhadap OCB pada perawat di RSIA Annisa Pekanbaru. Fenomena yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah rendahnya perilaku OCB seperti kurangnya inisiatif, minimnya bantuan antarrekan kerja, dan kurangnya partisipasi dalam kegiatan organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap seluruh populasi perawat RSIA Annisa sebanyak 35 orang, menggunakan teknik sensus. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 26. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi (X₁) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,871 dan nilai t-hitung 15,475 > t-tabel 2,034 (sig. 0,000 < 0,05). Komitmen afektif (X₂) juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB dengan koefisien regresi 0,223 dan t-hitung 3,054 > t-tabel 2,034 (sig. 0,005 < 0,05). Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB dengan nilai F-hitung 105,814 > F-tabel 3,28 (sig. 0,000 < 0,05). Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,869 menunjukkan bahwa 86,9% variasi OCB dapat dijelaskan oleh iklim organisasi dan komitmen afektif, sementara sisanya 13,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penciptaan iklim organisasi yang kondusif dan penguatan komitmen afektif sangat penting dalam membentuk perilaku kerja ekstra perawat (OCB), yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan rumah sakit.

Abstract

Red worm farming in the Berkat Usaha Farmer Group has been in existence since 2018. Initially, red worm cultivation was carried out in a simple way, namely with shelves arranged for worm breeding. In 2019, red worm cultivation was developed using verticulture techniques in the form of worm reactors. The abundance of worms produced in this worm farming has not been optimally utilised by the Berkat Usaha Farmer Group. The purpose of this service activity is to provide training and knowledge for the Berkat Usaha Farmer Group in making processed worm derivatives cultivated with the verticulture technique in the form of a worm reactor. The method used in this service is PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) which involves community groups in training the processing of worm derivatives produced from the cultivation of the Farmer Group. The Riau University Matching Fund Team and partners provide training as well as assistance for Farmers Groups to be able to develop processed red worm derivative products into products that have high selling value. The processed worm-derived products that have been produced are worm pellets, worm flour and dried worms. All of these worm-derived processed products can be marketed, especially in the fisheries sector, because these products are needed for fish feed. The results of this service are in the form of worm derivative processing knowledge obtained by the Farmer group and processed worm derivative products that are ready to pack, ready to sell.

Abstract

Kinerja dapat diartikan pemanfaatan sumber daya secara efisien dan efektif untuk mencapai hasil. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengeidentifikasi kinerja petugas KB, Faktor-faktor penghambat serta upaya yang dilakukan oleh petugas KB dalam Pelaksanaan Program Keluarga Berencana di Kabupaten Bengkalis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi yang bersifat eksplanatif. teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, telaah dokumen, dan observasi. kinerja petugas Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Kabupaten Bengkalis menunjukkan Kualitas pekerjaan (Quality of work), Kuantitas (Quantity), Ketepatan Waktu (Timeless), Kemandirian (Need For Supervision), dan Komitmen Kerja (Interpersonal Impact), dalam menyelesaikan tugas atau pekerjaan sudah baik. aktor penghambat Kinerja Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana terdiri dari 2 faktor yaitu, faktor internal: Kemampuan, perilaku dan kepemimpinan, faktor eksternal yaitu partisipasi masyarakat. Abstract

Kampar Regency is one of the districts in the Riau province which is also obliged to improve the quality of services to its people. One of the agencies that is heavily involved in providing services to the community directly and is the main door for almost all services managed by the community is the One Stop Integrated Investment and Licensing Service (DPMPTSP) of Kampar district. One type of service that is interesting to study is a service that uses the Online Single Submission (OSS) system. This service is a type of service that operates in the business licensing sector for both individuals and business entities. At the Kampar Regency DPMPTSP service, the OSS service offered is OSS-RBA or Online Single Submission -Riks Based Approach. Where is the service for business actors who want to take care of business permits such as business registration numbers or NIB. The research objective in this study is to determine the quality of digital-based services in managing business registration numbers at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Department in Kampar Regency as well as the factors that are obstacles in determining the quality of digital-based services in managing business registration numbers at the investment office. Capital and One Stop Integrated Services in Kampar Regency. Sinambela Service Quality Theory in (Oscar., 2022). The method used is a qualitative type and an explanatory approach. The results obtained from this study are that the OSS RBA (Online Single Submission Risk Based Approach) service at the Kampar Regency Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Service is quite good and can be said to be of high quality   Keywords: Service Quality; NIB; OSS RBA.

Abstract

Fraud cases in financial institutions in Indonesia have increased. Currently, the banking sector is experiencing intense competition and facing internal problems, including fraud. Banks are institutions that depend on public trust in their operations because banks are considered agents of trust. Therefore, building public trust is very important for banks so that people are interested in using banking services. In the context of PT. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah, they also integrate organizational cultural values as moral guidance in behavior, actions and decision making. These values become a reference for all PT members. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah in assessing whether the actions taken are good or bad, right or wrong. The aim of this research is to analyze how the Principles of Organizational Culture are implemented in preventing fraud among PT employees. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Pekanbaru Branch uses descriptive qualitative methods with an ethnographic approach which aims to explore behavior that occurs naturally in a culture or a certain social group to understand a particular culture from the perspective of the perpetrator. Data collection techniques in this research are based on the results of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research indicate that the application of PT's Cultural Values. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work dicipline and employee work environment at the Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru. The research method used is quantitative. The sample for this research was 32 employees with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data obtained was analyzed through linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The research results show; (1) There is a significant influence of work discipline on employee work productivity at the Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru. The obtained tcount value > ttable or 8.361 > 1,697 with a significance of 0,000 < 0,05. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that if work discipline increases by 0,403, it will increase the work productivity of Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru employees by 7,211 constantly. (2) There is a significant influence of the work environment on employee work productivity at Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru. The work environment variable has a calculated tcount value > ttable or 6,873 > 1,697 with a significance of 0,000 < 0,05. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that if the work environment increases by 0,757, it will increase employee productivity at Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru by 5,085 constantly. (3) There is an influence of work discipline and work environment on employee work productivity at the Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru. From the results of the F test, it is known that the value of Fcount > Ftable is 42,988 > 3,32 with a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja, faktor penghambat dan pendukung kinerja Aparatur RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau. Pentingnya sumber daya manusia dalam organisasi sehingga kinerja sumber daya manusia tentu berpengaruh besar pula terhadap kinerja sebuah organisasi. RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau memiliki 999 tenaga aparatur yang tersebar dalam 20 tingkatan pangkat. Meskipun formasi jabatan sudah terisi sepenuhnya, kualitas pelayanan di rumah sakit ini belum optimal. Banyak masyarakat mengeluhkan sikap perawat yang tidak ramah, pelayanan yang lambat, dan sikap dokter yang bernada tinggi, sebagaimana diungkapkan dalam ulasan di Google Maps. Keluhan-keluhan ini menunjukkan adanya masalah serius dalam kualitas pelayanan yang disediakan oleh RSUD Arifin Achmad, yang perlu diperbaiki untuk meningkatkan kepuasan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif studi kasus deskriptif di RSUD Arifin Achmad, Riau. Informan dipilih dengan purposive sampling dan mencakup pihak manajemen, pegawai, dan pasien. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data meliputi pengumpulan, reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan di RSUD Arifin Achmad perlu ditingkatkan dalam aspek produktivitas, kualitas layanan, responsivitas, responsibilitas, dan akuntabilitas. Faktor penghambat meliputi kekurangan fasilitas medis dan kurangnya sosialisasi prosedur kepada masyarakat, sementara faktor pendukung adalah fasilitas medis yang lengkap dan sistem komputerisasi yang baik.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the direct and indirect influence of organizational culture and transformational leadership on work productivity through employee job satisfaction at the Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru. These respondents used a total sampling of 32 respondents. The data collection used was a questionnaire. This research's descriptive quantitative analysis technique uses SMART PLS 4 software. The results of this research show that organizational culture does not affect work productivity, organizational culture has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, transformational leadership has no effect on work productivity, transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, employee job satisfaction has a significant effect on work productivity, organizational culture has a significant effect on work productivity through employee job satisfaction, transformational leadership has a significant effect on work productivity through employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Human resources are a valuable asset for any organization due to their potential. This study aims to analyze how the work environment and motivation affect the performance of nurses at Taman Mental Hospital, Riau Province. This research used a quantitative survey method with a questionnaire as the data collection instrument for each variable. A sample of 117 nurses was randomly selected to provide a diverse picture and characteristics. Data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study revealed that both partially and simultaneously, the work environment and motivation have a positive and significant influence on the performance of nurses at Taman Mental Hospital, Riau Province, with a model influence of 66.8%, and the work environment is the dominating variable influencing the performance of nurses. This indicates that the work environment conditions at Taman Mental Hospital, Riau Province, meet acceptable conditions or even exceed their expectations. Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) as Variable (X₁), Work Discipline as variable (X₂) and Employee Productivity as variable (Y).The method in this research is quantitative with SPSS program, where the sample used is the production employee as much as 100 respondents. The amount can already represent the population.
